Dr.Patel did a great job at explaining to me what options I had and made me feel like I was in good hands under her care. The assistants have also been wonderful everyone seems to work together well as a team.

Fantastic experience: Brand new office building, super clean and wonderful staff! Everything you need is right there, from an x ray to a CT scan! Had some extensive dental work done and Dr Cummins and the hygienist went above and beyond my expectations on the work they did on my teeth, making sure I was extremely comfortable, making sure I understood what he has in mind for my future visits and patiently explained everything to me. When I asked him to repeat some things, he pulled out my pictures and scans and put them up on a large screen tv so I could fully understand each procedure and why it needed to be done, along with “plan B” for each one in case something changed. I was treated with dignity and respect from the time I walked in the door to when I left to go home! I highly recommend Dr Cummins and this office!

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with my dental appointment today! I came in for a cleaning and was brought back super quick. Aaliyah was very thorough and was the sweetest hygienist! Dr. Patel was great as well and very sweet! The front desk was also very professional and kind. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I was extremely pleased with my dental treatment from Dr. Van Praag and DeLane, her dental assistant, from beginning to end. After I arrived, they made sure that I was comfortable in my chair. Then, I had an X-ray and afterwards Dr. Van Praag came in to explain everything that I would be having done. They both answered questions to my satisfaction. I felt no pain whatsoever throughout the entire procedure. During the procedure, I was asked numerous times if I had any discomfort. After 3 weeks, I came back to have my permanent crowns fitted. I'm very pleased with the way they fit and look. I'm very impressed with both Dr. Praag and Delane and would use them again, if needed.

He explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and really took his time to do the best work possible. It’s such a relief to have a dentist who truly cares about his patients and their comfort. I left feeling well taken care of and very thankful for his skill and compassion.

I've been to a dental office where they were all about the money Instead of patient care and it was an awful experience as well as an awful outcome but this place is different, I believe. Dr. Miller explained everything in depth beforehand and it was obvious that he actually cared for his patients and their health. This was very refreshing. I wasted a lot of money at another dental office I went to several years ago and it left a bad taste in my mouth. I just wish I had gone to Jasper Comprehensive Dentistry back then instead of the other place which I will not name. Hopefully this will be a final destination for me and my dental care. Thank you so much for caring you guys! It makes all the difference in the world, I promise!

Fantastic experience: 2 years ago I saw Dr. Drummond and the entire staff was wonderful, very friendly. Today 7/18/25 I had to get about 5 or 6 different pictures taken of the same spot because the hygienist didn't seem to know what to do or was maybe new. Left laying back in a chair while I waited on the treatment plan print out. Dr. Patel was blunt and to the point and not offering any other options & left. I will be seeing Dr. Drummond for all my future appointments.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience. All the people are so nice and I couldn’t ask for a better dentist. He is most capable and so caring. You know he cares about you. He is not just doing good work it’s with a good heart.

Negative experience: Twice we called to get an appointment for an emergency extraction. First time, they only did a cleaning and asked us to reschedule the EMERGENCY extraction. Second appointment, they tried to push an expensive proceedure after we repeatedly told them we just needed it removed. Was a little condescending about why he would be asking prices of procedures and asked him if he was uninsured or something. No lady, he has insurance but insurance doesnt cover much of this at all ($27 whole dollars) After much deliberation about "saving" this broken, infected tooth, that has already had one root canal done on it, they finally get him in the chair with anesthesia shots and as the dentist was in his mouth with the shot, she proceeds to tell him how "dangerous" this is and that he may need rushed to an oral surgeon if it goes wrong. Then she proceeds to tell him that he has high blood pressure. This is a 21 year old fit male, his BP is high because he is in pain, stressed, and has infection and on top of it all, you just told him that you might mess up and have to have him rushed to someone else. The nurse was extremely nice and tried to help him but we will never use this dentist again. He has been in pain far too long and they wanted to put it off yet again.

Fantastic experience: I really like the friendly people there and they explain everything to you before and after they are done. You have questions they give you the best explanation they know. I really enjoyed meeting them. I would recommend this dental office to everyone. Thank y'all so much for everything y'all do. And I also want to thank Aaliyah I hope I got her name right and Michelle they were so amazing they are so sweet you couldn't ask for anybody better than them two ladies and the lady dentist I'm sorry I cannot remember her name but she is amazing I really enjoyed talking to her spending time with her and I just love how these nurses and the receptionist and the dentist took care of my husband at the time he needed it y'all are so awesome and we just thank y'all so much this is your specialty dentistry no one can leave that office without a smile on their face y'all are just so sweet and we just thank you so much for everything and we hope to see you very soon may God bless each and every one of y'all thank you again thank you

Fantastic experience: Jasper Comprehensive Dentistry is the best dentist I have ever had they are very nice and explain everything step by step. They also make sure you’re comfortable with what they are doing and how they are doing it, and they check on you throughout it. I was a new patient recently just moving to the area and needed a new dentist and got some dentistry work done..long overdue. I like the family environment they give off as they talk to you like getting to know you.

I returned the very next day for treatment. Aaliyah was great; so confident and competent. She and Dr. Patel worked in rhythm to fix my problem.

Fantastic experience: Getting ready to move to Virginia, had a routine cleaning scheduled and it went as usual, they checked to see if I had any problems with my teeth and the they were cleaned. It was very thorough, and painless which is as it has been for the last ten years. The Doctor and staff have always been very courteous and responsive. to my needs. I will miss going to them since they have taken such good care of my dental needs. If you need a good caring dentist I would Highly recommend them for your needs, they have always good service and fair recommendations for all my dental needs. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend JCD. I had a great first time experience. Dr. Patel was the absolute sweetest! along with her assistants Aaliyah and Kayden. They answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Patel and her staff are great! My tooth getting it's permanent crown put on was very sensitive. I opted not to have the root canal because outside the dentist it was not sensitive at all(not even to hot or cold). Unfortunately, the nerve did not like them trying to pull the temporary crown off. Dr. Patel made sure I was well numbed which took a block for me. I really appreciate the staff's patience at each step. The numbness has worn off and I am pain free. My appt. was today 5/1/2025.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, caring, competent staff from intake to discharge. I found the experience pleasant and far better than most prior dental appointments. Brinley and another young woman made me feel comfortable and were efficient with the X-rays. Dr. Tyler Cummins impressed me favorably with his Treatment Planning and question answering. He listens and cares. I had my second appointment here today. Meloney cleaned my teeth thoroughly but gently and her friendliness put me at ease. I then received a temporary crown. Dr. Cummins and 3 lovely ladies did the amazing crown prep without causing pain. I feel so blessed to have found this practice. Today...2/17/25...was my third cleaning appointment with Meloney and everything was done well. Dr. Drummond agreed that I can get an old crown removed and replaced in about six months with Dr. Cummins. The entire staff is professional and caring, as a dental office should be. April 23,:2025. I never thought I could ENJOY a dental appointment until I found this practice. Everyone in the office is kind, friendly, and informative. Thank you for such a good experience again today. Using the latest in technology Dr. Tyler Cummins and his staff are ahead of any dentistry I have known.

They completed the work I had done in a timely manner & explained what else I needed done in the near future & why. My follow up visits have been just as good as the first. If I have to go to a Dentist this is where I want to go. My recent visit as usual was great as far as a Dental visit can be. I have to have a crown & they put the temporary in & they did it wit no troubles. I was seen on time & the work was done in a professional & timely manner. As usual my last visit to the Dentist went great. I had my Permanent Crown put in & everything went great. My visit on 10/18/2022 was great. Everyone was professional & helped me find an affordable temporary solution to begin my treatment until I can get the work I actually need done. On my visit of April 18th 2025, my appointment went great. Dr. Patel & the Dental assistants were awesome. The entire staff was for that matter. Negative experience: Very dissatisfied. I was told that I needed extensive dental work that was going to cost thousands of dollars. I went to another dentist right down the road and found out that all I need are some fillings. Spent months worrying about how I would pay to fix my teeth just to find out that I could afford it the whole time and my teeth are not in terrible shape like I was told by Dr. Cummins.

Fantastic experience: Had filling done with Dr Patel. Their appointments are spot on unless difficult case before you, which I think we all understand. My appointment was on time. Dr Patel is very professional, explains plan, and addresses any concerns on the spot. Her dentistry Kung-Fu is strong!

Patel and Kaden took great care of me and that giant shot, I swear, did not hurt at all. They are the best.

Fantastic experience: It’s difficult to express in words what a great experience I’ve had with Jasper comprehensive Dentrisry! The Doctors and entire staff are the friendliest and most professional individuals I have ever dealt with. The entire facility is modern with very sophisticated equipment including the X-ray machine. A young lady named Sam is the Hygienist and she took all my X-rays and listened to and respected every single thing I had to say about my tooth problem. It was very obvious to me that she loved her work and helping people and was very professional at her work. I saw Dr Patel, I was nervous as I always have been at a dentist and I told her that and she assured me that I had no reason to be nervous and she was right. She’s soft spoken and so kind and gentle that you can’t help but be at ease. My problem was a bone problem with my gum so she referred me to Dr Tyler Cummins, so my second visit was with Dr Cummins. He is by far the most understanding and professional dentist/oral surgeon I have ever been to. He listened to me like I was a family member and completely explained the procedure he was going to do and with no pain as he deadened the area and repaired my gum with no pain I was at ease knowing I was in the hands of a professional. He and his entire staff and facility has well exceeded my expectations. I have future appointments with them and I have highly recommended this Dentrisry to all my family and friends!!!
