He explains everything in detail, he’s very passionate about his work and patient. The ladies up front, Katy and Jennifer are always so nice and welcoming. Sarah always does a detailed job cleaning my teeth and all the DA are great! I have referred friends and family to ADC over the years and they too had positive experiences. I would not go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: I'm 74 years old and this was my first visit with Allen Dental and I can tell you that this was my BEST dental experience ever. For the first time in the 17 years that I've lived in Texas they didn't automatically say I needed a deep cleaning. Emily was very personable and did a great job of cleaning my teeth and I enjoyed meeting Dr Cook as he reviewed my X-rays. I highly suggest this team and look forward to getting back on a 6 month cleaning schedule.

Fantastic experience: I cracked a tooth on Saturday. I called the emergency number and Dr Josh called right back. We discussed a plan and he made sure I had no pain. Went in Monday morning first thing and started the process of getting a crown on that tooth. Very professional and caring staff. Thank you Dr Josh and Tara!

Fantastic experience: Allen Dental Center is the gold standard for all dental practices. From easy scheduling with the cheerful front desk to the friendly and knowledgeable staff your experience will be pleasant, calming and informative. My hygienist is Brittany. She started working at ADC when I first called as a new patient. I was scheduled with her and she’s been caring for me (and my teeth) for over 12 years. She’s extremely thorough while having the lightest, most gentle touch. She’ll answer any and all questions you may ask. Plus she’s a really lovely person. Dr. Brad did my recent checkup and also has the lightest, gentle touch. He always asks if I have any questions before he rises to leave the room. The entire staff is wonderful and will provide you with a friendly, knowledgeable and calming dental experience.

Negative experience: This Dental Center is actively looking to target you for Root Canals whether you required it or not required it. If you visit this Center, it is most likely that they will do Root Canal for 1 or more of your teethes. Be cautious! You might end up destroying your tooth as well as lose huge money on the Root Canals.

No pain, no trying to get you to buy something and no fear! I absolutely love Dr. Josh, Britany and the entire bunch. They really do treat you like family. If you need a dentist, you cannot find a better dental office than Allen Dental Center. They are the best!! Update; Dr Jeff is no longer doing intense dental work, but his nephew Josh Williams is. I had some major dental work done lately (3 crowns and 2 fillings) and the care and expertise absolutely didn’t change. He is a 3rd generation dentist and learned from the best. I encourage anyone to give Josh a try. He truly is an excellent dentist. Of course my buddy Chandra did an excellent job as always prepping the new crowns. This place is the best! Allen Dental Center is the best environment I have ever had for dentistry. I suffered with poor dentists for years until I found them probably close to 15 years ago now. Everyone there has always made me feel at home and comfortable. They really do care about their patients. To me they are not my dentist office, but my family. I moved away a few years ago and today I drove 3 1/2 hours to have Britney clean my teeth. As long as they will have me and I can manage to get there, I will always go back to Dr Jeff and his team. His assistant Chandra has been with me the entire time for some very tough dental work over the years and she is truly the best! If you need a great dentist look no further than Allen Dental Center.

Negative experience: On October 16, 2024, I underwent wisdom teeth surgery prescribed by Dr. Josh Williams, who referred me to Dr. Wallace. At that time, I specifically asked Dr. Wallace to contact Dr. Williams so they could carefully evaluate whether all four wisdom teeth needed to be removed, or only #1 and #32. I don’t believe this discussion or a thorough evaluation ever took place. Months later, on March 5, 2025, I had a consultation with Dr. Cook for Invisalign. It was only then that I was told I do not qualify for Invisalign due to gum recession — something that was clearly visible and should have been identified before recommending surgery. Two of my wisdom teeth (#16 and #17) were healthy, well-positioned, and fully functional. Their removal did not change my Invisalign eligibility and has instead left me with fewer chewing teeth, complicating my long-term dental care. This experience reflects poor sequencing of care and a lack of thorough evaluation before making irreversible treatment decisions. Patients deserve comprehensive planning that considers gum health, missing teeth, and long-term function before recommending extractions or surgery. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Positive experience: I went in for a deep cleaning 4 months ago. Had another deep cleaning last week I have been using a water pic now and floss everyday. Now my gums are substantially worse then a year ago? We discussed major bone loss and now they are not recommending a bridge now but implants after they pulled my teeth 4 months ago and said I could get a bridge. They didn't even refer me to a periodontist.

Negative experience: If I could give 0 star for this establishment. I called in for new patient registration in April 2025. After checking my insurance They said my dental insurance won't cover the X-ray and treatments for new patient until September 2025. I told them I can wait to be covered and made appointment on 9/4/2025 at 8am. Today I take my sick day for my dental appointment, arrive 15 min early just to know that my insurance is out of network, that my X-ray service today and any treatments costs are all out of my pocket. I left speechless.

Fantastic experience: My denture lost some of its teeth this past weekend, and I have to go out of town this week. Furthermore we just moved into the area and we had no dentist. I came to get my denture repaired and Dr.Josh got it repaired in the office. I was pleased to have it repaired before I had to go out of town. Good work guys!

Fantastic experience: I am so thankful for the whole team at Allen Dental who were willing to respond to my very unexpected need for help...they quickly worked me into their appointment schedule to supposedly "Bondo" my front tooth since what had been there for over 3 decades had come off; unfortunately, when they saw the state of my 2 front teeth, it became very obvious that my decades old solution was long past any hopes of being useful moving forward; hence, they quickly adjusted their schedule to service my immediate need with a temporary to get me through the next couple of weeks. Fantastic experience: Allen Dental is great. I always have a good experience in a relaxing environment looking out window to a yard filled with plants, trees, rabbits. Sarah one of their dental assistants is great. Dr Max is also excellent. Thanks for helping keep my teeth clean and shiny!

Negative experience: Negative Review- This practice operates with a significant lack of transparency regarding insurance coverage. Despite providing my insurance information days before my appointment for a routine cleaning, it was not disclosed until after the service was completed that they are not part of any insurance network. During the appointment, there was a strong push for additional services, and a treatment plan requiring my signature was presented. It was only weeks later, upon receiving a bill, that we discovered they were out-of-network. While a note stating this fact was present on the treatment plan, it is unacceptable that this crucial information was not clearly communicated prior to the commencement of any services. Reputable establishments ensure such essential details are transparently conveyed to patients beforehand. They are simply doing BUSINESS not CARE.

Fantastic experience: I recently had two wisdom teeth removed, and I was truly impressed with the entire experience! Dr. Nathan created a friendly and stress-free environment that made the procedure comfortable from start to finish. Dena was wonderful, she held my hand throughout the entire process, which really helped calm my nerves. Less than 24 hours later, I feel great with no pain and just a bit of soreness which is to be expected, but no more than a level 1 soreness on a scale from 1 to 10! A huge thank you to Dr. Nathan and Dena for their exceptional care. I will definitely return for any future dental needs and highly recommend this amazing team!!

They handled everything in the perfect manner and I didn't feel threatened for my health.. Because of Dena's expertise, I can bite without discomfort-a true blessing! I am so thankful something like this can be done because now everything feels great and perfect. Thank you, thank you!!! Dena saved me today. My implant denture had gotten kinda loose and she was able to adjust it. It's not slipping anymore- hallelujah! Dena is great!!! Today was a 6 month check up and it went beautifully. Dr. Steve adjusted my implant denture, Tara redid the work on my remaining 'real' teeth So, life is good! In today for my 2nd application and everything went great. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Great service, as usual. Thanks! Another great time with Natalie and Dena. They are the best! Thank you, Dena! You really went above and beyond, giving up your lunch, so you could help me. Thank you for re-cementing my crown that I popped off flossing. You are a genuine life (and tooth!) saver! I met Dr. Max today. He's going to be doing my next procedure. I feel like I'm going to have excellent service and that's very important to me. -I'll keep everyone posted! ...just getting ready for my big event, so today was pretty easy-impressions so I won't be a toothless old lady. All went beautifully. Dena is the best and I'm so lucky to have her working on me! Had the big event and everything went off perfectly! I now have my temporary bottom denture until I get the final implant denture...months down the road. Dena and Dr. Max were great-there is minimal pain and bruising which is wonderful for recovery. Thank you so much!!! Now the real fun begins. Hopefully I won't have to write a review every time I come in right now because I'm going to be coming in a lot for adjustments. ---that's the fun part of this process, right? I was in so Dena could take care of multiple sore spots that were causing me a lot of pain. She took care of everything and my mouth was happy again! As the swelling subsidies, I will be back for more adjustments. Thank goodness your office has Dena. Of course she was able to adjust this silly denture so I can wear it. I will be so happy and thankful when I get my final 'implant' denture and it is perfectly adjusted to my mouth. My smile will be perfect! Got my bottom implants today-everything went perfectly and I'm home recovering. This procedure has caused a bit more discomfort, but Dena has assured me the first 48 hrs are the worst. I'm already feeling better so Yay!!! Thank you to Dena and Dr. Max for their great care! I have my full set of implant dentures. I've had them for a while and they're great! I am so glad I had this procedure done. Yes, it took a long time, but my beautiful smile is definitely worth everything that was involved. Big thanks to everyone for everything they did for me-especially Dena. She put up with me and she still likes me!!!! Thanks to Dena and Dr. Max for making my bottom denture fit tighter. It really felt better and less stuff seemed to creep under-which felt great! Thanks so much! I really love my new teeth! I went in today for cleaning...Natalie had to leave because of her "soon to be mother status" so Rosie stepped in for her. She was great-very professional and gentle. Dr. Max was his usual wonderful, fun self. It's always a joy to see him! Dena even ran down to answer my text!!! This is an outstanding dental office! Everyone takes care of you!

Fantastic experience: I am a relatively new patient at Allen Dental Center, and have been extremely impressed with the staff and operation. Everyone I have interacted with has been very friendly and personable, and extremely competent. They do a great job with timely text and email notifications. I consider myself fortunate to be in their very capable care.

Fantastic experience: Brittany is fantastic! She is gentle and made the cleaning process as comfortable as possible. I loved how she provided tips on maintaining my oral health at home, which shows that she genuinely cares about my well being. Highly recommended!!

Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful experience at Allen Dental, as usual. They are highly professional, from the front desk to the check out afterwards. They make you feel like family, and the dental services are top notch. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. The added bonus that they are a faith-based practice just makes it a no-brainer in choosing them for your family. Good people.

Fantastic experience: As hard as I keep up with my brushing and flossing, it just feels so good to get that deep cleaning every 6 months. My usual dental hygienist, Brittany is great. My wife, daughter, son, grandson and grandaughter also go to the Allen Dental Center and have Brittany as their hygienist. I've had implants with Dr. Brad and he was great. I need some other work done that I have been avoiding, and they understand, and our not pressuring me to do it. I have always been pleased with all of the staff and they take the time necessary to provide great care and service.

Negative experience: I’ve been going here a long time and plan to continue but not with the hygienist I had this last time. I realize they have it difficult holding their cleaning instruments while managing the suction hose for the water as well. But she casually hung it on the corner of my mouth basically leaving me in control of suctioning any excess water in my mouth. She then complained I was blocking her view of cleaning my teeth. Not a good experience.

Negative experience: I came because I saw their ad. I asked about dental implants, and after the dentist finished and we started discussing the price, the staff I was talking to suddenly left without any explanation. She went to assist other people, with a very different attitude, and then another person came to sit across from me. It seemed like they weren’t interested in doing business with me. If that’s the case, please stop sending the ad to my inbox every week!

Negative experience: When I went to this dental clinic to inquire about dental implants, I encountered obvious discrimination. While discussing prices, the staff member who was assisting me suddenly walked away to serve other customers without even informing me. (Of course, seeing this behavior, I just left as well.) The difference in attitude was truly night and day. If you don't want to be treated disrespectfully, it's best to avoid this clinic.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Negative experience: I came here for a dental implant consultation, but I was not treated with respect. During my discussion about pricing, the person I was speaking with suddenly left without saying anything, and someone else took over. She then went on to attend to other customers, and it was obvious there was a difference in how I was treated. I don’t understand what you mean by this. Since you’ve invested a lot in advertising to attract customers, why am I not treated with respect when I actually show up?
