Positive experience: You have an employee at the downtown office that knows how the treat a patient. Alisha first calms your fear with a welcoming smile. I had different issues getting a front tooth. I felt she worked as my advocate to get things done. When you feel like you matter that means alot. She should be given a bonus because this kind of employee will help you keep patients.

Positive experience: Switched to this Dentist after losing faith in my old one. The dental staff and dentist seemed fine but being told you have a balance due usually greater than what you was told before gets annoying. I understand everything is done on an estimate but I never had this issue at other places. I am talking right before my procedure is about to take place being told things are more expensive than what they assume so I owe more than what I paid when I arrived. There needs to be a better system and calculation of things. Not many people have money to be told you owe x amount more than you were told the last time you left the office. Or being hit with bills when you felt you were paid up.

Fantastic experience: I am pretty critical of health care providers, but I can say that Inspire Dental is by far the best medical clinic I go to. The staff are top notch, the communication is excellent (unlike literally every other medical practice, they actually tell you how much things cost before they happen!), and they are very convenient. Without a doubt the best medical establishment of any kind that I’ve ever received care from. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit at Inspire Dental of Buffalo yesterday (my first dental appointment since 2018) and it was a really pleasant experience. The receptionist at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. The hygienist didn’t introduce herself at first, but she was clearly very skilled and knowledgeable, and she later apologized and introduced herself, which I appreciated. She did what was best for me and my teeth, and I could tell she genuinely cared. The dentist was also very friendly and gave a thorough exam. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be returning.

Positive experience: Great friendly staff. Super professional, following my way overdue cleaning- my next potential appointments were laid out for me to schedule. The major issue I had was that all the work I had done the night before entering my information was not saved to the system I had to basically fill it out a second time in person. Save that one big thing, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Inspire to friends or family.

Fantastic experience: This may sound dramatic, but I received the best explanation on how to and the reasons why it’s important to floss at this office today. It’s easier to make change when I genuinely understand why I’m doing what I’m doing and feel like I have the entire picture, so this was a really refreshing and kind experience. I’m so glad I ended up here. Will be back :)

Fantastic experience: Obviously, no one goes on the field trip to the dentist office lol I had Filling fall out in my upper left tooth. The hole was pretty big, but the dentist was able to fill it and pretty it up. It looks like everything is solid no pun intended. Good atmosphere and kind people.

Fantastic experience: My hygienist was very nice. Answered a lot of questions I had & very friendly & personable throughout my visit. Parking in the morning isn’t too bad out front. An hour cleaning costs $1.50. Very clean & sleek location.

Negative experience: Waited about 3 months for my appointment as a new patient. They kept texting me asking for information. I responded. Then the day before the appointment I get a text message saying that my appointment has been cancelled for not responding. Now I have to make an appointment somewhere else and wait all over again.

Fantastic experience: Taylor is still amazing! But unfortunately I've spent thousands of dollars on work that we just found out I didn't need. My "bridge" that should've lasted 10 years lasted three months. Now they want me to pay out of my pocket to have their faulty work removed. They are now ignoring my calls no one has gotten back to me. Ive asked for h.r or their legal representative and nothing. My mouth is now swollen and infected I have a broken bridge in my mouth but I'm the problem.. I even told their nasty manager I didn't want the bridge her reply was do u like to chew . Yes I love chewing but I also know that they gave treatments that they knew wouldn't work! I will not be ignored i demand what I'm owed back. The sad part is all I wanted was credit for my next surgery. They couldn't even do that. I highly suggest never going here again. U have dr. Schultz saying my teeth were so bad before that a bridge shouldn't be done. Than u have dr. Patel putting a bridge in my mouth!! And now!!!!! U guys get to ignore every call every message while my mouth becomes more inflamed and swollen from infection.... never go here

Fantastic experience: Exceptional, top of the line oral surgeon named Tara. Basically, regular people have the pleasure of getting work done by someone who should be working with celebrities in the upper echelon of society. Not an understatement saying she may be the greatest oral surgeon of all time.

Fantastic experience: I got my wisedom teeth out today. They were super helpful during my consultation. I'm nervous around needles and they put on music, and distracted me. They were extremely sweet and the environment is great. The receptionists were great and nice on the phone. I recommend this place if you want to get your wisdom teeth removed!

It’s remarkable how smooth they are and how painless everything has been. To be clear I still don’t like the dentist, but it gets easier to go every time.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely outstanding dental care! Dr. Schultz and her assistant, Alicia, are truly stellar! They make you feel incredibly comfortable [particularly for someone who is skittish of dentists] and are experts in their field!

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff when I made my appointment and when I came in for my oral surgery consult. Dr Halliwell-Kemp was amazing, she really cared and was so knowledgeable! The dental assistant/hygienist was also great, his name was either Michael or Micah.

Negative experience: Avoid this place at all costs. I went here a few years back for some dental work. I had a bunch of different problems with the office, but I'm not going to bore you with extra small details and when THIS is what you should know: They put a wedge in my mouth to keep my jaw open during a tooth extraction. Prior to this, I had never been able to crack my jaw before. After the extraction, I found that I now had to crack my jaw about 40 times a day. I went to my chiropractor to check things out (he also does some TMJ work) and he said that the dentist had dislocated my jaw. The next time I went in to the dentist, I told them what was going on, and the doctor just responded with, "Oh, you must have had TMJ before." They took no responsibility for what happened and offered no solutions for fixing it. A few years later, the problem continues to get worse and my insurance doesn't cover TMJ, so I've been suffering. I can't believe how cold and unaccountable this office was. I'm going to have a problem with my jaw for the rest of my life and these people could care less. Go ANYWHERE else to get your dental work done.

Fantastic experience: Wow! What a great experience I had getting a cleaning and check-up at Inspire. Chelsi was an expert hygienist and so friendly to chat with. It was exceptionally refreshing to go to a dental office where the main focus is patient care rather than trying to upsell you on additional treatments, cosmetic procedures, etc. To top it off they even sent me a thank you card! Fantastic experience: This was my first time using Inspire and the hygienist Chelsi was an absolute doll. She made me feel comfortable through the entire cleaning and exam, even with my severe dental anxiety. We had great conversation during the entire cleaning, which sounds crazy since the entire time she was working in my mouth. She won me over and I will request her eveytime now. The office was modern and clean, parking downtown was easy, and for the most part the entire office was friendly, some more than others. They were recommended to me, and I would recommend then to others. I already made an appointment to get a few fillings that I've been needing to get repaired.

Negative experience: The hygienist was great - followed trauma informed care principles to make treatment feel safe and the cleaning went great. However, the doctor’s approach made me feel unheard (they did actually mishear me and made assumptions) and the paperwork for the releases was such a mess and inaccurate I didn’t even end up signing. I only went because I couldn’t go to my normal dentist in Canada. Not planning to return. It’s the American healthcare system’s fault, but the actions by certain parties involved made me decide to never return.

Fantastic experience: Our whole family uses Inspire Dental. Today I went to the downtown Buffalo location for a routine cleaning. I haven’t been to the dentist in three years so I was a little nervous. Sierra was super gentle during the entire cleaning and check up (despite all the scraping that happened). I would confidently recommend this practice to anyone looking for a local dentist.

I have put off going to a dentist for years because it terrifies me.I got in for a cleaning at 8.Had 2 cavities and they were able to get me back in the same day to fill them!! Positive experience: First time visiting - excellent care and customer service. Gave 5 stars. 2nd time visiting - had a great cleaning from Chad. However, was not at my original time or with my original hygienist (I’ll stick with Chad on future cleanings). They cancelled 28 minutes before my 7:00am appt, which is odd for a place that would charge me $50 for cancelling within 24hours of an appt. This was already after they did the same thing 3 weeks ago and this was my rescheduled appt. Hoping to not have this issue next time as I really do enjoy the place, service, and staff.

Glad I made the choice of switching to them! *Update as per 22NOV2023 Just had an extraction of tooth 13 & I’ve had extractions done in the past (military, civilian…) & each time, I went through G3’s with gasoline boxers on & complimentary liter of 151 rum to go along with the trip (& no, I have no fears of dentist or any type of medical procedures). This time, I’m not going to lie, I “expected” somewhat of the same experience, & I told staff of my issues with numbing agents (like I’ve done in the past after my 1st extraction in the Military) & they LISTENED She went about the procedure & I felt NOTHING (other than the normal “pressure”) & next thing you know, tooth is out!!!! Sutured up…& out the door ✌ Very, very good visit & was happy that she was able to fit me in to take care of my pain! Thank You!!!

Fantastic experience: Never thought I would say it was a Pleasure to go to the Dentist! It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Excellent customer service. Pleasant, Accommodating, Personable and Professional. DR Lin is Absolutely Amazing! I highly recommend her. The entire procedure went off without a hitch. She told me what to expect... being prepared is half the battle. The facility is clean and has the latest equipment. My heartfelt gratitude to everyone who assisted me.

Negative experience: I wish I did more research and never went to inspire on Delaware in the first place. It has been over a year since I’ve had two root canals, which for the one I was originally told that he may be able to clean it out and build it up and not need the root canal, but no when I show up they fully charge me for the root canal and that is what is performed, it was not looked at first to see if I actually needed it and that tooth wasn’t even bothering me! So I get the first one done on my upper set of teeth and the pain after is so unbearable I was crying anytime I tried to eat or fully close my mouth…days, a week later! I’ve had a root canal when I was in my teens and I didn’t experience anything like this! I called and said something isn’t right, they get me in and shave down the tooth…no something still wasn’t right, I go back in, the dentist Dr. Lee kept telling me to leave it alone, it’s like surgery….weeks later, I know what surgery and pain feels like this isn’t normal. Same thing happened to the second root canal and maybe even worse as I am still sitting here in pain but they don’t do anything. I’ve gone back there (stupidly) 3-4 times and I tell them everytime it hurts, nope the x-ray looks good. I don’t agree with that, he even mentioned that it was difficult to get to the bottom of my root as it was turned at the end. They have new doctor who I then told her my issues, and then she said they can’t do anything and to go to endodontist, which will then cost me another 2 grand I’m sure!! Can’t afford that right now so here I am, still in pain. I will not be going back to inspire, I wish I could get a refund.

Fantastic experience: Everybody was spot on time, and very professional! They explain to me in detail what was going on. Dr. Lewis and her assistant, Julian I believe we’re just phenomenal. I would recommend them 100%! Even my temporary crown caused no issues! I would highly recommend them, thanks gals!!!

Fantastic experience: I have had some severe anxiety while at the dentist office in the past. It has really manifested more as an adult. Dr. Sadler and Terri have always been able to make me feel more comfortable and have never been utterly dismissive of my issues (as others have been in the past and which only succeeded in complicating my anxiety disorder). Not only has that helped make my visits so much more successful. Moving onto the dental care I have been given, its been excellent and long lasting. I think they are wonderfully competent, and have worked to give me, through many appointments and throughout the years, a set of teeth that work nicely, look good, and generally have not given me any problems outside of age and wear. I have much to thank them for. You're in good hands when you have them providing your care.

Fantastic experience: I am a new patient and had a great first experience with Inspire. The cleaning was one of the gentlest I have had, they are organized and proactive with auto text and email reminders, and while I did not spend a long time with the dentist he was friendly and invited me to ask questions. Front office staff was welcoming and professional too.

Fantastic experience: Called me to see if I can come in early, got me right in when I arrived. They were all extremely friendly, funny, and the extraction was very quick and painless. Best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist.

Negative experience: After meeting with an oral surgeon, no one called me to follow up on my treatment plan. When I did call later to set up the surgery, I had to wait months for an appointment. Also, unbeknownst to me many things that were supposed to go into the treatment were left out, and I was given a surgery appointment only. The time of my surgery was changed without me being sent a message noting the time change. When I arrived, the front desk woman interrupted every sentence I spoke and wouldn't let me finish any sentence. Later, when she brought a treatment plan to the back, she began walking away while I was talking to her. Extremely unpleasant. When I brought up other features of the treatment plan that were supposed to be in place, office staff treated me like I was being an inconvenience to them when they were the ones who dropped the ball on the plan. During the surgery, the person suctioning my tongue was extremely rough, showing no regard for how the tool felt. After having two holes torn in my head, I was only given some ibuprofen. I don't know how that was supposed to be sufficient. Bad experience all around.
