I completely trust them & Dave who cleans my teeth does an excellent job everytime! I like Dr Demetri & Dr Harris. I haven't met the new Dr who recently started there but I'm positive he is just as great. They are very high tech there & keep up on the latest technology. They even make there own crowns there. It is by far the best dental office I have been to. They are all very friendly. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!!

Fantastic experience: From Miss Jeannine (very impressive hygienist) to Miss Jamie (physician gate keeper but a very nice one) to Miss Katie (I think - either way my first contact and also very nice) to Dr. Harris this is one well run office. Everyone I dealt with was sharp as a tack. I walked out of that practice with a set of very clean teeth, and a more than reasonable treatment plan for the future. I think what impressed me the most was I never felt pressured to get work done. Dr. Harris was honest with me and just laid my options on the table. I would recommend these people to anyone. You’ll be treated with courtesy and respect. These days that’s pretty impressive.

Negative experience: I had a scaling done, they quoted me around $278 out of pocket after insurance. The front desk lady said they had to bill insurance two different bills, one for the left side, one for the right. She said this had to be done so that insurance would cover it, unfortunately I trusted her. When I received another bill for $452.40 I reached out to my insurance, the representative told me that I was being denied because she billed it as two different services. I called Virgin Valley and they refused to submit the bill as one bill. I will be filing a claim and my husband, and I will be taking all of our future dental work to another facility. I DO NOT recommend going here. Save your money by going to Vegas or St George!! My husband's coworker with the same insurance had the same procedure done and paid less than $200 out of pocket.

Fantastic experience: Very professional office. Doctors and staff are great. Spotless environment.

Negative experience: My mom had an emergency during the time they are closed and tried calling their hotline but it literally doesn’t work, there’s no option to leave a message either. When she did get a hold of them three days later the staff was rude and unprofessional and dr.dimitru wouldn’t even prescribe an antibiotic for the infection. Even before all this there have been multiple issues with them. DO NOT RECOMMEND

They are always present and helpful...one gal took my car keys to my husband when he was stranded. They take the time to explain there work and the bill. 2 2 23 Had a root canal this afternoon and it went really fast an pain free. Dr Harris is very nice and gentle. No worries when I go in. 01 29 2024 Teeth cleaning today...girls were very professional.....they were so pleasant the time flew by....I enjoy going to Virgin Valley Dental very much. 09 25 2024 Dr's office is always helpful getting an antibiotic for infection etc. The girls give me proper instructions and I always walk out happy.

Fantastic experience: I’m a new patient and got an initial appointment quickly. Dentist Dr. Dumitru diagnosed my “rough feeling” tooth as a cracked tooth, showing and explaining it to me thoroughly. In 2 days, I’ll be back to get it fixed. The dentist explained, again thoroughly, options for care and I was given a treatment plan detailing potential treatments and costs per my insurance plan. Impressive service and office environment.

Fantastic experience: We have been seeing Dr. Harris, now, for 5 years! The entire staff are awesome. Dr. Harris is very easy to talk to. He explains the steps that are needed for any procedures. We appreciate the ability to have a root canal or new crown done in one visit! No traveling out of town! It is a busy office, but there is more than one dentist.

Wait time was less than a minute, my insurance coverage had been accepted before the appointment, Vivian, the dental assistant, was so efficient and very personable and the Dr checked and explained everything necessary for my care. I think this office will be a great fit for myself and my family’s dental care. Very impressive. A follow up having used Virgin Valley Dental for several months now. I’m still so impressed. Not the usual appointments scheduled out 2-3 months. I get in quickly and the service couldn’t be better. My husband has had extensive work done and is very happy. Great office. Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit to Virgin Valley Dental as a new patient. I...like many others...had unfounded fear of the dentist and as a result, i negleted to do my part in maintaining healthy teeth and gums. First impressions take only seconds to form and this office earned 5 stars from the moment the phone was answered. The staff was polite and very professional during scheduling and upon my initial greeting. The entire office and treatment rooms are impeccably clean and organized. Staff members are knowledgeable and clearly work as a cohesive team. I was treated with respect and care. Not once was i lectured or made to feel guilty about my self neglected condition. They were all singularly focused on how we can work together towards improving my health. My initial evaluation was done using modern equipment and techniques. Hands down...the most comprehensive dental exam I have had in over 60 years. The discussion about my oral health and the best way to treat my multiple problems were clearly focused on MY health and recovery. Each member of the team politely explained every issue and took the time to answer the concerns I had. The conversation was calming and reassuring. Every question was answered. There was no feeling of being rushed. I look forward to my continued care with Dr. Nathan Harris and the entire staff at Virgin Valley Dental. Please take this one word of advice from someone who had to learn the hard way. Run...don't walk...towards good dental health and establish a personal schedule of regular exams and treatment with Virgin Valley Dentist. Why? Because as you age...poor dental health can have a significant negative impact on your overall life. Do this one thing for yourself...you deserve it.

Fantastic experience: I needed to see my dentist after biting down on my fork at Gregory's but my dentist no longer accepted my Insurance. So I called around and a relative recommended V.V. Dental which takes my Aetna Insurance. They got me in within 48 hours. The staff was awesome Jessica took x-rays and Dr. Ellis fixed me up in 30 minutes! He has a wonderful chair- side manner. 5 Stars! I have found my new dentist at Virgin Valley Dental!

Fantastic experience: I just relocated to Mesquite and on the “to-do” list was find a dentist. It just so happened I drove by Virgin Valley and I thought I’d check to see if they were taking new patients, the front desk lady was friendly and scheduled me for the next morning. I was blessed with Maddie as my hygienist and Dr. Hess for consultations. I was at my previous dentist for almost 30 years, I can already see another 30 at Virgin Valley Dentistry

Fantastic experience: Time for a scheduled cleaning and I don't really like dentists but the team at Virgin Valley are terrific. From the moment I walked it to the time I left I was made to feel welcome. My hygienist was wonderful as was the rest of the team. Sorry if this review sounds like I work there (I don't) but for someone who really doesn't like dentists I felt it's important to call out a place that really does a good job making the experience pretty good.

Fantastic experience: Very high quality, certainly the best I've had. They remind me of the best coworkers I've had when working in industrial maintenance. They take very thorough notes, high quality pictures (and X-rays) of problem areas, and review those notes on subsequent visits and whenever recommending treatment options. They are also very big on preventive care, not just reactive, and have prescription grade toothpaste available. They are also quite up to date in tools, methods, and general knowledge. The only downside is they get pretty booked in summer, but that's more of an endorsement than a problem.

Fantastic experience: One visit is all it took for a root canal and a new crown! Everything done in-house in 2.5 hours by a very caring and professional team. Dr. Harris was as good as my friends said and his assistant, Jay, was the best. Everything was clearly explained. I would highly recommend Virgin Valley Dental.

Fantastic experience: The office staff was very friendly when I was greeted and quick to get me checked in. I was a new patient, they did a great job at full head scan of my skull to look for any abnormal signs of growth in bones or teeth. Took very detailed X-rays of my teeth and jaw David the hygienist I had was great at explaining certain things to me that when the dentist Dr. Dumitru came in to complete my initial exam I felt I had a great understanding of what needed to be done and a full understanding of the health of my teeth. The cleaning was done with great care as I’m so sensitive and I am looking forward to knowing I have a great dentist now and great office to work with!

Fantastic experience: State of the Art equipment. The crowns are made in office! Dr. Harris is talented in making the crowns to fit just right. Glad I switched years ago (Delta Dental insurance no longer covered the other dental office). Wouldn't have known about Virgin Valley's services if I hadn't switched.

Fantastic experience: I've spent quite a bit of time in a dental offices over the last 60 years and have been extremely happy w/the care & treatment I've experienced over the last 3+ years from Dr. Harris & staff at Virgin Valley Dental. So much so I’m considering switching Insurance providers as my current (2025) one has indicated they are reviewing VVD and thinking of permanently dropping them from their eligible providers.
