Fantastic experience: I have not enjoyed going to the dentist for many, many years. So I just didn't go. But I needed to find a local dentist that really understood my fear...and I came across Eagle Falls Dentistry. Dr Hagerty (no relation) is just fabulous! She and the staff take their time going over every aspect of the procedures and make sure it is performed with as little pain as possible. I just came back from a cleaning and could not be happier. Well, that and the credit balance I had on my account when I checked out! Thank you Eagle Falls for getting me to take care of my teeth again!

Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying I have the ultimate fear of going to see a dentist. Words cannot describe the shock my body mentally and physically goes through just at the thought of making a phone call for a cleaning. It is paralyzing to say the least. My very first appointment at Eagle Falls was beyond amazing. I am 33 and this was the first time I did not tremble uncontrollably in my chair for just a routine cleaning. I had Jeanie, and she was so gentle, informative, professional and light hearted. Upon thay visit I learned I may need a root canal and I instantly wanted to die. Fast forward, I went in to have my tooth/teeth fixed and saw Cameron and Dr. Martin. There are literally no words for me to express what an amazing experience I had. Everything was so calm and explained step by step. They truly cared about how scared I was and were so supportive. I did not feel a thing once, everything was done so smoothly I didn't even really have time to panic. This is a first experience for me and although I hope I never need a root canal again, if I did I would not go anywhere else. Also, their front desk team and treatment planner Debbie are fantastic. They really listened to everything I said and noted every concern. I cannot recommend this practice enough. ♡

Fantastic experience: First time here! I got a tour, front desk ladies were sweet. I got a welcome gift and they were fast and efficient. Better than any dentist I have been to, they also offer payment plans since I am on Medicaid and want my precious teeth to be in the hands of high rated dentists! I would definitely check this place out!

Fantastic experience: Update 10/22/25: It’s been a year since I started going to Eagle Falls Dentistry and my experience there is still excellent. Everyone is friendly and does a wonderful job. I had an excellent experience at Eagle Falls Dentistry. For my first visit I was greeted as an honored guest, received a tour and a welcome gift. The dentists and staff were all friendly and took great care.

I finally have a comprehensive statement of the condition of all my teeth, and I have a 2-step plan to deal with the problems. Plus the people here, and this office, with all its features, are amazing! I’ve never experienced anything like this in dentistry. (And I’m 76 years old, and I’ve been going to the dentist regularly for all that time.)

Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been terrified of the dentist since a traumatic childhood experience, and it’s kept me from taking care of my dental health. Even in my 30s, I still carried that fear and embarrassment until today. Dr. Martin is truly a godsend. She and her staff Ashley and Kam were absolute angels. From the moment I walked in, the front desk team was welcoming, kind, and reassuring. In the chair, Dr. Martin showed such compassion and patience that I’ve never experienced at any dentist before. Her bedside manner is incredible. You can feel her genuine passion for her work and her care for her patients. I was especially nervous about the needle, since it has always been a huge fear for me. But I honestly didn’t feel a thing. I was blown away. For the first time in my life, I left a dental appointment not in tears of fear, but tears of relief and gratitude. If you’ve ever been afraid of the dentist, please know you will be in the best hands with Dr. Martin and her team. I can’t recommend them enough. I’m actually looking forward to going back and finally taking care of my dental health.

Called them randomly ( found them on google) begging on a Saturday morning to help me!! They were extraordinary!! Got me an appointment right away!!From my first call this am to the interaction with the front staff, to Ashley , my dental assistant, to Dr. Martin, my Savior!! Fantastic experience: Brought my son in for an issue with a tooth that wouldn't come out. They were able to get us in next day and extracted the tooth with ease. Ni complaints from the kid regarding the procedure. Painless and efficient.

Fantastic experience: Always a pleasant experience. Staff are super nice. Dentists are excellent. Had to get a tooth extraction, infected molar. Was in considerable pain. They got me in that day. And the removal was pain free. I know it sounds weird to say a trip to the dentist is a pleasant experience, but I never feel any anxiety at all when I go there. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Szatkowski is brilliant! Came from Florida - in the worst shape - to try my sister’s high recommendation after much frustration with conflicting opinions back home re losing or keeping a tooth. No pain experienced from beginning to end which is a first for me. Saved the tooth and upwards of $10K with Dr. Szatkowski.

Fantastic experience: I've been with Eagle Falls well before it was officially "Eagle Falls" so that should tell you how much I love them. In fact, my hygienist just told me she was retiring and I've been seeing her for so long!! I still make the hour+ drive to make my appointments. Anyway, everyone is always so nice, helpful, and friendly. I've recommended Eagle Falls to a number of family and friends already. So you should trust me, a complete stranger, to lead you in the right direction! But, really, love Eagle Falls. I love my hygienist, Danielle, she's so sweet!

Fantastic experience: Broke a tooth and was in a very bad pain. Couldn't go to my normal dentist. Eagle fall was able to fit me into the schedule within 1 hour of me calling. Explained everything and extracted the tooth. Whole thing was very quick. They made sure I was comfortable and sent me home with clear instructions and necessary medications. Over all very pleased. Will probably switch and make them my permanent dentist.

As usual the front desk staff knew me by name and took me right back at which point my cleaning and the evaluation started. Very thorough assessment of my dental situation, including measuring gum recession and any other issues. Doctor Szatkowski's exam was thorough and professional and extremely efficient.I am very impressed with Doctor Szakowski and his entire staff for Routine maintenance and also other more complicated procedures. Fantastic experience: There needs to be more than 5 stars for Eagle Falls Dentistry. Let's start with the staff, fantastic. From reception to billing, they were wondeful and friendly. The dentist and her tech were probably the best I've ever had. That's 60 years of dentists. The office is beautiful and from the moment you walk in till you leave you feel like your a star in some kind of fancy hotel. I truthfully thought to myself that my bill would be through the roof to pay for all this splendor. To my surprise it was very reasonable. Especially with the expert care my dentist provided. This place is amazing, the staff is amazing. 5 Stars and many times over.

Fantastic experience: I had my second visit at Eagle Falls this morning and both times I’ve been to this office have been wonderful. I usually have a lot of anxiety going to the dentist but everyone from check-in to check-out is so friendly. My hygienist Danielle is great at educating me on what she finds and what I can do to keep my teeth and gums healthy. I need a couple procedures that I have been putting off for a few years because I was scared to do them, but Dr. Martin is fantastic at explaining what to expect and reassuring me that I will still feel like I have my own smile after them. She was even able to address a problem I was having with one of my bridges at this visit, which I appreciate so much given it being a same-day fix. I normally have lots of anxiety when it’s time to go to the dentist, but Eagle Falls and the staff have made me feel so comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Great experience. Came here after another place found no concern with high levels of pain weeks after a multiple tooth extraction. Were able to fit me in the same day (was not expecting that) very professional, very clean, and ultimately gave me the peace of mind that I was doing ok and the healing process was just going slow. Was recommended here and will do the same myself.

Positive experience: I attended Eagle Falls for 8 years. Overall, I had a positive experience with their team and would continue to attend there if they were in network with my insurance. I recently had a situation with my insurance being out of network with their office. I spoke with Debbie and she was very professional and helpful. She advocated on my behalf to the office management and they were able to come to a reasonable solution.

Negative experience: I really wasn’t impressed with the place. I went there with my husband who looking for a dentist for his implant.They just looking out of pocket expenses, they made us pay 200$ just for exam and x- ray. We have good insurance but they still make us pay for that. Probably because we haven’t continue to do implants with them. The cost of implants which they told us to pay was very high. Now we find clinic which is good and offer more then half price what they ask for!! If you don’t care about money maybe it is good place for you;)

Fantastic experience: Needed urgent dental care for my young daughter on a Saturday. They were able to squeeze me in and Dr. Martin was amazing with her! The entire staff was very accommodating and put us both at ease! Highly recommend Eagle Falls Dentistry

Fantastic experience: I can not say enough about the care I received from the Dr and her assistant at Eagle Falls. I had an emergency implant situation. The implant was not done by them. Eagle Falls got me in that day. The time and care given, to fix what I feared to be a real problem, was outstanding. The Dr explained the situation, how she planned to address it, and resolved the problem. I left very pleased and relieved. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I am very impressed with Eagle Falls. Everyone is extremely nice and do everything possible to make sure you feel comfortable. The dentists are extremely knowledgeable and quickly identified the problem I was having. I had a very pleasant experience there.

Negative experience: I was expecting to see Dr. Martin. I made the appointment with her. Why wasn't I informed that she wasn't there? This office has a problem with consistency. I've been a patient for a long time. When I had an appointment with Dr. Mackenbach, I saw Dr. Mackenbach. My last appointment with Dr. Adam S. I spent an afternoon waiting for him and wasn't told that he was behind. I should have been informed that he was behind. I was there on my lunch hour. My time is valuable too! Dr. Hanna S. recommended extensive work that I think is excessive. It is something that doesn't bother/hurt me. She explained to me that it is to re-do procedures that Dr. Adam S. did years ago. When I've had appointments with him, all he talked about with his assistant was trips & experiences he and his family had. All you see in the office are Szatkowski vacation photos. His focus isn't on his patients and his cousin is following in his direction.

Fantastic experience: I have been here twice this month Once for an emergency appointment I had an old filling fall out I called on Monday around noon and was able to get an appointment the same day at 2pm It was determined the tooth was cracked and had to be extracted They were able to it right then I was impressed The staff is amazing and the dentist explained what she was doing as we went along They also provide you an estimate before they begin and show you what insurance will cover and your portion I went back today for a regular cleaning and they were very detailed I definitely found a great practice!

Fantastic experience: My old doctor is went for over 25 years suddenly quick and I have hard time to find new place, lucky i found this Eagle Falls, they made me feel like we know each other very long, the receptionist very sweet and professional, the assistance helped clean my tooth is very generous, the doctor she young but very professional ❤️. Fantastic experience: Love Eagle Falls! They are very detailed with the cleanings and the office is nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and professional. I changed dentists because of insurance and went back to Eagle Falls even out of network because they’re so great.

They go out of their way to make you comfortable and relaxed. As a person who has a high level of anxiety in regards to the dentist. Fantastic experience: Dr. Szatkowski is so nice and gentle. Has a bubbly personality that just makes you relax. I'm sorry I can't remember my hygienist's name but, she is awesome too! I really don't mind going to the dentist any more. That says a lot too!

Fantastic experience: Front desk receptionist greeted me verify my appointment and ask me to sit in waiting area. I was taken in at my appointment time. Nor-Marry quickly verified notes from my previous appointment and explained me what she would verify about one concern indicated during last visit. She did excellent job cleaning my teeth. She then call the doctor to verify the x-ray. Dr Hanna explained once concern in detail. She was very friendly explaining my questions/concerns. Overall my visit was very pleasant. I would recommend Eagle Falls Dentistry for all your needs.

Negative experience: I have been a patient here since the early 1990's. But recently I became disabled and had to retire so my insurance changed. $127 for a cleaning and 2 minute exam! I tried to contact Dr Adam Szatkowski to see if he would work with me so I could continue getting my dental care there, but the front desk staff were not very helpful and said he's only there one day a week and wouldn't even let me leave a message for him. Then they said it was blue cross insurance to blame. They care about getting new patients but don't care about their existing patients. So after a 30 years I'll have to find a new dentist. All eagle falls cares about is there bottom line and how much money they can get from insurance companies. They texted me to ask for my feedback so they can improve and I'm curious if they'll even read this review and respond.

Fantastic experience: I was in the market for a new dentist, one with evening appointments. Came across Eagle Falls while dealing with a broken tooth. They fit me right in on my schedule and were super friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I honestly can not speak high enough about the folks at Eagle Falls. From Ms Debbie in the front, Ms Sylvia, to Dr. Martin and her amazing team. I walked in after not having dental care for a very long time. I have the most extreme fear of dental work. The compassion, the listening, the coaching, and the understanding to help me overcome my fear and go through 6 hours of work is unbelievable. I am forever grateful. Still more work to go, but thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Fantastic experience: Eagle Falls has always been a very Pleasant Experience for me and that is saying a lot because Dental Work is not very pleasant and at 83 I have had a lot done!! It's the Wonderful People who work there!! Always Friendly, Helpful and Concerned for my well being. Fantastic experience: Eagle Falls is the best dental office! I've tried several different offices before I found Eagle Falls. Then office is beautiful, comfortable, super clean, the desk staff are the most friendly ladies I've ever met. Everyone on staff takes the time to say hello and really make you feel welcome. I also love that the hygienist and dentist themselves are very conservative. They won't work in your mouth just for the sake of earning some money, I love that I am in good hands and l trust them ! I have been taking my kids since they were about 2/3 years old and they love going now too! Eagle Falls is all about the little details of making it the most comfortable, positive experience from start to finish .

Negative experience: Eagle Falls Dentistry, please provide the correct and updated billing for our family instead of pushing for unknown timeframes and no written commitment to phone call deals. It is embarrassing that your patient has to be after your billing department for over a month to correct this situation. TY.
