Fantastic experience: I went in for a bunch of work yesterday, 3 extractions, a root canal and fillings, i was incredibly nervous as this was only my second time going to a dentist and having any work done in my whole life, i have to say DR Cobb and the assistant Sarissa (syrissa?) were absolutely incredible. There were lots of difficulties due to the state of decay on some of my molars but they handled it very swiftly and professionally. Now instead of being nervous about my next appointment I’m excited to get my mouths health back on track. For the first time in many years i have hope. That means more than i can say, i can't recommend them enough! To Dr Cobb & the assistant who helped. I cant thank y'all enough for your patience, care, and understanding. 5 stars well earned

Positive experience: I would give 5 stars, but I’ve been here a few times and it seems as though their schedule is tight and things were rushed compared to times before. I say this because my X-rays were put in another patient’s folder because I think they were moving too fast. So things were a bit rushed, very short & sweet. If you like that—fantastic! But it’s nice to feel like you’re more than just another cleaning/patient. Hygienist is very good at her job—no pain whatsoever. Doctor is very nice, but saw her for maybe a full minute. Overall, I truly have no complaints other than I was in and out so quick. Take that as you will!

Fantastic experience: I have always been anxious visiting the Dentist but these guys are AMAZING!! They make you feel comfortable, walk you through everything and NO pain. I can say enough good things. Dr Cobb and Bobbie are the absolute BEST

Fantastic experience: I needed several implants and had been to two Dentists and a Periodontist before finding Dr. Cobb. My previous periodontist insisted on sedation for two implants, but Dr. Cobb completed both procedures without sedation in under an hour. I experienced no complications! Dr. Cobb is amazing! I ended up saving thousands of dollars with Denton Smiles. Thank you, Dr. Cobb.

Negative experience: If you have money… by all means this is probably a good dentist office for you. However, if you’re like me, and started going to this dentist office almost 10 years ago. Being treated, by the owners, who have absolutely amazing skills, was great. However, they have now become a money hungry business. They have so many dentists now working at their location that excellent dental care depends on which dentist you get as well as the dental assistant that is working that day. I’m making this review after 3 years from my most recent visit. To preface, I first started going to this location when I was 16 because my family took me to a cheap dental practice when I was 15. The dentist who worked on me was not competent at all. He couldn’t sedate me properly resulting in me feeling extreme pain when he was drilling one of my cavities. He couldn’t finish because I refused and when my mom called back to report this two weeks later he actually was fired. This resulted in me having EXTREME fear of the dentist. However after finding this location, the couple who owned this place, both dentists, were FANTASTIC in understanding my fear of the dentist and doing their best to treat me in a way that was comfortable. So after years went by, from 15 to 22 years old, I finally was in a financial position to take care of my dental health. I grew up in poverty and the only reason I would’ve ever gone here was because of the incompetence of the dentist that treated me at a cheaper dental office. However, after having my appointment in 2022, the dental assistant informed me my metal amaglams( silver tooth fillings) was extremely dangerous to my physical health. She invited the “holistic” dentist to explain the procedure of removing them. He would have to wear a full on hazmat suit during the procedure to remove them and replace them with clear fillings. The shock on her face when she asked me where I got them done and I informed her that it was this very place that she was currently working. Oh and don’t worry, I left that appointment SOBBING. Because I very much remember my mom telling the owner she couldn’t afford clear amalgams and even after the owner tried to deter her from it, that’s all we could afford. So the same dental practice that filled my cavaties was telling me that I needed, a 22 year old college student that had no financial support. Needed to spent over a grand to replace my fillings to clear amaglams. Even though I needed my wisdom teeth, which were impacted and one has a serious cavity, also costing over 1,000 dollars to treat. The dental assistant decided was most important was trying to upsell me on $40 toothpaste and mouthwash. After going to TWU and only having to spend $100 dollars to have my teeth fully cleaned, even though it took me 6 different appointments over a course of 3 months. I’m still struggling to find affordable dental care. I’m making this review because I’m genuinely disappointed in the type of care that is provided. Dental health is something that affects everything in your body but to turn into a money hungry business that only cares about people who have ample amounts of money to pay for the care that this “dental assistant” thinks is necessary is heartbreaking. This place was a haven for me when I was a kid but I can’t even afford it now Edit: you know as well as I know that every dental insurance is very similar. It takes a year for procedures like wisdom teeth removal to be accepted yet this practice will accept it even before that year. The fact that y’all obviously have practices that are intended to help people who can’t afford it right away is deterred by your very own dentists and dental assistants you have hired. If you’re providing incentives to your dental assistant you need to stop. Doing two separate appointments for a cleaning, even with periodontal disease, is ridiculous if you understand insurance at all. Having dental students at twu giving better care than a full blown dental office is pathetic.

Negative experience: Some front staffs were nice, there is one that was rude. I forgot her name. The lady dentist is nice as well as the hygienist at first met. However, the hygienist does like to schedule the periodontal treatment twice. She did the 1st half of the teeth and have to come back few days after for the 2nd half. I'm sure that she is aware that insurance only covers this once a year. I ended up having 2 appointments for this and the insurance denied the 2nd visit. In my previous experience with other dental periodontal or deep cleaning is all done in 1 visit for the whole teeth not half only. I paid a lot of money out of my pocket for because of that hygienist lady. I over heard from the male dentist talking to her if it will not cause a problem with the insurance. She seems like she does not care. It did not took her long to work with my teeth for those visits because I had a deep cleaning or same treatment the previous year of that visit. I'm so disappointed, thought she is good but not at all. She is about into getting more money from the client/s.

Negative experience: Worse dental experience of my life . Just left this facility and im honestly in disbelief. First upon arrival receptionist was super nice , lady who took teeth ex ray super nice as well . The dental doctor was super rude kept trying to assume my last detal visit was longer then I stated . Originally when scheduling the appointment it was for a cleaning and to check out my hurt wisdom tooth. I had to schedule the pulling for another day due to personal reasoning . Then was told I couldnt even get ny teeth clean today due to the hygienist leaving soon . It was a disaster took off work for nothing . I WONT BE GOING BACK EVER

Fantastic experience: I went if for a tooth extraction. It was a root canal gone bad (over 25 years ago). Dr. Cobb was successful in removing it. I will be going back for an implant. I trust him fully. Super good guy, very cool, and very kind. Thx, Doc! You the man!

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at Denton Smiles Dentistry as a new patient for a checkup, filling, and cleaning. I worked with multiple staff members throughout the process, and everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive to any questions or concerns I had. Scheduling was fast and flexible, I was booked for an appointment just a few days after calling, and I appreciated that they even reached out to offer me an earlier time slot when one became available. And when I needed to switch back to my original time due to a change in plans, they were just as accommodating. I worked with Dr. Tran for my filling, Koleber for my cleaning, and several other amazing team members. Everyone I interacted with made a genuine effort to ensure I felt comfortable and cared for. The staff were more than happy to crack a joke to lighten the mood, talk me through each step of the process, and keep up a friendly conversation to help ease any anxiety, which is something that really makes a big difference for many people when visiting the dentist. One detail that stood out to me, and really speaks to Dr. Tran's skills, is that during my filling, I didn’t feel a single thing! Even the numbing injection, which usually causes discomfort in my past experiences, was completely painless. That has never happened before in any of my dental procedures, and I think it really highlights just how exceptional Dr. Tran is at what she does. Another detail I appreciated was that all staff I engaged with were women, which personally made me feel especially safe, welcomed, and understood. It created a very supportive and inclusive atmosphere that meant a lot to me. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience here, and I suggest this dentistry for anyone looking for a dental practice that’s both efficient and genuinely patient-focused.

Negative experience: I left this practice because the dentist were liked started his own practice elsewhere. I also left because every time we went in, we waited so long to be seen and it was getting ridiculous. The new (like strait out of school) dentist they had there sent my daughter to another dentist saying she needed an emergency root canal or to have the tooth pulled completely because it was so far gone. I wasn't sure where she got that by looking at the x-rays but when we got to the other dentist, he looked and said she was perfectly fine and just needed a filling. He was the specialist and I trusted him over the new girl at DSD. I was so glad I didn't have to have my daughter go through all of that but I was especially upset that she sent us same day to get an emergency procedure done that wasn't anywhere near necessary. A similar situation happened with my other daughter but I knew to get a second opinion before we freaked out. My older daughter had a visit this morning with our new dentist and the amount of rework they have to do on the shoddy job done at the other place is unreal. It will cost us a lot of money to fix what Denton smiles didn't do right in the first place. The office staff is very nice at Denton smiles, but that can't be all a dental office has going for them. I don't understand why they have such a high rating. Definitely think twice before making an appointment here.

Negative experience: PLEASE READ. I had dr cobb for teeth extractions, it was traumatizing. I had told him to look at my medicine list cuz my daily meds make my tolerance for sedation and numbing meds very high. He completely dismissed it and I was awake and aware the whole time and went into shock from the pain, uncontrollably shaking and crying being very obvious i was in severe pain. I was able to take care of myself after the appointment and not loopy or tired at all. 100% alert and couldn't stop shaking for hours, ive had nightmares for weeks of that day. Only reason I give 2 stars is cuz I adore the orthodontist he is so sweet and actually listens to my concerns and health history

Fantastic experience: I was super nervous my first time but everyone made it easy for me and I was able to relax. Dr. Cobb is really nice and so is Bobby. She talked to me and was able to help me be less nervous. I recommend this place 100%!!

Negative experience: You can find a better Dentist. Went for a cleaning and I swear they missed teeth. Came back to have a crown put on - the dentist didn't even say hi, just started on my tooth. A few weeks later, the crown came off. I came back to have them put it on, and they didn't even clean the tooth before glueing it on. Glad I paid them to make my tooth hurt every day when I eat.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a dental visit, and I can't say enough good things about it! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. During the appointment, the dentist was incredibly gentle and took the time to explain everything they were doing. They answered all my questions with patience and made sure I understood my treatment options. I appreciated the focus on preventive care, and I left feeling informed and empowered about my dental health. Overall, my experience was FANTASTIC!

Negative experience: We went to Denton Smiles because they were in-network when our son broke his tooth. Everything was fine and we paid in-network copay and charged according to our benefits. Then months later our son hurt his tooth again and suddenly we are out of network. What changed I do not know since our insurance did not change. And I confirmed multiple times before the first visit they were in network. I find how they "started to be transparent" by charging us more and finally letting us know we were in fact never in-network when our son hurt his tooth the second time. The sad part is their office is great but they have not been up front or even honest in their communication especially with billing and taking insurance. Beware!

Fantastic experience: I needed a root canal after a tooth was causing me a lot of pain. They got me in and diagnosed the issue within a few hours of calling. Had the procedure the next day! Appreciate how quickly they were able to get me out of pain!

Fantastic experience: Front office, nurses and Dr. Cobb were great. They are friendly and on top of their game. Dr. Cobb is up on the latest treatments. He listens to his patients. I just received my new lower plate. It fits perfectly and if very comfortable. I highly recommend Denton Smiles Dentistry. Later... I now also have my upper plate. Extractions went smoothly and we're pain free. I now have a beautiful, healthy smile. Thank you Dr. Cobb and Denton Smiles!

Fantastic experience: Excellent service! Just returned this week (June 10th, 2020), for another checkup and experienced great professional service again. Infection Control procedures are carried out in adequate means. I am always impressed with the efficiency that I experience at Denton Smiles. July 24, 2020 Great service as usual during my six month checkup - Sep 2023. Great service at Denton Smiles today June 20,2024. Jen, Denise, and Dr. Cobb took great care of me. Been going for 9+ years now and glad I came to them. The hygienists / assistants are the best as are the front desk folks. If you’re looking for a dentist in Denton, you need to look at these folks.

Fantastic experience: I needed help with tightening a loose crown from a previous implant done in Mexico. Not only were they very helpful, informative, and accommodating but Dr. Cobb didn’t even charge me for the service...only the office visit. 2 other places I called were gonna charge me 300-400$ Dr. Cobb went the extra mile and explained everything in detail. His assistant Bobbi deserves a raise , she was over the top amazing.

My kiddo needed some dental work done, but had had a very bad experience with Jefferson Dental, which made him terrified of the dentist. Dr Tran is amazing! Fantastic experience: Been going to Denton Smiles for some time now and I STILL love all the staff. This time I got a bridge and Dr. Tran was her usual gentle self making me go through the process painlessly (I'm something of a sissy). I'll be going there forever even if we move from Denton and I have to drive from somewhere else! I wrote this some time ago but today we drove from our new home in Euless to go back to Dr. Tran. It's absolutely worth it to make the effort to go to her.

Positive experience: I chose this dentist because they had many reviews and an overall positive rating. They got me scheduled same day for a minor dental emergency (chipped molar) and fixed it up nicely. My overall experience was positive, I just wasn’t that impressed with the facility or the staff. Negative experience: My family and I have been coming here for years, and everything was fine until this year. My husband went in for a routine checkup and Dr. Cobb and the staff failed to tell him that he had an infection. A week later he was in a lot of pain and called to make an emergency appointment and the person on the phone said she could see that he had an infection at his last appointment. Why didn’t they say anything while he was there and prescribe an antibiotic? We had scheduled an appointment for my son to have his wisdom teeth removed today and they had originally scheduled him with Dr. Cobb again. Having lost trust in him from my husband’s recent experience, we asked for another dentist and they said they could do that. We received a confirmation of the date and time via text, and were called to get his height and weight for sedation. When we showed up for the appointment this morning, they couldn’t find it and blamed us for changing doctors. I took my son out of school and missed work for nothing. I am beyond disappointed. Communication is absolutely paramount. I hope they can learn from this and make improvements.

Fantastic experience: This was my second appointment here. The first time was for my x-rays and other preliminary details, and I waited too long. But this time, when I came for my cleaning, I only waited about 25 minutes, and once the dentist came, it was fast, smooth, and I came out happy! Thank you, Denton Smiles!

Fantastic experience: Went in thinking I’d have to have one - maybe two- crowns replaced. Nope. They checked carefully and discovered my unhappy and tender gum/tooth was a piece of plaque that developed where the floss wasn’t reaching and removed it! The crowns are old. They could have easily said they needed to be replaced. My budget has heaved a huge sigh of relief!

Negative experience: I stopped coming here because they just want your money. The younger doctors seem unexperienced as they ALWAYS wanted to drill and do a filling whenever I had a cleanup scheduled. I have great teeth and I started to become suspicious, so I went to another dentist to ask for a second opinion. Guess what: no cavity and no filling needed. That’s just insane.

She is soooo good at relaxing you before treatment. She is new and I think she will have many positive comments.

The entire staff from the front desk (Edith) to the assistants, office admins…..everyone I have come in contact with are all top notch professionals. Fantastic experience: As always my family loves this place. We just welcomed our 3rd generation to Denton Smiles Dentistry. It says a lot when the kids who went there, are now willing to make a drive so that their little one 9 months old can go there. They are so good with babies and adults. :)

Fantastic experience: My daughter got her braces put on and she did not complain about anything. The staff were nice and the price was affordable. My daughter was being seen at another dental office. The prices were so high there. I was referred to Denton Smiles and it was a great decision financially wise. My daughter LOVES her braces and the experience was wonderful. The procedure was shorter than expected.

Fantastic experience: Zade, age 8, was pleased to find he had no cavities. A different dentist was planning some expensive procedures. He is motivated to take better care of his teeth. Very good experience.

Positive experience: The location is on 2nd level of all stairs an does not have a sign posted to direct you on opposite end to elevators. I am on a cane. An spent 10 mins. waking around complex trying get upstairs to office via another way.. ...1st time patients are not told to arrive 15 mins earlier for paperwork though completed prior onlinr. VERY RUDE Phone call is made just 10 mins after your appointment threatning you that you 'will not be seen for your schedule visit, but ger exam only for being 15 minutes late.' Though you waited days get in an in pain. AN THEY DINT DO THER DUE DILIGNCE Prior To Ensure All Info Needed to Be Seen or Location Entries. Was horrible experience by front office staff. If it wasnt for wonderful patient - doctor bedside repor an very thorough kind hearted Dr Olson, i would Nevr Go Back There Again

Fantastic experience: There are many options when it comes to picking a dentist in Denton. After reading other Google reviews, I chose Denton Smiles. I was not disappointed. I haven't been to the dentist in over 10 years and when I broke a tooth the idea of going terrified me. The staff at Denton Smiles was so understanding and made me very comfortable. There is still work to be done, but I am no longer scared about going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: A trusted friend who does health and wellness coaching referred me to Dr. Olson who specializes in biodentistry. I received what I am looking for, a dentist who uses a holistic approach and takes time to find the root cause of issues associated with poor dental work done in the past and how that affects the body as a whole. Highly recommend Dr. Olson and the experience with the staff at Denton Smiles.

Fantastic experience: This is genuinely one of the best experiences I have had with a dentist. The staff is all very friendly and the doctors are even better. My cleaning was covered by insurance and I got a filling on a bad tooth that had been bothering me for years done in the same week at a extremely affordable price and it looks like nothing ever happened to it. Positive experience: We have been patients for many years. We have had ups and downs, and repeatedly have had different dentists that we don’t know. The big problem with that is that there is no consistency in the assessment and treatment plan we receive from one visit to the next. We were fans of the practice because of dr. Tran and dr.Vo, and we felt comfortable with them, but we seldom see them anymore and have been disappointed with the dentists that have seen us.

Fantastic experience: Denton Smiles Dentistry is an honest dentistry with their customer's best interest in mind. I've been to many dentists in the past who have lied about procedures needed or "jumped the gun" on procedures needed or who have price gouged or were disrespectful to their clients. The doctors at Denton Smiles do their best to keep your God given teeth in tact for as long as possible. They do not jump to unneeded procedures (threaten or recommend root canals or tooth removals or implants) but rather try less expensive and more healthful procedures before going to the more extensive procedure. I want to keep my original teeth for as long as possible. And the more a dentist "does" to them (drilling wise), the quicker I will lose them and the more extensive and painful the procedure. I really appreciate that about this dentistry and it's why I drive from Fort Worth to go here. Thank you for your honesty and dedication to best dentistry practices. You are greatly appreciated by many!

Negative experience: one of the doctors that checked my teeth made a smart comment towards me saying “you don’t wanna spend $500 on your hair but only spend $3 on a toothbrush” after I told her I preferred to use a regular toothbrush over an electric one which I already have & it was indeed NOT cheap. I didn’t appreciate that comment at ALL. My hair & what it cost is none of her business.

Fantastic experience: Wow! What an incredibly kind, knowledgeable, friendly, excellent staff. Dr. Olson was OUTSTANDING. He took time with me and explained the options for my treatment. I never felt pressured or uneasy. Denton Smiles is the perfect name for this dental office.

Negative experience: Love the people here. They’re wonderful, and have been for years. The wait times have gotten out of control, though. We waited over 45 minutes today for our ortho retainer check appointment to begin…

Fantastic experience: The Best Dental office I have ever been to. There are plenty of Dentists around where I live in the Fort Worth area...I choose to drive to Denton. It's worth every mile. Dr. Olsen is Awesome and the staff is very professional and thorough. Give them a try and you'll see why.

Fantastic experience: Great place! When you have to go to dentist, there is no way out if it. But at least, I know I'm going to get results that I am happy with. Dr. Olsen is very good, no frills, gets the job done. First dentist that hasn't stung me when deadening. Also, will be following his protocol taking vitamin d to help with depositing calcium in bones and teeth. I have found my dentist and staff.

Fantastic experience: My dentist, Dr. Patel, made my cavity fillings a very comfortable experience. She even went the extra mile to give me the child's mouth bite piece when the regular one was uncomfortable. This practice is very polite and accommodating!

Fantastic experience: This location is so amazing. I hate going to the dentist, I mean I’m horrified of dentists, but they were so kind and to the point. They made sure I was comfortable and explained everything perfectly. They even make sure to tell you about your insurance and what it covers, they never force anything you’d have to pay for out of pocket even if it’s just a few dollars. Amazing place, give them a try!

Negative experience: I went in for a tooth pain all I got was painful gums., After I saw the hygienist. She was hurting me I told her this hurts she said almost done and kept going. I left there with still no answers of why my tooth was hurting and know I have pain in my gums. From what the hygienist did to me. The front desk was nice and kind to me but that's about it. I did find another place much better.

Fantastic experience: What a pleasant experience!! I just recently found Dr. Olson and could not be happier about my decision to switch to him! He confirmed my concerns that a previous dentist's assessment was incorrect and suggested gentler and more reasonable ways to address my concerns. He patiently explained all my options and offered invaluable expertise. And beyond that, he's simply just a very friendly person!! I also found all others (hygienist, office staff) at Denton Smiles Dentistry prompt and very nice to deal with.

Fantastic experience: First visit with Dr. Olson after retirement of former dentist. Very thorough initial appointment, i..e, whole mouth circular x-ray, bite-wing x-rays, cleaning and doctor's exam. Doctor and staff were all quite amenable. Thoroughly enjoyed the visit and will return for, future, scheduled appointment. Second visit cleaning was very thorough and professional. Upon inspection, small composite on the outside of #22 had fallen out. The composite was replaced, in the same professional manner, during this same visit.

Fantastic experience: Denton Smiles is the best dental practice in Denton!* I was so happy to find a place that would help me out with a membership program to lower the costs of my dental needs while I didn't have dental insurance. The only issue I have with Denton Smiles is that they refused to move their entire clinic with me when I moved away from Denton despite consistent begging. *I never actually went to any other dentist in Denton. Denton Smiles is still the best!

Fantastic experience: I developed a severe tooth problem with extreme pain. I contacted Denton Smiles since I had been there before. They scheduled an emergency appointment for me. The doctor and his assistant were very patient and tolerant with me since I do not do well under pain and stress. The issue was handled with care and I am grateful for the staff as well. Fantastic experience: Absolutely the *TOP* dentist in the D/FW area! We were referred to Dr. Olson by a friend. His office is a 35 minute drive from our home and absolutely worth it. Our daughter is 4 years old and needs extensive work done on her teeth, that will require IV sedation. We have met with 3 other dentists in the area, and didn’t have a peace about them being the ones to do the work on her. We have been searching for the very best, and thankfully, found Dr. Olson. Dr. Olson took his time in evaluating our daughters case. He explained in detail what was taking place, why, the different options there were and the procedures that he felt were in her best interest. He was reassuring, and his plans were very thought-out. His bedside manner is excellent. Being that he is a parent, he understands the concerns and real life experience of decisions to be made when it comes to our children. It is clear that Dr. Olson’s priority is safety, and the best interest of their teeth, long-term. We are so very thankful to have been referred to him & for all he is doing in caring for our daughter’s teeth. His staff is excellent - they are welcoming, have great follow up, and very helpful when it came down to explaining costs and what our benefits would cover. His office is 5 Star all the way around.

Negative experience: They seem like nice people however the level of service we received today was appalling. We called to make an appointment and let them know what we were needing to be seen for. They verified our insurance and received the referral information. We were scheduled to see the regular dentist instead of the Endodontist that the referral said we needed to see. We were then told the Endodontist wasn’t in network with our insurance. So we paid our copay to see a dentist we didn’t need to see only for her to look at the X-rays that our own dentist took, and barely take a look at the tooth in question and agree with what our dentist already told us. FRUSTRATING IN THE LEAST! I feel bamboozled. I never said I wanted to come in for a “second opinion” so if we weren’t seeing the doctor we needed to see, then why did they keep the appointment…JUST SO THEY CAN GET OUR MONEY!! When I asked about waiving the copay since this was clearly a mistake on her front desk staff, her only offer was to credit future work mentioned in the treatment plan. What a waste of my time! Why would I come back to an office that clearly STOLE my money by not following the referral information on a new patient. This was our first and last visit to Denton Smiles. I am highly disappointed.

Fantastic experience: This was our first time going to this office. My husband and I were needing our 6 month dental cleaning. After finding Dental Smiles Dentistry on yelp and seeing they had great reviews, we decided to make an appointment. The staff was nice and helpful. They have discounts for self pays. Our cleanings were great! Definitely recommending them to everyone.

Fantastic experience: We have been at this location for quite some time now. So glad that my older kids are also able to get their braces maintained in one location. Ladies in the front are always nice and welcoming. My little one is always afraid, but the dental assistants always make her feel safe.

Fantastic experience: Smiles staff are all very pleasant and professional. I have had many bad experiences with dentist and was afraid to go back. Dr. Tran did 3 fillings on me. I actually fell asleep. She’s soft spoken and very gentle handed. My extraction also went well didn’t fall asleep but didn’t have any pain. Yay They did a follow up call to see if I had any issues. I would recommend any and every one to make Smiles their dentist. PS: very clean facility too

Fantastic experience: Not a fan of the dentist in the slightest but everyone at Denton Smiles is top notch and erased my fear completely. I'm super appreciative and can't recommend enough. Fantastic experience: The staff there is very welcoming, polite and generous. First thing I noticed when I went in was a spacious lobby along with a game room (yes a game room) for the kids to entertain themselves while waiting for your appointment, so yes that was a plus! The assistance there will get to the root of any problem you have in any and all cases, they do not fall short with their experience and expertise! Fantastic experience: Staff is always pleasant! Very easy and painless dental cleaning, it’s a power wash instead of scraping. The hygienist did a wonderful job at verbalizing each step before she’d do it, so no surprises! Dr Olson is very personable. He speaks in plain language, lays out multiple options and is willing to take the time to discuss an individualized plan. They won’t pressure you into making a decision nor do they use scare tactics. Also, love that they text the day before the routine appointment so that you already know how much the of pocket cost is before walking in. I felt so good when I left today. They even seemed happy that I didn’t have any cavities! With my last dentist I felt like I was disappointing her because I wouldn’t be paying for additional dental work . So thankful to have found Denton Smiles!

Fantastic experience: Dr Olson took a very personalized approach and seems like he genuinely wants to find the most natural treatment plan possible for my health and well-being. He is also really good at what he does and efficient with his time, which means I didn’t have to wait around a long time in the chair. The assistants and office staff are also kind. The office itself is neat, clean and well finished on the inside.

I had every step of the way explained to me and I LOVE the dental hygienist Afton. So kind and made me feel relaxed. The dentist Dr Olsen was amazing. Fantastic experience: I have had some bad experiences at dentists before, and I told the people at denton smiles that and they really went above and beyond to try and make me feel comfortable. Exceptional care, the best dentist I have ever been to, hands down.

Negative experience: I tried them out for the first time and was not happy at all. My biggest issue is that I scheduled my appointment to have a much needed cleaning which was a huge reason why I even set the appointment up. I understand just like most dental offices an exam and x-rays need to be done as well which were no problem but I get told after x-rays exam and going over my treatment plan that my cleaning needs to be scheduled on another visit. I was beyond frustrated that I was not told this when I scheduled so I could plan accordingly and ask for additional time off of work. I feel like I wasted two hours of my day and lefted work early just to not be able to get what I came in for done because of the staff’s lack of communication!

Fantastic experience: The absolute best experience I have EVER had. Every single person there was so friendly and welcoming! They are the most honest dentist I have ever been to and don’t just try to lie and scam you for money. I had anxiety going in but that went away quickly with how awesome they were.
