Fantastic experience: Found Dr. Norman to be very caring yesterday while performing my perio work. She put me at ease. And the gas didn't hurt either! Really, I was very impressed.

Negative experience: So after trying so desperately to reschedule an appointment, I got through to them and the call got disconnected and no one tried calling me back knowing you have to go through a automated operator. I even went back through this process and still nobody got back to me. Communication is lacking but I guess my business isn't valued or welcome.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient of this practice since the 80s. From the minute you walk in and are greeted by the receptionists Kathy and Terry, until you exit, you’re just so comfortable. My dentist, Dr. Andrew Marcus, is flawless. He is brilliant, confident, and a “tooth artist” … plus the best sense of humor. Not something I’d like to admit, but I actually fell asleep (with only novocaine) while he was performing a procedure

Fantastic experience: Can't express my gratitude enough for how wonderful the staff at Goldberg and Marcus were in my recent visit. As someone with a fear of the dentist, but was experiencing some severe dental pain, I was not only able to get an appointment within a few days' notice, but during my visit, both my dental hygienist and Dr. Monteiro took care of me in a kind, understanding, and patient manner. They explained next steps in a thoughtful way, where it really felt like they were "on my side" helping my dental health, as opposed to making me feel bad for non-perfect teeth. Fantastic experience: Every time I come to this office I have such a great experience, I have a lot of anxiety about the dentist.but they are so calm, they take their time. They go extra mile and out numbing gel on my teeth for a cleaning because I’m very sensitive. In fact that note is in my chart so they do it every time. I usually see Dr. Monterio who is so wonderful. She did my crown last year and it was difficult but she took her time, kept checking on me. She has great bedside manner, very friendly. Yesterday, Nancy did my cleaning. She was thorough, explained things to me like why I should use a night guard, how beneficial it would be. She was done in a timely manner. I walked out of there very pleased. I would highly suggest going here. There very clean also which of course is so important. Definitely an A+ in my book.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about this dental establishment. The staff is phenomenal. You feel welcome and comfortable from the moment you walk through the door. My family goes to Dr. Marcus, who has been awesome. His chairside manner will keep you laughing...just don't do it while your rinsing! His extractions are unbelievable. A family member had their upper teeth pulled and a denture made. They could not believe how quick and painless the extractions were, and has been very happy with their dentures. Positive experience: I am in my mid 40’s and had to have a wisdom tooth extracted yesterday for the first time. I was very nervous since this was my first tooth extraction but Dr Slow and assistant Sue made me feel comfortable and extracted my wisdom tooth in minutes.

He spent an immense amount of time explaining several options, addressing all concerns, and working with me to find the right treatment plan. Fantastic experience: UPDATE: The implant surgery has been completed. Dr. Monteiro and her Dental Assistant were again fantastic! It’s been a long road to this point and I am very grateful for the support and caring of Dr. Monteiro. I highly recommend! **************** Dr. Monteiro and her Dental Assistant were fantastic! Having lost a much needed molar, it was recommended that I undergo implant surgery. Dr. Monteiro did not want to rush into the surgery, but waited until such time that she believed the site was ready. On the day of my surgery, she made me feel at ease and ensured I was as comfortable as one could be under the circumstances. The procedure went extremely well and now with the Doctor’s advice, the third act of the procedure will take place in about four months. I appreciate her wanting to take the slow approach to make sure that the implant is fully healed before going onto the next phase. Thank you, Dr. Monteiro!

Fantastic experience: Recently just two teeth extracted and with a high oral density anxiety they kept all my concerns in consideration being that I know I don’t do well for example seeing the numbing needle. The dental assistant held my hand to help calm my anxiety. I was numbed up very well and couldn’t feel a thing and what was a scary experience turned into a funny memorable one.

From the girls at the front desk, the hygienists, Dr. Goldberg and Dr. Slow (who extracted my tooth in no time and painlessly) I wouldn't use any other group.
