Fantastic experience: Everyone is so pleasant in the office. Never had more than a 5 minute wait. Dr. Gosnell is great, personable and does what she says she will do. No plan of treatment that isn’t approved by my insurance first, like some offices. I give them a 10 out of 10 rating.

Fantastic experience: I must say Dr Gonsall & staff were very friendly & very knowledgeable. Dr was gentle & made me feel comfortable, as well as her assistant, Rose. The office manager, Brenda was helpful in assisting me with information of my insurance company so I wouldn’t have any surprises. I would definitely recommend their office. If you need further help, they will refer you to where you need to go.

She took her time, explained every step, and made sure to focus on all of my specific concerns. She was incredibly gentle, yet meticulous, and not once did I feel rushed. Fantastic experience: Went here for a cleaning and a second opinion. The first dentist told me I needed a root canal for over $1600 with insurance. When I came here they were honest and said I only needed a filling for less then $200. So if your looking for an honest Dentist that’s not trying to upsell you come here

Fantastic experience: All my life, I have LOATHED going to the dentist! However, I am impressed with everything regarding this practice and the staff. Everyone is personable and professional…and I cannot say enough about my dental hygienist AMANDA!! From the minute I explained my crazy anxiety, she was understanding and comforting and always explains everything she is doing. I doubt I will ever say that I love going to the dentist but now the visits are definitely not as traumatic for me.

Negative experience: I called on a Thursday to update my phone number, my appointment was not until the following Monday! I was very rudely informed if they did not have a correct phone number to contact me, they will give the appointment to another client. This was on Thursday and my appointment was not until the following Monday??? It hurt my feelings and then pissed me off, so I told her "just go ahead and give the appointment to someone else then". After I processed it, I called back to tell whoever answered the phone to tell the dentist that I would just find another dentist that I did not want to go to a place that did not care anymore about me than this especially since I had a lot of work done on my teeth there! I've had the appointment taped to my bathroom mirror for 6 months! When I make appointments, I keep them , but evidently a particular person there was more worried about the money than me! I'm still considering changing dentist, but I really love my dentist there! She is serious and dedicated to her work, but that staff person is not "user friendly" ! I've had a lot of work done at that dental office and like the dentist there or I would have just immediately found another dentist with more caring office staff! "People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care!"

Fantastic experience: When I called an office near me for a dental emergency on a Friday, they could not get me in. However, they did call me back and arrange for me to get in the South Commons office immediately. Dr Didriksen was wonderful, and able to do the repairs that I needed while I waited. Because this was an emergency, I expected the cost to be pretty high, but I was surprised and so grateful that the charge was extremely reasonable! Everyone, from the minute, I walked in, were open and friendly. My thanks to all of you!

Positive experience: Wonderful visit until payment. I am self pay and usually use my care credit for visits. Was told this visit my total had to be $200 to use it. I was not prepared to pay over $100 from my bank account as I am on a very tight budget. Very disappointing.

I was skeptical about going but all my concerns vanished as they explained everything to me, from procedures to cost, giving me the feeling they had my concerns in mind.
