Fantastic experience: Everyone at Rolling Ridge dental is professional and friendly, courteous and prompt. My hygienist has been outstanding for all the years I’ve been a patient at Rolling Ridge, and my dentist is excellent. The front office staff is great, too! Highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Excellent care. Called this morning with tooth pain. They saw me this afternoon. Dr. Vlad Damian is very knowledgeable, explains things in an easy to understand way. Previously I've had work done by another local dentist corrected here. Indeed I've had excellent dental care by Dr Damian himself. However I've recently had a billing problem. I paid over $300 copay which I shouldn't have been charged. Nothing would have been done If I had not realized it myself. I did get paid back, but it took nearly 2 months from my complaint and well over 3 months from my original payment.

Not only did they get me in a week before every other dentist in town, but they also take my insurance. Highly recommend! Positive experience: I had a different hygienist this time. She was a little rough in taking x-rays (the cord wrapped around her foot, and it yanked the piece out of my mouth). Most the hygienists know that they can’t use the water pick on me because my teeth are EXTREMELY sensitive to cold water-when she started and the water hit my bottom teeth, I kind of yelled in pain and jerked my head away. I know it scared her and hurt me. This is the first visit I’ve ever had that I didn’t give 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: The dental hygienist gave the gentlest, but yet most effective cleaning that I’ve ever had. She used a water pic to clean my teeth, and my mouth wasn’t sore afterwards! I give her five stars.

Negative experience: Staff were kind, and I was very happy with both my cleaning and evaluation. What wasn’t great: I wasn’t told upfront I’d owe about $100, and I only got a total receipt instead of an itemized one. Update: from 4 to 2 stars I was overcharged compared to what my insurance claim shows, and they never replied to my email after a week. Really disappointed. I’d suggest finding another clinic.

Fantastic experience: Everything went well and in a timely manner.

Negative experience: They called and canceled my appointment in July for my and my son's cleaning due to a hygienist not being available that day . They then could not get us back on the schedule until February of 2026. I called and was able to get an appointment earlier, Oct 8th. Showed up for the appointment only to find out that they gad canceled these appointments also, saying that we did not confirm via text message, only to find out they were texting the wrong number. Office staff were like 'sorry about your luck' Lost $200 from taking off the morning of work and the hour drive to their office. Don't waste your time. Too unreliable

Fantastic experience: We initially chose Rolling Ridge Dental Care because they accepted our insurance. Although that later changed, we felt their dental care was so excellent that we stayed—even though we now have to submit our own claims. I’ve genuinely liked every dental hygienist I’ve seen, and I’ve always felt the dentists listened to my concerns and guided me toward good decisions for my dental health.

Positive experience: I was disappointed at how long it took (1 week) to get an appointment to re-glue a crown that had fallen out., although Dr. Damien was great. In prior years, I had always been able to get in quickly, within a day or so, when a crown became dislodged.

The dentist here has great bed side manor and they are always trying to do what’s best for your dental health. I havnt been to the dentist for a while and there was no judgment, will continue to come here.

Lol.. totally an accident. No one was hurt. Dr. Damian was very nice. Gentle as well. My tooth feels great! Fee's are very reasonable. I have to honestly say that this was the most enjoyable dental visit that I can remember; from start to finish. I almost forgot to mention. The office is extremely clean, accommodating and beautiful..High class all the way!. I'm looking forward to my next appointment.

My insurance has been verified and estimates provided before major work occurs, consistently. I cannot say enough kind things about Devyn, the hygienist. She is great at explaining different procedures prior to diving in provides detailed answers to questions. I am very satisfied with staff’s efforts to reduce pain during procedures. This is a great location for those seeking an anxiety-free experience.

Negative experience: I felt the dentist seemed rushed. If felt like a drive thru dental. She didn't make me feel like she really wanted to address my concerns. I felt like she brushed me off. However the dental assistant and front desk staff were very pleasant.

Positive experience: One visit with my autistic daughter. All went OK but now I can't get through to the office for follow up questions. Have called 4 different times & only goes to vm, very disappointed with that. Now I'm left in limbo to get the refferal appointment without more info I need.

Negative experience: Absolutely bad communication on their part. They stopped taking our insurance and didn't inform us about it. Only AFTER the SECOND appointment they mentioned that they don't take our insurance. They said we have to pay for the last appointment and the current appointment AFTER all the work was done. And they showed the little sign they had about the canceled insurance in the billing area AFTER the work was done. The sign should be in the entrance where you sign in. Not in the billing area where you come out to pay. That's not fair and bad communication on their part.

Fantastic experience: We are quite pleased with the services and professionalism provided by the two dentists and their staff. We feel confident the dental hygienists and dentists offer the most up to date techniques and that the equipment is modern and very clean. More so, our dentist, Dr. Damian, is very nice yet proficient in the various procedures we have received. It is worth the 45 minute drive to receive services from this practice.

Fantastic experience: Office was very clean and sanitary looking, I have severe dental anxiety and very sinsitive teeth and they cared, played music and walked me through what they were gonna do to fix my tooth. They brought financial statements to me to go over before they did anything and they were very nice. Dentist was quick and did well making my filling nice and smooth.

Negative experience: I have had nothing but issues here. I've had 5 root canals done here and 3 have failed. I keep getting sent to a specialist. After doing research it appears failed root canals are rare and a small % of people have a root canal fail. I've had 3. I had 1 tooth pulled after spending all this money on root canals and crowns. I have 2 cavities on top of this. I use the special fluoride toothpaste I purchased from them and Ive really been taking care of my teeth. I feel like there is something going on and these dentists seem to not be able to help me. The hygienists are always great though. I think they clean my teeth well and I normally feel good after leaving. The actual dentists don't seem to try to provide answers other then the generic answers they always give. i also feel like if you schedule late in the day, they are in a rush to get out of there and it is apparent. Also, it shouldn't take 4 months to schedule an appointment to get a cavity filled. Stop taking on new patients if you can't properly take care of the ones you already have. I will be looking for a new dentist

Fantastic experience: I do love this dentist’s office. I have been going there since right before COVID hit. Although, that did cause some issues, as it did everywhere. I was getting Invisalign with them at the time, which had a few setbacks, but it was out of their control. However, I am extremely pleased with my dentist: Dr. Vlad Damian. I had an extreme open bite that I was always told I could not fix unless my jaw was broken to realign my teeth. Him and his staff worked to do the best they could for my bite and now my open bite is completely closed. My teeth are straight and so well done. I have never been happier with my smile. I also highly recommend going there for Invisalign, it was so easy with little pain, they were great about providing me with extra trays or anything I needed while going through this process with them. Absolutely well worth the price. I wish I still had the after pictures from my teeth to include to show just how well my teeth turned out but sadly those got deleted along the way. My dental hygienist, Lori, is also very kind and does a wonderful job at keeping up with my teeth and making them feel clean. She is professional with a pleasant personality. The staff at the front desk/check out has and is always kind to me, they keep me updated and have always been very friendly towards me. Scheduling can sometimes be a little tricky but they are communicative and they return your calls. A few of the staff have gone out of their way to learn my name which is always a lovely feeling. Every place has pros and cons, but with rolling ridge dental the pros for me far outweigh the cons. I would gladly recommend them to others.

Fantastic experience: I have been a client of Dr Damian's for about 5 yrs now. Just last week I developed severe dental pain. I was seen the following day. I have been very pleased with a variety of dental procedures and highly recommend Dr Damian. He is friendly, compassionate, informative, skilled, ethical and professional. The staff are pleasant and efficient. I have shared my compliant that dental hygiene appts are impossible to schedule every six months as directed with their current staffing and schedule.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I visited Rolling Ridge Denistry for the 1st time having not been to a dentist in several years after not being at all satisfied with my previous dentist. The Covid pandemic also initially delayed it. I got likely the best cleaning and definitely the most gentle I have ever had by Megan. In the past, at my old dentist, I often felt tore up and sore for days afterwards. Dr Damian examined me and luckily I have no dental issues that need addressed at this time. One minor issue that gives me no problems, we will keep an eye on and I do plan to have taken care of eventually. I have never had perfect teeth but they work. Being pain free, able to eat, and have a decent smile is all that matter to me. At 60 plus years I do not need sparkling white, perfectly aligned teeth. It was very refreshing to leave the dentist with A) My mouth feeling very clean and not sore. B) Feeling like my dentist didn't try to "Find" things to work on. Overall a very good experience.
