Fantastic experience: Coming here is like a family reunion, even my wife likes to come and chat with the folks in the lobby while waiting for me. Can't stop an Irish woman from meeting new friends. Anyway, this time I learned That Dr. Borg is stepping into retirement (seems too young) and that my regular hygienist was out ill. However, she has known her replacement for 29 years, so much like Sisters in temperament and competence. Lastly, I met Dr. Homes who is stepping into Dr. Borg's practice. He was very thorough and developed a comprehensive treatment plan for my treatment, and he provided me this information in a way that I could understand. He gave my his opinions, answered questions, and provided me with the information necessary so I could make a plan. Later the following week I had my teeth cleaned by Deborah. She was so helpful and professional. She also provided me with information and supplements to enhance my overall dental health. I’m so happy and confident with their services. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Wilson has gone above and beyond with helping me limp along an old bridge until I can afford an implant. He is gentle, kind and compassionate. What a wonderful dentist! And his staff are great too!

Negative experience: I was disappointed to learn during my first visit that the earliest available dental cleaning appointment is in four months. They should have mentioned this when I called to schedule. I feel like I wasted my time, as I could have chosen a place with a shorter wait.

Positive experience: My dentist was changed and appointment details were changed without my knowledge. That was unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: I had another great visit to EMDC. Danielle did an excellent cleaning. The new fluoride treatment is great - no more sticky residue! Dr. Kittelson was very thorough and answered all of my questions - he’s the best!

Fantastic experience: 9-3-25 Had my six month checkup and cleaning yesterday with dental hygienist Darla, who is so professional and fun. She is fast, gentle, and thorough and great about answering any questions. After looking at my x-rays, Dr. Holmes checked my teeth and gums, also. I've had receding gums for many years and both Dr. Holmes and Darla are very proactive about managing this. East Main Dental is just a great practice: welcoming, friendly, with an outstanding staff. 9-30-24 My visit yesterday to East Main Dental was everything it should be and more in terms of reception, care, professionalism, and advice. The office handles its patient load smoothly, the staff is friendly and efficient, and I have such confidence and respect for Dr. Borg's expertise and thorough communication. Dental care is so important and it's such a relief and privilege to be a patient at East Main Dental. Patient confidence is key. 2-27-25. I had a routine cleaning with Darla at East Main Dental. The staff is so personable , caring, and I sense they all really enjoy working together. Darla is VERY knowledgable about what patients can do at home to minimize dental problems. She's very good at explaining procedures in a way that makes them clear and doable, such as whitening and using a water flosser along with regular flossing. Late last year Dr. Hal Borg replaced front crowns I had for 40 years! As we age, our jaws and teeth can shift slightly. He is known for his beautiful dental reconstructive and repair work. I am so happy with the end result, a smile I like to show!

Fantastic experience: I have long been very satisfied with Dr. Kitteridge’s work, and with that of my recent dental technician Chelsea, who did a great job of cleaning my teeth and explaining what is going on in my mouth.

Positive experience: All good except disappointing that cleaning not done at same time. First time I remember having “just” a check up and not a cleaning in same appointment. Staff and doctor all excellent!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Borg for 10+ years, and now that he is retiring, I got transferred to Dr. Holmes. While I am sad to see Dr. Borg leave, I couldn’t be happier with his replacement. Dr. Holmes is extremely thorough and did a fantastic job. You can tell that he is the kind of guy that will stop at nothing tho make sure his work is perfect, and I can’t recommend him enough.

Negative experience: I have been going to Dr. Borg for several years and have had little to no problems. New Dentist (dr. Holmes), new employees don't seem to know how to handle situations quite right. I am not sure if I feel comfortable with the new help.

Fantastic experience: I needed a bad tooth extracted. It was taken care of in a timely manner through the on-call dentist Kenneth Mcgowen on Friday. He prescribed antibiotics at my chosen pharmacy and performed the extraction on Monday evening at the end of his normal day of work. Very good service for a new patient

Fantastic experience: I always get a very nice welcome. I am using a walker, and when the receptionists se me approaching they come and hold the door open for me so I can make my grand entrance. Darla is very competent, a good communicator, and gives great advice. I had the pleasure to meet Dr. Wilson for the first time, and he proved his competence by asking me back to deal with 3 small fillings. Overall, I feel that I’m in good hands!
