Fantastic experience: It was quite a pleasant experience, since it's been a few years since I'd had my teeth checked. The check-in staff was awesome, the Dr was super nice and made it very comfortable when meeting him and going over my x-rays. Christina who actually did my cleaning was amazing, very gentle and caring. I can definitely say I found a great place and ive made my follow up appointment already. Thank you AV Sierra Dental you all are amazing keep up the great work.

Fantastic experience: Searching for a new dentist whom I can trust was so important. Having found them on yelp with great reviews I did not hesitate to call them. I contacted AV Sierra and I was quickly greeted by Jess who took my insurance information and got me in within the same week. Today I was seen, and from the moment I walked in It was such a warm and cozy atmosphere from decor to their music and the nice young girl at the front (I should have asked her name) filled out my paperwork on a tablet which was handed to me and everything went smoothly. Was then taken to the back by another friendly female staff who did my X-rays and assisted the Dentist in my consultation. I will be needing some work and as we are all afraid for that financial part Jess once again made me feel so comfortable to work with me from what’s most important and scheduled me later this month. I want to continue raving how excited I am but will stop here by saying these girls were all so professional and I did learn while visiting that AV Sierra also cares for their employees I hope you all had a blessed Christmas party will be seeing you all soon God bless

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome. Christina was so pleasant and made me feel so comfortable, I love the fact that they give you dark shades for your eyes and you can watch Netflix on the television above you as you get your teeth worked on. Everyone makes you feel so welcomed.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had bad experiences with deep cleanings in the past, so I was pretty anxious going in — but the Hygienist Faith completely changed that for me. She was so patient and caring, always checking to make sure I was comfortable and not in pain. She took her time, did everything thoroughly, and even did an X-ray to confirm my teeth were cleaned properly. For the first time, I left a dental appointment feeling calm and cared for. I guess you could say that Faith restored my Faith in going back to the Dentist and truly exceeded my expectations!

Fantastic experience: Super friendly staff. Hands down the best dentist I've been too. I don't avoid my appointments because I know they take care of me. I appreciate how they make sure I am ok when I get work done, really helps the process. My wife told me she's been coming here since a kid, now I know why. If my parents took me here as a kid I would had much better oral hygiene and better trust in dentist lol.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely delightful dental office. I am terrified beyond measure so making the call took a lot. Kayla answered the phone and scheduled me same day for an emergency appointment. Very friendly and calm voice which helped so much. I explained my anxiety and she assured me that they would take care of me. Christina took the X-rays and prepped for the doctor and I was calmed and reassured constantly. She looked right at me and said we don’t judge here if it’s been a while since you’ve been to the dentist. HUGE relief! Every detailed question I asked was answered confidently and with no judgement or attitude. Dr Vu is knowledgeable and spoke clearly and took time to explain. Processing the payment and scheduling my procedure was smooth and Jess explained every detail of the charges and offered financing options. Given my extreme anxiety I was not expecting the level of compassion and reassurance I received. I am still afraid for my procedure but I know I’m in good hands.

Fantastic experience: From when I walked in to when my appointment was over, everything went smoothly at front desk and I felt I received great care and attention from Hygentist Cynthia. She did my X-rays and teeth scan quickly and with minimal discomfort. She constantly ensured I was doing okay throughout the visit. Her chair-side manners were kind and a welcoming relief in an environment that I am always nervous about. The dentist, Dr Jason Oh, did a great job on completing my examination and treating my issue with skill, knowledge, and dental expertise. I look forward to my follow up appointment in 4 weeks hopefully with Cynthia and Dr Oh.

Fantastic experience: I've had long-term anxiety about visiting dentists. I have excellent teeth overall, and never really had overly traumatic experiences, but the fear kept me from a dentist office for around 13 years. After I met my wife (who insisted that I needed to go), the only way I could manage to get through it is by using lorazepam to calm me down, which meant that I couldn't bring myself to the appointments. This was the case for a couple of different dentist offices that I went to when we moved to different areas during different chapters in our lives. The people at AV Sierra Dental have managed to allay my fears and anxiety through their professionalism, compassion, and kindness. I am now able to attend appointments unmedicated and on my own for the first time in literal decades. It didn't happen after one visit, but the consistent treatment I received here was so exceptional at all levels, from reception up through the doctor himself, that I feel so much more calm when my visit is due. Thank you so much to everyone who works here!

Fantastic experience: Let me tell you about the “Godzilla” of toothaches, I had last week. In my right side molars, it hurt sooo bad, it hurt thru my eyeballs. I remembered the wonderful people who were at Sierra. Don’t yell, I hadn’t been to the dentist for years. It was so long ago, they had moved ! I couldn’t talk straight. I called to see a doctor. They squeezed me in Friday morning. They were so kind to an “old fart”. Daisy , at the desk, got me in quickly. I saw the dental assistant, Sarai. Professional, and also kind. She took my complaint seriously. She went and got the dentist, Doctor Vu. Doctor Vu is a great listener. She really saw the pain on my face. I thought I was going to have to come back. No way !. Doctor Vu knew the pain was coming from the next molar over. Within minutes, the molar was removed. She also removed a broken molar, from above. And guess what ?!! The oain I was suffering from DISAPPEARED. It was like a switch was turned off. If you need a caring dentist, call the AV Sierra Dental Center . Don’t even look for anyone else. You will be glad you did. I am 69 years old, and I will be coming here forever. There’s no need to be in pain. Don’t suffer. Come here right away. Thanks for reading Barry Goldman

Long story short I have not been to the dentist in a few years and instead of the staff shaming me they helped me out and got me taken care of. Fantastic experience: Whoa, as I sit here writing this review, it makes me so grateful- that in a stressful world filled with ups and downs there are still kind, thoughtful, and genuine people. AV Sierra Dental is incredible. I was not having a good morning, it was cold and looked like rain was coming. And as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist Jess. Bright and cheery and quick to acknowledge me. Then I go inside and I'm greeted by the dental assistant Genesis. I started tearing up because my tooth was hurting a little bit and she quickly went to get me a tissue. Didn't hesitate, very empathetic. She made sure I was comfortable, offered water and blankets, and started getting the xrays completed in a timely fashion. Was I in a spa? Lol. Then I got Dr. Vu. She's so incredibly sweet, and explained things so I could understand what needed to be done, She was like a cool friend or co worker that you haven't talked to in a long time. She was attentive during the whole session and stayed by my side. I didn't feel a thing. I was extremely nervous, I didn't tell her, but her calm energy helped me to calm down. Thank you Dr. Vu for considering my feelings and my anxiety and not judging me. What I noticed about Dr. Vu is she didn't talk down to her team, she was calm and kind to them, treated them as an equal. This does not happen in most medical fields, a lot of doctors treat others who work for them -not the greatest. But Doctor Vu is a different kind of Doctor. These are things you don't learn in school. These empathetic characteristics that these women show, is a sign of unmatched dedication, surrounding yourself around good people, hiring people who fit the culture, and having integrity. I actually look forward to going to the dentist and I never thought I would say that in a million years. Thank you to your team of unmatched care. Also, I don't remember her name, but she was really attentive too, and she had really cool hair. I apologize that I forgot your name, but I appreciate the few moments I got to speak with you.

Fantastic experience: Today I went to Dr Oh‘s office after not being there for quite a while. I was informed that they would need to take x-rays and make a treatment plan before they could do anything. However, I explained to them that I was leaving town and my removable partial was Hurting me and digging into my gum. I also had a small chip in my front tooth. Christine gave me the best cleaning of my life, Dr Oh adjusted my removable partial, so it would no longer hurt me, and he fixed the chip in my front tooth. Dr Oh is the most gentle dentist you could ever wish for. If a shot is required, you feel absolutely nothing because he will take up to five minutes to give you one shot so you do not feel it. Fantastic experience: Perfect. Just had an extraction...and it was literally pain free. Chose AV Sierra Dental because they offer a unique treatment called Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF). Dr. Oh is one of a handful of dentists to offer this treatment. His demeanor is exactly what I want to see in my practitioner...patient with my questions, calm, kind, and super intelligent. He earned my trust in the consultation and doubled it during the procedure. Jenny is the technician who worked by his side, and she was also very compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. Christina outlined the billing like a pro and Kyla was able to answer all my questions. Just want to say, when it comes to any kind of medical procedure, my priority is skill, knowledge, and competency. Here, you get all that, AND genuine, caring professionals. The pricing is very reasonable, even as a cash patient. A minor thing but a plus...there is NO traffic getting to the office. And there's a Sprouts 5 minutes away to pick up those soft foods post dental surgery. Just an all around perfect experience, every detail tended to including thorough post care instructions. Brilliant dental team.

My son went in for a cleaning, had a baby tooth pulled, and braces. All finished within two hours. Very affordable. We found our new dentist.

Positive experience: My experiance at Sierra dental is mixed. The office is beautiful. Girls at front are very nice. I had to wait a while before being seen. Dr. Vu was lovely and very knowledegable. I received a qoute for implants and other proceedures. They don't accept my insurance so I find some of the proceedures way to exspensive. So I will have to shop around. 1,364.00 for a deep cleaning is crazy expensive.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Oh is the best dentist I have ever been to. He is kind and caring. When I needed some serious dental work he designed two options for me. Everything was explained and financing options were also offered. The staff are all caring, kind, and upbeat. I would highly recommend AV Sierra Dental.

Fantastic experience: My experience at your office was excellent. I had called my dentist office, having to leave a voicemail and never heard from them, on a Friday. I then called your office with my emergency and getting an appointment within the hour and getting my molar fix before the weekend was a life saver. Fantastic experience: The best dental clinic I’ve ever been to! I’ve visited several from Orange County to LA, but none compare to AV Sierra Dental. I went in terrified of dentists, but from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave, you feel completely at ease. Starting off, Dr. Oh is incredible! My first visit was for a cavity that needed filling, and I genuinely never felt the numbing shot! I've returned for a few other treatments, and he always makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the visit. I honestly couldn’t trust anyone else with my dental care. Alyssa is my usual hygienist! She makes cleanings feel more like a mouth spa than a dental chore. I always look forward to my check-ups. Most recently, I completed 11 months of orthodontic treatment with Dr. Hanseen for Invisalign. I can’t believe how incredible this team is all around. Dr. Hanseen truly cares about his patients and was always encouraging throughout the process, ensuring I was comfortable. From helping me choose between braces and Invisalign to reminding me to treat myself to an extra 10 minutes without my aligner for my coffee. I couldn’t be happier with AV Sierra Dental and recommend them to everyone I know. You won’t regret choosing them!

Fantastic experience: 9:28/2024: A bit behind in my regular cleaning, but had another great visit with Mansi who did my dental cleaning! Katie who checked me in was kind, helpful, and patient as I updated my information on their tablet. Kala was also helpful as I was checking out. Everyone had greats smiles and personalities! I always feel welcome and right at home at AV Sierra Dental! 3/15/2024: A great visit, finally getting my implants finished. Today’s appointment was to do the impressions. Everything went smoothly and as always it was a great atmosphere and great patient care! 1/12/2024: Another great visit with Dr. Vu, and one of their latest newly hired dental hygienist, Daniel. Daniel and I had some great conversations while he did my cleaning. I really enjoy how they let me talk about the more important and eternal matters, or whatever else may be on my heart! Always feel really comfortable and right at home. My normal dental hygienist Alyssa was still working there but on another patient, I hope she is doing well! 7/7/2023: Thank you Dr. Vu and Alyssa, and everyone else at the front desk for giving me another pleasant and great experience today! As always, I enjoyed my cleaning and conversations with Alyssa! The Starbucks card I received was also cool! 12/30/2022: Got a chance to meet some new people today, Dr. Vu (not sure if I spelled that correctly) was one of them. She was very nice but didn't have to do too much with me on this visit. I also met another gentleman who sat me down, I apologize, I don't remember his name, but he was welcoming as well. Of course, it was a nice treat to be cleaned by Alyssa again. She is always so kind and pleasant to work with. I had a great talk with her before she got down to business. I had to bring my two boys with me on this visit, and she made them feel right at home, and was kind in giving them some treats to thank them for being well behaved. Overall, another successful visit. It's always comforting to know when I come here, I will receive outstanding service and customer care! Keep it up AV Sierra Dental!!

Fantastic experience: Very pleasant experience with all staff members that I encountered. Very patient with me especially since I have some unique problems that makes dental work very uncomfortable but not with the dentist that dealt with me. They were extremely patient and made me very comfortable with the entire procedure. Follow-up was also excellent. I highly recommend AV Sierra Dental to one and all. Very appreciative.
