Fantastic experience: I recently moved to the Fort Collins area. After biting down on something hard, I shattered a tooth. They got me on the schedule the first appointment the following day. They completed the crown in less than two hours. They made the tooth on site in less than a half hour. I was very impressed with their organization, facility, and staff. I will be using them again and withdraw me recommend them to others.

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to a dentist in a number of years due to previous bad experiences but a 2nd piece of a molar broke off and I needed to find a dentist. This office was recommended by my coworker. They were fantastic, explaining everything, showing understanding and checking in with me throughout the procedure to ensure I was okay and wasn’t feeling any pain. They drilled my molar to remove most of the tooth, then built it back up and then the crown was made on site and was tweaked a bit for a good fit and bite! The whole process took about 2-2.5 hrs! Super fast! I will be returning in a couple of weeks for a check-up and cleaning. Thank you Glacier Creek Dental for providing a great and quick experience! I highly recommend these folks!

Fantastic experience: I went to Glacier Creek Dental after too many years of searching for a good dentist in Fort Collins. What I found was an amazing dentist at an incredible practice. Dr. Willey is top notch as I am sure all the dentists at the practice are. I have a chronic illness that makes dental work risky for me. Dr. Willey went out of his way to research my condition and help me come up with a great plan moving forward. The office is beautiful and every person I interacted with was friendly and compassionate. I highly recommend Glacier Creek Dental.

Fantastic experience: My husband & I were looking for a new dentist due to insurance changes. We were bummed to leave our last dentist. Coming to Glacier Dental today shows me tho that sometimes it’s nice to change things up, and despite being comfortable with our last place it was very beneficial to move into this practice. Their staff all work together very well & are an incredible team. Everyone was kind and efficient with each part of their process in our care. Their approach was thoughtful and very smart too. You could tell each person we interacted with truly listened bc they had great replies and solutions. Glacier clearly has a high bar for hiring and it shows. I appreciated that the issues I brought up about my mouth were handled respectfully and without an ounce of cheesy upsell. No one wants to worry about that at a new dentist but I’ve encountered this multiple times over the years. I already trust what they have to say and completely comfortable all around. 100% recommend

Fantastic experience: My wife made an appointment at Glacier Creek Dental, and we can not express how friendly and informative all the staff were during her time there. We were given a plan for her oral care and we plan to follow it. We do not have dental insurance and we are happy that they are working with us to fulfill her needs. It’s not pretty but it works. Laurie took care of me. Dr. Leavitt checked me out. Everything was good. They are doing a big promotion for Invisalign. I decided against it. There was no pressure to sign up. The five star rating continues. 10/15/25

I did switch to Glacier Creek Dental due to insurance coverage changes on my policy, but I am more than happy with the professionalism, patience, and kindness of all the staff provided during my visit. Fantastic experience: I just had my initial visit and exam. I was so impressed with the facility, all the staff and Dr. Leavitt. A very thorough exam and full explanation and discussion regarding my dental history and care. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Used to really love this place, but will unfortunately have to update my review here from the 5-stars left previously. I had my insurance updated through work, which unfortunately meant that my new insurance no longer had Glacier in their network. I didn't realize this and have to rely on the team to let me know of that as they do verify insurance when coming in for each appointment. For some reason on my last appointment, I told the front desk that my insurance had changed, and all they had to do was let me know that insurance wouldn't be covered... instead, nothing was said at all, and then I start getting bills for what I thought was a covered routine exam and Xrays. Getting hounded constantly without any explanation - until I call them and figure out they don't take my insurance. On top of that, the last appointment I had, I suddenly got heavy sales pitches for Invisalign, which has never been indicated that I needed previously. Just felt like a used car lot or something on getting sold this out of the blue. Unfortunately going to have to find somewhere new at this point. I will miss the fantastic hygienist team that has always done well!

Fantastic experience: I have severe dental anxiety and had to get 3 fillings at once. They were kind, kept me comfortable, checked in on me to make sure I was doing ok and were down within a little over an hour. I don’t feel a thing other than the numbing briefly.

Fantastic experience: Genuinely great service through the entire appointment. This was my first time visiting Glacier Creek and I felt so welcomed by the entire staff. They were great at making sure I was knowledgeable in regards to my treatment and making sure I was comfortable. I will definitely be coming back!

Negative experience: The worst experience! I wish I didn’t even have to give them one star. I took my son there after he got his braces off to get his teeth professionally whitened. It was a $500 procedure. I was promised 6+ shades brighter. After waiting 30 minutes in the lobby and then being taken back by a very unfriendly hygienist, it took about two hours for him to get done. When he came out, his teeth looked exactly the same from when he began. I refused to pay that day until I got to speak to someone else. They called back 2 MONTHS LATER and said that I would only have to pay half but it ended up costing way more than the $500. They then proceeded to not tell you that it is an additional $135.00 If you are not a former patient from there. They claim that they have to do an exam prior. I sat back there with my son when they first began, and there was no exam done. I told them I was not going to pay half of the $500 procedure plus half of the new patient exam then she said she would take the patient exam fee off but I would still need to pay $225. I’m sorry but when my son sat there for more than 2 1/2 hours from beginning to end and absolutely nothing changed or looked different. I don’t know how they have any right to even charge. Not only is it super expensive, doesn’t work, but your teeth will feel like they are falling out of your jaw for two days straight after that. Not worth it!

Fantastic experience: What an incredibly successful transition from the “old” office to the beautiful new space-age set-up with the same friendly staff and state-of-the-art first cabin dental treatment. Congratulations and here’s to many more successful years ! Another so-good visit today, keep it up! *** Sorry but today just could not get into the vibe of the super-chilly office temp—maybe blankeys could be provided to folks like me—older with less body insulation! When I come next week I will layer up !

Fantastic experience: The staff on all aspects were super friendly and knowledgeable. They expedited my visit by coordinating different items such as seeing the finance department while I got my cleaning done. Everyone was professional. The place itself is very nice, well kept and clean and patients even get free drinks or snacks while you wait. So far an amazing experience! Oh and did I mention they do everything here? Just had my bridge repaired all in one day!!! Dr Murri was excellent ! No need for referrals or going to orthodontist or cosmetic dentistry else where- they specialize on all of it! Nicely done!

Fantastic experience: Literally the BEST dentist I’ve ever been to. They greet you with snacks and drinks of your choice in the lobby. They bring you to the back and ask if you’d like a tour. They give you a fantastic patient goody BAG like reusable bag just for being a first time patient. They then sit you down and let you tell them what you’re looking to get out of your appointment. I didn’t even know that I wanted that level of communication or consent from a dentist until I’ve had it. Completely new experience for a dentist office. They ask if you want beauty, strength, longevity, etc. they then also ask what kind of communication or explaination level you want (ie shut up or I want everything you’re doing to me explained in levels I’ll understand). They they also offer you your choice of TV during the service, squishie balls or stuffies, AND a warm clean lovely smelling blanket. Coming from a very screwed up feild of a lack of consent or communication in the women’s health world, to have the BEST and I mean BEST level of communication and consent from a dentist of all places where I had NEVER EVEN CONSIDERED WANTING THAT BEFORE was just absolutely unreal. I’m not a review girlie but I cannot stop raving about this place. They also explained in room all of the services, and let you know which ones were covered by insurance, and which ones were gold standard reccomended but insurance wouldn’t cover and to choose what you wanted no pressure either way. Have never had that kind of communication in any medical office ever. Oh and snacks if you want them on the way out too.

Negative experience: Clean office, their equipment seems to be on the newer side, but the level of miscommunication between departments is truly impressive: First visit I specifically mentioned Monday being the only day that would not work for me, only to have every subsequent appointment scheduled for a Monday Second visit Dr leavitt "picked up" an imaginary conversation from the first visit about me wanting invisiline. Then the once I was home I get a call from billing saying I needed to pay day of the visit(had to read them back a transaction number from that exact bill I already paid) The Friday evening nearly at closing before my Monday morning procedure I was called by billing or treatment coordination and informed that they neglected to include the half the procedures on my total, so 4 extra hours of sedation just for fun I guess. The Monday that would have been the procedure I go in because this level of miscommunication has me concerned and am told by the treatment coordinator herself that she has had a note to call me all week and just didn't till it was nearly too late to move money around so I cancelled on the basis; if you can forget about 33-40% of the bill, what else would I not be able to remind them about while under sedation

Negative experience: My husband and I did not have a good experience with this office. It felt very cooperate-y, and each visit they spent time trying to sell us stuff (like fluoride treatments, Invisalign, cavity fills) that no other dentist has suggested we needed. I consistently got mixed messaging from the hygienist, who told me I needed to do better flossing and that my plaque was because I was not brushing well enough in certain areas, and by the dentist who looked in my mouth for 1 min and told me my teeth were beautiful and I was doing a good job taking care of them. My previous and current dentists/hygienists were always consistent with their advice, so this caught me off guard. The dentist did not take any time to sit with me and do a thorough exam like past dentists I have had. They were very quick in and out to see me. My husband was not given a choice on the types of tools they used on him and they consistently used the ultrasonic that gave him pain without giving him the choice to not have it used, where I was given a choice whether or not I wanted it used on me. Also just as a personal preference, I did not like that I didn't see the same dentist each time, I would prefer a smaller office where the dentist could get to know me and my personal medical record. We have both received second opinions on the advice for Invisalign and cavity fills given by Glacier Creek with a disagreement on needing those services, which made me feel like Glacier Creek was just trying to get more money out of us. The only positive to this practice is that it is nice that it is sort of a one stop shop if you need lots of dental work done, they can do it all for your in your office instead of referring you out to an orthodontist or oral surgeon. This practice just wasn't a good fit for my family.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient of Dr. Leavitt for many years, and I think he’s the best. Four days before a big trip my molar blew up. I went to see Dr. Leavitt , who told me I needed two crowns and a root canal. He referred me to an endodontist for the root canal and wasn’t available to place the crowns but fortunately Dr. Folchert was. He was amazing! Professional, knowledgeable, thorough and funny. Fantastic experience: I am so happy with my dentist and hygienist at Glacier Creek! When we moved here 18 years ago, we tried 3 other dentists and wanted something better. When we started seeing Dr. Leavitt and his staff, we knew were home. The new office at Harmony & Ziegler is beautiful, and happily, it's filled with excellent hygienists and staff, both new and old. Fantastic experience: Glacier Creek always does a great job on my cleaning and exam; their staff is friendly and very professional, their office is comfortable and their equipment is state-of-the-art. Yesterday I was having an issue with a piece of pumpkin seed stuck in my throat and they were able to get me in right away, even though it was late afternoon. They were very helpful and took good care of me. I definitely recommend their office. Thank you all!
