Negative experience: My teeth were not significantly crooked when I began treatment, and my lower teeth required minimal correction. However, after years of treatment (which worsened my teeth's alignment)—and ONLY after my balance was fully paid—I was suddenly told that my treatment was complete. My lower teeth were adversely affected rather than improved. I don't know what they did during the years I attended. Also the orthodontist never communicates about your treatment progress during appointments unless specifically asked, very strange. They will not deliver the results they promised you. Good luck if you want to waste your years and money attending this place.

Fantastic experience: Diamond Braces KINGS HIGHWAY Branch is the best. They restored my hope in Diamond Braces. I had a mishap at the Kings Plaza Branch because they did not handle my appointment well. Despite me asking and verifying that the doctor accepts my insurance, I was assured not once but twice that it was accepted. After calling out from work and visiting the appointment, without an apology i was told that I had to reschedule because the doctor present did not accept my insurance. I stormed out mad because they wasted my day. My daughter was disappointed because she wanted badly to start her procedure. I began to look elsewhere because I was turned off. My daughter told me to try another branch but I told her NO!!!! Anyway, I called diamond braces to make the appointment for a different location. While making the call my neighbor highly recommended the Kings Highway Branch, her branch, so I made the appointment and also begged them to ensure they assign me to someone who accepts my insurance. I got a very quick appointment and the service was great. They explained everything thoroughly and got us approved. They are also very professional, polite, courteous, patient and have excellent customer service. The place is also very clean. I HIGHLY recommend KINGS HIGHWAY BRANCH.

Negative experience: I had a concerning experience at Diamond Braces. During my appointment, a staff member scraped the skin near my lip and chin with a tool, leaving a visible cut and dark mark. It caused pain and is now healing. I understand mistakes happen, but I expect dental staff to be careful and gentle, especially in sensitive areas like the face. I hope the clinic addresses this incident to prevent it from happening to other patients. This is her job, she should’ve been more careful, this is MESSED UP. I would appreciate better handling and caution in future appointments.

Fantastic experience: The Carrington Family enjoys the staff at the Kings Highway location. They are EXCEPTIONAL!! Not only are they clean and well organized but they have wonderful staff there to assist you and make the process seamless. I’ve been going there for at least four years now (I have three children) and the process always feels smooth. They work with you to find the best appointment times and if you can’t make it, they do their best to work with you to reschedule. When the kids arrive for their appointment, the wait time is negligible. You’re in and out so quickly so I know that I’m able to schedule other appointments around that time too without being held up. My children sometimes change their minds about the color bands they get and want to switch it out and they are able to with no push back. I am overall very happy that this is the location I chose. I have another location that is closer to my home that I could’ve switched to a long time ago but I truly prefer this location because of the pleasant staff. I have no idea how the other location(s) treat their clients so I’m not saying that they are bad in any way. I just enjoy the Kings Highway location and choose to stay there.
