Fantastic experience: I got an appt in about 4 hrs after complaining of severe tooth pain. I was not a patient of theirs , yet they fit me in. The entire team was thoughtful and genuinely wanted to help. The dentist was compassionate and kind. This stood out as an A+ team

Fantastic experience: The best dentist in the area by far. Dr. Neuinhaus is very friendly and explains exactly what he is going to do. I highly recomend the teeth whitening. They protect your gums at rockingham dental unlike other places where it feels like they are burning off. The process of protecting your gums took longer than the whitening itself. I would highly reccomend. The only place i trust with my teeth. Thank Dr Neuinhaus.

Fantastic experience: Just had a cleaning and everything went well. The hygienist was informative about what she was doing and how my regular care was affecting her treatment of me. They have a great team and are friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a new Dentist.

Negative experience: They’ve had to reschedule my appointments on different occasions because of hygienist being out. However, they struggle getting me in after the cancellation, which then pushes my follow ups way out. I’ve been scheduling my appointments 18 months in advance in six month increments. Now I’m unable to get in every six months when they cancel that throws all of them off and I back to not be able to get in until eight months out unless I stay diligent with calling to get a cancellation.

Fantastic experience: I called today at 3 PM and have my appointment tomorrow at 9:30 Am. I was like WOW. My L & R upper 30 year old crowns both shattered within a year of each other. And good lord the last piece broke off 3 weeks ago. Steak anyone? Sheer agony. I cant wait.

Negative experience: Overall the experience was great. The dental assistant was amazing and personable office staff was awesome. But the price for the suggested treatment plan damn near made me fall off the chair. Even with having insurance the price I was looking to pay was more than I paid for my two vehicles combined

Fantastic experience: Everyone in office was very pleasant. Dr. Neuenhaus was very pleasant, and professional. He had explained what I needed to have done during my first appointment. And everything went well with the procedure at my second visit. The hygienist was also pleasant and answered questions I had explaining what she was doing. I am not a fan of going to any dentist but I felt very comfortable and at ease while there.

But I was greeted with smiles upon walking in the door and felt welcomed. Didn’t wait long! Got to the back and was in and out in no time and had done what I wanted! Fantastic experience: This practice is in a brand new, modern, tastefully decorated and comfortable facility. They have patient comfort in mind as they offer water, tea, coffee, pillows even heated blankets! The staff is very friendly and not at all presumptuous or standoffish.

Fantastic experience: I was seen today at Rockingham Dental in Exeter for routine cleaning. Once again I had a great experience, Travis Neuenhaus DDS is extraordinarily professional and answered all my questions, Hygienist Amy is extremely thorough and also answered all my questions. Audrey , Office Manager is always helpful and cheerful when checking out. A great team!

Positive experience: The hygienist was excellent, front staff extremely polite. However, Dr. Collamore made an inappropriate and very unpleasant comment behind my back as she walked into the room. When reported it was brushed off as ‘a joke’. The comment could not be construed as a joke nor was it funny. Separately despite being on time they were unable to complete the scheduled appointment inconveniencing me to return for a second visit. And despite being dx with an infection I was not prescribed antibiotics.

Fantastic experience: I called Rickinham Dental Group on a Friday bc I had a broken crown. Fortunately, they were able to see me on Monday in order to fit me with a temporary crown replacement. Since I was not experiencing any pain or discomfort, this appointment was very satisfactory. Other dental offices were either closed on Fridays or could only see me on Thursday. At the Dental office, I found the facility nice and it had friendly people working in the office as well as assisting the dentist. The equipment used to measure for my new crown was efficient and up to date. I was impressed with the care I received and would recommend Rockingham Dental Group.

Fantastic experience: Not sure I need the upsell on the oral cancer screening but I thought the person I had was awesome. I always feel like I’m being sold a bag of goods when I go in: “you should buy an electric toothbrush that we just happen to have on the window sill”, “you should buy this new thing we sell”. I’d rather get an honest experience and none of the upselling but I think the dental hygienists that work there are top notch.

Fantastic experience: This was an emergency visit. I had a toothache and my regular dentist was on vacation. I called RDG and they were able to accommodate me the next day . I was so impressed with the quality of the service. As a result, I’m switching over to them.

Fantastic experience: Incredibly efficient and kind. I walked in and spent about three minutes in the waiting room before they took me in. The staff had everything ready prior to my arrival. My hygienist was friendly and kind and the dentist stopped in to make sure everything was good. Great experience.

Negative experience: Recent interaction with "office manager" around billing issue was disappointing and not customer centric. Second time in last couple of years where the customer support was sub-par. Love my dentist but as a long time patient, I would hope for better treatment by support staff.

Fantastic experience: I went into Rockingham Dental in Exeter for an emergency and it was also my first visit. They addressed more then they had to and went the extra mile with everything. When I arrived I was filled with anxiety and every single staff member I encountered was professional, kind and showed genuine compassion. It was beyond anything I could have anticipated. I went in devastated, and left hopeful. They made a difference on a level they are not even aware of. It changed my course and I am grateful.

Fantastic experience: I went here with a family member and Dr. Collamore was really really great! She understood the exact issue and our concerns with me travelling and wanting to keep procedures minimal. We loved the honest suggestions and recommendations rather than trying to push us into a longer, costlier procedures, she informed us of the options and suggested the most effective approach while ensuring that the affected tooth was fine. I would recommend her to any and all who asks me who to go to for dental procedures.

The assistants are very capable and attentive. Dr. Collamore is excellent! Update:After bout 10 months, and multiple appointments I have to say everyone at Rockingham is SO pleasant! Dr. Collmore is consistently thorough, attentive and so friendly. The staff is delightful. I can’t say enough good things about the practice. Fantastic experience: Great dentist. They completed a thorough cleaning…without pain! When the dentist checked my teeth and let me know I needed a crown, she showed me the x-ray with a clear crack down the tooth….but did not pressure me to get the crown right away. No pressure!
