Fantastic experience: This was still waiting, I guess to be posted from my last check up in December For today June 11, 2025 Krista was as always the best. Very Attentive. I had Bern in a car accident a few weeks ago and she made sure I was in a comfortable position. She is Always giving me 5 Star treatment Kristen was great. Especially when she had 5 minutes left of my cleaning. I got sick. The room all the sudden started spinning and I was very nausea. I told her I was going to get sick. She pulled the trash can over to me. Gave me cool paper towels AND turned her little fan on me. She was very attentive to me and never rushed me. Told me to sit as long as I need too get over my dizziness. She said if when we start walking out I start feeling dizzy or sick to let her know and just have a seat. I am very Very grateful to her!!!! I am sorry to cause that problem. I want to add, the next day I got a call from Cambridge wanting to know how I was doing. Kristen was making sure I was OK. Thank you ALL!!!

Fantastic experience: I was in a panic when I could not replace the O rings in my dentures myself. I called Cambridge and was added to their schedule the next day. Upon arriving, I was pleased to find a lobby set with Holiday spirit. The young man that replaced the O rings for me was very pleasant and professional. In and out in 30 minutes or less! Oh I neglected to mention they gave me a very nice WELCOME BACK Gift bag. Thanks CAMBRIDGE Dentistry!

Fantastic experience: Dr Johnson first told me about my dry mouth and she recommended a mouthwash and now probably two or three visits later I have the diagnosis of the auto immune disease sjorgrens. Our dental hygienist that day gave us more information on the dental care necessary with sjorgrens. I felt like they really cared. That’s why we will continue with Cambridge Dentistry. The gal behind the front counter told me about Cherry, which helps people who qualify get a loan for dental work when your insurance doesn't help. I got that and was able to get the work done I needed. I would highly recommend Cambridge Family Dentistry to all my family and friends.

Fantastic experience: I was so nervous about going to a new dentist, but the Cambridge team put me at ease from phone & text conversations at the start of the process to clear through my visit. I couldn't believe how friendly everyone was! I'm actually looking forward to my next visit-and that is a first for me with dentists!

Negative experience: When I booked my appointment online, I provided my insurance information upfront. At check-in, I confirmed it again verbally with the front desk to make sure everything on file was correct. At no point was I told that my insurance wasn’t accepted. Only after X-rays were taken and a treatment plan was discussed did I learn, through the hygienist, that this office is not in network with my provider. The front desk then came back to tell me I would need to pay out of pocket for the X-rays ($200+) and any future services. To be clear: I did my part by submitting and confirming my insurance information before services began. It is the office’s responsibility to inform patients of coverage issues before providing treatment. My previous dentist’s office always disclosed insurance conflicts at the time of booking, not after the fact. This lack of transparency cost me unnecessary time and money and is unacceptable. Patients deserve honesty and clarity before they are billed.

Positive experience: Update since Dr. Wright’s retirement. The health team folks have continued to provide a great and gentle service. However, I would warn you to be crystal darned clear when going in for anything. I was missed quoted to the tune of double & now find myself having an additional bill I did not anticipate which has caused quite a hardship. I will be locating a small business dentist, for my next reline. Despite my asking for a discount, its a talk to the hand…. Coorporate have zero care. Former I am petrified of the dentist. That said, Dr. Wright and his team made me feel like I was their only patient. His gentle spirit, hilarious sense of humor, consistent reassurances and transparency made this the best dentistry experience in My entire life. I am forever grateful.

Negative experience: Called about the mini dental implants that simply hold in existing dentures and because I'm disabled and on SSI they won't see me. When asked for a ballpark figure on what to look for was told won't do that. About useless as far as I'm concerned.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient of Cambridge Family Dentistry since Dr. Wright had the small practice on east Harry... think 1989's... when the walls were covered in murals (primarily shocker basketball or a mountain/forest scene, I believe) (My brother and I rode our bikes there to meet my mom after work whenever we had an appointment). After a brief hiatus (college, life, etc), I became the normal twice yearly patient. My hygenist, Krista, is the absolute best. She's kind, gentle and personable... even when she tells me to floss more. ;) But, most impressive to me, was a couple of weeks ago, an employee of mine came to work with a swollen face. Her dentist couldn't see her and she called a few others to no avail. She ended up at an immediate care office who told her most likely was a salivary gland issue and gave her antibiotics. When she came in looking miserable, I called Cambridge and told them of her situation and they said she if could be there within an hour, they'd be happy to help her. She could, and they did. She had an abscessed tooth that required a root canal (they referred her to an endodontist for this). But they started her on a pain management regimen, educated her, and just helped her- without her being a current client. She is now going to go there for all her care. As a small business owner, I appreciate when businesses help those when they can- whether they're current clients or not. And it made me proud to know that "my dentist" was available and willing. So... thanks for 40+ years of dental care for me and, hopefully, 40+ for my employee.

Fantastic experience: Very nice people, told me what I needed and what it would cost before they treated me. I appreciate that kind of transparency. They were able to repair my tooth with a crown they made in their lab while I waited, which saved me a second trip. It was a good experience.

From the time you walk through the door they are kind and smiling, the dentists answer your questions and put you at ease. I have had extensive work done on my teeth and I am so thankful I went to Cambridge to have the work done my teeth are beautiful and look natural. If you are looking for a perfect place for yourself or your family I would highly suggest you go to Cambridge they will amaze you. Try them you will not be disappointed.
