Negative experience: I was very pleased with this office at first, however I called to try rescheduling or to cancel the appt I had for that day because of financial issues, I didn’t realize they have 48 hour cancelation policy. The secretary I spoke to on the phone was beyond rude, she ended up hanging up the phone while I was in the middle of asking a question. I was very displeased and honestly shocked. My entire family goes to this office but I can say after today. None of us will be returning and I will be calling to cancel all care plans and upcoming appts.

The entire team at Affinity Smiles impressed me very much on both the technical aspects of evaluating the condition of my teeth, and on the artistic aspects of making them look and feel better. They replaced a crown, and applied resin where it was needed. This application helps protect my teeth, and also improves their appearance. I was nervous about seeing them as new providers after having the same dentist for me and my family once we moved here for 6 years and they had to close. The aesthetic is almost homey and you don't feel like "oh no, it's time to go to the dentist again.." because they explain everything to you and develop a personalized plan based on your issues. I can't tell you how many times I've been shamed by dental providers about how bad my teeth have been in the past and Affinity doesn't do that. Highly recommend their services.

Laura at the front desk has been so kind and accommodating to my schedule since the time that I initially scheduled my appointment. The check in process with her was very smooth and quick. I was then greeted by Vanessa, the dental hygienist, and she was AMAZING! I’ve never felt so comfortable coming in for a cleaning. She was very thorough with explaining everything to me, as well as thorough with the cleaning. Dr. Doan also stopped in to check up on me! I would highly recommend this office to anyone. Fantastic experience: I started going to Affinity Smiles dental a few years ago and I'm so happy I found them! They are always great with communication, scheduling, customer service, bedside manner and very friendly! I even recommended my mother to them after another dentist told her it's time for dentures. She was in tears as she felt that was her only option. Affinity Smiles is all about helping you keep and maintain your real teeth. They did their best for her and she had nothing but nice things to say about them. She has since passed, but I still go there and am always happy with my experience there! They treat you like a person, not a number and that means a lot in today's world! I would give them 50 stars if I could! 2025: I'm still going here and still love it!!

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment with Affinity Smiles Dental yesterday and what a breath of fresh air. The receptionist was able to work magic and find an appointment in 2 days versus 6 months. The hygenists took great care in collecting new rays for my records and explained every step of her process and procedures. I have never seen my dental xrays on the tv screen before. The doctor was very pleasant and thorough in his exam all the while being very efficient. It was the best experience I have ever had with a dental office.
