Fantastic experience: 10/10! We have been coming here for many years and every visit has been amazing! They keep their cool (even under pressure). My youngest child decided she could not handle the texture of the tooth polish this past visit. Danielle impressed me like I’ve been impressed. Calm, cool and collected— she caught my daughter’s vomit and discarded it like it never happened. These folks are the true pros here! No cavity visit or sugar bugs discovered— amazing in every way!

We just moved to the area and had a cleaning scheduled with Union pediatric dentistry, but my daughter had tooth pain from a cavity we could not get filled before we left the west coast. The staff here changed our appointment to a filling from cleaning, accommodated our schedule and were tremendously helpful. I tried to reschedule The cleaning we originally booked for our appointment and they mentioned that they could just do so today- saving us from scheduling another appointment. I have a sweet video of my son when he was only 3 years old and almost in tears and nervous to get in the chair. The hygienist and dentist were listening to him sing ABCs to them and were so patient until he worked up the courage to get into the exam chair. That laid the foundation of a great relationship with his dental journey. The team of hygienists and the dentists are remarkable and you don’t just feel like a number. Fantastic experience: We have been coming to Union Pediatric Dentistry for years! My son was referred here as a small child. He’s now 24 and just started with an adult dentist a couple of years back. My daughter turns 18 this month and has been going to Dr. Greenhill and Dr. Jennison her whole life and will continue through college. They are amazing here. They make going to the dentist a great experience for the kids! No fear- they are gentle and teach great habits- all in a respectful, calm atmosphere. And it’s like walking into another world with the baseball theme. I 100% recommend this office for all children.

Whenever we make a new apt she always asks for Dawn to clean her teeth . Also Jayme and the rest of the staff is nice as well .

Fantastic experience: These folks are miracle workers! My daughter has high anxiety about going to the dentist, and simple cleanings usually end in meltdowns. But not here! The staff is so amazing with her, she feels at ease right away. They talk her through each step, using words that make sense for kids and even gamify things to keep it fun. The kids get to pick a prize at the end, and my daughter loved it when they offered to paint her nails. We’re always going to bring her here!

The hygienist are always kind and accommodating to each of my children ages 1, 3, and 13. They are super efficient with their time and very gentle. Each of the dentists are top tier as well. Dr. Greenhill helped me when I had an emergency with my son the night before Thanksgiving. My son was not even his patient at the time. It was Thanksgiving day, at 11:30 in the morning when he called me back to listen to what happened, tell me exactly what my son needed, and how I could help my son. He saw my son in a few days. He was very attentive in the phone and at the clinic. Kids love the place, it is BEAUTIFUL, so clean, organized, and nice!!!! Amazing place and we always have a GREAT time!!! I tell everyone to go there!!!!! Everybody who works there is so pleasant!!!! I definitely recommend them!!!!

Fantastic experience: The best pediatric dentist in Kentucky, hands down!! I have taken my daughter here for over 5 years, and every single visit we are treated so kindly by every single assistant and dentist!I am not saying this lightly when I say I wish this was my dentist! If I had received this kind of care, I wouldn't have had any phobias or discomforts with having teeth work done growing up. My daughter has always been weird about laying back in a dental chair and it moving, even when she was 4 years old, so one amazing dentist put a note in and now when we come in, the chair is always laid back for her. They explain everything they are doing to myself and to her, therefore not leaving anyone out or to guess. My biggest praise though is that I know they have saved my daughter's teeth!! From the moment we began brushing her first tooth, we opted for fluoride free and by the time she was 5 she had cavities. What's worse is I watched her develop all 6 cavities in 1 year, that was in 2021.They came up with a game plan that resulted with oral surgery and having crowns placed on the teeth and now we go in every 6 months for a cleaning and using their Clinpro 5000 1.1% sodium fluoride toothpaste and she hasn't developed even a single cavity in the last 4 years!!!!! These actions alongside of changing diet and eliminating certain foods/drinks and especially sweets, has saved my daughter's teeth! I could only imagine how bad they would now, had we not taken these steps. It would've resulted in a lot of pain, embarrassment and a ton of money. So please, take their recommendations because they truly want what is best for your children and their oral health! I cannot sing their praises enough. Out of every doctor and specialist that this household sees, this practice is the best by far!

Fantastic experience: Such an incredible facility. The sensory room is such an added plus. Danielle was so patient with my girl. McKenzie at the front desk was so nice and knowledgeable. It’s also so nice to always see DJ she is So incredibly nice.

Fantastic experience: This was our first visit here and my son’s first ever visit to the dentist. Everyone was extremely warm and welcoming which helped ease my mama anxieties! The hygienist was so nice and did great explaining things to me and what to expect for the visit. My little one was a little fussy for the cleaning but she was so patient and reassuring that he was doing great which helped me feel more calm. The dentist we saw was also very kind and answered all of my questions. I never once felt rushed during the visit even though I was a few minutes late to the appointment. The office has the cutest decor and lots of ways to keep little ones entertained throughout from the waiting room to the exam room. He even got a welcome bag and a little toy after which made him so happy! Big bonus is that the service dog Gracie was walking around and she is the sweetest thing giving lots of hugs and kisses while checking out. Overall such an amazing experience and so glad to have found them!

Fantastic experience: Every staff member is so friendly with myself and my children. They did a tooth extraction on my 4 year old after an injury and somehow they made the experience not scary at all. We love this dentistry and how much care they show our kiddos!

Fantastic experience: The care my kiddos receive at Union Pediatric is absolutely top notch! We have been with Dr. Jennison for quite a few years and she and the hygienists always take their time to make the kids feel special, while also showing the utmost care for their teeth and health in general. One of my children struggles with anxiety when it comes to the dentist and I wouldn’t take her anywhere else. All of the staff at Union Pediatric have such a special way of supporting her and making her feel comfortable.
