Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at this dental office. From the moment I arrived, the dental assistant Sabaa made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was kind, patient, and very attentive, explaining each step and making sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. Dr.Scott was equally outstanding professional, knowledgeable, and gentle. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and provided excellent care. I truly felt that I was in good hands.

Fantastic experience: Nayeli was thorough and very gentle compared to the usual pricking I feel with other hygenists I've seen. Maya was friendly and helpful.

Negative experience: I had my initial appointment with them and everything seemed good. They told me I’d need a deep clean, and we’d have to go through my insurance before we could set up that appointment. Then I never heard from them again. I had to reach out multiple times just to be told they don’t know if my insurance will cover it yet (I don’t think they actually contacted my insurance at all, as I have Medicaid so it should have definitely been covered). I have never felt so neglected by a dental practice in my life. My teeth still need a cleaning, and I have had to resort to contacting OSU and waiting months to get my teeth taken care of because I have no faith in Comfort Dental as a whole anymore.

I am absolutely terrified of the dentist and she was super comforting and made sure I was doing okay through my appointments. I even recommended coming to her to a couple of my family members who are looking for a dentist. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would.

Negative experience: 0 stars The receptionist (karrie) is incompetent and disrespectful. I made an appointment and confirmed it. Once I arrived I was confirming it for the second time and I waited for over an hour for nothing. Avoid this place. They are incompetent, and it's also dirty. There's a risk of catching other illnesses.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Scott, Abby, Karrie were amazing! Everyone was extremely gentle and took their time. Hands down the best dental experience I have ever had! I chipped my front tooth and Dr. Scott and Karrie got me together! They are perfectionists, and take extreme pride in their work. I love the way that everything came out! Negative experience: I would highly recommend steering clear of this particular practice. I had a flapper made around 2020. This was for an abscess tooth that I had and they were not sure if it would fall out in a day or in a decade. It is now 2025 and that abscess tooth did fall out. Unfortunately the flapper did not fit when I called to ask what my options would be they said that they cannot see me as a patient. They gave me no reason why they left me on hold for I’d say about a half hour before I hung without ever giving me a reason why they cannot see me and fix the problem. They had no problem, taking my money and spending it though.

Fantastic experience: There are not many things that I rate excellent, but my last visit to Comfort Dental was just that. First, you always see the same faces every time you go there. That says a lot about the work environment. The front office staff are friendly, helpful and above all, understand how insurance works. I have a background in dental, so I know what it takes to run a practice smoothly. My cleaning was done by Nayeli and I always request her to clean my teeth. I am so grateful to have her take such good care of my teeth—she is the best!! And the care given by Dr. Sharma is as well—excellent! She has a wonderful calming bedside manner which is matched with her vast knowledge of dentistry. I not only do I recommend Comfort Dental to friends, but family as well 5+ Star rating!

Fantastic experience: Came in for usual cleaning, was done in less than half an hour, Alondra was the nurse that flossed & polished my teeth- she was very kind, professional, and explained every step of the process which I really appreciate!

Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom tooth filled about three years ago, and the material had expired and needed to be replaced. I visited two other offices — Sawmill Comfort Dental and Smile Dublin Dental — but both locations were unprofessional. They didn’t listen to my concerns and insisted that the tooth needed to be extracted, even though it only required a simple refill. I finally scheduled an appointment at this location. The nurse took several pictures, and when the doctor came in (I unfortunately forgot his name), he was very professional. He listened carefully to my concerns, reviewed the X-ray, and told me he could save the tooth. He removed the old material and refilled it with new material. I truly appreciate his professionalism, and the nurses were also very kind and helpful. They saved my tooth, and I am very grateful. I will continue coming to this location in the future.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dentist! I was going to another dentist office and I decided to give comfort dentals try, on Hilliard roam rd and I am so glad I did. The staff is wonderful and they do everything they can to make you comfortable. Dr. Scott was beyond nice and understanding and Jackie and Karrie were a amazing as well.

Negative experience: I’ve been coming here for 3 years. I had cavities filled and left with a concerning amount of bleeding, which the assistant told me was “normal.” I’ve never experienced this here before. Hours later, I was still in severe pain and called for help, but they refused to assist me. This morning I woke up spitting out blood and still in pain for simple cavity fillings. Seriously? Dr. Sharma should have done a better job and also checked to see if the staff completed the procedure correctly. I already don’t like going to the dentist, and this experience has traumatized me even more. I don’t know if I want to come back now.

Dr August, who performed my first procedure, was thorough & explained each step as he went along in the process. Shelly is great as well. I appreciated her checking to make sure I was okay every so often & my filling that she did looks so good! I have to go back for additional procedures, but I have no worries because I've received excellent care thus far.
