Negative experience: If you like to waist your time come here! Scheduled both my children’s appointment on June 30th after their cleaning. they text me in DECEMBER 3 DAYS BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT to cancel because they are closed. Not a call a TEXT ! You didn’t know you were going to be closed before 3 days !? The most frustrating part no accommodation. Manager too busy for the phone and they tell you to call cooperate ! Saying the soonest next availability is in JULY ! Absolutely ridiculous especially when you take time off of work! Anywho I called smileland in Roslindale not only were they sympathetic they were accommodating and got both of my kids scheduled this Friday like the appointment they were originally would have had at this place. Oh and the best part !? This is not the first time this has happened here so unless you like to be inconvenienced please look elsewhere !

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Dr. Cunningham and her staff. They are professional, friendly and resourceful. Dr. Cunningham and her team are a well coordinated team. They each do their part, which maximizes the use of time and cuts down on unnecessary waiting. So far I’ve referred 3 others to her.

Positive experience: This was our first time going there and the place is nice, and the people that work there very nice they only complaint I have is the time the doctor finally got to us was 35 minutes after the time of our appointment and they specified to me that I had to confirm my appointment and make sure that I was there at that time otherwise they would feel the slot to somebody else well we was there in plenty enough time but like I said we didn't get seen until 35 minutes after the time eye appointment was supposed to be. Other than that I don't have any complaints

Fantastic experience: The staff treated my son and I with so much love and professionalism. It was my first time there and I've relocated from a couple dentist, I think I found my place.

Negative experience: This dental office lies and doesn’t care about wasting a patient’s time. They say they can take you at a certain time, so you drive all the way over there. Then they make you wait 15 minutes, then say “oh sorry we actually will need to reschedule”. I will never come back to this office again, and if you care about having a dental office that treats you with respect and values your time, you shouldn’t go either!

Fantastic experience: GO AND LET THESE LADIES TAKE CARE OF YOUR MOUTH. There's nothing like a dentist who is into and excited by her work. Dr Sue enjoys what she does and it shows in her enthusiasm and professionalism. This is the place you are looking for and the dentist you didn't think you could find. The hygienists are thorough, pleasant and experienced. The front staff are attentive and well informed. I have been going here for years and expect to go no where else for a very long time. 6 STARS

Negative experience: The receptionists, people in charge of scheduling appointments are horrible. They schedule appointments and when the customer arrives they say it’s scheduled for a different time. They confirm with you via text message and in the office they say something else. Customers request days off at work for this and they only say “ we apologize”

Negative experience: So I was just called and told my appointment tomorrow at 3:00 has been canceled so I ask why?? The young lady tells me that I was called before to confirm and there was no answer? I reply that I have 0 missed calls and 0 voicemails? After I questioned this the girl was very rude giving me that “like I said” routine…quite obviously the mistake was made on your end and instead of just apologizing and being honest you tried to lie your way past this.. yes I’m all set with this office for the rest of my days.. oh and by the way, if you’re going to put one over me you’ll at least have to be smarter than me..

Negative experience: This place is anything but perfect....farthest thing from it. Beyond rude and professional. They do not respect or value your time or even you asa person. Dr Sue and especially the supervisor with the sloppy wig is terrible. She pretends to be nice then leaves you sitting in the chair waiting for her for OVER an hour and a half while she helps others then doesn't even care or feel remorseful when you finally say something. If your not a friend of theirs they dont help you unless they feel like it. They'll just keep telling you how busy you are like you arent a priority. This establishment is beyond poorly managed and definitely needs to look into replacing the terrible management and head dentist for the future. Easily the worst experience I've ever had with a dentist.

Positive experience: I walked into the new location just to make a new patient appointment, I was welcomed and the receptionist facing opposite the waiting room accommodated to me. She was able to get me in for the same day within minutes for a cleaning and check up. Mrs. Daniel and Dr. Sue was VERY VERY ALL SO SWEET AND POLITE AND BOTH MADE ME FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE, with it being my first time there.

Fantastic experience: We waited a little before getting to the chair but once Dr Cunningham shows up everything went well. Dr. Cunningham is the best, she communicate with you very natural and pleasing. A friendly and supportive person to be around.

Fantastic experience: 2nd visit. On time appointment. I filled paperwork before going to office saves time. Hygienist (Danielle) very personable, engaged in conversation, she did an excellent job, she took X-rays of teeth before she started cleaning my teeth, she said I took good care of my teeth. She cleaned me up & the area, gave new toothbrush, paste & mouthwash before Dr Sue cane in 2nd time seeing her, Danielle told her about the diagnosis I had rec'd. She said she was sorry, but I told her that I was okay. We talked about how I c ame to your office, my friend referred me to you. I like Dr Sue as my dentist. 6 months check up next April. She walked me out & said Happy Autumn. No photo

Negative experience: I’ve wasted 6 Ubers in the summer from going back and forth because they didn’t accept my insurance but didn’t tell me over the phone. Today I was supposed to get my wisdom tooth removed but they rejected my insurance once again but let me book an appointment over the phone and said I was all set. Before this I was actually seen and was told my insurance cleared but now they said oh I have a balance

Negative experience: Yesterday, I had an appointment at Perfect Dental and would like to share my experience. My appointment was scheduled for 3:00 PM, and I arrived at 2:45 PM. After checking in at the front desk, I took a seat in the waiting area. As time passed, I began to feel uncomfortable—especially after noticing that other patients who arrived after me were being promptly attended to. When an hour had passed, and I was still waiting, I became increasingly concerned. By 4:15 PM— an hour and a half minutes after my arrival—I was the only patient left in the waiting area and had still not been called in. At that point, I approached the reception desk to ask if there was an issue. The secretary seemed surprised and, based on her reaction, it appeared she had just realized something was amiss. She went to speak with someone, and five minutes later returned to inform me that I would be seen shortly. I then saw her print what I assume was my patient form—suggesting it hadn’t been prepared beforehand. True to her word, I was called in five minutes later, and the staff offered their apologies. While I appreciate the apology, I found the long and unnecessary wait quite frustrating—especially given that there were two receptionists present and neither noticed that my son and I were waiting for over an hour. That said, I do want to highlight some positive aspects of my visit. Once I was seen, the care I received was excellent. I was especially grateful that the dental assistant spoke French and that one of the secretaries spoke Spanish. This made communication much easier for me, especially when understanding the dentist’s instructions and scheduling future appointments. I sincerely hope that during my next visit, the waiting time will be more reasonable and that the reception team will be more attentive to patients who have checked in. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time visiting Perfect Dental. My son, his family and my daughter and her family all go there. Since they highly recommended Dr. Sue I thought I would try her as my previous dentist retired. I left feeling very pampered and my teeth were very happy with the thorough cleaning I received. Dr. Sue and her assistant were so kind and I never felt rushed. We discussed my plan going forward and I actually can’t wait to get started! When I explained to Dr Sue what was going on she was quick to say she could help and she did just that. My teeth now look amazing! The staff are great! They are extremely helpful and welcoming. Negative experience: Potential patients, be warned about this dental office. I was recently barred from making any future appointments because I missed three while I was pregnant and dealing with significant health issues. It's completely unacceptable that such a strict policy was never disclosed to me upfront. Had I known, I would have certainly made different arrangements. Furthermore, when I attempted to clarify or resolve the issue, the receptionist I dealt with was exceptionally unfriendly and unhelpful, showing no empathy or willingness to assist. This practice's lack of transparency and disinterest in patient circumstances is deeply concerning and frankly, poor service.

Negative experience: You know, I like perfect dental a lot. The staff are very nice, and they do a good job. My main issue is their availability. If you have to reschedule an appointment, you literally have to reschedule for 6-8 months later. God forbid you have an emergency and can’t make your appointment. It seems almost unacceptable that you need to wait 8 months just for a cleaning ( after missing your six month cleaning). Literally means I would have to go a year and 3 months to be seen again. This is my only issue, which ends up being a big issue. Same thing happened to my sister, and husband. Had to wait 8 months later.

Fantastic experience: My dental hygienist was very friendly, welcoming and thorough. My teeth felt amazingly clean when I left. I also got a nice new toothbrush and toothpaste as a parting gift following my cleaning. Dr. Sue also did amazing follow-up on my teeth and prescribed a dental toothpaste for sensitivity I was having intermittently. Overall, it was great experience.

Positive experience: The front desk officer that I met today(12/2/24) at the clinic is mannerless, lacks respect and has poor customer service skills. After I was done with my appointment, the girl that assisted the Dr with my cleaning walked me to the front desk and told one of the front desk officers to schedule my appointment and get my referral letter ready. The front desk officer asked me to sit while I wait for the referral letter. I sat for about 20 minutes and had to go back to her to enquire if the referral letter was ready. This girl yelled at me and asked why I didn't tell her that I was waiting for the referral letter and then she went to the Dr for letter. I was shocked at the manner she talked to me. When she came back and I asked her if she actually meant she didn't know I was waiting for my referral letter, her response was affirmative. She was offended by my question and started murmuring to her self in anger. When I eventually got the referral letter, I thanked her but she was still wearing the angry face and ignored my greeting. She needs more training as a customer service officer. The doctor and the person that assisted in my procedure are very wonderful people welcoming and professional.

Fantastic experience: I came to perfect dental had four teeth on my lower removed paid over a thousand dollars for a set of temporary dentures I know lowers are never as tight as the top the doctor had me back four times to try and get it right grinding putting soft reline they have been in the bathroom ever since if your even considering don't they stopped calling and stopped my new upper from the lab.the doctor who took my impression left now I am left without lower teeth thanks what a good team joke

The Dental Hygienist and Dental Assistant/Technician took their time to provide me with great care and educate me on my teeth. Negative experience: Dr. Monte’s and assistant. Wait was too long. My appointment was at 1:00 pm I got called at 1:45 while I took break on my job. Dentist did not do a good job when cleaning. I got all wet with the water that she was rinsing my mouth while cleaning my teeth and did not even say sorry. The assistant took 20mns to come pollute and floss my teeth. She didn’t even tell me what she was going to do and just asked me to open my mouth. This appointment was terrible. I hope they can fix that so patients can refer other people if they want to continue business.

On March 23,2024 I had an amazing appointment with Perfect Dental, I most say ii left there happier with a positive and very mindful thankful that ii have a good caring dentist . Thank you very much Dr.Susan. Looking forward to my next appointment . Happy Friday! On Friday July 12th 2024 I went in to get my final dental work done all ii can say is it was well worth it. Yes it took some time. When it comes to your health happiness that's what you have to do is fine that Perfect dentist that shows you that they care about you and give you the time that you need. Fantastic experience: I have not been to the dentist in 5 years out of embarrassment. But the second I walked through those doors I knew I came to the right place. Not only was this office huge but it was clean - clean as could be. I was welcomed by every staff member I seen from the receptionist to the assistants and the head Dentist herself. When I got to the room and talked about my goals for my teeth, I felt a huge weight lifted off of my shoulder. Everything I wanted to be fixed - can be fixed and is going to be fixed and I owe it all to this amazing dentistry.... I cannot thank them enough!! 5 stars all around!!!
