Fantastic experience: First time I went t to this office and I was impressed It's the friendliest dental office I've ever been to. Everyone was kind, welcoming and just plain nice. The place is absolutely beautiful. The dental assistants were kind and thorough and gentle. The dentist was great and not pushy or dry at all. Friendly and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: I have to see a very excellent place from the time you call and make your appointment the receptions they're very nice very helpful you get there at the place is amazing looking inside so comfortable accommodated with coffee and water little gift bags then when you meet the dentist oh don't let me forget the Jenna's first that talks to you he was so nice knowing the dentist came in I actually felt like he was looking at me and listening to all my concerns I highly appreciate it even though I'm still in pain and have no answers which it's not his fault so please don't take that the wrong way anybody it's a long story I would so recommend just go there very nice people they seem like they care they make you feel like you mean something and your family I look forward to moving on and working with this dentist if I have any other problems that he could help me with and sorry I forgot his name LOL forgive me on that part... oh and I love how I left and he said please don't hesitate if you have any questions or concerns to call the office anytime loved that because not many dentists will tell you that they get sick of calling or they won't answer questions so thank you very much on that part if he really means it

Fantastic experience: This is my first visit. I hate going to the dentist, however everyone here put me at ease.The lobby looked like a living room , and even the exam rooms were comfortable. The doctor was very nice. He went over a plan for some problems with my mouth, and I had asked to get my teeth cleaned the same day and he couldn't do it due to time restrictions, but he said that he would get me in for an appointment sometime during the month, because I leave for the winter. About an hour later they called me and they said , we have an opening this afternoon. Since I am nervous to go to the dentist, I was very glad that I could get everything done in the same day. My dental hygienist was the nicest person that I've ever worked within the dental field. She made me feel comfortable. She was kind, she was understanding. She was patient. I cannot say enough nice things about her. She gave me dark glasses and a warm blanket! That alone made me feel better. Then she was very understanding and told me everything she was doing when she was doing it. She also had a very pleasing personality , was not rushed or irritated with my fears. Olena is her name and she is the best! She is very much an asset to this office, and they should be lucky they have her. Because of her, I will be going back when I need to have my teeth cleaned. Thank you Olena, for making me feel comfortable and relaxed in a place I am usually very uncomfortable being!

Fantastic experience: I came in for a routine cleaning and had a great experience from start to finish. The front desk was welcoming and efficient, and I was seen right on time. The hygienist was gentle, thorough, and explained everything she was doing, which made the whole visit really comfortable. My teeth have never felt cleaner! The dentist also took a moment to review my Invisalign and answer a few questions without rushing. Overall, the office is clean, modern, and very professional. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for quality dental care and a smooth, stress-free cleaning appointment.

Fantastic experience: I am one who experiences high anxiety (Dentist visits) but I was walked through all the steps. Tammy my hygienist was so patient and gentle. FYI get the nitrous it does wonders to relax you enough. Where I would feel pain/discomfort with cleanings it was quick and bearable. The extra step to numb my gums to make sure I was as comfortable as possible made me feel heard with all my concerns. Wonderful team here and appreciate them all♥️

Negative experience: Receptionist sounds not interested in her job and every time I have conversation with her lacks proper answer and she does seem best fit for the front desk .It seems she is not willing to work with clients and is very short with whole conversation(hi and goodbye ). When I walked in the office first time she did not greet me and I have not seen quality customer service.

Fantastic experience: I just had the most unexpectedly wonderful experience at Greece Family Dental today for my initial consultation. With a mouthful of problems, my anxiety was a bit high before the visit. However, beginning with a phone call from Carol at the office this morning all the way through to check in, x-rays, exam and consultation with Dr. Z, the staff was super friendly and compassionate. They definitely make you feel welcome. The office is clean and beautiful and very up to date. Now despite the fact that, as I feared, my dental health is in poor condition and I'm going to need a lot of work done which makes me very sad, I feel relieved and blessed that I have been connected with this caring staff. Based on my experience today, I feel confident in the care I will receive in the future, and I will definitely be recommending this practice to friends and family! Thank you so much to everybody that took care of me today, it is truly appreciated! UPDATE; So today I've been working with the team at Greece Family Dental for the better part of a year now. Today being 1-11-24. I no longer dread going for dental appointments, despite the work I have to have done and the cost of dental work LoL. I have never had a bad experience with anybody on the team there. They do top-notch dental work and they are all wonderful people! True blessing this practice is ☺️ Update on July 15th 2025. Still recommend Greece family dental to anybody That is looking for a new practice to care for your entire oral health. I had Tammy take care of my gum care today and not only was she gentle, understanding, friendly and compassionate, she also trained me on many aspects of oral Care that I wasn't even aware of. They also fit me in to have a filling while I was there. Thanks everyone!

Fantastic experience: My son is a patient at Greece Family Dentistry and Implantology. I am extremely impressed with Dr. Yakimov. Besides being very knowledgeable and professional, he is both kind and empathic to his patients. Wonderful practice!

Fantastic experience: The phone call was a little rocky, but once I got there things quickly changed, and I felt more comfortable. The doctor was knowledgeable and very compassionate to my circumstances. I’m scared for what I have to go through, but not because of him because of my own fears of the past With past dentists. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a dentist, but ask for Jackie if you do a phone call. Today I returned to start my implant surgery before we started. He calmed my nerves by telling me the actual procedure. The numbing medication’s were given periodically to lessen the pain And then he began the procedure of removing my broken root of my tooth. within 45 minutes he was done I tolerated it well and I’m not as afraid to come back to continue with the process. I would recommend him to my friends and family and I have. I Will be returning In two weeks to check the process and having stitches removed that haven’t come out by themselves. I came back to see how things were after my stitches were removed. Everything appears to be going fine. In 3 months I will be returning to have scans to see how the bone is growing and if it is progressing enough to proceed later with the implant.

Positive experience: My name is Vanessa Stewart. I was treated very well by the doctors and staff during every visit that i had. They made ne feel confident in my care. However, my last experience with a full extraction didn’t go so well. I felt a little in the dark when I left, i wasn’t expecting the holy grail of mouths but to leave with nothing that fit normal or even looked normal put a huge distaste in my mouth both literally and figuratively.

Negative experience: Мy crown didn't last even 3 years, of course there are no guarantees, my wife had crowns installed at the same time, and she doesn't feel well, I'm not happy, if you want, you can test your fate

Positive experience: They don't let you keep your teeth after extraction, claiming it's a biohazard. There is no health law that prevents them from providing it at our request and i'm quite upset with them for lying to me about it. I grew my own teeth and paid money to have them removed, that doesn't provide the dentist ownership of the teeth.

Negative experience: Deceptive practices regarding insurance and billing. We were never told that they do not accept our insurance and they bill out of network until we asked the day of appointment based on sign posted on the door. They stated they didn't know when we scheduled the appointment that they no longer would be accepting insurance in this new year (scheduled in Dec for Jan) and that they would still bill the insurance as out of network and the balance would be "a little" extra because they charge more than most insurance. They called me 2 days before my appointment to get my insurance information, so it was assumed they took insurance! My bill for 2 kids after insurance was still almost 400 dollars and only one got a cleaning. In the lobby, another staff person told other clients that an email went out "months ago" informing patients of the change. No one in the waiting room had gotten the email, or the person who referred us. They were very quick to text me the bill the minute insurance cleared. The dentist was very intimidating to my children, told them if they don't brush and floss then he will have to use a needle and it will hurt to get cavities filled. They tried to get me to sign off on a procedure for my son before even really looking at him or completing his exam and cleaning. I had also chosen this office because they stated they worked with special needs clients and I was very up front my kids had special needs and anxiety. We were told my youngest couldn't be seen because he was too nervous to get xrays and it would be pointless. So after taking him out of school for half a day, he went home after 10 minutes. I felt they were deceptive and the rates the charged for services was 2x what my insurance covered and in addition were not receptive to my childrens' anxieties and needs. One child did get a cleaning this day because they had a cancellation. The advice the hygienist gave him was different than what the dentist had told him. This is confusing for children. Overall, it was a very negative experience and we are not going back.

Negative experience: I wanted to love the office but I kept getting disappointed. My last appointment was my last straw. Before getting my 2 small fillings, I kept asking for at least an approximate amount but they refused. I worked in the dental field and we always give a quote so patients know at least an approximate amount before starting. When I came up to pay I was mindblown at the price, I have no insurance so I was paying out of pocket. A few days after, one of the fillings popped out. When I called asking if I can come in to get it fixed, they informed me I would need to pay for that filling as well. I have never heard an office charging for a filling that was clearly done incorrectly if it fell out while flossing. At this point, I would rather pay another dentist to fix it, if they require payment for their mistake.

Fantastic experience: Very good at taking care of what needs to be done. During covid I was left in the cold by previous dental and they stepped up and took care of me. Very appreciative of them. Kind and down to earth people and environment.

Negative experience: Today I was seen for a cleaning 25 minutes past my appointment time and the hygienist wanted to talk about her illnesses & the fact that she didn't have enough money to pay for needed testing. She did do a good job of cleaning my teeth.

Fantastic experience: Like most people, I spent most of my life dreading the dentist. Years ago I chipped a front tooth. I had it fixed at a different Dental place. The repair fell off in just a couple of days. Last week I broke the other front tooth. Dr Visic repaired them both and contoured them to give me the best smile I've had in years! She and her assistant made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The cost was very reasonable too. I very highly recommend Greece Family Dentistry and Implantology for any dental needs!

Positive experience: Staff and doctors are fantastic. Had a tooth extracted and the dentist was so patient with me. Have recommended GFDI to several people. Nothing but good things to say. Only reason it's not a 5 out of 4 is because I am still in immense pain 6 days after extraction saw Dr and told to wait it out.

Negative experience: They are very deceitful, I called to ask if they accept my insurance and was told they did and gave me a appointment for the following week. The day before the appointment i received a call asking for my member number but they never said they were out of network. I just wanted a cleaning but they did x-rays and suggested implants or a bridge both were about 5,000 dollars so I declined. They were trying to get me to sign both treatment plans and said they would need 2143.00 for a down payment. I received a bill for 365.00 for which I am disputing with Wellcare. I wouldn't recommend that dentist to anyone. I received a response today about the grievance I filed and they lied about a few things that I am going to continue to fight. They don't even deserve one star

Fantastic experience: Good Afternoon, I recently became a patient after my daughter has been going there for the past five years. It was a simple decision after watching how well they have treated my daughter and other patients while in the office. I have always been treated with respect and kindness every time entering the office. The staff has been very prompt and attentive consistently especially throughout busy periods of the day. I especially appreciate them accommodating my daughter and myself whenever we are greeted of if we have had any questions about scheduling/billing. Fantastic experience: I only wish I had known about this practice before I had dental work done at another place. The doctor took a great deal of his time to listen to me and explain about everything I asked. Extremely kind and caring office. I encourage anyone who needs implants done to go and see Dr. Yakimov. He tells the whole truth about implants good and bad, which the place I had mine done certainly did not. I went for my second visit today. I saw Kelly (I hope I got the name right) who worked with me. She was extremely nice and I felt at ease during the whole visit, unlike the place I went to in Brighton. The other girls at the front desk were also very nice. This is a great practice . So glad I found it. September 25th. Today I had my appointment with Dr. Yakimov for my new denture. As usual the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The denture is everything I hoped it would be and the cost was minimal. I am very happy with the wonderful service from this practise and as usual highy recommend them to anyone. Another shout out to Kelly as she is super nice.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional service from someone who is not a fan of the dentist. The entire staff is pleasant and thourough. They take the time to explain treatment options and make dental work as pain free as possible. I would recommend them to anyone!

Negative experience: Spent 1 hr, 20 min there (too long). Hygienist used new product at end of cleaning without explaining change 1st…I asked several times why taste was so awful. Left office feeling sick to my stomach. Conversation with dentist about doing crown on one of my molars seemed productive until I was shown treatment plan/my cost. The plan I was given earlier this year quoted my cost at $29…not $192! Believe that I may be researching another dental office for future care.

Fantastic experience: I love this dental practice!! Everyone is warm and welcoming. They will bend over backwards to accommodate your schedule and make sure you care is comfortable and pleasant. Negative experience: It's sad really, I like the atmosphere and feel like there's a wealth of experience here. I came in as a new patient explaining that I was far overdue for a cleaning and was hoping to get that done quickly. They made me wait 3 weeks for a new patient appointment. Then explained I would get a cleaning at the next appointment, I didn't. Not only did they make me reschedule that appointment, which was moved almost a month, but when I finally got in, it wasn't a cleaning, it was an evaluation. After the evaluation, I was told I needed another appointment to sit down with their billing department to discuss my proposed treatments, which I was told would be another 3 weeks out. They wouldn't book me for a cleaning until I had that meeting, and they were currently booking 4-5 months out. I reluctantly agreed, hoping that this would be the last hoop to jump through, but the day before my appointment they called to cancel and reschedule. I explained that this really couldn't happen as I typically only have 4 days off of work/month, and was met with a "I really don't care bud, not my problem". Aspen dental got me right in, I saw the Dr and the hygienist in the same day, and have an appointment 2 weeks away. I'd probably still be waiting with these guys

Fantastic experience: It's been a long road to Jericho with encounters of many different types of people but today the LORD has lead me to good Samaritans at Greece family dentistry who are willing to go the extra effort to help people in need ! Fantastic experience: The hygienists were awesome with both my kids! The one made a hand balloon to entertain my 2.5 year old as this was his second visit. And the other talked real and upfront with my 8 year old explained what more she could do to help keep her teeth clean!

Fantastic experience: I recently started going here since switching dentists, and I love this place and its employees! They are very considerate and tell you exactly what they are doing so you are informed every step of the way. I am very afraid of getting fillings since I have had very painful experiences in the past at other places, but Greece family dentistry was absolutely perfect and I experienced NO PAIN for the first time while being at the dentist. I highly recommend them to anyone. They even have a “comfort menu” full of little comforting items like blankets, pillows, headphones, lip balm, etc. This place is 10/10 and worth the drive!

Positive experience: This was a first visit after relocating here from Buffalo. I was overdue for a cleaning. Let me say that this is obviously just my opinion. Positive: everyone was very pleasant, caring, and the environment was spotless, warm and inviting. Questionable: Christian music played the entire time…which I thought was a bit much. I’m Christian but perhaps others are not and could be offended. Positive: I had x rays taken and staff was very gentle about how uncomfortable it was. My MAIN issue: I never got my teeth cleaned. The exam by dentist was quick and rest of time was spent telling me, in great detail, all the measurements of my teeth that will be taken at next visit (two months from now). I asked receptionist if I will get my teeth cleaned at that appointment was told… after “measurements “ are taken, the hygienist determines what kind of cleaning I should have and IF they have time, they will clean my teeth. Really? What am I paying them for, not to mention time I am losing from work. I couldn’t believe I walked out of the dentist without getting my teeth cleaned and not guaranteed I will get a cleaning at next visit. Here’s MY thing: I don’t care about all the fluff: fireplaces, big tv’s and comfy couches. I don’t care to hear about measurements to determine the “ right hygiene program “ for me. I just want to get my dental needs met in a clean, efficient and professional manner. I can’t afford what is starting to appear to be dragged out, unnecessary appointments. I just need professional, efficient, affordable care…x-rays, exam, cleaning, advisement on oral hygiene and addressing any dental issues if they arise. My plan: I’m going to second apt and hope things move along and my teeth get cleaned!

Fantastic experience: Went for my cleaning today and the was running late, the staff was so helpful and nice even though they could have been annoyed with me being late. Love this office and their staff. They are always so friendly and non- judgmental. Highly recommend.

Positive experience: The staff are very polite and quick to ask if they can help. Our visit on May 13th was very responsive to my wife's needs. They were willing to help and offer assistance within their ability.

Negative experience: I used to love Greece family dentistry about 4 years ago. I had the same dentist dr.Kenyon he was great and I had the same dental hygienist every cleaning bc I have severe dental anxiety and that’s what they “specialized in”. In the past yr… they changed our dentist 3 times, didn’t even tell me just told my husband like I didn’t refer him to the practice and then they skipped steps with my cleaning all the important steps like polishing your teeth. Something in a dental cleaning everyone is used to having. As someone with serve dental anxiety I need to know about changes, their practices have gotten sloppy, and now they’re not taking insurance. Or they are but you’ll pay outta pocket and your insurance will reimburse you. I recommend you just leave before you get surprises and sloppy work

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient here for several years and always satisfied. Today I had to have a crown redone from last year. As someone who fears the dentist they took the time to make sure I was comfortable, was honest with expectations, and didn’t charge me even though it had been a year. This office is super clean and staff is always warm and welcoming!

Fantastic experience: Very kind, patient and caring. I let embarrassment keep me from the dentist, but if I knew these were the people I'd interact with I would have gone a long time ago. They really want to work with you to afford treatments! The atmosphere is also very cozy, I felt at ease there.

Fantastic experience: I have pretty bad dental anxiety mostly when it comes to needles but Dr. Z was amazing and her assistant Sara let me squeeze her hand while Dr. Z was administering the shots, I teared up a little but after that part of the visit was smooth sailing! Thank you so much Dr. Z you have a gentle touch and the conversation kept me comfortable and at ease! Love you guys ♥️

Positive experience: I went to greece family Dentistry due to having only 7 teeth left , and wanted them removed. They worked out a great deal for extractions and dentures, all in i pre payed for it at 2500.00 dollars including sedation and taxes. They got me in fast and was very friendly. They knew i was afraid of dentists and needles. The procedure was So great that I did not remember anything after i was knocked out ,to all the way till i was at home passed out on the couch . My wife informed me of the events of me coming home. When she came to pick me up , I was still sleeping in the wheelchair and they helped her dump me into the suv. On the way home i woke up briefly to see a Dunkin sign and started screaming dunkins and that i wanted some. I don't remember it, didn't remember paying for everyones coffee and food in the store ( 78dollars). I was told that I fell out of the suv with coffee in hand laying on the ground saved the coffee tho. I got up with coffee in hand and started to lean forward and run to catch my balance, ran up 2 out of 3 steps and did my best to open the doors with my head, leaving a nice gouge down the center of my huge forehead. Smashing my coffee into my chest. Like i said i had to be told this as i woke up with a sore head.

Fantastic experience: The dentist is by far my least favorite place. Tammy did my cleaning and was so kind and gentle. I went today for a filling and Dr Z worked with my anxiety and allowed me to take breaks. The staff was so kind and helped me get through the visit!

Fantastic experience: I’m new to this office and I would say I am impressed. I love the care they provide and make you feel comfortable and very detailed when explaining. Aliani was a great dental assistant she made me feel very welcome along with the front desk staff and the dentist I think I finally found my special place ❤️my anxiety is through the roof when it comes to the dentist but I know that I am in good hands.

Negative experience: I got a root canal in December by dr. Yakimov and I had to pay out of pocket. I felt the dentist was very pushy in me getting a crown there and an implant I will eventually need but stated I want to get my root canal because that's the tooth that's causing pain . So today I went in because I felt my root canal temporarily coming off I asked them to just seal it until I get my crown through my dentist at the end of February. The dentist was very rude about filling it again and kept stating I need to get a crown which I am and already have an appointment with my dentist because it will be a lot cheaper. I felt he was very rude and pushy . I would never go back there . It just stinks because I heard a lot of great things about this place and was hoping to have the same experience.

Fantastic experience: The thought of leaving a review for dentists can be nerve wracking—because let’s be honest—not a lot of people like going. BUT, I can’t say enough good things about this place! When I moved here and was looking for a dentist, I read their welcome page on their website and the fact that they are a faith-based practice drew me to them instantly. I am almost 48 years old and have major anxiety going to the dentist from childhood trauma. They are personable and do all they can to make me feel at ease. I strongly recommend asking for Tammy as your hygienist, especially if you hate going. She is calm, patient, thorough, understanding and gentle. I don’t dread going as badly because she explains absolutely everything. Dr Kenyon also brings a calmness with him as he walks into the room and does a great job! This office is such a loving office…I am so blessed to have found them!

Fantastic experience: i would just like to share something with everyone that will hopefully help future patients. a few months back i had gone to my appointment for a cleaning. GFD started taking my blood pressure which i thought was a little strange. like why is a hygentist taking blood pressure. turns out my blood pressure was high. and after 3 seperate checks of my blood pressure i was refused service and had to reschedule. to be completely honest i was extremely irritated with the situation. but was also nervous at the same time. so i called my primary care doctor and got an appointment immediately. long story short my doctor has put me on blood pressure meds and all is good and under control. ive since been back for other testing and blood work etc. after all i am at that age (48) where if i want to retire young and enjoy life i need to do it. with all that said i would really like to thank Christina and Kaylee. they really helped give me the push i needed to get to the doctor. without them checking blood pressure i may have never known. i didnt feel like anything was wrong. who new. it could have been a lot worse. maybe a heart attack or something else. so thank you again. it really means a lot that you guys care so much about your patients. thanks again and i hope that Christina and Kaylee get the recognition they deserve. The staff listens and makes the necessary adjustments for their patients. I refuse to go anywhere else, I love the staff. My whole family are patients of the dentistry. Any chance that I get I tell people of the most amazing staff at Greece Family Dentistry and Implantology.

Fantastic experience: The environment is really calm and nice when you walk in. They have a comfort menu to try and make the experience better if you’re having trouble (including headphones, water, lip balm, a pillow for your neck) which was really nice… people seem knowledgeable about what to look for. I had a great first experience there!

Fantastic experience: I showed my 6 min late for my appointment with a 1 year old on my hip completely expecting to be rescheduled. They were nice enough to let me continue with my appointment. As a new patient they needed to do X-rays on me and my 1 year old couldn’t be there. Completely understandable. They offered to have one of there nice employees watch my baby while the X-rays were being taken. They could’ve rescheduled me at any moment from me walking in to me sitting for the X-rays. They are very accommodating and I appreciate it. Will most definitely be coming back and will refer others.

Fantastic experience: Several months ago I had severe tooth pain. I called them as a new patient and was seen the same day. Turns out I needed a root canal and they were incredible through the whole process. I've had massive dental anxiety my whole life and everyone here is just amazing. I have no anxiety when I have an appointment now. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Negative experience: Me and my family have had a handful of bad experiences, I was spoken to like a child by a hygienist for tarter build up that many previous hygienists have said is fairly normal and now I am to afraid to get regular cleanings. My daughter has visited several times and they would not clean her teeth or take x-rays (even after a bad fall that left deep abrasions on her gums). They do not check your insurance until your appointment and will make you pay out of pocket without notice.
