After that, I had the inside of my mouth scanned with a dental computer wand to measure for new retainers to replace my old Invisalign ones. A week later, I returned to pick up and try out my new set. Dental hygienist Colleen, Dr. Pahl, dental assistants Kaleigh and Merriam, and treatment coordinator Stephanie were all very professional, competent, and personable. Wood Creek Dental makes you feel as if you are their most important patient of the entire day!

Fantastic experience: Been a patient for a few years. Always a professional and caring approach with their patients. Atmosphere is modern, comfotable and informative video on dental procedures as you wait in the lobby room. Never have waited beyond 15 minutes to be seen. Pam is a great hygienist (thorough, pain free cleaning) with years of experience. Had X-rays today and was seen by Dr. White which was pleasant and took time to explain exactly what she was examining within my dental care. I would strongly recommend the Wood Creek Dental team.

Fantastic experience: Woodcreek Dental was able to get me in for an emergency appointment to take care of some severe jaw pain, which turned out to be an abscessed tooth. They were able to do a root canal and a new crown in the same visit after diagnosing the abscess tooth. It was a painless and seamless process. They could have not been more pleasant and professional. I love how they take care of me and my family. They are the best! Today I had a routine appointment with cleaning and x-rays. A problem with an old filling was discovered by Dr. Katie White. It will be taken care of in two weeks. My hygienist was Fran. What a pro! So good! She and my other hygienist Colleen are so thorough and gentle. Just excellent care here always. I highly recommend Woodcreek Dental. It is a VERY high quality service provider! I had another great experience at Woodcreek Dental today. Care-filled cleaning by Colleen and a good meeting with the Dentist Dr. Pahl leading to an appointment for a new crown. Both of these people are super professionals, as is everyone else who takes care of me there. I love these people!

Fantastic experience: Fabulous experience. That’s what you get every time at Wood Creek Dental. I called at opening and the nice folks at the front desk got me in an hour later. My hygienist got an xray, quickly after getting an updated history, and communicated back to me what I told her; excellent communication skills. I then saw Dr Pahl who offered me my treatment options for a tooth that was abscessed. She made a call to an external provider that she knew and by noon; same day, my surgery was completed. Not to be dramatic but the assessment skills and her professional connections for quick intervention may have likely kept me from a potential heart valve replacement or other difficulties. Sure, that’s competency, but I also think that goes to caring and going above and beyond to get my problem solved. Great staff, great practice, and great teamwork.

They have helped me bring my dental hygiene to a whole new level. I am forever grateful for each and every one of them. Woodcreek has become my extended family. They give 5 star service while being down to earth and kind. They came highly recommended and I highly recommend them as well! Fantastic experience: This was my first time and I was so impressed with the digital wave. They do x-rays and the 360° x-ray that checked my bones. They took one look at my issue and figure out what to do and I have an appointment to come back and get it corrected. The staff was fabulous And I’m just happy. I found them to take care of my needs.

Fantastic experience: Very kind and gracious staff at sign in, easy process when you do the online forms. I was led to my appointment early! Xray and photo process was automated and easy! Doctor was prompt, professional and right to the point on my issues. The doctor took time to be personable and talk a little about Family and golf. Sign out and referral was fast plus the sign out tech helped me set my appointment at the referral for root canal. Great dentist, great staff, professional settings and very clean everywhere.
