Fantastic experience: What a beautiful place to go to get your smile back. I mean that literally and financially. At 7 o’clock in the morning I thought how stupid was I going to a dentist this early..When I arrive, there was a Beautiful gift bag from the dentist to welcome me to his establishment. I was treated with the most upmost respect and warm, friendly conversations from his dental assistant who I cannot recall her name.. after the assessment they showed me the quotes and they were the best quotes of any dental office I’ve ever been to..when I paid them, I was smiling all the way to work and even complimented the place when I met my Contractors. again, what a great great place

Positive experience: I wish I could give this dentistry a 5 star. Everyone was kind, the building looked clean, and the wait time was fast. However after checking in, I was informed that I couldn’t go back with my 3 year old epileptic son due to their policy. They referred us to a different provider because I wasn’t comfortable leaving my disabled child in the care of someone who has no idea what to look for with his condition. I believe this policy needs to change. Three is too young to not have a parent in the room with them. A three year old cannot always tell their parent what occurred behind closed doors.

Fantastic experience: Decatur Family Dentistry is a great and Dr. Taylor is very friendly and truly cares for his patients. As soon as you walk in you can see how clean and neat the office is. Everyone from the front desk manager checking you in to the ladies that check you out and confirm your next appointment are very friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: That was the best visit to the dentist I’ve ever had. Friendly and very descriptive of what they are doing. Had TVs to watch while in your chair and then pulled up my X-rays so I could see them. After the work was done they showed me exactly what needed to be done on future visits by looking at a computer. Very impressed.

Fantastic experience: OMG❣️ I have to say I DID NOT want to keep this appointment, however, reluctantly, I did and am so glad I did. Dr Taylor, Erin, the office staff all made me feel so relaxed and comfortable..like they had known me for years. I had several teeth/roots extracted of which were easier and not as painful as I expected. This office is definately the Dental Office I will continue to go to and also highly recommend to anyone that needs dental care. Fantastic experience: This is a super late post, I want to thank the whole Decatur family dentistry, from setting my appointment till I first walked through the door, the whole establishment was clean and the staff was super friendly. I arrived a few minutes behind and informed front desk a they where super friendly and still allowed me to come. When I get there it was this super cute goodie back with all types of good things you normally don’t get coming to a dentist appointment, overall Dr. Jeff I believe explained everything that was going on with my teeth, and break down fees as well, definitely looking forward to coming back and having them work on my mouth because they really do treat you like you are family even with this my first time coming, I highly recommend to my family and friends. Decatur’s family Dentistry is the place where you want to go!

But thats exactly how my first visit to Decatur Family Dentistry made me feel. They got me in quickly and setup a care plan for me that will take care of immediate and future needs. Fantastic experience: Everyone I've encountered there has been down to earth, easy going people. They don't skip on details to make sure you're completely informed, welcoming and warm. I have made them my primary dental office, after going to another facility where I had fillings done, one had fallen out and they got me in quickly and fixed me up beautifully. I had an embarrassing moment with them at my previous visit, and the staff was so understanding, so accommodating, I couldn't have asked for a better environment to have been in, during a moment like that.

Fantastic experience: My family has been treated by our Dentist, Dr Jeff Taylor for many years now. This office is very clean and up to date. This office has excellent communication with their patients. They call, email, and even text. They are very accommodating and very kind. The office runs so smooth at every visit with their full staff and there is never a wait! They answer all of your questions and concerns and always go over payment plans before making the next appointment that might cost so you are never surprised with unexpected billing. I’m sure not many can say they enjoy going to the dentist, but this office, dentist, and staff is definitely a 5 star!

Fantastic experience: Decatur Family Dentistry is the premiere dentist office in Indianapolis. From Dr. Taylor, DDS, Allyssa, BDH, and the front office staff, this place is the best in Indy! Even though I’ve recently moved to Texas, I’m not changing my dentist. For two years, I’ve been flying in for my appointments twice a year!

I didn’t feel like anything was pushed on my unnecessarily. My hygienist was amazing and friendly, and the dentist was as well. Fantastic experience: I have been putting off lots of work done on my teeth for years as I’m super afraid of the dentist. I had a root canal, 7 or 8 cavities and 2 extractions done && was amazed by my hygienist (Ashley) and doctor Taylor’s work. Ashley worked with me and was transparent about every stage of each procedure and allowed me breaks when needed, etc. Doctor Taylor was able to make it all basically painless. Is actually took him 4 minutes to pull 2 of my teeth and I was amazed by his skills - as well as Ashley’s. I haven’t been to the dentist in just shy of 10 years but plan to go back to maintain any upkeep necessary on my teeth from now on. Thanks you guys!!

Here I am sitting here just 8 hours after having them removed without pain. I highly recommend their services to anyone scared to go to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: Was experiencing severe pain, they not only made a first time patient appointment same day, but called me in earlier because they had a cancellation. The work was cheaper than they had originally quoted, because Dr. Taylor had the expertise to not break my tooth during extraction. Numbing was quick and relatively painless because the tech took careful care. Overall best dentist experience I’ve had! Great work y’all!

Negative experience: My dad had dentures made at Decatur Dental. The front teeth are off to the side. He was told that's how his impression came out. So they can't do anything about it. They fit well, but look funny. He has made an appointment with another dental office.

Appointment was at 7:00, was called back and in chair by 7:02 , had a nice welcome gift in the chair waiting for us ! Fantastic experience: My first time ever being seen and I'm thankful I called their office. I was seen in less than 24 hours of me calling and was in and out in 20 mins. They were thorough with my diagnosis and explained what my treatment plan was. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. They even have a goodie bag for new patients. Which was nice.

Fantastic experience: Dr Taylor is an amazing dentist. I went in for my first visit with him and his team today. Dr Taylor's team is very polite and respectful and take really good care of you. Dr Taylor explained to me that my wisdom teeth were causing me a lot of problems and answered every question I had and showed and explained what was going on. And turns out one of my wisdom teeth was the cause of a recent medical problem I had. Dr Taylor took extra time out of his day to remove my wisdom teeth and I really appreciate him. He was very respectful and kind and did great work.
