Positive experience: I've been coming here for years with my little sister and the staff has always been friendly. The staff does gradually change since lot of changes happens within 6 months but the new employees are still friendly. They explain everything to me when I have any questions in a properly manner. The waiting time is sometimes longer than expected but it's rare.

Fantastic experience: Everyone here is great. They take great care to avoid pain and ensure you are numb. I had a root canal. Ext. Currently, I will be two crowns, and I will be going back for all future dental care while I live in Texas Every single person here is great and friendly. They also have Saturday hours.

Fantastic experience: I been coming to this dentist office for about 5 years and each experience has been a good one . I started my ortho here about 3 years ago and I love the results of my teeth . Everyone is friendly and very informative regarding any information about my teeth. Today I spoke with Estephanie and she’s really been lovely ,I’ve recently became very interested in wanting to go to school to become a dentist assistant and Estephanie has been very informative about what it’s like and etc.

From beginning to end I was so impressed with my visit; I even made sure to ask for names to include in my review! Thanks so much to everyone, &, particularly from then, to Hope, Kaitlyn, Dr. Kathy, and Deisy! Much appreciate it (Btw, I'd initially intended to post this review a bit sooner, at least.. Apologies regarding this ‍♀️..) They even offered/had a savings plan and some other flexible treatment payment options, depending on what you might be needing. All in all, I highly recommend this DreamWorks dental location (& I won't expect that you'll regret @ least checking it out your next visit)! Edit: From last vist(s), I can see they still strive to be a friendly, professional team! They are kind to clearly explain things, in detail, when one has questions. (Related: I've learned much & look forward to continuing the improvement/leveling-up of my personal dental-care routine.) Finally, depsite my often reserved nature, I'm also so-often made to feel right at home on my visits! Special shout out to Ms. Stef, whom I met recently, this time around, & many-thanks again to the kind, dedicated (and very patient) team, here!

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience at Dreamworks! I was in search of a dentist asap as I needed a tooth pulled due to a crack. Dr.Jay did great at ensuring I was comfortable and continuously checked on me during the procedure and numbed more as needed. Ladies in the front are personable, nice and helpful. (I wish I remembered her name) African American dental assistant lady who did my X-rays was super fun! She made me more relaxed as I’m sure we all hate going to the dentist. If you’re curious about getting work done here! do it!! 5/5⭐️

Negative experience: I want to address this so that the Othordonist will see this at some point. (Asian female) My son was going to Dreamworks and braces were put on. I feel that we were discriminated against because he was not able to go see her for a while . When he was able to go see her again, this is with this office continuing to call and send letters that he needed to come in. When my son is able to come in I called and made an appointment first thing and they pulled up his file and booked it. When that day came I pulled my son out of school early to get him there. The orthodontist refused to see him and wanted to take off his braces and clean his teeth for 300.00. What? And it wasn’t even time for his braces to come off. I felt that she was not understanding at all and just wanted our money. Stacy is very nice and helpful . I even had a friend go there and he never went back because he said they we making appointments that he did not book. We have found another orthodontist that is very nice understanding and very affordable!

Fantastic experience: Been coming to Dreamworks for 1 year and at first it was just my husband and I and eventually I brought my kids here too! Hope is the sweetest and took her time with one of my boys that was kind of difficult to get some x-rays done but made sure my child was comfortable & Kaitlyn is one of the good ones! She’s been doing my cleanings lately and my kids as well, everyone here is so nice, helpful & very informative. I always look forward to my dentist appointments it’s always a good experience, their payment options are flexible and work with you. It’s worth it here 10000000% even if I were to move out of Irving aid still make the drive here. Thank you Dreamworks dental for making every dentist appointment as smooth as possible.

Fantastic experience: I called yesterday after not going to the dentist in WAY too long and even with me as a new patient they were able to accept me in the next day. Staff was very friendly and helpful and took time out of their routine to fully explain what they’re doing which I appreciate because I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental stuff.

Negative experience: I went to the office expecting to be treated fair and just but what I got was an eye opening experience!! Beware they are Preying upon You!! It’s all about the money that they can get!Fast talkers make Sure You you get Everything in writing, don’t sign Anything. Take your estimate home Read it!! Do Your Homework!! Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this clinic for the past year and a half, I was referred by one of my family members and it truly hasn’t disappoint. We always feel super welcomed by the front desk and they always make sure that we are taken care of. My son has adhd and the doctors have been by far the best with him, super understanding and always try their best to be able to get him comfortable. They are always super patient with him and treat him with care, I have an 11, 7, and 2 year old and they all love coming to Dreamworks. Me and my husband recently started getting treated as well and it’s been the best experience compared to other dental clinics I’ve been. They are really thorough when it comes to explaining treatment and payment plans. If you are looking for a dental clinic this is it! You definitely feel like family in here

Fantastic experience: My teen daughters have been coming to this Dental practice for about 6 months now. Everytime we've had any type of appointments we have a very pleasant experience. The staff here is very professional and friendly. We never have long wait times and the process for the entire appointments are always smooth and in a timely manner. My daughters have been going to a previous Dental Practice for years prior but due to us moving to the Irving area we decided to take a chance and try DreamWorks Dental and we haven't had a bad experience yet and don't expect to. We love that the clinic is about a 3 minute drive from our home so you can't beat that. My daughters really enjoy coming here. I also like that it is an Orthodontist clinic so if in the future we needed those services we would be able to take care of those needs all in one place.
