Fantastic experience: I love this office, I went in with the worst toothache I’ve ever had and they were able to address it the same day. I opted for an extraction and they made sure I was as comfortable as I could be before they started. It was very quick and I was very numb. Everyone in the office was very nice as well. I’m so thankful that Dr Krough was able to see me today.

Fantastic experience: I enjoyed being at the dentist office today. The Dental hygienist was a very knowledgeable and fun to talk to. I would recommend this dentist to everyone.

Positive experience: I called as a new patient, got on the schedule 8 months from the call, however by the end of that same day that I called, I had 2 options for cancelations the next day. I had an evening appointment which was very convenient. Hygienist was friendly and the few minutes I saw the dentist he was pleasant as well. After my first visit/cleaning I was happy with Genesee Dental.

Fantastic experience: I honestly don't mind going to the dentist, because Dr. Keough and the hygienists are caring, friendly and gentle.

Positive experience: I started taking my children to this dentist because my daughter chipped her tooth on her sister's head in a fall and we now see them for regular cleanings. They're one of the only dentists in the area that accept Fidelis insurance (although only until age 7 unfortunately) and that was also accepting new patients at the time. We have had a really great experience with them, they do great with my girls and I don't feel pressured by the staff to make any decisions in not comfortable with. They make cleaning teeth fun and interactive for kids. They also have TV's attached to the chair for the littles and play cartoons which I think is kinda cool too. When your child is finished getting their work done they get a coin and they to put it in one of those gumball type machines to get a little toy it's so fun. I definitely would recommend this dentist if you have children I think you will be happy with the service. I would have given 5 stars accept I really wish they took our insurance for all ages so I could keep them longer and also go myself. They do offer a a program for people who's insurance they don't accept but I'm still not sure if it's something we could afford

So we are back to have filling replaced and as always, they are outstanding. From the moment you walk in they are polite, friendly, and always explain exactly what is happening. They take the time to answer questions and explain to the kids which is awesome!

Fantastic experience: We have been going here for 3 years now for my daughter. She had a negative experience that left her very scared. The staff at Genesee met her at her level of comfort, explained all the tools, and used positive praise. After 3 years of sitting on my lap, berbalizing being nervous, etc today I watched my daughter hop in the chair and opened wide with the largest smile on her face. I knew then we have our perfect fit.

Fantastic experience: Staff at front desk is friendly and helpful. Tadd is a wonderful person who is always willing to chat and he does a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Kalos is very kind and gentle. Everyone there is so nice and I enjoy going there!

Negative experience: Don't take your kids there if they have Fidelis because they will only see them until they're 7 then, you must fight to find another dentist. So if you want to zoom in on these pictures, you'll see how buck tooth this little girl is who was baby teeth having roots. They tell me that developmentally, she's only 3 or 4 on her best days.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. We started by bringing the kids in and they loved the staff and rooms there. I then decided to go there for myself and they were able to fit me in on short notice and worked really well with my insurance to cover the work that is needed. I would suggest them to everyone I know but most people I know already go here.

Very prompt with thier appointments and the staff is top shelf. Woke up this morning with a small issue and the have me in to be seen less than 4 hours later....very accommodating.

Fantastic experience: I am impressed overall with genesee dental. I have just started my process with them but feel confident In my decision. I originally went to aspen and was quoted so much more. I walked out. My son suggested genesse dental and I am shocked my dental insurance will cover every penny. Aspen wanted 3,000 out of pocket. I was thinking there was no way I can afford that now. I was shocked I thought I carried good dental insurance. I do, but I would not have known that if I had not gone to genesee dental. I have no concerns that I won't be happy once the work is done.thank you Genesee Dental.

One of our children has a lot of reservations about medical personnel due to some past medical experiences and Dr Lindsey helps her feel comfortable and safe even when she went through a more involved dental procedure.

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome took my very energetic emotional 3 year old there today they were so kind and patient with him and at the end of the visit he was giving coins to go get prizes out of gumball machines I thought that was a very cool way to reward him don’t get me wrong he loves his stickers at the end of a dr appointment but this was extra cool for him love that I got a good impression with the staff for my first time dental visit for my little boy! Thank you to the staff keep up the hard work with helping kids not getting bad experiences and creating a life long fear of going to the dentist ❤️

Fantastic experience: UPDATE: I saw a new dentist today to fix my front tooth and he was amazing! The color match is 100% and he was very reassuring and kept my anxiety down. The lady assistant was great too. I hate going to the dentist because I'm extremely anxious when it comes to the novocaine shot. Dr Krough is always so amazing. I now don't fear going to the dentist. His bedside manner is always great. His hygienist is always great. My son sees the pediatric dentist here too.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Calos has been an AMAZING dentist for my ENTIRE family. I have been coming to this “facility” for 15 years with my step kids and now my own two girls for 10 years. No one EVER wants to go to the dentist but if there is a place to go and to settle your nerves it is here. Everyone is family and the more you go they get to know your kids and help them settle in also. They are just all an amazing team!!
