Negative experience: I feel like when I go to Dr. Turnupseed's office, they don’t run the insurance first to tell you exactly how much money you need after the insurance has paid. And there is always a surprise when you think you are paid in full, they also have an office manager in the front with a very raspy, loud voice. She is darkened and she doesn’t care about anyone’s privacy, but her own loudmouth every time one comes to the window. She delivered everyone your business. I personally have watched her behavior. She has always been the same way as long as I have been attending that Density Office. I really feel like that office hustle financially.

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with my hygienist Arbrielle. She gave me a detailed teeth cleaning with a gentle touch. I felt no pain whatsoever. She did a GREAT job on my teeth. And I felt very comfortable.

Negative experience: The whole experience from front desk, payment, and the Dr herself were awful..they were rude and incompetent. The Dr didn't even spend 20 seconds with me and the teeth cleaning was so rough I left in pain. 0/10 do not recommend. Don't even get me started on how dirty it was.

Fantastic experience: I’m exceptionally please with the way I and other patients was greeted after entering. The ability of making patients aware of Covid restrictions noted on the door, made me feel quite confident that the clinic was following safety precautions.Being always afraid of going to the dentist , the friendly atmosphere made me slightly comfortable. Dr Kohan was very professional and informative. She as well provided service in a timely manner. And I was out within an hour and half after getting in the chair.

Positive experience: Dr. Turnipseed was professional and kind, and as we conversed she looked me in the eye. The receptionist and x-ray tech were busy; however both were patient and very polite. There was a hygienist who didn’t look me in the eye when I spoke. She would walk in and out without saying anything to me. As a first time patient, who was full of anxiety, a little courtesy would’ve helped.

Negative experience: I must update my review to say that I was given false information regarding treatment that supposedly had been done. I was alert during a procedure and know they only worked on one tooth tho they had numbed two areas. When I inquired why they weren't doing the other tooth, I was told by the person at front desk that my insurance didn't cover any more work. Dr. Turnipseed then tried to convince me that she had done that tooth previously. No coordination or communication. I might have been willing to pay the difference, but no one asked. They made the decision for me. I will never use this dentist again.

Fantastic experience: Front desk was quite welcoming. She was very, very busy but very polite. I was so nervous that my blood pressure was high. Shay was sweet, she went to introduce me to Olivia ( hygienist) in hope of CALMING me down. I needed to know who would do my procedure, & Shay made that happen . I felt better & procedure went well. I will return to complete procedure.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Turnipseed and Nay worked so diligently together for my hours long procedure the other day. I didn’t incur any pain, and the mood was very light-hearted which helped me to remain calm. No corners were cut in my encounter and I received proper post-op education. You’re in great hands with this team!

Fantastic experience: I had a late appointment and the staff was still very on point. High enthusiasm and courteous. Aubrielle my hygienist, is always very thorough. She addressed my concern, and wrote me an Rx. I had mentioned this same concern b4, but not to her, to another staff member but was not accommodated. 6-9 months passed. Aubrielle is very good at her job. I hope she stays with the company. This is my 2nd time getting a cleaning from her. Dental connection is lucky to have her.

Positive experience: The person I had cleaning my teeth on 10/01/2025 was not good she was rough on my gums when cleaning and my gums was bleeding and swollen when she got through with my cleaning. I don't what her anymore my gums are still sore and red.

Fantastic experience: Great customer service, Grade 1 oh one with the hygienist, And the staff is always in a good spirit with a smile on their face. They are extremely helpful and seem very caring with the servers that they are providing to you.

Fantastic experience: The office is centrally located. When you enter, you're greeted with a smile by friendly staff. After your exam, they work out a plan that is affordable. Other dentist offices coherse, obligate and attempt to commit you into work that you may not need or want. They only cater to your specific needs. They take the time and explain exactly what is needed where it's understandable without the technical terminology. Most importantly, the technicians, hygienist and Dr.s insure that you don't experience any pain. I fully recommend the Dental Connection!!

Positive experience: Very friendly staff, but the time period for treatment was unexpected…. Treatment was interrupted for about 1.5 hrs… I suspect that your appointments may be too many to complete in a reasonable amount of time…

Negative experience: I honestly can’t believe how many positive reviews this place has. I’ve never been to an establishment so disgusting in life. Let’s start with the piece they put in your mouth for X-rays…. it had bite marks all over it and I asked the girl do they use a new one per client this lady told me NO they just sterilize it I almost threw up. Then I asked why I was tasting chemicals in my mouth from the tool this lady said you should always taste chemicals in your mouth when taking X-rays that’s how you know it’s clean. Then as I’m in the room getting checked for cleaning, in walks the TOOTHLESS cleaning lady and she uses the bathroom that is less than 2 steps away from where my head is laying with my mouth wide open. I can’t make this up! I would advise anyone, DO NOT EVER DO THIS TO YOURSELF. This place needs to be close immediately!

Negative experience: This is the worst dentist office i ever been to . The office staff is inexperienced on how to do insurance. I was told that my insurance didn't cover something that I needed done and that wasn't not true. I show them that it was covered and call my insurance and they told them that I was covered. And then they tried to give me a different dentist in there office that was not covered by my insurance and when I questioned them about it. They put me out there office. I wouldn't recommend anyone go to this location because the office staff is rude and unprofessional. And I had needed a emergency surgery done on my teeth.

Negative experience: 04/21/25. Very inefficient with scheduling and servicing patients based on my wait time, packed waiting area, and other pissed off patients. Waited a 1:45 mins after my appointment time to be called back. Once in the back, I had to wait another 30mins. This is just for a basic cleaning. Paperwork completed in advance and arrived 15mins in advance of appointment. If you have time to waste, this is the dentist for you. If you value punctionality and efficiency of providers, this is not the place for you. Find a dentist that respects your time.

Fantastic experience: I can only speak for myself. I know just because you have a et time for an appointment doesn't mean that you're going to be seen at that time. The receptionist that checked me in, the young lady that did my xrays, the receptionist that checked me out and Dr Turnipseed were very professional. Dr. Turnipseed explained to me what her plans were for me but as she stated many times her main concern was taking care of the pain that I was in and my infection. I just felt so comfortable with her and her staff for some reason.

Fantastic experience: I thought I was going to have an extraction. I was pleased it was just a filling and an impression. Everyone is nice and helpful. I even got some samples of floss, which I wouldn't have been able to purchase until next week. You guys are great.

Negative experience: My 1st visit was great but being told that I need 2 crowns was crazy. I knew about 1 but not the 2nd. Then going to get fitted for crown a tooth was broken and now they're saying I need a total of 2 more crowns not just 1 more. I feel like they broke the tooth because why was it not told on 1st visit if you did xrays? Something just isn't right. Time to find another dentist
