Fine Dentistry of Downtown Orlando

Fantastic experience: I was referred here for a crown procedure during my time living in the Orlando area. Dr. Masoodi and her assistants have a great sense of humor and I barely feel I am at the dentist at all. The crowns are made same day in house here which is awesome but it requires you to wait hours; the staff here and the amenities (free protein shakes etc.) make it easy. I broke my crown while on vacation over the summer and Dr. Masoodi offered to redo it for free which I am VERY grateful for, thank you! I feel obliged to write this place a good review and I know I won't find a better place after moving away.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had an excellent experience at Fine Dentistry of Downtown Orlando. From the moment you walk in, the staff is warm and welcoming, and the office is clean and calming. Dr. Aileen Trivedi is truly compassionate—she takes the time to listen, checks in often, and makes sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. She explains everything clearly and never makes you feel rushed or judged, which I really appreciate. It’s obvious she genuinely cares about her patients. I’m so glad I found this office and highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: I travel from Kissimmee to this dentistry because they are amazing. I had an extraction done and a week later a “same day crown” done. They made sure I was comfortable and offered me a blanket, Bluetooth headphones, a protein shake and water. But most importantly, the expert staff they have! Dr Masoodi, Andrea and Marti!!! Can’t wait for my next appointment.

Negative experience: Several bad experiences with this dentist. Most notably they are not able to work well with insurance companies. Despite saying they are in network for Humana PPO, the way they will their regular preventative visits causes Humana to not cover them. What's the point of having insurance if it won't cover a cleaning? Was never able to resolve this between the two parties. Further, they constantly up sell. Their business guy walks around with a Montblanc pen so I guess it works. I repeatedly declined services, which they would then perform anyways and bill me for. Bad experience on multiple visits. Thankfully now I have a new dentist and new insurance.

Fantastic experience: I recently switched from my previous dentist of five years, and I’m so glad I did. This office immediately identified what was contributing to my TMJ discomfort and offered practical, effective solutions without pushing unnecessary or expensive options like Botox. The entire team is incredibly professional, honest, and genuinely focused on patient care, especially Dr. Trivedi and Daniel! Everything was explained clearly, the treatment plan made sense, and I felt listened to from the very beginning. Their integrity and attention to detail are truly refreshing. Negative experience: My wife and I were relieved when we found this dentist—highly recommended by an awesome close friend. Her abscess was dangerous, and with her heart condition, only this dentist seemed willing to help. The process was explained in detail, calm and reassuring, and the estimate was \$5,000 initially. I asked if that was all. She smiled and said, “Yes." We believed her. The first visit felt normal. The second, less so. The lights above the chair seemed brighter, almost blinding. The instruments gleamed like surgical knives. My wife’s procedure stretched on, and then came another beautiful estimate of —\$20,000 more for “additional services to complete the work.” Services we never agreed or discussed to. Services we couldn’t even name forcing my wife to make a swift, desperate run to a new dental professional for a better, more human-looking smile. I became a patient too. Each visit felt like stepping into an infomercial from hell. They whispered about whitening, implants, gum grafts—always more, always urgent. Their smiles were too wide, their teeth too perfect, like porcelain masks. Then I missed one appointment. Just one. I paid the cancelation fee of \$50. A small price compared to what they’d already taken, but it felt like a warning. A reminder that I belonged to them now. Sometimes, late at night, I hear the hum of their drills in my dreams. And when I wake, my teeth ache like they’re waiting for her to come back. Do yourself a favor: find someone else. Before she finds you.

Fantastic experience: When I had my first appointment I walked in and they said.."Debbie" now that is quality patient service. This place is gorgeous comfy and warm. The staff is beyond friendly and the state of art technology! If you feel embarrassed about your teeth gums don't because that is their job to make you look and feel great. I had such bad gums and now no more bleeding! I can't express enough about how much you need to go here! Prior to going a different dentist told me I need jaw surgery $50,000 plus $3,000 consultation and didn't take insurance. By luck I found Fine Dentistry. Dr Trivedi asked me who told you needed surgery and I said another dentist. She introduced me to visalign plus gave me this teeth guard which eleviated the jaw pain. If I never found this place I would be lost. I am so grateful to them and proud to go to a place with exceptional care❤️ The pictures below is within 8 months! Now that is IMPRESSIVE. When I get done I'm going back to that dentist and show him like Julia Roberts in Pretty Women ! Remember me look now huge mistake .. I went to FINE DENTISTRY DOWNTOWN.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing experience! It started when I walked in the front door. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. Daniel gave a great tour of the office. Then Marty brought me back and got my history and was so kind and sweet. Andrea was wonderful very reassuring and excited about the whole process. Dr. Masoodi was calm, kind and amazing!!!! I went back a few days later and met Lynne and she was wonderful for my cleaning. Talking about options with Olga was wonderful as well. Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: I had my initial visit, which was a consultation. Many x-rays and photos were taken. It was THE MOST THOROUGH consultation and photo process that I have ever experienced. I really appreciate the dentists' conservative approach to my treatment plan, as I have much work to be done. The entire staff there was top notch. I felt so comfortable, I'm actually starting the process to fix my teeth with them, instead of wait for the old dental work to fail (that was my old plan). The same day crowns is very nice, and I'm excited to do them! I definitely recommend this place! **UPDATE** 4 years later. Still coming here, receiving excellent care. Marissa was the dental assistant to Dr. Trivedi for my most recent dental work, and Marissa has brought a skill with her from prior experience: COLD TESTING! After I am numbed, she touches the tooth with something cold to ensure numbness. Much better than waiting to see if you feel it with the drill. I was a nervous wreck, but everyone here worked with me and helped calm my nerves. I appreciate you all! **UPDATE #2** I had a dental emergency and Arlene attended to me. She comforted me through my fears, and reassured me it would be ok. As always, Dr. Trivedi was amazing. I truly trust the entire team here. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: This is the best dentistry in Central Florida. If you need Invisalign or any kind of dentistry, you can address them. The team is super friendly and skilled. Negative experience: BEWARE This place have great customer service as soon as you meet them however, typically it can die down, but behind all of the bubbly personalities, I would be aware because I called my insurance and it’s a cold that they use on your for your cavities labeled EMAX for an additional $600 And they’re not supposed to what they don’t realize is my uncle referred me here, but I did not say his name and he does not get charged these fees because he mentioned that he wasn’t supposed to and they took it off however for me, I didn’t say anything and they charged me. I just verify with my insurance and that’s not even something real. They made it up and tell us it’s the material so beware if you’re OK with being up charge and you’re not supposed to stay or just call your insurances before you do anything with them and they will tell you the same thing they make you feel right at home however I would be weary of them

Negative experience: Overcharging for unneeded treatment…. I recently decided to go here because I relocated and it’s 5 minutes from my house vs 45 to my previous dentist office. Big mistake. I had an appointment for a cleaning and new patient exam, everything was going well, very nice people and the facility is very clean. However after my exam/ cleaning the doctor told me I needed 3 crowns and a filling that would total $3656 after insurance. That came as a surprise to me considering the most I’ve ever needed was a couple fillings here and there. Right after the appointment I drove to my previous dentist who I’d been going to since I was a kid (and should have never switched from) to get a second opinion. She was also very confused and squeezed me in for a repeat xray and exam. She then told me I didn’t need any of that.. I’m not sure if they are just a young team and don’t have enough experience or if they are just in it for the money. Overall I recommend going somewhere else.

Ms. Arlene is a sweetheart, always so attentive and professional. Followed by the one and only Dr. Trivedi, who's an amazing Dentist. Dr. Trivedi and her staff are very professional, the office is always very clean and smells fresh. Any best of all' there nothing like having attractive professional women doing their thing. Fantastic experience: Just recently had a check up and cleaning done and my hygienist greeted me with a smile and was very thorough. As usual was than followed up with Dr Marc Chapkis to conclude no issues with the visit. Dr Marc has an immense caring personality as a professional. Always a pleasure to see him for my teeth and some cheerful chit chat. Dr.Marc has been my dentist for years and still staying with him. I highly recommend him!!! He treats you well with a greeting and smile.

Fantastic experience: I’m guessing that most folks share my opinion that getting a crown replaced is not a pleasurable experience. But the entire staff at Fine Dentistry of Downtown Orlando did their best to make me feel comfortable. The technology they have is awesome! The staff are welcoming and professional. If you don’t have insurance they have a membership that you can look into especially if you need expensive work done like crowns. Thank you for all you do! Update 9/9/25: I had to get 4 crowns done. I didn't want to get them done at first but I’m so glad that I did all 4 crowns at the same time. Here are before and after pictures. I did not realize that my front teeth were big and the sides of the front teeth were shorter. I get compliments all the time now because of getting the new crowns and Zoom lightening done. Fantastic experience: The nicest office dental office (or really any type of medical practice) that I have ever been to!! You are greeted by the nicest receptionist who gives you a tour of the entire office, AND an adorable swag bag! Jaquii was my dental assistant and she was so friendly and warm, she really made all my nerves disappear. Jaquii always remembered me each visit, making me feel like a friend. My doctor was Dr. Trivedi and she also did a fabulous job making me feel at ease by thoroughly answering all my questions. The finance team member was incredible and went above and beyond to ensure I got the best deal possible. Overall, this office is a 10/10. Negative experience: Updating my review. Original set as 4 stars. See below for reference. After quite some time I’ve returned to update my review to what this facility truly deserves, 1 star. After leaving what I felt to be an honest and positive review, after being asked to leave a review 5+ times over the course of two days, noting good work but a heavy / pushy sales model, I was faced with a horrific experience that has me editing my review nearly a year later after receiving an email about this locations “#1 dentistry award”. In response to my review, after going back in to have a crown placed, Dr. Trivedi waited until having completely numbed my mouth to sit me up in the chair and bring up my review, claiming the entire team debriefed about it during their morning meeting. She was upset and disappointed. I was in SHOCK that a “professional” would confront a client about a 4 star review at a moment of obvious discomfort, right before a procedure with an obvious power dynamic, and when I was almost unable to speak. Truly the experience was so awful I told people about it for months to come. My face was so numb and I was so shocked I couldn’t even respond in the moment. The direct responses to Google reviews is all the proof you need. They are unprofessional. Given the insane pushy sales energy and the experience I had being confronted over a 4 star review, would absolutely not recommend this place. ————— Very lucky a friend recommended this place to me! I always dread going to the dentist because of the discomfort. The dental hygienist made it a priority that I was not experiencing pain. Also, the team is extremely knowledgeable, especially Chanel. Finding a good dentist is difficult and I would recommend this practice. It’s expensive but dental work is costly and so if I have to pay for it to get done I’d rather it go here. I will say, this dentistry does PUSH sales. No doubt about it. I imagine most patients leave exam #1 with nearly $10,000 worth of suggested work to be done. They must have a crazy lucrative partnership with Invisalign. As long as you can advocate for yourself and your financial position, you’ll be fine, but there is an upsell at every corner.

Fantastic experience: The service was so good, I had to come leave a review before my mouth got its feeling (lidocaine) Wow! When Dr. Masoodi showed me the before of my tooth, I was FLOORED at what she was able to do (in a nice short time also). Andrea was a fantastic assistant and made me forget about the fact that I had a construction site going on in my mouth. I have now used them for multiple services: crown, fillings, cleanings, whitening. No matter who is working, I always come in confident and comfortable, because that’s the environment they cultivate. When you evaluate a company and the people that work there, It’s rare to find the holy grail combination: professional, competent, AND friendly. If you’re trying to figure out a good place to maintain tooth health, or to up the equifax score on them, this is the place. This organization deserves 1 million stars, and I got 5 for yall. Thanks!

Negative experience: I tried to keep my experience to myself but today was the final straw. I originally was seeing Dr. Troy Gessner at this practice and continued coming here because of him. When he left earlier last year, I was never contacted to be notified my doctor would be changing, instead I found out only when I showed up for an appointment expecting it to be him, but was instead Dr. Trivedi. I proceeded to wait in the chair at this appointment for an hour past my appointment time just for her to come in for 2 minutes and say my Invisalign treatment needed to be extended. After requesting my records be transferred to Dr. Gessner’s new practice I was met with attitude and hostility from the front desk staff, and was even pestered several times to tattle on which staff member told me Dr. Gessner got a new practice. And now today, I get an email saying I owe almost $500 for my Invisalign even though I haven’t been to this practice in OVER A YEAR, and because my insurance stopped due to moving out of state. Due to the fact treatment is charged in increments every 3 months rather than all at once, they continued to charge me based on the doctors “estimated date of completion”. AKA, I thought I completed paying on it a long time ago, but no. Even after I stopped being a patient, I was still being charged for service. I have several other experiences here that were completely unprofessional, including being asked 4 times in one visit to leave them a good google review. I am so glad my partner and I stopped coming here as they are constantly trying to upsell you on unnecessary treatment and their only goal is to make money. I can’t recommend going literally anywhere else enough.

Fantastic experience: This office is amazing. I’m talking about how I haven’t met one staff member that isn’t super attentive and kind, always making sure that all my needs are met, starting with the most wonderful front desk staff, who are quick to get me checked in and even made me a coffee. I mean, amazing care. They are super aware of my schedule and make sure that I'm taken care of in a timely manner, always making me feel like I am a VIP even though I’m just another client. Between Dr. Masoodi and Adira, the teamwork between those two is like they can anticipate each other's next move, making it such a smooth and enjoyable feeling. Stefania has been one of the best hygienists I’ve ever had. She was waiting for me as I was walking in and was so thorough. She made sure to give me amazing aftercare after my cleaning and ensured I understood what everything would take, being super accommodating to my schedule. All in all, the best experience at a dental office I've ever been to. Highly recommend 10/10.

Fantastic experience: I just visited Fine Dentistry for the first time and had a great experience. Nice clean and modern clinic, lots of services offered and an emphasis on comfort and quality. Shay was amazing, extremely knowledgeable, and was really helpful in explaining everything clearly to me and she relayed the information to Dr Trivedi perfectly. Everyone I interacted with was great. It was someone’s birthday so they were all having a good time but still working effectively and it seemed like a great place to work, that’s usually a good sign in my opinion.

Fantastic experience: I recently moved to Orlando and needed to find a good dental office, and I definitely did at Fine Dentistry of Downtown Orlando! Walking in, I was happily greeted by the front desk then was greeted by the most amazing Jaquii! She got all the intake items knocked out and was super nice and very thorough with all the info and answers I didn’t even know I needed. Next met with Dr. Trivedi, who guided me through next steps and recommendations for a healthy and great smile! Super nice!! From that point I was taken to the next person, I wish I could remember her name! She was amazing as well! Now, to stop rambling and get to the point, if you are looking for an amazing dental practice, this is the place!! Highly recommend and thank you to the whole team!!

Negative experience: My issue with Fine is charging me for a periodontal exam, instead of a reg. exam & NOT BEING TOLD THIS. I phoned them & spoke w/ them 3 dif. times to verify my ins. covered my exam & x-rays. I was told 3 xs it did, 100%. I left another dental office because they were trying to charge me a lot & claimed my ins. wouldn't pay. I got a bill in the mail. A wk. later that same bill but a lil lower. When I called Fine's billing, I was told I had a periodontal exam & not just a reg. exam. I asked why I wasn't told this? She said I am the 1 that has to pay & they can't determine what my ins. will do. She didn't answer my question & basically it's a bait & switch. Be aware of this & make sure to only get a reg. exam & not the expensive 1 they'll try to get you on. On top of all this, be aware they are there to build you the million dollar mouth. They will find things they want you to do & costs!

Negative experience: Dr. M added on optional treatments to my treatment plan, told me so and then when I declined the optional part at my treatment appointment she tried to force me into one of them saying it was standard of care. Had she said that at my examination I would have considered it but I very clearly remember her saying the additional treatment was optional. The cost of treatment was already much higher than I have seen in the past but I decided to give them a chance however after trying to force me into an optional treatment my trust in this office was lost. The office will respond and try to justify what happened but a dentist should not be giving conflicting statements on whether a treatment is required. I urge you to read the reviews… I am not the only one saying this.

Fantastic experience: I have been long time patient of Fine Dentistry of Downtown Orlando. I had an urgent matter regarding a dental procedure. Coming into process I was nervous, as I have been have constant issues with a specific area. Jaquii and Dr. Trivedi took great care of me. I did not feel rushed as patient. I had to wait awhile due to procedure but they made me feel at home offering drinks and snacks since I was there for an extended time. That made my experience more comfortable and helped while I waited. I also appreciate that I was able to be seen same day as I called. I know that is difficult to accomplish but they were able to fit me in same day without issues. I have a sigh of relief knowing my issue is resolved.

Negative experience: I went into the office, very nice, very clean. Front of desk staff were kind and the initial tech was so nice. They asked what is most important to me, longevity, pain, look or cost. I said longevity. The Dentist came in and checked my mouth and said what she recommended. A crown for a tooth that had a large cavity, invisilign for my bite, a $200 toothbrush and a temporary splint. The price tag was high but I didnt think anything of it, I agreed to have the cleaning and the crown on my tooth and the temporary splint. I came back for the cleaning with Ashleigh, she is the only god send in that place other than the younger dentist. Ashleigh was gentle and kind. If I had her the whole time maybe things would've been done right. I scheduled and paid for the crown because I wanted to be proactive. The dentist said good thing I didnt wait because otherwise I would've needed a root canal! (Remember this part....its important. ) they were having issues numbing me and seemed super impatient. The doctor was speaking with the tech about the her going to a speaking event that day and I noticed we were inching closer to the time that she needed to leave. Once the crown was done there was no calm manner, there was no talking me through what was happening, there was only rushing and annoyance, it honestly was some of the most aggressive dental work I've had. I sat up, she asked if everything was great and before I could even process, she left. I told the tech that it felt really off, when she checked she agreed and got the dentist. The dentist said "oh thank god you didnt leave like that" and mentioned that my bite must be different when I lay down....after drilling....she checked my bite again while laying down. Okay, so fast forward to my cleaning, because I've missed hours of work for a crown, cleaning and xrays I had to deal with the discomfort until I could make it back. (A few weeks). I told Ashleigh my issues and she checked it for me, got the doctor on staff and the doctor on staff said the crown would need to be redone by the original doctor. When she attempted to floss she couldn't easily do it either. Now comes the day I come back....same technician, again asking me what was wrong. I told her what the doctor said to me and she did an xray then got the doctor. The doctor came in and said that she wanted me to go see a root canal specialist. (Remember where I told you to pay attention?) I was visibly upset and she asked what i was thinking. I said why didnt we do the root canal in the beginning, that i dont understand and I paid the $1000 for the crown, and now will need to pay $1200 for a root canal, when I could've just done that in the beginning. She stated she was trying to be "conservative". What does that even mean? If you drilled and got the cavity then why would I need a root canal. This wasn't explained to me but im sure they will explain it in the reply to me. So now im supposed to go to the guy they get a kickback for sending me to, and have him tell me if I need a root canal, and if I dont then she will redo the crown. What?! Mind you, the crown is a smooth rounded "nub". It doesn't even feel like its on right. I dont believe this crown reflects the doctors best work, but the way this has been handled has me seriously disgusted. I would NEVER give someone subpar work and then pass them off to a specialist OR just pass me to the specialist from the beginning and be honest? This is why no one trusts dentists. Also to add, EVERY time I walked in, someone was always asking where the bill came from and why it didnt match their quote. The billing practices seem odd there. At this point I would never step foot back in that office and I will make sure not a single person I come across will ever go there. I see no difference between them and Aspen Dental. But go ahead and scan their review QR codes that are in every room....because reviews are more important than the integrity of a patient's mouth.

Fantastic experience: On behalf of my 17year old niece who I was more nervous than, I MUST say to everyone reading PLEASE if you have dental issues check out Adira& Dr. Masoodi at Fine Dental. They were understanding and displayed empathy to an apprehensive NEW patient. Including her mom during via media throughout the entire process, due to her international Travel Residence. Thank you team for your proficiency as medical professionals. In this climate and culture you all are a rare find.

Fantastic experience: I’m a new patient. Adira was the person to take care of all of the X-rays and imaging before seeing Dr. Masoodi. Adira was wonderful, so sweet and very patient. She made sure I was as comfortable as possible and explained everything that she was doing in with great detail. When Dr. Masoodi came in, Adira was able to recite to her every detail of my life that I had shared with her, showing that she was truly paying attention and listening when she was asking questions. And did I mention how nice and friendly Adira was? A wonderful person. Dr. Masoodi was equally as kind and patient, going through everything with great detail and explaining things very well. I would recommend this office for anyone, especially if you have any reservations about going to a dentist. They make you feel very comfortable and relaxed.

Fantastic experience: I had the absolute best experience today at my dental appointment. I was a little nervous about getting an extraction, but Daniela and Andrea assured me I was in the best hands with Dr. Masoodi—and I was. She was amazing. Not only did she make sure I was completely numb (which took some time), but she was patient and didn’t rush any part of the process. Her assistants, Andrea and Adira, made sure I was comfortable and that Dr. Masoodi had everything she needed for a successful procedure. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family!!

Negative experience: What a major disappointment Dr. Trivedi’s office has become. I’ve been going to this practice for about 3 years. I’ve said yes to almost every treatment option since I’ve given them my full trust but as time eventually shows all colors, it is a wrong decision for me to continue to allow for this. In between a loss of my job and this my dental policy, I’ve been handed a $2,000 bill for an Invisalign treatment which I signed an agreement before the entire treatment which stated the financial responsibility I had agreed to. I paid my agreed share. Come forward 1 year into the treatment when I lost my job, I was told I would need to foot the rest of the bill. I still had buttons on 4 different top teeth and 2 bottom ones. I came back when I had a new job and new policy but they refused to only remove the buttons and discontinue the treatment unless I paid them $750. The worst part is that these buttons were causing periodic open gashes/sores on my inner lips and mouth from the abrasion. Otherwise they did not care about my concerns, or to try to find a middle ground, or the fact that they were causing me to bleed in my mouth. I called another competitor practice and they are charging me $150 for the removal to finish Dr. Trivedi’s work, which is straight forward procedure. I asked the office to have Dr. Trivedi call me back to see if I can settle this matter and I get absolutely no call back. The only narrative they’ve left me with before my departure was “not our problem, pay first”. Before this I’ve had 2 instances where they’ve moved my appointments to other times without notice or had not agreed to the treatment I’ve been scheduled for. Without any prior communication or letting me know one day in advance. I’m out ✌️

Fantastic experience: Great dentist and hospitality! On my first visit I was greeted with a tour and a gift from Mayra who was extremely nice. I was very satisfied with my consultation and cleaning. It’s safe to say I have found my new dentist! If you are looking for a dentist in Orlando, Find Dentistry is the place to be!

Fantastic experience: I am new to Orlando and have been to a couple dentists and I can say without a doubt that Fine Dentistry is the best that I have had. The staff are all nice and helpful. JuJu (hygienist) was excellent. She was gentle and explained everything very well. Dr. Trivedi was extremely helpful explaining my xrays and was always reasonable with her recommendations. I never felt that I was being upsold or oversold on anything. Overall, great experience.

Negative experience: Went to Fine Dentistry of Downtown Orlando with my 1yo and 3yo. I feel horribly taken advantage of. I was told over the phone that yes they could provide care for young children but if there was an issue they would be referred to a pediatric specialist. No problem. I was told it would be 80$ per child. No problem. Showed up and verified with the front desk that yes it was 80$ and we could get a referral bonus of 25$ applied that day. Great! They took X-rays of my eldest, cleaned his teeth and found cavities. Referred me to a specialist. They poked into my 1yo mouth and looked about with an angled mirror. Nothing else. The bill? 241.00. I’m told the X-rays they took are irrelevant bc they need a more specialized X-ray machine for a kid. I’m flabbergasted as to how in the world this was allowed to happen. The bill that was emailed to me just says ‘custom amount. Avoid this place at all costs. Do not DO NOT take small children. While the staff is kind, they do not provide adequate care. 0/10

Fantastic experience: I look forward in pleasant anticipation to each of my dental appointments here at Fine Dentistry of Downtown Orlando. Everyone here is really courteous and show their utmost concern for the comfort of their patients. Shout out to Dr Masoodi.

Negative experience: I have had 2 visits and 3 appointments.. the first visit I scheduled a cleaning.. they do a great job of making you feel welcome.. after 45 mins of exrays and exams i realized i would not get a cleaning that day.. no one ever mentioned a cleaning.. when i scheduled the appointment it was not advised to me that the visit would be for exrays only. That 1st visit i was given a plan that would cost me $2500, for invisiline even though no dentist has ever recommended teeth straightening to me.. oh then a $300 special electric toothbrush… The 2nd appointment was came 2 days prior to the scheduled time.. the 3rd appointment/2nd visit was today…. A cleaning.. they do another exam in which they WILL find something to up charge you. Although my insurance covered the cleaning they want you to come out of The pocket.. i did not realize until now the usual tray was not even set up for a cleaning . They have trained their staff well to try to empty your pockets and bank account. IF ALL YOU HAVE IS DENTAL INSURANCE AND NI EXTRA FUNDS… THIS DENTIST IS NOT DOR YOU!!

Fantastic experience: Jaquii and Dr. Trivedi were amazing! Jaquii was very personable, efficient, & informative. She did a great job of gaging me as the customer to know how to interact with me to make me feel comfortable. I haven’t been to a dentist in over 10years and they made me feel confident that they can handle all of my questions and concerns. Super super friendly staff and environment. They made me feel like apart of the family. 10/10 recommending to all of my family and friends.

Fantastic experience: I have an absurd amount of medical- and dental-procedure anxiety, so understand that my five-star review comes from someone least likely to have good things to say about a dentist-office experience. Once Dr. Trivedi and her staff managed to get me to stop crying and hyperventilating—during which process they were very patient and kind—the fillings I got were quick and painless. Also, I am about halfway through my Invisalign treatment with them, and 1) my TMJ pain stopped almost immediately when I started wearing the liners and 2) my teeth are already MUCH straighter, both more functional and nicer looking (I also faithfully follow Dr’s orders and wear my Invisaligns 22-ish hours a day, every day). So, I recommend Fine Dentistry both for their skillful treatment and also for their kindness in dealing with embarrassing panic attacks. ‍♀️
