Fantastic experience: Have been going to DM Family Dentistry for almost 18 years. Great place. Great staff and very willing to work with you in order to make sure your teeth, gums and mouth in general, are in perfect order!

Negative experience: I usually have good experience but I went to appointment and the person in front desk did not call to verify insurance so I had to reschedule. Working where we always try to give customer the best experience she could have made a two min call to confirm insurance.

Fantastic experience: Staff is very friendly, explains what is going to happen and is very caring through the process. Asking if doing OK and making changes as needed to make sure you’re comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Dr Parry worked with me on my request for type of anesthetic (I didn’t want any!!) to accomplish fixing a broken tooth. He asked me often if I was still comfortable, and completed the work on my tooth very quickly. He also placed a new bridge which will help me to eat more healthy. His assistant was funny and helpful, kept my mind off what I was having done in my mouth. Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Parry was absolutely awesome! He took such great care of me, and Veronica, his assistant, was just as amazing. They kept me laughing the whole time, which really helped ease my worries. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their teeth right, this is the place to go! The whole team is always so welcoming, from the receptionist up front to everyone in the back. I even came in for one thing and ended up switching it up during my appointment, and Dr. Parry was totally understanding and flexible. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The hygienist that day was new to me but was very professional. Dr. Parry is thorough and takes to time to sure all concerns are addressed. As usual, a very good dental experience.

Fantastic experience: My visit was to establish a different dentist here in Casa Grande. The office was clean and staff was friendly, The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was patient with my tricky swallow response. The build-up of plaque was more than at my past visits with other dentists in other states, making me glad I didn’t stick with the one I saw in February. I didn’t think that cleaning had been very good. My introduction to, and exam by, Dr Parry was brief but thorough, although everything was in good order. I made another appointment for six months from now.

Fantastic experience: I had a painful lump on my jaw and called for an appointment to have it looked into. I was able to be seen the very next morning after my call. Dr. Parry and his dental assistant did a great job of gently and thoroughly evaluating an abscessed tooth, prescribing an antibiotic to treat the infection, and referring me to an endodontist for the necessary treatment. I always appreciate the caring, gentle treatment I receive at DM Family Dentistry and am very satisfied with their service.

My past 2 visits my hygienist Destiny has been incredibly condescending and rude to the point I almost don't want to go back. My hygienist before have been absolutely amazing. I will go to a different hygienist in 6 months and then decide if I will continue going to DM. It would be disappointing to leave because I really like Dr. Perry.

Jackie was my hygienist and she was truly awesome! She was very gentle and efficient, had great bedside manner, and made my teeth feel amazing. Dr. Blake Parry was super nice and I'm thankful to be under his care. Cherry on top, this place has mini lip balms for afterward, how cool is that. If you need people in your mouth, this is the place to go!

Fantastic experience: Rolling the dice with selecting dentists based off of what your insurance covers is always a big gamble. However, DM Family Dentistry turned out to be worth the gamble as it was a total winner. The front office staff were so wonderful and patient about my insurance and having to reschedule my appointment twice. When I finally had my appointment I was a little nervous. Destiny who did my x-rays and cleaning was so nice and gentle. She understood that I was nervous and gave me positive words and reinforcement that I was doing well. This continued with Dr. Brooks as he listened tot my concerns and checked everything out! He said that I was doing well with brushing and flossing and that they will keep an eye on a couple of tight contact areas. This was such a big relief and I left with a smile on my face-they really made my day. I actually can't wait to come back in November!!

Fantastic experience: way long over due review!!! I wanna say THANK YOU to Dr. Parry and also his assistant! They are just so nice and kind, they could feel when my daughter was very nervous about her cavities, but they both spoke to her the whole time and checked her to make sure she was ok and not in any type of pain. They really put her at ease and I couldn't be more thankful for them!! If I could give 1000 stars I would! Very attentive employees!

Negative experience: I’m really disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication at Dr. Perry’s office. I submitted a formal records request on May 20th, and despite multiple follow-ups, I’ve received no update or documentation — only a vague statement when I called that “the manager is reviewing.” It’s now May 28th, and I’m still waiting. These records are important for resolving an urgent insurance issue related to dental work done at this office. The delay is not just inconvenient — it could have a real financial impact. I’ve tried to handle this directly and respectfully, but after over a week of being ignored — not even an email saying, “we’re working on it” — I have to ask: why the silence? You seriously can’t give me a date when I can expect my records? Are you intentionally dragging this out to hit the 30-day limit, knowing the insurance company will close the claim and leave me with no recourse? That’s how it’s starting to feel — and that’s unacceptable. I’ve confirmed the charges through my insurance portal, so I don’t understand why providing the records is taking so long. Every other dental office I’ve contacted has sent my records immediately — usually while still on the phone. This delay has been incredibly frustrating, especially given how routine this kind of request should be. I just want access to my own records in a reasonable timeframe.

Fantastic experience: In May 2025 Dr.Parry did a filling for me in the front between 2teeth. He and his staff did a great job. The Novocain needle was well done and did not feel any drilling. It took only 5 sec to set the wire filling material as opposed to others who took 5 minutes. It was over before expected. He and his staff asked several times if I was ok. Highly recommend the practice.

Dr. Parry introduced himself and checked my teeth, and answered my questions and concerns. He was very friendly, professional and made me feel like he valued me as a client. Positive experience: I waited too long to get in. When I got done they told me to sit in the lobby again. I finally got up and asked the lady at the front desk why I had to wait. Someone from the back came up and asked me to pay for my appointment. To much waiting, I like the dentist he’s very kind.

Fantastic experience: I recently moved to the Casa Grande area and had some terrible luck with my first dentist which was Prominade dentistry. I made an appointment to try a new dentist out and was very pleased with DM Dentistry. The Dentist was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all my questions and was very thorough in his exam. Tara my hygienist was not only excellent in her cleaning of my teeth but she was also very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely ask for her in six months when I come back. If anybody is looking for a local dentist I highly recommend DM Dentistry.
