Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to the dentist since high school so that’s about 15 years MDC took very good care of me. Facility is very clean. Emily was exceptional with me and didn’t rush at all. SO informative. She was very kind to my 4 year old too and spoiled him toys lol. The doctor was kind and funny too but I saw him for a short period and don't remember his name. Paid $299 uninsured and that’s a great price for a FULL exam with X-rays. Customer for life

Negative experience: Took almost an hour and a half most definitely need to not schedule as many people a day as you guys do

Fantastic experience: Had a dental emergency. Dr Kamp got me in quickly, identified the cause of my infection, which was treated immediately. He was very thorough, and explained what he was doing all throughout the process. I was impressed by both the doctor, and his staff! I would highly recommend this practice.

They explained my procedure and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. I am posting this a day after my procedure with no complications or pain. Fantastic experience: I literally have extreme anxiety when going to the dentist because of past experiences, and because of that, I have neglected my teeth for many years. The pain became so bad, I had to see someone. One day I am at work and I said to myself the first place that I google I will call it. Long and behold it was MDC. Upon arrival I met the lady at the front desk, Melanie. She was extremely welcoming and communicative. I was explaining to her about my anxiety, and she let me know I was in great hands. Jennifer the dental hygienist was exceptionally pleasant and great as well. Dr Camp, extremely detailed, and great communication. Dr Camp numbed me up very well, I felt nothing. Yesterday I had a more invasive procedure done by Dr Camp, along with his assistant Becky. Dr Camp let me know for the next couple of days, I might have some soreness etc. I have not experienced any pain at all, and my teeth look great!!!! Becky thank you, great communicator and supportive. THANK YOU ALL❤️

Fantastic experience: I needed a consultation about my 7yr old’s tongue tie. Found Mville Dental’s website, which transparently explained the process and even the price very clearly. During the appointment, Dr. Kamp was friendly and transparent as well and said he could do the frenectomy right then and there! The laser process took minutes, and everybody was so friendly and encouraging to my son. The office was clean and high tech. Would definitely recommend their services. My son was virtually pain free and could eat normally the very next day!

I had an emergency situation last night and called the office after hours. They responded to my call immediately. With genuine concern, they were able to get me in the first thing this morning. Fantastic experience: I have not personally been here YET, but my parents in their 70's are new patients here this week. I don't normally post reviews, but I had to share this review after two nights of hearing my parents telling me about their wonderful two day experience at this office with Dr. Kamp and his amazing staff. My parents have Medicare which does not cover dental, so we are beyond happy they found somewhere they love and is affordable for them. I keep putting off finding myself a dentist, but after hearing my parents rave about this place I am actually going give in and schedule an appointment for myself. Full explanations, proper numbing/medication, and education helped keep him comfortable. I am so grateful for this entire group. Today I had an emergency that needed extraction. Dr. Kemp was swift and professional. He took time to explain options for my care plan moving forward with implants and crowns. To say I hate going to the dentist is an understatement, but this group, every single person from the doctors to the receptionist and everyone in between, make going to the dentist a lot less scary and much more enjoyable. Negative experience: Not impressed. We ended up taking our family elsewhere when I was told there was a charge to schedule a Saturday appointment. AFTER they cancelled last minute on my Friday appointment for my daughters, then tried to tell me if I wanted to reschedule for a Saturday there is a fee. I have never been to any office that charges a fee to schedule a Saturday appointment. So we ended up going elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Wow. Just wow. I was blown away by this office. I reached out to them via live chat at 7pm on a Sunday evening, with an urgent dental situation. Not only did a get a reply, but I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. I went in the next day and everyone in the office was so polite, professional, and friendly. The dentist explained everything carefully, and made recommendations, but left it for me to decide. No one was pushy or "rushed". They all took time with me. Ended up having two procedures done and the whole thing was over quicker than expected, with far less pain and discomfort. So glad I found this office. This will be my new dentist from here on out. I'm not even dreading my next appointment.

I had messed up with not taking my antibiotic properly before my appointment, due to having partial knee surgery. I told them and they had the antibiotic there so I could take it and keep my appointment. I would recommend them to everyone!

Positive experience: This recent visit wasn't as pleasant as the previous ones. I experienced a lot of discomfort during procedure because I wasn't numb in the necesarry areas for it. I did communicate my discomfort and was again injected but not in the exact area needed. Didn't want to keep getting injected with meds also. Will have to better communicate to them that things need to be done correctly when I go back for 2nd part of my procedure.

Even though I was there for assessment/consultation I actually wanted to have the procedure done at that time. Never before have I been to a dentist and was not dreading having " work " done. And they are not charging me/my insurance a fortune. My only question...were were they when I first started having dental issues?

Fantastic experience: Wow is all I can say about this dental office. I was referred by one of the ladies I go to the gym with and I was not disappointed. The office staff is very friendly and I got an appointment within a week. I hadn’t been to the Dentist in some years and was nervous about the condition of my teeth. I originally saw Dr Kamp for a consultation and he provided me with all options and was very thorough. I was scheduled the next day for fillings and Dr Patel introduced herself and asked if it was ok if she could work on me due to Dr Kamp being busy with other patients, she is so very sweet and talked me through all the services she was going to provide. I expressed that I have anxiety about seeing a Dentist and she assured me I was in good hands and she was right. She was so quick and gentle that I didn’t know she had given me anesthetic I thought she was flushing my mouth with water and the entire time while she talked to me about her family. I can go on and on about how wonderful my experience was. The best part of my appointment was my smile looks 100% better than it did when I walked in the office and all I could do was cry and thank Dr Patel and Dr Kamp for their service. I’m so happy with the services I received that I will be a permanent patient.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at this office made my daughter’s experience very pleasant. From the initial phone call which became a same day visit to finalizing the work needed for my daughter. My daughter needed a new crown. I had gone to two different dental offices that performed poor workmanship which resulted in it falling out multiple times. Fantastic experience: The reviews truly speak for themselves. I needed an emergency extraction of my wisdom tooth that was causing mind bending pain. I called and had an appointment within the same day. The receptionist staff was attentive and understanding. When I arrived, I was in so much pain I was almost in tears but within two hours my tooth was removed seamlessly. You can tell Dr. Kemp and his staff prides themselves on precise, empathetic, dental work. I am so satisfied. Now I can move onto the healing process. This is my new dentist!

Fantastic experience: My name is Brandon and this was my first time coming here. It was a very pleasant experience. The facility is very neat and clean and with TVs on the ceiling while getting your teeth worked on was the icing on the cake for me lol. Everyone was welcoming, polite and made me feel comfortable given the fact I hadn't seen a dentist in about a decade. I believe I've found my new dental home. The family atmosphere was a huge plus as well.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Dr. Kamp today. I had a severe chip in a front tooth, and my regular dentist is out of office for several days. They were able to get me in within a couple of hours of me calling and he did an excellent job of repairing my tooth; it looks good as new. He was honest and upfront about different procedure options and pricing. I would recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I went to Merrillville Dental Center to get my permanent retainer removed. They were the first, out of around 20 calls to see me for this. They provided me a quote of cost over the phone, which remained the same as long as no additional procedures were needed. The staff were very friendly, accommodating the young child I had brought with me, and ensuring that I fully understood what I was agreeing to pay and potential changes if other work was needed to be done. The Doctor himself was very kind, provided me with detailed Information about my teeth, and removed my permanent retainer quickly, while repeatedly checking that I was doing all right. Overall, I was very pleased with the services that I was provided here.

Very considerate and great attention to detail to make sure we understood everything and made sure we chose the best course of action even when it saved us on cost. SHOCKING. Very genuine person. Also I love the layout of the office. Very simple but very stylish. Loved the attention to detail from the office numbers facing the aisle as opposed to facing the opposite wall. Made it so easy to find out room.
