Fantastic experience: Super recommended! My 10 yo son was dreading having a root canal. The team gave him laughing gas and it worked like a charm, he was smiling and lagging, the Dr was very nice and friendly and super professional! It took 40 minutes and we walked out with a smile!

Fantastic experience: I want to make it very clear how exceptional both Stephanie and Luz are. They are equally amazing, and together they made what is usually a very difficult experience for my autistic son into a successful and positive one. Dental visits—especially with a new office—are typically overwhelming for him due to sensory sensitivities, difficulty with X-rays, and anxiety around unfamiliar environments. Stephanie and Luz went above and beyond at every step. They took the time to explain each and every thing they were doing in a way my son could understand, showed incredible patience, and treated him with genuine compassion and respect. Because of their teamwork, professionalism, and empathy, my son was able to tolerate the entire appointment—something that rarely happens for us. That outcome is directly because of both of them. Their care was not rushed, not forced, and not dismissive; it was thoughtful, intentional, and truly patient-centered. These two employees are an asset to your practice, especially for families with children on the autism spectrum. While this location is far from us, we will continue coming here specifically because of Stephanie and Luz. I cannot recommend them—or this office—highly enough. Thank you for employing such compassionate, dedicated professionals.

The staff is very respectful and friendly to my kids and my self. My children are actually happy to visit their hygienist and dentist. I have recommended friends and family to this dental office and they too have had a great experience! Thank you Jamboree staff you guys are excellent keep up the great work! Been my kids dental office since 2012.

Fantastic experience: My kids and I enjoyed our visit here. Dr. Anna was great in explaining everything to me and the kids. Before my son's procedure the DA explained step by step to my son everything that they were going to do and showed him the sounds and the expected feeling. They are all very nice and recommend it.

Negative experience: They were very harsh and made gums bleed the whole procedure. They insulted me and told me that I was going to be a old man with gingivitis! 0/5 if I could only come here if you want to be insulted and bleed.

Positive experience: Great dentist. They just NEVER answer the phone I hate that cause then when you go up there they are sitting right in front of the phone literally just letting it ring.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ton was a great dentist, she took the time to listen to my concerns and was very caring and understanding. Eve, our dental assistant was also wonderful and made sure to explain everything and answered any questions I had. Karen, at the front desk was sweet and funny so that's always a plus. The office was super cute and clean as well. It had a movie theater room for the kids to wait in while waiting on treatment plans.

Fantastic experience: If I could give Jamboree Dentistry 10 stars, I would! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm smile from the front desk receptionist. This was my very first visit here, and my 7-year-old—who usually gets very nervous at the dentist—was treated with so much kindness and patience. We came in for tooth pain, and the wait time was short. Dr. Spiger was amazing! He took the time to ease my son’s nerves, checked him with care, and made us feel welcome the whole time. Luz was also incredible—so patient, constantly reassuring my son, and helping him relax. All of the staff, including Karen, were friendly, caring, and professional. I’m so impressed with the service here. This is officially our new dental home, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place that truly cares about their patients!

Fantastic experience: My 1st time here from Bmt. Appt. time was for 12 :30pm. I ran into traffic along the way , which made me a good 30 mins late. I pushed through & came anyway. Would of had to reschedule, so I asked were there any cancelations. God was in our favor. We were able to be seen . Not only was she able to be seen , but got her teeth fixed & back to normal looking. Dr. Spiger & his assistant Mrs. Giselle were awesome. I've never meet a dentist like him. Down to Earth , quick w his hands & will bring your smile back to life all in the same day. Out of all the dentist I have encountered...he's #1.

Fantastic experience: My 14 yr old son requires 4 root canals. After being referred to several practices, Jamboree took us in with open arms. We are halfway through the process and couldn't be happier. From stepping into the playful lobby to exiting, Dr. Spiger, Olivia and staff have been incredible. My son has had no fears and worries under the care of Dr. Spiger. Bravo and thank you for your kindness, playfulness and compassion!

Fantastic experience: Olivia did a great job with cleaning my daughter's teeth and making my daughter relax. She was very friendly and was letting my daughter know what she was going to do next to her teeth and made my daughter trust the process.

Fantastic experience: This was my second time bringing my daughter, staff is always nice and welcoming. Both times we got Ashley(dental assistant I believe) & she has always been so nice and helpful, thoroughly answered all of my questions. Today we got Dr Ana and she was also very kind. I will say I hate the phone line, it always sounds fuzzy. I have left voicemail in the past to reschedule an appointment and did not receive a call back so if there's anything to work on it's that.

Negative experience: I’m very disappointed in our experience here at this office.. my 4 year old was referred her by her pediactic dentist we got there and I expressed my concerns to them about full sedation and then the dentist comes over and tells me there is no other option I go to the front to see what the cost was and in front of everyone in the office they hand me a paper totaling 2600$ and wanted to cap TEN of my child’s teeth! Even tho the cavities they are saying can be filled they would have rather capped TEN of her teeth at 4 years old! Thank god I trusted my gut and had a second opinion! Don’t take uour children here it’s all about the money they don’t care about your children! They also don’t care about the major concerns you have or to discuss personal financial business in front of EVERYONE! Absolutely the worst place I have taken my children!

Negative experience: I had a appointment on tomorrow May 22 for my foster child I received a call on last week to confirm his appointment then I received text messages confirming appointments May 8 an May 21st then on today May 21st I received a call telling me that they will be opening later on Thursday May 22nd due to staff needing to attend graduations I have had this appointment for three months an they wait until today May 21st to call an tell me they need to cancel his appointment I need someone to give me information on whom I can call are email for this complaint

Fantastic experience: Took my two girls here, first time at this dentistry. My daughter's hated the dentist! After today, they said they LOVED IT. The young man from x-rays was so patient with my girls, as well as Dr.Ton and the staff. It was definitely worth the 30 min drive with traffic.

Fantastic experience: I brought my son here because the previous dental office didn’t seem patient with toddlers . I was not sure what to expect here but Brenda was amazing and staff as well . My child came in a bit nervous and shy , but the staff did a wonderful job at making him feel comfortable and safe. Thank you so much ! Definitely recommend this location for your kids . I am very happy and so is my child .

Positive experience: Dr. Helson and Dakendra did a fabulous job! My daughter has never had a procedure done so I was a little nervous on how she would handle it and they helped ease her nerves and get through the procedure! I can see how much passion and love they have towards their job and their patients!

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would.. took my daughter for a toothache, damn dentist didn't listen to any of our concerns. And the assistant my daughter told that her tooth was hurting failed to pass the msg to the dentist till I said something.. Nothing was done.. Looking for another dentist for all my kids..

Fantastic experience: Update: I have had both my children as patients for the past three years now and my review has changed. The entire staff as well as the doctors are great with children and very friendly each visit! My 10 year old and 2 year old actually enjoy going to the dentist. Wait time is never long, the office is always clean. Very happy with this location over the last three years. Very upset I took a day off work and they called me 3 times before today to confirm the appointment.they call me 3 hours before to tell me my daughter can’t come in because she isn’t due until next month. I asked why schedule an appointment as well as call to confirm the appointment 3 times and now just mention this. I just recently transferred from the willowbrook location because we moved to the south. I called them and they said the location should have checked before the day of to notify me. Already have a bad experience and I love the jamboree dentistry branch.

Fantastic experience: Staff is very nice, polite they will answer every question and explain every process with lots of details, they treated my daughter and she was never nervous when she had her procedure done they made her feel really comfortable all the time. Front desk person Michelle very polite and very helpful.

Fantastic experience: I love this dentistry! I have been bringing my two sons here for the last few years. I did not realize how much I disliked their prior dentist office until we started going to Jamboree. The staff are always super nice here, the whole place is open concept, they are very understanding of my children’s special needs, snd the places is always clean. The outside may not be a great area, but this place is so great that I don’t even care. They have a lock on the front door so it’s all good.

Fantastic experience: They were all around very friendly, from the x-ray tech, to the person who did the teeth cleaning, and then the dentist, they all made my 3 year old feel at ease. Would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Dr . Tim (anesthesiologist) is amazing. The best . Talks so calm & reassuring. I will never not bring my babies to him . The NICEST most educated anesthesiologist I’ve meet. (Better than ones I’ve had downtown in the medical center) award winning without a doubt .
