They sent it off to the lab and had it back within two days and put it back in my mouth so I’m very pleased with the dentist and the staff the receptionist, they all seem to work together, and it flows and makes your patience. Negative experience: Horrible experience!!! And I would not recommend this place nor would I ever come back here . The doctor and his assistant was completely rude . He did not want to do anything at all he was lazy and rude , it was a complete waste of my time . They gave me an Xray , then said it’s nothing he can do for me because it wasn’t hurting while I was at the doctor but he can refer me to another doctor if it gets worse . So I tried to explain that my tooth has been making my entire mouth ace everyday up untill the morning I had to come there and he completely cut me off and said well yeah like i said take baby steps because he doesn’t think my tooth was in the way of me biting down when it clearly is not and as I’m walking out the nurse was actin like she was being nice but the tone and engery I heard and felt from her sayin bye to me was disgusting THIS WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME EVER GOING THERE

The Dental Hygienist, Faith, was warm and thoughtful and did a great job with X-ray and cleaning. Dr. Zack Duman was welcoming, thorough and very thoughtful. Checkout experience was great too. So glad we picked this practice for our family dentistry needs. Very impressed with the whole operation.

Positive experience: The hygienist gets all the credit for the 4 stars. Dr Duman is not as friendly as Dr Smith was. Remember when Dr Smith would spend a minute asking you how things are going and then say something “jokey?” Dr Duman is all business. He’s not like Dr Smith.

I had some dental issues last year as I searched for a new dentist anf found Dr Duman!!. My gums and teeth were in trouble and needed some love. The results of this deep cleaning left me ecstatic!. The cleaning technician was AWESOME, caring and totally in command of this process! She kept me informed from beginning to end! My mouth felt super clean. My teeth felt and looked cleaner, whiter. Thanks again to Dr Duman and his terrific team for being the FIRST Dental firm to offer me this wonderful option!! You made my day! They really care about preserving your teeth! FOLLOW UP VISIT! Positive experience: Dr. Duman is a fine dentist and I love my dental tech, but they have no emergency number. I cracked a temporary tooth on a Friday and there was no way to speak to anyone until Monday. I asked what I should do if I had a dental emergency. One answer was that it hardly ever happens, the other was to go to the Emergency room. It isn’t hard to set up an emergency number that can be monitored in off hours in the rare occasion when those emergencies happen.

Negative experience: Terrible front staff. Rude on the phone every single time I spoke with them. Even more rude in person. You can’t hide a bad attitude and the front girl wasn’t even trying. Unprofessional and snarky. I’ve been a patient for years but haven’t been to the new location. I had trouble finding it and they have no signage until their front door back in the corner with a 6” logo and small writing. Most dental/medical allow up to 15min, I was 12. They have an updated policy of 10 min. But there was no grace. Time for an Xray $$$ but no cleaning?? No thank you. I too, am a healthcare provider and will be writing a letter directly to Dr Duman. Where is Cami ? She was an asset to Duman in his last location.

Fantastic experience: The entire experience was fantastic. This was my first time here so I was a little apprehensive. My dental hygienist, Nina, made me feel extremely comfortable. This was probably the best teeth cleaning I’ve had in my life. Dr. Duman was very personable and seemed to care about all of my worries. I will be back!

Fantastic experience: Just went in for my semi annual dental visit. It was an excellent experience very little wait time to get in for my appointment. The dental technician that worked with me did an excellent job as usual cleaning and assessing the health of my teeth.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Dental care. I recently had a knee replacement and was unaware I needed antibiotics before teeth cleaning. The hygienist and office staff took care of calling my orthopedic Dr. and getting the antibiotic order. Then provided the antibiotics. I never had to leave the dental chair. The office staff & Dr. Duman are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Positive experience: The only reason this isn't 5 stars is I have dental phobia! I actually had a tooth extraction with just local numbing and have recovered enough after 3 hours to smile. They took great care of me and did their best to relieve my anxiety.

Fantastic experience: I had my teeth cleaned. The temp who did it was really good, very knowledgeable and made me aware of what I needed to do to protect my teeth. Dr Smith (who has been my dentist for many years) discussed the next steps to take care of my teeth. He is very personable, professional and skilled. I hope he will be there for me for many years to come. Sept 5, 2023 This practice has all new people and new doctor so right now I don’t have an opinion February 16 2024 My last visit was to have my teeth clean. The hygienist told me I needed scaling so I asked she send for preapproval. Over two months later I had not heard anything ,t get a notice from their billing department that after they presented both of my insurances I would have about $400.00 to pay. I called my insurance companies to find out my secondary Haden’s received anything from the doctors office. So I called to tell them so she said she was going to send the claim. About two month later I get another statement telling me that after my two insurances I would have to pay close to $400.00 dollars. Same story. So I called my secondary insurance again and they said they didn’t get any claims. My primary usually pays with no questions. The secondary wants more proof of is being done and they would not comply with the request from the insurance to send them the chart of my teeth. So I just went and asked them for my X-rays and records. They didn’t want to give me the chart the hygienist had made when she checked my teeth. So you can make your own deductions from this story. Dr Duman is not nearly as personable as Dr Smith was. I had gone to him for nearly 20 yrs. It upset me that they told me he was gone and no one had informed me ahead of time. She offer to give the letter that was sent out. I changed doctors and needless to say I didn’t have to pay a penny, and my teeth wasn’t as bad as they led on.

I recently went in because the porcelain on my crown had chipped off and I was very concerned that I could not get it fixed before I had to go back to Florida. Also felt like my main issue I went in for wasn’t really taken that serious but I’m willing to give his recommendations a try. Overall it was an okay experience for a first time visit.
