They also took time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. The front reception desk was also kind, patient, and knowledgeable even though it was very busy. Great experience and I'm usually stressed at a dental visit!

Fantastic experience: Summit is a great dental facility. Everyone is always so nice...from the receptionist to the hygienist (Krystal who is amazing) and Dr. Lewis who explains exactly what needs to be done.

Fantastic experience: Was there with my wife for her cleaning and they had a cancellation so got me in early for my next visit which was great. Julie did a great job and Dr Lewis was outstanding as always. Highly recommend them!!

Negative experience: I got a call that my dental cleaning is canceled because dental hygienist will be out of town. I got no apologies for cancelation and the next available appointment is in 4 months. My previous dental cleaning was not thorough. It felt like it wasn't done right. It was the last drop. I have a baby and the appointments like this I have to plan in advance due to the need for child care. I'm very disappointed. There is more dentists in the area that I will have to explore.

Negative experience: My view on this scheduled visit was not as pleasant first off I feel the dental assistant who cleaned my teeth rushed through from my last cleaning I left feeling like they were cleaned very well also I sat for over 30 mins waiting for a dentist to come in room after cleaning and I didn’t like that never had this experience before and it left me wondering if I would continue there..

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff! Definitely recommend them for sure. They are booked out for months in advance though so be prepared to wait. It was the best experience I have had in a dental office.

Negative experience: BEWARE - MY Filling fell out after 3 weeks I called and told them told me to make another appointment I did and they were booked out appt was 2 months later so they wouldn't cover it. And rebilled my ins for it. Which they didn't pay, and I didn't know about till later on, Which is Bullshit. They called me for my yearly check up and I said to receptionist another filling fell out 2 weeks ago so I gotta make an appointment anyways for that so let's do that then the cleaning, they put me on hold and then told me to call tho collection agency to pay the past due bill of 120$ before making a new appointment This Place is a joke . They Make it so you have to keep coming back. EVERYTHING THEY DO IT A TEMPORARY FIX. BEWARE!

Fantastic experience: My experience at Summit Dentistry was excellent. The staff were exceptionally polite and took the time to explain each step of the process thoroughly. They provided visual references through photographs, which enhanced my understanding of the procedures discussed. Additionally, they efficiently worked out a payment and care plan that met my needs. As I am from out of town, I initially anticipated that establishing care would be challenging; however, the team's professionalism made the process straightforward and seamless. I am very satisfied with how this went and am comfortable moving forward

Negative experience: Still have pain. Wasn’t given anything to help it. Said if it bothers me to call and would send out prescription for antibiotics. Refered me to a specialist because he couldn’t figure out what to do! Now still in pain and have to wait 2 weeks to see the specialist.

Negative experience: Act of service wasn’t great. They did good with welcoming customers but when called to do teeth inspections and other protocols, they’re rational, unprofessional, and not good with instructions. I had to watch my mother in pain while they remove tartar from her teeth, it’s normal and I get it can be painful, but the worker was pressing hard between her gums causing it to bleed. While she was doing that, she was also having some conversation with other workers not looking at what she is doing to my mother. The worker complained about my mother not swallowing her spit, but my mother can’t due to too much saliva, blood, and maybe some tartar left from not suctioning well. I told the worker with a calm tone that my mother can’t swallow her thick saliva, but the worker complained saying “every customer swallow their spit, so can she.” And repeatedly mumbled similar sentences. After my mom waited for a minute or two, she couldn’t hold it in anymore and rationally got up to spit out her saliva but the worker got mad and told her to sit and something bad could’ve happened and told my mom to speak up which was right but then again, my mother gave signals to the worker that there is too much saliva and blood in her mouth which the worker completely ignored. Then, both me and my mother apologized for my mothers rushed behavior, but after the incident, the worker rushed to complete everything.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lewis is genuinely the only dentist I have ever trusted & even liked. He has a wonderful sense of humor & fantastic bedside manner. He has made me feel SO comfortable after 8 years of failing to visit the dentist due to my phobia of dental work! He’s amazing! On another note however, it’s interesting that the care package patients receive at their initial appointment is all the stuff your dentist doesn’t really ever want you to have in your mouth (water bottle, pen, chapstick) but NO toothbrush, NO toothpaste, NO floss?? Odd.

Negative experience: I'm glad we were given a referral to Dunes Dental 4 Kids right away and didn't have to continue dealing with Dr. Stephen Micheal. He was very rude and clearly didn't have the capacity to work with kids. We will go back to the Summit Dental in SSC next time.

Negative experience: My dentist did not even look me in the face, he just wanted to tell me what I needed to do and that was it which I didn't even know what what he was talking about but the dental hygienist did tell me after the dentist stepped out which she was very good I have had other dentist there which had a better bedside manner

Negative experience: Visit was for regular cleaning/checkup that experience was great as expected. What was not great was being charged $231.10 when i was expecting the bill to be about $50. Perhaps patients shouldn't be told insurance will be covering whatever XRAY we're made to take because that was not the case.

Fantastic experience: The hygienists are super nice and do a good job with cleaning your teeth and keeping you informed and educated! I LOVE Dr Lewis! He’s super nice, easy to talk to, gives sound advice and listens to your concerns! It’s easy to make appointments and they always have plenty of staff! I wish they would start giving away bamboo toothbrushes instead of plastic toothbrushes though! Summit needs to care about sustainability as they do teeth!

Positive experience: I highly recommend this dentist, but I was disappointed to learn that they wouldn't allow my husband to be placed on a waiting list for new patients. As a current patient, I previously experienced a similar situation and was eventually contacted when a spot became available. I believe it's unfair that my husband isn't extended the same opportunity. I have a high regard for this dentist and had hoped he could receive the same level of care.

Fantastic experience: Today I got my permanent crowns put on two of my front teeth! They look beautiful, feel wonderful, and fit very well. They match my other teeth perfectly.

They informed me that they were not accepting new patients but were able to accept my wife in a short time frame. They hygienist Jacey was very friendly, and even though I had alot of buildup from not visiting in a few years she was very gentle and patient. The dentist was also very friendly and professional. The receptionist was very helpful explaining my payment options and setting an appointment for my wife. Was referred by 3 friends and I can see why. Thank you
