Fantastic experience: I personally think Dr. Mark Harper is the best dentist I've ever been to. And I've been seeing Dr. Mark Harper for at least 30 years. For awhile my insurance change and elite dental was not in network. But later I was able to change insurance company and got back in network with elite. Then Dr. Mark Harper went to dyersburg and so did I. Real Professional good Dentist. So sorry about 1st post name, that's what 72 years will do for you. Teeth , mind and everything starts to go south.

Positive experience: APPT. was at 0800 got there at 0801 waited 26 minutes before they had me start filling out paperwork then waited another 6 minutes before the gal came to take me back to get my blood pressure signed more paperwork...got my meds and got my assigned date for the work to be performed. Nice people .

Positive experience: The front staff was not friendly. They did not greet me upon my entry. In fact, I felt ignored. They greeted others but did not greet me. I was asked to complete information that I had already completed online. They hygienist that I saw, that day, didn't seem to be as thorough as my previous hygienist. I suppose she did a good job but I am not sure. So my overall experience was not the 5 star service I am accustomed to receiving.

Fantastic experience: They are always so nice and normally im not a fan of dentist but the women here are all very kind. Also each roo. Has their own tv and music variety playing that helps you relax; to me it says they care about the Dental Assistants also and that's great. Also appreciate how they always get me and my kids all seen at the same day of not at the same exact time which helps with planning.

Fantastic experience: Awesome checkup bidit Everyone was very professional. Short wait time to see my dentist. Becca was incredible and accommodating. She took extra measures to alleviate any discomfort while the dental work was being done. I had no apprehensions that I was in professional caring hands.

Negative experience: Last 5 visits were for the same filling. Really frustrating. Really expected Dr. Kate would at least step in during my visit. Just to check in on me and check my tooth outcome. Feel like they are pushing me into veneers. When all I want is to have a filling done on a chipped front tooth, like I have done every year since I was 4 years old. . I was told this year, they may not be able to make me happy.. making it sound like it's me and not my tooth. When you can visually see the difference in the two front teeth. I was told many times by several different people that I signed paperwork stating I was satisfied with the work done on my tooth.. Don't remember that ever. Even though you really don't know until you get home and the anesthetic wears off. Very surprised and disappointed at the same time.

Both girls had a friendly demeanor unlike the drill sergeant types I have encountered in the past. I am quite confident in their ability to care for my big mouth.

So I tried Elite as a recommendation from a friend. As soon as I walked in I was treated graciously and treated as if I were family right from the start. The doctor and everyone there was very thorough, answering any and all questions I had and left nothing to be desired. Can’t recommend enough. I will be switching my whole family to Elite.

Fantastic experience: I don’t think anyone really enjoys going to the dentist. But as far as dental visits go, I always have a good experience here & no anxiety. A couple years ago I stopped taking my then 7 year old son to the local pediatric dental office because his anxiety was so high when we went. It felt like we were just a number there & his teeth were never really cleaned. We actually ended up at LeBonheur to get his dental work done because of the level of his anxiety. But now he walks into Elite & goes back with the hygienist alone & lets them do what needs to be done! Hallelujah!!!! Everyone is friendly & professional. Highly recommend Elite Dental!

Negative experience: I’ve never done a business review but I feel as if this is needed. I’ve been a patient with Dr. Prince since I was a toddler and now Elite took over after he retired. It seems like a small town feel is gone when I walk into now the new Elite location. Only reason I continue going because I love Cara & Jennifer. However this morning ( June 3rd), I call and request my most recent x-rays (took about 3 weeks ago) for my Oral Surgeon appointment today. I was told by Alexis that they don’t send x-rays to patients and the oral surgeon needs to call, I proceeded to say okay I’ll call the oral surgeon for them to contact Elite for my x-rays. Oral surgeon office ( Oral Surgery Associates of West Tennessee) never received the X-rays so I had to pay again for more x-rays at the oral surgeon. Alexis calls me around 4pm, and proceeds to tell me she tried to send the x-rays over 3 times but it failed to go through. I feel as a patient when I request my x-rays I should be able to receive them, if Alexis knew the x-rays didn’t go through she should have took the responsibility and called the patient (Andrea Smith) and come up with another solution instead. The communication with Alexis was horrible, and I should have been provided with my x-rays when I requested on the first phone call, and it would been better for the patient to not have to pay for more x-rays. I understand things get lost in emails but Alexis could have handled this situation more professionally.

Fantastic experience: I am loving the new office in Dyersburg. Dr Harper and his staff are in a league of their own. I have been a patient for 20 years.
