Fantastic experience: From the moment you walk in the office you’re welcomed by a jovial staff that gets you checked in quickly. The waiting room is a cozy spot to sit and wait, they offer a variety of different coffees as well. Fantastic experience: The staff was very attentive and welcoming from beginning to end. I was a new patient however felt as I’ve been there before. I was greeted immediately and given a tour of the entire facility, introduced to the staff, and given a welcome gift. Fantastic experience: I recently followed my dentist, Joana Ryckowski, DDS, to Southland Smiles. Dr Ryckowski is extraordinary! She has taken care of all my family members’ dental work for over six years. She is so knowledgeable, skilled, and gentle that even my young grandchildren don’t fear going for dental visits with Dr Ryckowski. So the best dentist in the world is now with a very impressive dental group, Southland Smiles. I say this because I have found this group’s huge staff to always be helpful, thoughtful, and highly professional. Their facilities and equipment are clearly state-of-the-art; beyond anything I’ve seen at any dental office the past ten years. Negative experience: I visited the office on 5/19/25. I had a thorough examination by Dr. Sulamanjee. I was told by the Office Rep that my pre-estimate was sent to the provider to confirm authorization. I understood that the insurance wouldn't pay for Invisalign. I was prepared to pay out of pocket. But, I need to know the costs. I also wanted to know costs for the bridge work and if the insurance would pay for any of those costs. I have called THREE times for status and to request an email with the estimate. Each time, I was told they would get back to me. No follow-up. I also sent an email on 6/3 to request status. No reply. I am absolutely appalled! Unprofessional and unacceptable. I can't imagine that this is their normal mode of operation. If not, why was I treated differently?!

All staff are very communicative from the point of scheduling your appointment to your official cleaning. My hygienist, Sharon, was amazing. She was super kind and made me aware of what she was doing and the purpose for each step. When checking out, the staff behind the desk were also super kind and conversational. All staff here makes coming to the dentist less anxious. This is the best dental facility in the state of Illinois.

The wait time was no longer than 10 mins. The check out lady, I think her name was Maria broke down my payments and cost. I loved everything about this dental office. I'm very happy I chose them. Fantastic experience: I love this dental office. The staff is super friendly, you are seen at the time of your appointment. During my root canal everything was explain to me. I have a major fear of the dentist, but my doctor and her assistant made me very comfortable and were very compassionate. After the procedure they told me what to expect and if I had any issues that I can call them at any time. Walked in with pain, walked out without pain. Highly recommended.

So far I am much happier with the treatment plan I received here compared to my other office, and the prices were more affordable also.

They have advanced technology and minimally invasive techniques - they aren't pushy or aggressive; they give you options for treatment and let you choose. They do cosmetic/asthetic procedures too. There is little to no waiting to be seen. My hygienist is great - professional, engaging, and competent. They give out appreciation gifts, have contests, bbqs, etc. They definitely make sure their patients feel special and comfortable - the staff is fabulous. I highly recommend Southland Smiles.

Fantastic experience: Best dentists in Flossmoor. Myself and kids have been coming here since I moved to the area 11 years ago. Staff is always courteous and respectful. They offer a wide variety of comfort items for anyone that might be anxious about their dental experience. Dr. Sulamanjee is my dentist and did a fantastic job on my teeth fillings explaining every step of the way. My children have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Razberry as he creates a very relaxing dental experience. Fantastic experience: I've been going to Southland Smiles for about 6½ years now and the service is Great. The staff people are very Professional and always have a smile on their face. Dr. DiBenedetto is very knowledgeable about teeth. When he is working on your teeth or gums, there is minimal pain. If you don't have Insurance, they have a payment plan. So yes, I would recommend Southland Smiles to my Family & Friends. Also, Sharon the hygienist and Dr. B. Brown the Dentist are assets to the team.

Fantastic experience: Southland Smiles in Flossmoor, Illinois provides exemplary service. The hygienists are amazing, performing comprehensive cleanings with very limited discomfort. The dentist is extremely knowledgeable providing cancer screening of the neck and jaw area checking for limonoids and other possible abnormities. She examines the teeth reassuring there are no cavities or any other dental issues. To top the phenomenal service, the entire staff is courteous, professional and accommodating. It is a bit costly, especially if you are on a fixed budget. But how can you put a cost on excellent dental services? You get what you pay for!

Nancy helped keep my girls calm and the entire process was smooth and efficient. Ana and Briana were very helpful with billing and scheduling our next appointments. Great team all around!

The information on the website and the reviews peeked my interest. My call to make an appointment matched what I read about on their website. My appt was above and beyond my expectations! When was the last time, if ever were you greeted with a Good Morning with a genuine smile!! An extremely pleasant filling out the paperwork task, a tour of the office and formal introductions to each staff member that I met. Fantastic experience: I followed Lynn, the hygienist, from her previous practice. She does a wonderful job and it was great seeing her and receiving her TLC once again. While there, I met Dr. Brown who did my evaluation. I needed a cavity filled. He addressed my concerns completely and I scheduled my filling appointment. That appointment was today where assistant Jennifer and Dr. Brown worked as a well oiled machine--making me feel at ease, explaining each step of the procedure. My appointment was for 1:30 and I was happily walking out the door at 1:50! Never have I ever been in and out of a dental appointment so efficiently, confident that my oral health is in good hands. Fantastic experience: This is the “Ultimate” Dentist Office known to man. I had the most amazing experience at this office. I’m from Memphis and I traveled to Chicago to celebrate my birthday weekend. I had a crucifying toothache, and I was gone deal with it in Chicago, but I couldn’t, it was throbbing so bad on the plane. My woman called around to see if anyone would take me and she happened to find this office. The level of professionalism these guys gave me was off the meter, they were fun. This place felt like home and I’m a country boy, so the term family is important to me. Without question I recommend this Dentist Office. I want to share a joke some of the staff shared with me, you may or may not get it, but we did. “A dentist office in Flossmoor!” Hahahahahahahah.

Fantastic experience: A simple thank you doesn't seem to show enough appreciation to the Doctors and staff of Southland Smiles. I'm in my 80th season and I was having problems with my upper partial, that I had just recently received. The insecurity of the partial, prevented me from eating properly so I stopped going out for meals with family and friends because of the embarrassment. I decided to call and make an appointment with Southland Smiles to see if an adjustment was possible, I met with two of the most amazing Dentist ever, Doctor Richard Mantoan the owner of the practice and Doctor Moses Rasberry. Together, they assured me that the problem was indeed fixable, and within a week Doctor Rasberry was able to fix the problem to my satisfaction. My name is Brenda and it's very important to me to maintain a certain quality of life. So without a doubt, I would highly recommend this practice, not only because of the professionalism and dedication shown to their patients, but, the compassion that I received from the staff and the Doctors at Southland Smiles, was absolutely overwhelming, so thank you both so very, very much Doctor Mantoan and Doctor Rasberry for giving me my smile back, I am so grateful.

Positive experience: My first encounter at Southland Smiles was largely positive. The staff was friendly and welcoming. My hygienist, Sharon, was very personable and professional, and she checked and advised me of a recommended service that would not be covered by my dental insurance before asking for my approval and proceeding.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience with Southland Smiles! They did good job on my teeth and answered all my questions and scheduling was easy and convenient. I'm thankful that my sister referred me to them! I have scheduled appointments for my kids!

Fantastic experience: My son cracked his tooth while at school and needed an emergency dentist. The ENTIRE staff was so amazing!! He's never liked the dentist before bit this was the best encounter we ever experienced. So beyond grateful for the entire staff!

Fantastic experience: OMG! The BEST dentist I’ve ever been too! Every bit of my appointment was delightful! Bree made scheduling extremely easy and accommodating. From the clean beautifully decorated office to the moral of the entire staff, I have not one complaint. The moment I left I started to refer my family and friends. My kids and I will fire be returning patients for a very long time. Sharon is so patient and professional. It couldn’t get any better then comes Dr. Gee, so knowledgeable and gentle. I can go on and on but to some it all up , I love this place!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rasberry was kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. He asked if I was comfortable every step of the way. The support staff, from the front desk, dental assistant, dental hygienist and the person that assists with your insurance, was amazing. They're friendly and make you feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Seriously the BEST experience I've EVER had at a dental office. Mt first visit they gave me a top notch tour, introduced all the doctors, gave me a gift in the cutest gift bag. It's so clean, the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. I don't know why I haven't heard about them prior to today. If your looking LOOK NO FURTHER!!! THIS IS WHERE YOU SHOULD BE!!!!

Fantastic experience: I really like the staff that serviced me. They were extremely nice and professional. I definitely did not expect to receive a tour of the office, was shown the staff state licenses (displayed on their shelf) and to receive a welcoming gift! I definitely will recommend this dentist office to others.

Fantastic experience: I have never been to a dentist office where the staff is so upbeat and friendly. Everyone greets you with a welcoming smile. I enjoy coming to the office and having my teeth cleaned by Kylie. She really has a passion for her profession. Look forward to coming in to the office for my cleanings.
