Fantastic experience: Just moved here. Was very nervous as I have had the same dentist for a very long time. They were very nice and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. My last dentist said I needed a crown. They told me I am good for a while. Made me feel good They were honest and didn't do a crown to get an extra $1000-$2000.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency & this was my first appointment. They were all so wonderful & comforting. I had to have a wisdom tooth extracted. The care & concern for my comfort was amazing. Better still it was basically a painless extraction!! I truly was at their mercy financially, it was an emergency & I was not their patient. The fee was incredibly reasonable, especially for an emergency! These PROFESSIONALS are my new dental team!! It’s so hard to find a dental office that checks all the boxes—excellent hygienist, caring dentist, accepts my insurance, open on Fridays, etc.—but this place does! I want to give a special shout-out to Savannah; she’s one of the best hygienists I’ve ever had. She was gentle, thorough, and went above and beyond in explaining every detail of the exam. Highly recommend — 10/10!

Fantastic experience: My first visit really went well. The whole staff was very helpful and friendly.

Negative experience: Horrible dental care facility. Needed 2 extractions and was quoted as such. The dentist that performed my extractions was apparently not very stout, because he had difficulty in removing them. After the procedure was completed he changed the procedure from and extraction to a surgery to get more money. When the time came to change my gauze, I found shards of teeth still embedded in the sockets of both extraction sites. Very poor service and performance.

Fantastic experience: Chose this dentist off of Google bc I had a weird sensation and bad taste from a crown I had 30 years ago. Got me in within two days. I had rather go to any doctor rather than a dentist. I had bad experiences in my young adulthood, and I’ve been intimidated ever since. I saw Dr. Ryan. He explained everything he was doing and I had no pain or discomfort. He was kind and patient and he did a great job. I know you can’t please everybody and there’s always going to be somebody that has to say something negative, but let me tell you I absolutely love Megan, the dental assistant. If you’re scared or you don’t like the dentist, Megan will make you feel so much better. I was terrified when I arrived, and she was just amazing. She was the sweetest, most encouraging dental assistant that I have ever met. She has such a sweet spirit. She loves the Lord. And she’s beautiful. I can’t say enough about her. I love her❤️.

Fantastic experience: From the 1st time I came to Gallatin Dental Care, the staff have been stellar, including my hygienists (previous and current) and Dentists. Dr Foster and Dr Ryan Shinska have been excellent in making sure my teeth (and gums) stay white and healthy. If you want a great hometown dentist, I would select Gallatin Dental Care!

Fantastic experience: For someone who has always loathed going to the dentist, the whole dental experience can just be anxiety inducing. However, thanks to Brandon (dental hygienist extraordinaire) and Dr. Foster, I can now say my attitude towards dentistry has shifted. While I still don’t love dentistry, I can honestly say that I am at least more comfortable going now. Their practice is extremely patient and kind in all things, and I am truly extremely grateful for them. If you are hesitant about going to the dentist, I assure you: this is the place for you. They do not judge. They do not rush. They genuinely care about YOU. I highly recommend their office to anyone!

This dentist fixed them and yay! They also listened when I told them I needed extra numbing and did not make me feel weird about it. All smiles right now!

Brandon my hygienist is the best. He keeps my teeth clean and me at ease. Dr. Foster promotes preventing tooth decay with new technology. He is all about saving your teeth. He is personable and knowledgeable.

Negative experience: I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this clinic. The dental bridge they provided was poorly done, leading to a painful infection. I had to return three times before they finally figured out the issue, and instead of offering any compensation for the repeated visits, they charged me over $150 just to examine the painful tooth—the same tooth they caused issues with! To make matters worse, I was referred to another clinic for treatment, which cost me an additional $600 to fix their mistakes. The bridge itself was poorly fitted, misaligned, and caused constant discomfort. Despite voicing my concerns multiple times, the staff were dismissive and showed no accountability for their subpar work. This entire ordeal has been unnecessarily expensive, stressful, and frustrating. For the high prices they charge, I expected far better service and professionalism. I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone—look elsewhere for competent dental care.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to GDC for five years and have never had better dental care. Dr Foster and my hygienist, Savannah, are always very pleasant and make every effort to make me comfortable while they do their work. Anyone looking for good dental care should consider GDC. They make the experience as pleasant as you could hope for.

Negative experience: The billing issues are a struggle. I was very clear about what I would pay and to follow my insurance instructions. Once again I have a balance that is not mine.

Fantastic experience: There is no bigger scaredy cat than me when it comes to any kind of pain or dentists. Gallatin Dental (and Chloe) obviously understood and treated me gently, kindly and compassionately. Very organized, great follow up, Nice office, clean exam rooms and personnel from the reception area to the dental assistant to dentist was a 10+. I was very impressed and will go back. Gallatin Had equipment even my old dentist didn’t have and I thought they were top tech. Give them a try.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful Experience!!! I had rather pain for aching in one of my teeth for a few days, and called to make an appointment. They had an opening the following day, and they welcomed me in to have an evaluation. It turned out that I needed a root canal! Me being the individual who is kind of nervous at dentist appointments; I was a little apprehensive. After a brief discussion with the doctor, I was told that they actually had an opening that very afternoon! I came back a few hours later, and had a rather pleasant experience with the root canal! I was even able to listen to my AirPods while they carried out the procedure. The dental hygienist had me laughing with small talk and a few jokes throughout the entirety of the day, which made me a lot more relaxed. I’m incredibly thankful because I normally get very nervous with dentists, but I will be back as a regular client for years to come! UPDATE: 11/25/2024 It’s been about 2 years since I’ve been coming and I still agree with my original post!

Fantastic experience: Dr Foster has a great team! There are many choices out there but I have chosen Gallatin Dental Care for the past 7 years and love the care & attention they give me. I appreciate Dr Foster’s knowledge, experience and manner. He’s very thorough. Brandon has cleaned my teeth every 6 months and does a great job each time I see him. Scheduling is flexible and they will work with you to make sure you get the best care and knowledge by making the most informed decision. One thing I love in particular is that they are not pushy or 'salesy', they are genuine and really care about providing you highest quality service and incredible attention to detail. Both cleanings I've had now have been consistent and just feel like it's getting better if that's even possible. The team of hygienists are very knowledgable and don't skip steps. They do a thorough and detailed job in everything they provide. I am working on my entire family to switch to this place because it is more than worth it. The doctor is very kind and insightful as well. They alway provide a light hearted experience and are very aware to make you comfortable no matter what situation or circumstance you are coming in with.
