Fantastic experience: Awesome visit, as always! I’ve had 4 implants and 1 extraction courtesy of Dr. Udy and her crew over the past 3 years. Highly recommend this practice as they are not only technically elite, but incredibly personable as well.

Negative experience: The procedure itself went great. However, I never received any follow-up instructions afterward. I called to request that the instructions be emailed to me and was told they would be sent, but I never received an email or a follow-up call.

Fantastic experience: They strike the balance between efficient and caring perfectly! Efficient means not dilly dallying or leave you hanging (because who wants to be experiencing that at the oral surgeon?) Caring component is spot on—checking in during procedure and explaining what’s happening, quick response to any fears or questions and an overall sense of thoughtfulness. Dr. Udy and her staff have been great and I hope once my process is completed that I never see them again! lol. Thanks you all….you're top notch.

Laura helped get me prepped for my extraction and explained the post surgical care. We talked about the problem tooth. She'll be helping when I return for an implant and explained that process. Dr. Udy answered questions I had about the tooth being pulled. She was very professional and efficient.

I waited a very short time and was brought to my treatment room with immediate discussion of my procedure followed by Dr. Uddy expertly numbing me and getting my procedure finished quickly and efficiently. I had good f/u with post care instructions and had further stages of my procedure fully explained including anticipated costs. I could not recommend the entire team any stronger!

All of the office staff was incredibly kind during the whole process from making my appointment to the time I walked out of the door. I’m very grateful considering they did not have to help me at all under the circumstances but out of kindness they did anyway.

We had a little irritation after a recent tooth pull and they were able to get me squeezed right back in and touched up as soon as possible. Super great staff here at Northwest! highly recommended!

Positive experience: Overall good experience, but having to fill out info on tablet when arriving was very slow going. I brought med list and it was scanned, but the tablet still required filling out & had to get assistance from staff to get around this. The tablet also wanted my birthdate and the only way to get to my birth date was to continue to push the month button by having to lift & press for each month. I finally told the staff that this would take too long. My time with the Dr. was good, but the area worked on did not get entirely numb before she started working on removing my tooth. The entire procedure went quickly and I would definitely return in spite of the couple of hiccups.

Fantastic experience: This was the 3rd time I have gone to NWOS for extractions. I had a tooth that had broken off and only a pointed corner was left. Once numbed of course all I felt was pressure. But as usual when the numbness wore off I had very little discomfort and minimal bleeding. I will always choose NWOS anytime I need an extraction! They are the best.

They were able to get my son in same day with a painful wisdom tooth and then adjusted the plan to go ahead and remove all of them instead of coming back for another appt. Everyone was extremely nice. Although my son was quite loopy from anesthesia when we were leaving, he also mentioned about 20 times how nice everyone was! Highly recommend!

Aside from myself and Dr. Udy, there were 4 women caring for my child who were patient, encouraging and compassionate. In the procedure room, kindness and thoughtfulness preceded experienced care. Maybe not everyone in the office was having a good day but thankfully the people who mattered were spot on and provided my son with excellent care.

Fantastic experience: The assistant made me feel very comfortable from the time I sat in the chair til I left the office! Dr Udy was very gentle and quick with the procedure. She put my mind at ease in the first 5 minutes! Only negative for me was they do not accept my insurance - I was made aware up front.

Fantastic experience: They got me mixed up with another person and after about 1.5 hours of waiting they asked me if I was waiting for someone. I told them no and that I had an 8:45am appointment. It was about 10:15 am. I thought man she sure is busy as I watched about 7 people that came in after me get in first. In my mind I thought all these people had been scheduled before me because I called to get in sooner than my original day and time. I was hurting pretty good. The Doctor and the whole office were very apologetic. I'm sorry if I get her title wrong, but her assistant was very nice and comforting. Overall a very positive experience! Their mistake of overlooking me wasn't intentional and I could tell they were a bit embarrassed. They shouldn't be because I was the one who sat there the whole time without saying a word. I've been accused of being very patient with medical facilities because I respect what they do. Bottom line, be patient and be a patient but not as patient as me. Fantastic experience: Dr Udy, Jamie, and the staff were excellent. Professional, courteous, and all had great chair side manner. I was informed throughout the oral surgery process and what to expect during. That kept me relaxed and cared for. Oral surgery is something that is sometimes needed and when needed, I would recommend Dr Udy and her staff.

Fantastic experience: Again, a fantastic visit. After the injections took affect, it was maybe only 60 seconds for the two extractions. Beautiful job! A man goes to the dentist to have a tooth pulled and ask how much it is. The dentist explained it will be $500. The man screamed, “What, $500 for just one minute’s work?” The dentist replied “Well, I can take 10 minutes if you’d like.”

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, knew exactly what your cost was upfront. The oral surgeon was very friendly and professional made my child feel very comfortable. Also, let my child have the choice of being put out or numbed. I appreciated that they listened. Highly recommend and will definitely use in the future. Was very pleased!!

Fantastic experience: I am always terrified of any dental visits after many horrible trips as a child. Let's just say that dentist was brutal! Thank goodness dentistry has come a long way since I was a child. My first appointment with Dr Maryanne Udy and her staff was a pleasant surprise. I had been suffering with an abscessed rootcanal for several weeks due to the time it took to get into my regular dentist, referred to an endodontist, and then needing an oral surgeon because it was not savable. The office was able to quickly get me in to extract the tooth. They were kind, supportive, and put me at easy. Getting this difficult root canal tooth pulled was almost painless. After deciding to get an implant to replace that tooth, I chose to return to Dr Udy. This procedure was also pain free. I have had no complications while it has been healing and I am looking forward to my dentist completing the last stage of the implant. Thank you Dr Udy and staff for your compassionate, professional, and very qualified service.

I went in for a consultation extremely anxious, and I left completely comfortable from the doctor's confidence. I couldn't recommend them more highly, especially for something that likely stresses anyone out a lot. Also of note, the entire office is run by women. A very rare thing to see in any medical office. Dr Udy is also very good at what she does and very personable.
