Fantastic experience: I have visited CDA two or three times previously. Today I saw Matt Fuqua for the first time. He was friendly, sharp, patient, and articulate. Most importantly of all is that he was honest. No sugar coating. Just the facts! My favorite thus far. I will ask to see him every time. 5+stars!

Negative experience: Just moved to the area. Called Cambridge Dental and specifically asked if they participated in my insurance plan, they said yes. Went in, good enough service, the dentist was good, they gave me an “estimated” patient amount due. Paid it in full at office about 30% of the total bill. My X-rays should have been covered by insurance but had to pay out of pocket. Thought I was done. Then I get a bill for almost the entire balance for the work done. So I ended up paying almost the entire dental bill. Bait and switch! Also, I called to talk to someone left messages no one ever called me back, but they should pestered me to pay the balance. NEVER going back. Don’t tell people you participate in network then bill them for 90% of their bill. Not happy.

Fantastic experience: The dental hygienist did a very thorough job. I got to coughing from swallowing wrong and she used a different methodology which worked around the issue and completed her task. The Doctor was the wife of my previous dental doctor. she was congenial like the dental hygienist and surveyed my teeth for any issues. You have an exceptional dental practice with outstanding personnel. I’m glad to be a client of Cambridge Associates Dentistry.

Positive experience: Very nice place and it’s hard to find a good dentist when you move. I got my teeth cleaning and typically when I got my teeth cleaning in TN they removed all stains behind the front teeth and lower. They didn’t give me a mirror to look at teeth and did not remove all stains. So, a little disappointed. I feel like calling them to come back to take care of my issue. Kinda felt rushed because I knew it was getting close to their lunch time. Anyway, clean very nice place.

Positive experience: The staff was great. I recently moved to this area from another state where I had great dental care; my last visit in March 2025. At Cambridge they immediately started taking countless x-rays and photos without asking my permission or questioning what maybe available from my former dentist.. My first oversight was not getting my former dental clinic to provide all of my records to Cambridge. My second mistake was visiting a clinic that is out of network with my insurance, or maybe that was my first mistake. My displeasure is mostly my own, but there was no interest shown at Cambridge to plan my new patient visit to minimize costs.

Fantastic experience: Broke back side of tooth on Sunday and I went by dentist office Monday morning to see when I could get an appointment and they said to cone back at 11:00 and Dr Matthew Fequa would see me and he fixed it and I was very pleased with Dr Fequa.

Fantastic experience: My initial visit to this dental practice was exceptional. The receptionists were all very friendly and welcoming. The dental assistant, whose name I unfortunately forgot, was highly professional, knowledgeable, and caring, expertly taking my X-rays in preparation for the consultation. Similarly, the dental hygienist provided excellent service. The dentist, whose name I also regrettably forgot, demonstrated both expertise and compassion, recommending a suitable dental plan and scheduling the extraction of my problematic lower left molar for next Thursday. The office was clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this practice as a family dentist and intend to make it my family's dental provider.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with Dr. Michael Snider since he was a fresh new graduate (not sure how many years that’s been). He created a beautiful crown/cap for a front tooth that is still magnificent to this day. Our whole family has been with him ever since. Can’t brag enough on the dentists, hygienists, and office staff at Cambridge Dental. We drive 2 hours round trip because we adore this practice!

Fantastic experience: My family is new to the area and needing dental care. All three of my children were seen on the same day for exams and 2 cleanings….the NEXT day after scheduling!! Unheard of where we are from. The doctors and staff were VERY FRIENDLY and accommodating with no judgement. All three kids liked everyone! Highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I’ve just had a superb first experience at Cambridge Dental. What great staff and facility. They were friendly and competent, going beyond the expectations for my initial appointment. I’m so thankful a neighbor suggested giving them a try.

Negative experience: If you do not have insurance - I suggest you look elsewhere. I was hoping to be a new patient. I called to make an inquiry about getting my teeth cleaned. I was as clear as I could possibly be. I have money for a cleaning - that is it. I do not have money for an exam. I do not have money for an x-ray. A cleaning - that is all I want. That is all I can afford. My xrays from my previous dentist were to suffice - that is all I have to offer. They are from 2023 and they simply have to suffice. I am 66, am not having any issues with my dental work that is of concern to me other than getting access to routine cleanings to keep it that way. I have no money for more xrays. I was very clear about this when I made my appointment, but when I came in to my appointment I was told it is office POLICY (not guideline) that I have to pay $300 for an xray and exam. This policy does not work for me. Even if I did have the money for an exam and xrays - it would only be a waste of their time and my money. Nothing found in the xrays would be actionable for me. I have no money for anything other than a cleaning. I tried to make that very clear on my initial call. I was told that 'he' would probably want xrays and I said that is fine if he wants them, but I am not paying for them. Now, I am out gas and time for nothing and only want to do what I am able to maintain good dental care, but being refused to get a cleaning only sets me up for potential problems that would not occur were I able to get access to regular cleanings. Positive experience: Every one is very nice and informative I would give 5 starts but the only down fall for me is I don’t have dental insurance and they are on the more expensive side. I got X-rays and 2 fillings done and it cost $1,100 I had to pay up front out of pocket.. But everyone did a grate job and everything was done fast and right just wish they had some kind of discount for patients with no insurance.

Fantastic experience: Who likes going to the dentist? I do!!! These folks are not only on top of latest technology for dental needs, they are the best out there and really kind and gentle in doing what they need to do. I’ve tried many and these guys are the best!

The technician was very very thorough with the examination and cleaning. Clear and concise treatment plan from general cleaning to additional services. No hidden gimmicks, staff was very clear and communicated prospective repairs with price accordingly so you know what to expect. What a great experience, would definitely recommend to anyone who may be apprehensive about their prior dentistry provider!!!

Kately also provided excellent and thorough service, keeping me well-informed throughout my appointment. Dr. Fuqua was outstanding. Although not initially scheduled, a cleaning was accommodated during my first visit, performed expertly by Lacy I think that's her name. It was the best cleaning I have ever received.

Fantastic experience: What a great office and staff! When I started coming here I had a minor emergency and they got me in with ONE DAY notice ! I had a chip between my front teeth. The repair looks better than before I chipped it and they did a cleaning without an appointment. Everyone was so kind and their staff are very gentle when working on your teeth. Riley is the best hygienist and Dr. Snider is super gentle. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Amazing office full of friendly staff!!! Only major let down is as a new patient - you are a bit miss led that first visit is only X-rays and you have then schedule the cleaning. They may try for that day but who wants to have to come back or it can be a few weeks. The site is not clear with this fact at all and really isn’t the point if a dentist appointment getting your teeth clean???
