Fantastic experience: Update: Debbie has retired (sad for her patients, but wonderful for her!), so Carrie is my hygienist now and she's amazing too! Legacy Dental is the best! Love this place! Debbie is my hygienist, and she is wonderful! Both Dr. Iannielli and Dr. Berens have been my dentists, and they are both great! Very personable and warm. Always a great dental experience!

Positive experience: I cracked a molar and it was causing discomfort to the point I couldn’t eat. I called yesterday hoping to get in right away. Instead I was penciled in for the next day (today) 3:40pm. Luckily I called this morning to see if I could be seen earlier and was happy that I was seen at 11am. I was diagnosed with a plan of action after quick X-ray and inspection, and filing of the tooth for protection. Given rx for abx. Pain meds offered but I declined. Root canal and crown scheduled in a couple weeks. Dr. Ionelli listened to my problems, took his time to explained the situation and plan. I am now hoping I could be seen sooner than two weeks scheduled in. I have confidence that if it were possible they will give me a call. Staff was pleasant, caring, and efficient.

I’m considering having my daughter go to this practice as well. I didn’t have to wait months and months for an appointment.

Positive experience: I called as a new patient recently and was greeted by Kim. She was very short with me and came across like I was wasting her time and like she had more important things to be doing. I was hesitant to schedule any appointment because of that, but had been given a great recommendation by a coworker who is a patient there and decided to schedule anyway and I'm glad I did. Dr. Iannielli and his assistant were awesome!

Fantastic experience: I called in the morning because I had a cold sore develop the evening before and they were able to see me the same day for laser treatment, even at the very last second before they closed, to accommodate me because I couldn't get there any earlier. Fantastic experience: Called to get an appointment due to being in severe pain. Had an appointment in three days. Went to the appointment and the dental assistant was extremely careful with my mouth. The dentist told me what was wrong and she did exactly what I wanted, after giving me an itemized list of how much it would cost. Both the dentist and the assistant are very wonderful ladies. Very gentle and considerate. I am very happy with the care and service that I received. HIGHLY RECOMMEND LEGACY DENTAL GROUP!!!!!

The top doc...is one hellava salesperson, smooth and quick...no pain, I'm shaking my head in disbelief and his staff, what can you say...absolutely the tops. Yes, five stars, I love it, I love it.

Negative experience: Surgery was great but the Dentures they made for my implants broke pretty easily. Took less than 3 months before my implants started having problems. Unfortunately I would have to pay to have them fix what seemed to be a problem with the dentures and the gramets that held my denture to the implants. Not very happy with the product, it broke and just kept breaking even more. Now they barley stay in my mouth and I can hardly eat. Has to be soft food again.

The Italian Dentist is great too, as are all of the folks working the desks. If you want Cadillac care, go here. My dental hygienists retired, so I can now tell you it was Debbie. My new dental hygienist is great too. Already have to book eight months out. Oh, I found out that the dentist's ancestry is Sicilian but I recently found out dentist's ancestors are in Italy too, so I wasn't totally wrong.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to wait to write my review until I had had some more contact with this group. I've now had a teeth cleaning and a crown replaced and feel I can share. In both interactions the staff were kind and swift, the facility was clean, and the professionals all seemed to know what they were doing and to perform competently.
