Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Invisalign treatment at this dental practice. From the initial consultation to the final results, everything was explained clearly and professionally. My dentist took the time to go through the treatment plan, answer all my questions, and set realistic expectations, which made me feel very confident moving forward. The aligners were comfortable, easy to manage, and fit well. I appreciated how discreet they were and how I could remove them for eating and cleaning, which made maintaining good oral hygiene much easier. Any minor discomfort at the beginning of a new set was manageable and showed that the treatment was working. Throughout the process, the follow-up appointments were smooth and well organized, and my progress was closely monitored. The results exceeded my expectations — my teeth are noticeably straighter, my bite feels better, and my smile looks more confident. I would highly recommend this dentist (The Dentist Place)to anyone considering Invisalign or clear aligner treatment. The combination of professional care, attention to detail, and excellent results made this a very positive experience.

Positive experience: Geneva and the dr were wonderful with my grandson. He had a complicated process and they were patient and efficient. Geneva was excellent with him and shared she has some experience with pediatric dentistry and it showed. He even hugged her when we left.

Negative experience: I’ve been a patient here for awhile and really liked Dr Golding. He was direct and to the point and HONEST. I went in for my routine 6 month cleaning. The new dentist was nice but I feel like this office has gotten money driven. They said I had 3 cavities that needed to be filled and two more starting that they could put medicine on to reverse them. My daughter is a newer patient here and they told her she had 3 cavities as well. I find that very hard to believe that in 6 months we both have that many cavities. I was complemented by the hygienist on how well my teeth are and how I do a good job flossing. I will be going for a second opinion as I feel this office has gotten greedy and are purely profits driven over patient care. Edited to add: I did in fact get a second opinion and the new dentist did not find any cavities. They mentioned that I had small holes in my back teeth which is caused by grinding my teeth at night. The grinding action creates small depressions in the chewing surfaces of teeth. There was no decay as the area was really clean and I do a good job at brushing regularly. So this new dentist lied to me and tried to get me to fill 3 non existent “cavities”. Shady business practices and corporate must be pushing increased revenue while lying to the patient about things they supposedly need to be done . Proceed at your own risk! I won’t be back & requested all my records to be transferred.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at The Dentist Place for a few years now. As a person with horrible dental anxiety, they try to help ease the visits. In particular, Ms. Geneva, dental assistant, is the main reason I go here. She’s an amazingly kind, gentle person & is extremely good at her job!

Fantastic experience: The dental assistant was very caring of empathetic, because I was extremely nervous to come in. I really appreciate her. Unfortunately I did not like the dentist. He just poked his fingers in my mouth and said yeah, we’re gonna have to remove five your teeth. See you next time. Not very nice. Bedside manner. Not very empathetic. Did not install any confidence in him to return for that appointment. And consequently, I won’t be.

Negative experience: The people who work here are very personable. However I did their pre-registration which was very long only to get to my appointment and they say they lost it and I had to refill it out, they were accommodating in that they squeezed me in, but I had confirmations showing I had an appointment day. Also their billing practices are very shady. I was told numerous times I do not have gingivitis but was still charged for a gingivitis cleaning which was not covered by insurance as a “routine cleaning”, they did this without alerting me to this, I paid the amount in full at the time of service and now I am still being billed for something additional not itemized.

Fantastic experience: You want the best service on traditional dentures see these doctors and staff there the best around.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to TDP for quite some time. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and responsive and most importantly, they CARE about you and your dental health. Sonora and Charity have been awesome, the Admin staff is attentive and Dr. Mario is the most down to earth dentist you could ask for. Highly recommend you give them a try, rather than the multi chain dental franchise.

Negative experience: Went in on my first visit they only did x-rays around 20 or more nothing else and then the dentist was horrible no personality and just money driven and no services so I requested to see another dentist there and she was even worse just horrible don't recommend.

I am so grateful that she has the knowledge/understanding in using this technology. If any of you clients have had the opportunity to have worked with this process thru Ms. Sanoma, give her a huge Bravo-Zulo for being great at what she does. A huge thanks to Dr. Armstrong for being a great Dentist/hiring such a wonderful staff. TDP is a package deal. My dad is 86 and has trouble walking when we returned to pick up his teeth , Geneva asked if we would rather have the dentist complete the fit in the waiting room which was most helpful! Fantastic experience: The dentist place was very thorough with their work! Q I would give it a ten out of ten!

Positive experience: Love the hygienist I've seen. However, I had a filling done yesterday and have called 3 separate times from the time they opened today to get the filling shaved down because my bite is off only to be called back at 1pm and told I have to go 4 days with my bite being off because he's full for the rest of the day. Shaving it down shouldn't take more than 15 minutes. Very disappointed. Edit: The dentist was able to shave down the filling on Monday afternoon and my bite feels better. I updated my rating because I really do love my hygienist and it's not the dentists fault they couldn't get me in.

Negative experience: Over the phone, they told me that X-rays, a consultation, and a standard cleaning would cost less than $100 since I was a self-pay new patient. Turns out I wasn’t eligible for a standard cleaning since I haven’t been to a dentist for a couple years. They offered to perform a “deep cleaning” for $2,254! They also advised me that I had a couple of cavities forming, but they can treat them in order to reverse them. They also said I had advanced bone deterioration in my mouth. Keep in mind, I’ve NEVER had a cavity in my 47 year life! The dentist even mentioned that I have the best, healthiest teeth in Jacksonville! I declined their offer for the “deep cleaning”. Later that night, my bottom jaw became really sore. I just figured it was from the X-rays and little pic instrument the hygienist used during my exam. The next morning, I couldn’t sleep past 4am due to my mouth pain. I went to the ER/urgent care at 4:30am. They said it looks like I have an infection, so they prescribed me some antibiotics. It looks like my gums got sliced open. I’m currently going through hell with this pain issue. My whole lower gum is sore as can be. I tried downloading a picture, but I wasn’t able to. I’ll never go back. Buyer beware

Fantastic experience: I've been using The Dentist Place for several years. Every six months like clockwork I'm there either for cleaning with Nicki or other issues too be addressed. My drive time is one hour.

Fantastic experience: This a friendly, accommodating office. Kim, my hygienist, was subbing for my usual hygienist Nikki (awesome!) who was on vacation. She was very knowledgeable and did a great job in a setting that is not her "home". Through nobody's fault, I was there longer than normal but she did all she could to make sure I was happy.!

Negative experience: I've had nothing but problems with The Detist Place, poor customer service, always billing issues, I definitely would NOT refer.

Negative experience: So I’ve been going to the dentist place for a few years. I’ve never had any issues and I loved Dr Golding. Recently I found out he moved away and have been placed with Dr Armstrong for exams and to continue my Invisalign treatment. I came in for a scan for refinement trays and told the assistant, that I thought those would be the last trays because I was almost where I wanted to be. Later that day I was asked to come back to the office because Dr Armstrong wanted to speak with me and wouldn’t submit my scan for new trays until I came in to speak to her. I didn’t understand why she couldn’t tell me whatever it was when I was there that day, but I had to take more time to come back in. I was told by her that I needed to restart my Invisalign treatment because what I wanted wasn’t going to happen but restarting meant they were going to charge me for the Invisalign a second time. I was told the office manager would get back to me on the cost because she was new and needed to speak to someone higher up which I understood. This was in February, a few weeks went by and I never heard from anyone so I called a couple times and left a message for someone to get back to me, no one ever did. Fast forward to this past week and I was coming in for cleaning so I decided to just talk to them about it there. The hygienist was great and informative and did a great job cleaning my teeth and then Dr Armstrong finally came in over and hour after my appointment time. When I told her no one ever got back to me, she told me “Oh they called you multiple times, you never answered, did you get a new number?” I told her no, they obviously called me on the same number to confirm my appointment. She then stated that I needed to get chains implanted into my gums to get them where I wanted when all I wanted was to shift two of my teeth which were shifting just fine before under the care of Dr Golding, they just started shifting back because I’ve been in the same trays since February since she refused and is still refusing for me to do a refinement. She basically told me if I didn’t want to do the chains (which aren’t covered by insurance and are $300 plus the cost of paying for Invisalign all over again which they never gave me the cost of) that I would have to just get my retainers which at this point after receiving horrible care from her on top of the fact that she doesn’t listen to me as a patient, I’m ready to be done with Invisalign all together just so I don’t have to deal with her. On top of all that, she sent the office manager in the room to go over my treatment plan and she was as clueless as the first time I met her, asking me if I had insurance and I’m like yes of course I have insurance, and she says let’s go to the front desk where she does in fact see that I have insurance. She then tells me my insurance sucks and it doesn’t matter because it won’t cover any of the treatment I need. I tell her I’m not paying for this stuff because as someone who’s in the dental field and has years of dental experience and knowledge, I’m aware of the fact that they’re just adding stuff on my treatment plan to make more money. She then asks me if I need options for financial assistance which I told her no, and I told her that I’ll just do my retainers but I can’t pay for them today because they’re $500 and she replies with “oh well your scan is only good for 30 days”, I told her I’m aware and left. I will not be going back to that office. They don’t listen to the patient and are money hungry. I’m willing to start over with Invisalign as long as it’s at another office with another doctor. They have lost a patient with my husband and I. I wish I could give this office 0 stars. I wish Dr Golding could come back. I don’t normally leave reviews but after they sent me an automated text asking for one, I figured I would do someone a favor.

Negative experience: Don't use this facility!!!! I went for my 6 month cleaning paid for by my insurance and THE FACILITY BILLED ME FOR 2 PROCEDURES I DID NOT AUTHORIZE!!!! I have been to TDP 3 times and NEVER had this kind of service. MY regular dentist and regular hygienist have both left the practice and I was not informed until I arrived at the facility for my scheduled 6 month cleaning. I also walked out of the office with a "TREATMENT PLAN" for "recommended" treatment to the tune of $2300. My teeth were excellent 6 months ago when I saw my old hygienist and dentist. So "TEETH BEWARE" of this facility!!!!

Fantastic experience: I had jeanette....she was awesome. I don't like the dentist and went 5 years without a visit since I hate the dentist. She brought me back to a private room, took photos of my mouth like I was a supermodel (xrays and such). Was completely positive, told me exactly what she was doing and what for. I told her I had anxiety about the dentist. Even gave me a numbing cream on my gums to help....which did alot for me, besides the sound. She was awesome and the staff were extremely nice. When I asked for an estimate of what my co-payment would be the office gave me a breakdown of everything. Jeanette even recomend things to help in future visits so i can plan and get to hopefully prevent damage to my teeth. I love you Jeanette and thank you for making my visit not a torture. Also the "evil darth vader" (the Dr.) Was very chill and easy going. I will be going back in November for my follow up. THANK YOU DENTIST PLACE!!!

Fantastic experience: I was a little concerned about keeping my appt because of the virus. All precautions were taken seriously, checked my temperature, had antibacterial to wash hands. I felt totally safe. I’ve been going to TDP for a long time and have always been taken care of by friendly, professional personnel. Plus, you can’t go wrong with Dr Seville.

Fantastic experience: I called in tears because of severe, unexplainable pain in one of my back teeth. The staff was incredibly kind and got me in within an hour of my call. Dr. Maria Armstrong was both compassionate and solution-oriented. She took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my tooth and clearly walked me through the next steps—all without a hint of judgment. I left feeling heard, supported, and with a clear plan for relief.

Negative experience: I bought the dental plan that they offered,it came with two free cleanings. When it came time for the second cleaning they canceled and canceled until the plan expired and we could not use it anymore. They said it would coast over 300 dollars for a cleaning. Never again will we use the dentist place.

Positive experience: I have been coming to The Dentist Place for quite some time now. They always provide the best cleaning, advice and recommendation for my teeth. I was not aware of my new hygienist by the name of Hiba. It's too soon to provide an in-depth analysis. She was good yesterday.

Negative experience: Let me start off by saying I've been going to this office since I moved to Jax, so about 2.5 yrs now. I never really cared about the staff, but I do love my Hygienist Nikki and I did like Dr. Armstrong, until now. This office has completely lost my trust and business. I feel like I got a wolf in sheep's clothing. So here's what happened...I started my Invisalign journey on June 20, 2024. (A few months prior I was asked about it, received a Tx plan and declined to start due to not feeling like I could really benefit from it and the cost of almost $6000.) My Hygienist told me about an Invisalign special they were having, during my cleaning appt & signed me up that following week, 06/20/24. She pretty much went through everything with me as far as Tx plan, not the office manager, a Tx coordinator or whomever they have in the office for the financial part. I trusted her and we have a great relationship, so at the time I thought nothing of it. I decided to proceed with the Tx after all the discounts from the Invisalign event and what INS was expected to pay, my OOP was $3000.00. I said why not!!! Fast forward, I've been in them since then. Everytime I go to the office, no issues no payment needed...nothing. At the beginning of this month I had another cleaning appt with Nikki and I ended up needing to get a procedure, that was not covered by INS, due to it being new in the US. I agreed and signed the Tx plan with Nikki again, no one else came to speak with me. Nikki told me they told her I had a credit, so instead of paying $320, it was $171 and I bought the toothpaste she recommended, so I left out paying around $182. Received a call about a week ago from their Biller, INS isn't paying anymore towards my Invisalign TX due to my INS being termed in August, but up until that point they had paid $844.00. Turns out everyone but me, including the Doctor...odd, the office manager and other staff was aware that INS only pays either monthly or quarterly while in Ortho care. So Guardian, chooses to pay out the claim quarterly and since I wrnt to a different job, the middle of August, they're not making the 2nd payment due to my policy being termed, even though the claim was billed in June. Stick with me......so of course I was upset and irritated, more importantly bcuz I would have never proceeded with the Tx knowing I would have to pay more money. All of this could have been avoided if I had known all the information before agreeing to this Tx, simply bcuz I knew that in the next couple months I would be starting a new job. When I tell you, these ppl acted like I've owed them this entire time. They never tried to appeal the claim with the INS, but went straight to me and asked me for payment. My appt was yesterday, and no one ever reached out to me before, like Kimberly the office manager was suppose to. She blamed it on the lady Dawn who does their Billing, who asked her to reach out to me.‍♀️ OK, I get to my appt, they want to discuss the balance....I told them everything I explained above and also that I would reach out to the INS, but I am not giving them an additional $655. No ma'am. Listen these ppl treating me like I stole something from them, when they're the culprit. They went so far as to try and coerce me into signing a "refusal of Tx" form, to not receive the remaining trays I was suppose to get that day, but to get scanned for my final retainers only and that was bcuz they were free, as part of the special they did. Dr. Armstrong herself threatened to send the balance to collections even if I signed the form and received the retainers, simply bcuz I would still have a balance with them. Thank God I didn't sign it. There were several ppl standing in the room with me and I felt so helpless and attacked, I can honestly say if my boyfriend hadn't been there, I wouldn't have known what to do. I did file an appeal with the INS and I am waiting on their decision, but honestly I just want them to pay it, I get the rest of my Tx and be done with this office completely, bcuz I'm almost done with my Tx, only 7 trays left.

Negative experience: Do not go here. The billing and customer service is beyond horrible. I had a regular cleaning in August 2024. Cleanings are covered under my insurance 100%. The hygienist took xrays and I told her to make sure that everything that was done was covered. I did not authorize anything to be done that would be an out of pocket expense. She took more xrays to which I kept reminding her to make sure it was covered. She kept telling me it was all covered. That they were sure. I reminded them more than multiple times to not do anything that was not covered. I did not need to pay out of pocket since my insurance covered all. Well a month later I get a bill for $163 for an xray they took that my insurance did not cover. I called them, they said the insurance should have paid for it that they would fix it and all would be well. Well next month I get the same bill again. I call back. No answer, leave a message. No call back. I call back after a few days. Leave another message and still no call back. I did this 5 times. I kept getting the same bill over and over. Finally someone actually picked up the phone but said she couldn't help me as she did not do billing but she would make sure billing got my messages. I emailed them multiple times. I faxed them multiple times. No reply. No answer. No call back. Never a call back. Today, I got a letter in the mail from a collection agency!!!!! They sent me to a collection agency for a service I did not authorize and with out ever talking to me!!!!! I have a dispute put in with the collection company as well as my insurance company. We are not talking $25, $50, we are talking almost $200. I am in shock! Never again will I see these people and I will spread the word on their scam practices to get money from people. Do not go here! It's only a matter of time before it can happen to you.

Fantastic experience: Nickie was amazing cleaning my teeth, quick but thorough. She answered my questions with good nature, and made me feel very comfortable. Oh, and no pain, at all!

Fantastic experience: Regular quarterly cleaning. Took me back close to appointment time. All services provided promptly. No problems found. Also cleaned my night guard and gave me a new case. Scheduled my next appointment.

Positive experience: I had an extraction & a bone graft done last Friday. I am still in a lot of pain with only Ibuprofen every 8 hours. Well that's not working for me. I wake up every 4 hours with my surgery site throbbing. I didn't expect this pain for this long.

Negative experience: Avoid this place at all cost absolutely ridiculous My appointments continued to get push back and back always a different excuse I work 2 jobs and have 6 kids and I keep getting my visits cancelled and being told the next available for the date that works for me is months out the. The lady want to get mad at me because I can’t come in tomorrow are you kidding me you call and give me less than 24 hour notice and at this point you I can’t go see another insurance because it visit won’t be covered . And when I asked for the office manager I am being told that no one is in please explain o me how a business is ran but yet there is no one to be held accountable absolutely unbelievable Then when I asked to speak to the Dr I was told no. You will be losing all my business that includes my wife And children. So unprofessional

Fantastic experience: Went for my first visit last week. Very friendly staff. Had a wisdom tooth pulled first visit. Was having issues with Greenberg and they way they were attempting to bill me and came right over to the dentist place and got it resolved for less than what Greenberg tried to charge.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Goulding n Michelle are amazing. Both are thorough in explaining what action is going to take place. They made sure that the treatment plans given are most successful in getting the patient the best results. From start to finish I was advised every step of the way. Dr. Goulding doesn't rush you. He asks questions and allowed me to ask him questions. I am very happy I changed dental practices.

Fantastic experience: My experience with doctor Amstrong was very good, she care about me all the time, very happy with her. But front desk staff allways is something, like I feel they don't want talk to me, today try to talk to the lady is in front of the window. She saw me and go to the other desk, I going there and she come back to her desk. I Said to her are you ignoring me? But she said not, I feel this way when talk to her all the time, my question was about payment, but allways she give me a bad actitud. Hope next time she treating me a different way. Grace

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit today at the Dentist place as a new patient and my expectations were absolutely superseded! I had a 10/10 experience from the front desk staff to my wonderful hygienist, Nicky, and finally Dr. Goulding! Nicky took the time to make sure i felt comfortable and aware of my dental plan going forward and I’m so grateful i ended up with her today. Dr Goulding was also reassuring and efficient. I look forward to coming back for my follow up appointments next month, and that is truly something i never thought I’d say about the dentist! Fantastic experience: I came to this office after I had a terrible experience at another office the day before. I was terrified and also in pain for months. The staff was amazing! From the front of office all the way back to the dentist. The assistance that I dealt with were so sweet and amazing as well. They really took care of me. They knew I was scared I And they really treated me very good. I was able to have my tooth extracted the same day as my exam. Even though it was the end of the day and everyone probably wanted to go home.. They got the job done and I feel 1000 times better. Thank you Dr. Armstrong and thank you to the rest of the staff for helping me Friday April 5th.

Fantastic experience: Very good Dentist and staff. Very clean spaces. All staff members have immediate access to Dentist. Dr. Seville is an amazing professional. I had a crown procedure completed and never felt a thing. Very advanced technology used to measure new crown for completion. This was the best dentist visit I have had in decades. Fantastic experience: I LOVE this practice! I’ve been a patient at the Dentist Place in Orange Park, FL for 5+ years. The team is great from start to finish- staff are responsive, efficient, and friendly. I never have any problems with access, billing, or scheduling. I appreciate the whole practice, and my favorite person is Geneva. She has been my dental assistant throughout the years and I look forward to seeing her. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and she makes me feel valued during every encounter. Dr. Goulding is an absolute gem. He is friendly, efficient, and highly skilled. I receive compliments frequently on my teeth, and I credit TDP for my beautiful smile. In addition to routine cavities, he had repaired my front teeth when they chipped (I was so worried, he matched my tooth color and shape perfectly! Multiple times!) and fit me with the perfect crown. He’s so incredible. I moved to Jacksonville so I should find a dentist closer to my home which is about 45 mins from Orange Park, but I am just not willing to establish with anyone else. Thanks so much to everyone at The Dentist Place! I recommend this practice without reservation. I particularly have gratitude for Geneva, she deserves special thanks. :) Geneva: thank you for always taking such great care of me!

Fantastic experience: The front desk people are friendly and helpful, the appointment was very educative and informative never before I had been thaugh by a dentist as Dr. Armstrong did, besides I got my treatments done with not pain or discomfort at all. I definitely recommend this office

Negative experience: RATHER BE IN PAIN THAN COME HERE. To start off, i work in the trauma unit so i know drugs, and i know how to read an xray, and i studied sutures. Having to be a patient and NOT BE HEARD was extremely disheartening. This place is a joke. Check in - bad experience. Did all the paperwork online only to do it all over again in the clinic. Went to the patient room - bad experience. Dr. MARIA ARMSTRONG -Rolls her eyes at patients, 100% disregarded my concerns about root canal. I told her numerous people, including myself, i kno had failed root canals and I wasn't comfortable doing that and she made me feel stupid about not wanting to do it. Stating i didn't have a specialist do it and it's a 93% success rate smdh. She assumed so much instead of just asking me because an endodontist definitely did my root canal and it STILL FAILED so i pulled it. She also lied about the type of sutures that were placed(absorbable vs nonabsorbable). She was supposed give me a referral for a root canal specialist, I called AND emailed about it for 2 days straight, never got it. I guess she thought I was gonna let her(not an endodontist) do it. I had all signs of inflammation so i asked for a specific NSAID/steroid better than ibuprofen to help with the pain n inflammation, she said no. Post extraction, I had to beg for an antibiotic because she didn't wanna prescribe it. I felt like the area may have been infected. I truly feel because I'm a black female she doesn't care what I had to say. They also don't call people back or email back.

Negative experience: As a long time patient of The Dentist Place, I am very displeased with their recent service. I took my mentally disabled son into the office for two fillings to be done and orders were specifically given not once but twice to only complete fillings. Instead of doing as instructed he was given an unauthorized root canal in addition to the two fillings. On top of the unauthorized root canal, the office filed for a credit card through care credit and charged this card $2k. I have dental insurance for my son but because the insurance only allows a certain amount for these services they felt they could charge more if billed directly. I called the office and spoke with office manager Sidney in hopes of filing a complaint, instead she told me that they did not have a corporate office phone number. I then contacted my dental insurance company who had to contact The Dentist Place and instructed them that is was mandatory for them to file an insurance claim. I have since filed a consumer complaint with their corporate office, the BBB, as well as the Insurance Commissioner! My son was fully taken advantage of while he was in the back by himself. I have a family of 7 and because of this act of greed, dishonesty, and lack of integrity we will no longer be patients at this dental office!!

Fantastic experience: Wow. I came in for a consult on two broken wisdom teeth and the dr ended up taking them both out for me and having no insurance, I was worried about the bill but they worked with me. This is the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist and I will only be coming to this one from now on. Not only was the dr kind and patient, my dental assistant Geneva was so caring and warm. She explained everything to me and made me feel calm, which is saying a lot bc I was nervous! I felt zero pain and the extractions took 2 mins! I’m so happy. Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: They got me in within 2 hrs of my call, had to fill out some paperwork, not to bad, the staff was very nice and let me know what was going on, very personable, so next whas seeing the dentist, and then they told me how much it would be,, after that I was in the CHAIR! Lol it took a minute for her to get this thang out my melon, but she got it done and made SURE I wasn't in any pain....Glad it's over...lol

Fantastic experience: Amazing dentistry. I had really bad reflux reaction while trying to do the x-ray and Dr. Armstrong did an acupuncture treatment in my chin area that really helped with the process. We were all amazed at using this technique. How awesome was that!

Fantastic experience: I can’t remember my doctors name, but she was a woman, and so was her assistant. Both of them provided great care for my issue and were very nice and comforting to speak with during what is usually a nervous situation.

Fantastic experience: I have had an amazing experience with The Dentist Place in Orange Park. Michelle is my hygienist. I’ve seen several reviews on her and I totally agree. She is amazing. She pays attention to detail. She makes you feel comfortable very pleasant and a great conversationalist. Knowledgeable in her field. She is not just concerned about your oral health, but your health in general, because all of that plays a factor. I’m sure there are more hygienist there just like her and that is what makes The Dentist Place such a GREAT PLACE to KEEP YOUR SMILE!

Negative experience: They took X-rays told me it was severely infected and than didn’t pull it, I’m using my wife’s account, but how could you look at me tell me it’s infected and needs to be pulled than not pull it, all because my insurance wouldn’t answer the phone, that’s beyond me, if I pull it it could spread the infection, but if you leave it like you did it’s gonna spread the infection, either way it’s a risk, you had me there but didn’t wanna even prescribe me antibiotics!! This is ridiculous!! They could have always billed me later!! And I would take care of it !! If I could give negative stars I would!!!
