Fantastic experience: First visit Feb 3 of this year. Since then, I've had 2 crowns replaced, deep cleaning, whitening & most recently the root of a broken molar extracted. Dr. Rhoda & his team are the perfect combination of personable and professional and the facility is charming. Who knew visiting your dentist could be a calming experience.

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment with Jennifer today @JacksonCreekDentalGroup and it was great. I had broken a crown and she got Dr. Jared (sp) to check it right away and he filed away any rough edges. Before she started my cleaning, she checked my tongue and under my tongue for early signs of oral cancer. Be sure to ask your dental hygienist to do this check. It could be life saving. I highly recommend Jackson Creek Dental Group. Everyone is friendly, courteous and cheerful along with providing the best care.

From ortho treatments to emergency care I’ve not once had any complaints. Although I’m heartbroken that they are no longer considered in network, they are worth the extra out of pocket. When your kids get excited about going, you know you’ve found a great place.

I was told by another dentist that I had to have Oral surgery for the extraction, but Jared worked his magic and I was in and out of the office in about 45 minutes absent one very painful tooth. I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Ask. I came in for cosmetic work on my front tooth, and from start to finish, the level of care and attention to detail blew me away. What stood out most? Dr. Ask, his team and lab man, AJ, didn’t stop until the color of my front tooth matched the others perfectly. Most dentists would’ve stopped when it was “good enough,” but not here. Dr. Ask kept refining the shade, checking it in different lighting, and making tiny adjustments until it was flawless. That kind of dedication is rare — and honestly, it made all the difference in my smile.

Fantastic experience: First time receiving a get well card from a Dr. That was awesome but the most awesome thing was my treatment from the time I walked in till the time I left. The whole staff was wonderful. Dr J. Ask well that's more then wonderful!!. I am feeling much better. I had a very bad infected number 18 tooth under a bridge that needed a root canal desperately. Because it was so bad I had went to a dental office in Modesto and one in West Sacramento that turned me away and felt that they could not do it. Not once did I get turned away when I called to make my appointment at Jackson Creek dental. The oral dental surgery itself was a long process but Dr. J. Ask had to remove a lot of rotted infection, smooth down the bone, trimmed down the gum along with an extensive root canal. With his very gentle care and even got a massage on my jaw and neck half way into procedure whichI know that was to help make sure that my post off wouldn't be so painful. I got Tylenol while sitting on the chair. He made sure at every point that my recovery would be smooth and not so painful. And it wasn't and I'm feeling much better 4 days out. I know the work was a challenge and Dr J. Ask was definitely up to the challenge. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will definitely be returning for other work. ;)

Fantastic experience: In my 62 years, Dr Simpson, as well as his staff, are perhaps the best, most professional, capable and proficient practices I’ve experienced. He listens, asks questions, and respects my concerns and sensitivities. My teeth have never been healthier. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I broke my crown so I needed to get a replacement. I haven’t got the permanent crown placed yet, right now I have a temporary ground. I can tell you that my temporary crown looks better than any permanent crown I’ve ever had by any other dental office. I’ve had trouble in the past with dentist that aren’t able to numb me correctly, they’re unable to hit the nerve. I did not have this problem here. I was completely numb, and it didn’t take multiple tries. It was a very clean facility, and the dentist was charming and he took a lot of time doing his job. I even got a note sent home thanking me for my business ☺️. It’s a really nice office, and Dr. J. Ask is a really sweet guy who’s good at his job. I would recommend him.

Fantastic experience: Took me in without an appointment to re-glue a temporary crown that had come off late on a Friday afternoon. From the receptionist to the dental assistant to the dentist all were professional and nice. To top it off they didn't charge me even though I am not a regular patient.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ask has an amazing ability to „save teeth“ with the most modern dental/reconstruction techniques available! He performed this for me personally in the past and also quite recently for my partner from Germany, whose tooth cracked on the way over here!. Everything explained thoroughly and done without any problems or issues during and after. His assistant Izzy made sure to provide all the paperwork for insurance submittal as well. I would not go any other place for major dental work. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Okay everyone, I'm Rick Krick and I approve this post... JCDG ( Jackson Creek Dental Group) For those who don't know. In my life time I've only been comfortable with only One dental pro. My hygenest daughter. But she's in AZ. How ever I was turned on like a hunting dog on opening day. When I came to get my degrade teeth fixed. The staff from the time I walked into the door made feel less anxious and had a welcome calm. My wait is seldom long to get into the chair. DR Simpson and his trusted assistant Somer really made me at ease. So far painless and anxiety has been non existent. However, I suspect that is coming. The scheduler Cara works with you on the schedule at your convenience. Who'd of thought? She's great. Looking fwd to being able to eat a TOMAHAWK STEAK, by my birthday in September. Anyway, I'll post more about this later as procedure are provided. More to come... Look for it. Rick

Negative experience: I went there about 3years ago for a root canal. I was in the chair for about 2hours which they did not end up doing the root canal. But just a cap. The dr used way too much anesthetic, cause damage to my jaw and nerves. Now 3yrs later there’s nerve damage still in my face and pain in my jaw. Plus the tooth he worked on has to be fully removed and a bone graft given to repair the damage done. I do not suggest or recommend

Fantastic experience: Dr Simpson has been my dentist since I was a kid. I live 2 hrs out of town and come back to see him due to the exceptional quality of care he and his team provide. Not all dentists are created equal! Dr Simpson is one of the best.

Negative experience: Had a dental hygiene appointment. Checked in on time but they never told the hygienist I was there. After 30 minutes waiting in the lobby I mentioned to the receptionist that my hygienist was running really late. Since it was so late into my appointment the receptionist wanted to reschedule me instead of accommodating me after leaving me in the lobby for 30 minutes. I took off work for the appointment. Very poor customer service.

Fantastic experience: Jackson Creek dental has been a wonderful experience. I cracked a rear molar (#31) and needed a root canal and crown ASAP! I was experiencing the worst pain in my life. Not only did Dr. Simpson completely take the pain away buy preforming the root canal therapy treatment but he went above and beyond what I could ever imagine… He sacrificed his off time on the weekend to drive into the office to take care of me. Dr. Simpson is a true professional and has a very skilled touch. I could not express how thankful I am to him and the Jackson creek dental staff. I would recommend this office over any in the Northern California area. If quality is important to you…. The doctors/Hygienists (Jennifer A) will provide only that with such professionalism! Fantastic experience: I had an intensely painful toothache and hadn’t been to the dentist for a few years due to a family crisis. Having no dentist, I started looking into finding someone fast. Alyssa was my first contact, and was so helpful that I was immediately impressed and I knew I’d found the right place. She gave me the first open appointment they had. Each and every staff member was friendly and welcoming that day. Then I met Dr. Ask. Never met such a kind, compassionate and knowledgeable dentist in my 65 years! A little over a week later I had to return for an abscessed tooth, and had 2 removed. Not a bit of pain during, and surprisingly enough, none at all afterwards. Not once did they try to “upsell “ any service, and just explained my options, and let me decide. I have to say, this is my favorite dentist and dental office ever, and if I move from the area at some point, will still travel back from wherever for all of my dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I don’t like going to the dentist, but I couldn’t chew my food my teeth hurt so bad. My wife calls and Jackson Creek Dental gets me an appointment for the next day. It was identified that I had an abscess in”the other tooth” and it could be life threatening and a crown for the one that hurt. Dr. J, I feel, was confident and worked meticulously. Him and his crew were really nice and reassuring. Still have to go back to finish up this crown, but without the anxiety of “going to the dentist”. Would recommend to anyone to use this group for your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I am a brand new patient and was so impressed with this office, Dr. Roda and all his staff. I do not like going to the dentist as I have had several bad experiences. This, however, was probably the best experience I have had. The time Dr. Roda took to explain everything (like how osteoporosis medications can affect the jaw, and taking additional scans at no extra cost to really try to analyze what was going on with my teeth) was phenomenal. She has great dexterity and was able to clean my teeth (which have not been cleaned in years) without causing any pain or bleeding. I am coming back to have cavities filled, and I feel very confident that Dr. Roda will do a good job.
