They make the x-rays enjoyable and joke with you. They truly make you feel like they want to help you have the best smile possible. My favorite part was with the orthodontist brought out the Harry Potter wand to show me my x-rays. Highly Recommend this place to anybody. I love my experience. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Positive experience: Very nice facility. Would prefer the procedures not be visible to anyone walking in the hall. Time was taken to fully answer my questions to my satisfaction. Saw me one hour later than appt time for initial consultation. I was not rushed in any way during the consultation, so maybe they were showing same care to others and threw them off schedule. Overall, a pleasant experience and am going back to confer with their surgeon for further care.

Fantastic experience: They’ve got you covered! I got my braces done a few years ago, and I’m still loving the results! Recently I had a slight problem with my permanent retainer that was totally my fault, and they got me in quickly to help even after a few years! I was so appreciative of them for taking care of me. They even printed a bottom retainer for me just in case. I spoke to someone else about their orthodontic experience at other places and when I shared my recent experience they were in awe! They told me to keep Storms forever, and listen, I totally agree!
