Negative experience: Feel like my story should be cautionary tale, I have been going here for years and admittedly sometimes it feels like the dentists here try to get you to do unnecessary things maybe for more money, idk. I recently got my crowns replaced, one dentist who is no longer there told me I might be getting cavities underneath my crowns and I was worried about tooth decay as the top of my crowns started turning black and started to feel sensitive, and it turns out I didn’t need to get them replaced after I got them removed. So today I went in to get my new crowns and I just got home and noticed they were poorly fit (I guess I didn’t notice before I left because of all the blood) but there’s a noticeable gap and my real tooth is visible on one of my crowns, and my teeth feel even more sensitive then they did before. I can’t in good faith recommend this place and I will not be coming back. I wish I could go back in time to never go through with replacing my crowns, I honestly thought they needed to get replaced, but I can’t go back in time and I can only hope that this story will help someone else. I haven’t stopped crying, so get a 2nd, 3rd opinion is the moral of the story.

Fantastic experience: First off this location is central and quick access off of 54 or 1-10. Everyone there is so sweet and caring but very professional. Dr. Khan was great! I left there more than happy with the work I needed (with clear and short after care instructions) and confident in a plan moving forward. The whole crew there is fantastic and an efficient hive.

Fantastic experience: Pershing Family Dental is a better experience than my previous dentist. My previous dentist would always have to reschedule what I need to have done and it was a mess until I found PFD. PFD treats me a lot better, the staff is wonderful. The doctor himself is great. I've had a few appointments here and I've always walked out feeling great. I felt like I was always scolded with the previous doctor I had, but with the doctor at PFD, I always feel welcomed, I can feel that he cares. The ladies up front do an amazing job with the scheduling and really helping out with financing. They'll do their best to help you find the best payment plan for you if you're not able to pay in full and I'm really thankful for that. I love how they call a few days later just to check up on you to see if you're doing ok. I'm loving everything about PFD, they're amazing!!

Fantastic experience: 22 July 2025 I came in for partial denture fitting, Michael at the front desk is always a great pleasure to talk to. He is very friendly and professional. He made sure Enrique, was notified immediately. Enrique paid very close attention to my concerns and made the fitting very pleasant. Thank you Pershing Family Dental Team!! 15 Jul 2025 I came in for my exam, was welcomed at the front desk by friendly smiles and professionalism. William made my dental cleaning a great experience. Ms Catherine helped set up my next dental adventure. She is a sweetheart. The Doctor was extremely helpful and gave me several great options as well. Keep up the great work!! Gracie and Yamil have been amazing. They made my dental cleaning comfortable and relaxing. They are very knowledgeable and helped me with my future dental plans. I will be back. Thank you ladies ❤️❤️ 09 Jan 2025 Had an amazingly pleasant experience from the front desk team to cleaning and 1 on 1 time with Dr. Rabe. Always a good experience with my dental team 04 Feb 2025 Gracie was amazing. I have "several" cavities filled and her sense of humor made my experience fun. Dr. Rabe is always a pleasure to see. His professionalism and kindness makes my visits enjoyable. The ladies at the front desk are always kind and friendly. Love this dental clinic!!

Negative experience: Zero stars if I could. Previous Dr. Greenhalgh, who is no longer here, was absolutely horrible. Thought I'd give them one more chance since they non-stop called and texted me. Went back just to be overpriced for stuff I didn't even need. Said that 3,000 was a discount. Astounding, that their still in business. Went right back to Fort Bliss Family Dentistry. So glad I did. All the stuff they wanted to charge me for, was not even necessary. Would love to support smaller businesses, but never this one again. Rarely write negative reviews, but I had to with this place. Wasted time and a pointless exam. Hopefully they'll put me on the "do not call" list, as I've been asking for a long time now.

Negative experience: Great staff, good experience, until I heard how the office manager treats her employees, i mean they arent even her employees to begin with to be treating them like that, I would never allow anyone to talk to me or any of my family members like that, absolutely disgusting behavior, I will not be going back, maybe if they get rid of that horrible person and bring in someone half decent. managers name is Catherine I believe!…

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place. I'm able to get an appointment quickly and once I arrive I am seen promptly. The front office personnel is very friendly and welcoming. The doctors are very thorough and informative with their care and there are several plans available to pay for treatment. The treatment is fairly priced. My daughter is also a patient here along with several family members. I'm glad I found this place.

Fantastic experience: Was incredibly happy with my first visit. My dental hygienist was a sweetheart and explained everything thoroughly to me, before I saw the dentist. When the dentist came in, she explained to me the issues I was having and was patient with my needs. Both office managers were kind, and very understanding and explained everything to make my dental needs with easy and realistic payment options. The office managers Michael and Catherine are great and are excellent when it comes to scheduling and communicating future procedures. The hygienists Gracie and Norma are friendly and helpful. Dr. Kahn is kind and makes even unpleasant situations seem easy and has a “soft hand” when it comes to things that have been far more uncomfortable from other doctors. Highly recommend

They explained everything clearly n worked with me on insurance/lack there of. We worked out a deal n I'm getting my teeth taken care of. Griselda, Victoria, Gracie n Rabe were all great and such a huge help!

Negative experience: Dr. Khan is a great dentist. However, her office manager was not so kind. First, I was going to get charged a late fee for rescheduling an appointment. Second, I was initially quoted a different amount, and when I went to pay, the office manager had increased the amount by more than half. When I was initially given a quote for how much my procedure would cost and had to show her proof( bc apparently she forgot what she had originally quoted me), the office manager said, “The best I can do is give you a 50% discount”, which I agreed to. The office manager reported the increase due to my insurance not covering the rest of the cost; however, as per the original quote, it was much less. If you get quoted a certain amount, they should adhere to that amount.

Fantastic experience: 16060 I am very pleased with this staff and dentist. Both me and my husband were there about three years ago and were not happy at all, but these people have turned it around for us. I took my 90 year old uncle there today and they were amazing.

Fantastic experience: Went yesterday for a tooth extraction I rarely do good reviews but this place was amazing the doctor was amazing he made me laugh the staff answered all my questions and guided me through the best things to do through out the whole procedure didn’t feel any pain little more pressure than expected but didn’t feel anything closed my eyes all the way through it but there was a tv that I could see in the ceiling the doctor kept talking to me making sure I didn’t feel pain or anything every few minutes when I opened my eyes he was already stitching it didn’t even feel when he took it out and the antibiotics where amazing don’t feel any pain at home kind of bum that I can’t eat a juicy burger or tacos but later on I will the financing options were amazing flexible payments overall a great experience my next appointment is in January looking forward too it and will come again every time to this placethank you guys

Fantastic experience: I have been going there this whole year. This is my 4th visit. The hygiene tech is amazing, and extremely kind. I have a severe anxiety disorder and they make sure the whole experience is as calm as possible. Now for the staff. All of them are amazing. I can call when I have questions and they are always willing help and answer. The dentist him self is also amazing. I has my wisdom teeth removed & he made it seem like child's play. Before I knew it they were gone and I healed rather quickly. I highly recommend for everything from cleanings to extractions.

Fantastic experience: All my life I have been going to the Dentist every 6 months so I have experienced many dental hygienists. Gracie was one of the most meticulous and gentle hygienists I have ever had clean my teeth. She didn’t overlook a single spot. My teeth felt amazing!

Fantastic experience: As someone who finds the dentist a daunting experience at the best of times, this was honestly one of my better experiences; I was able to get seen in a very timely fashion and all staff members were professional and helpful. Despite needing multiple fillings and a very deep cleaning I was well numbed and taken care of - if you're needing a new dental provider in El Paso I'd highly recommend this practice. EDIT: Just wanted to update my review a little as it's been a little over six months since I started seeing this practice. The folks here have taken exceptional care of me; they're prompt with reminders, flexible with scheduling, and upfront about pricing. Definitely check them out!

Fantastic experience: Update: new dentist, same great vibes. Everyone is so nice and friendly! They give you all the info you need, explain the process and everyone is very nice. I am happy I chose this office! ------ This office has changed SO MUCH. All for the best. I've been coming here for a couple years but the missing piece was just the kindness and personal touch from the staff - everyone here is so nice and helpful and really cares that you get good help.
