The office is very clean and up to date, but my only gripe is that the office is stuffy, almost humid(?), the HVAC system needs an update. Negative experience: Liked coming there when Dr Bender was in practice, changed dentist due to both Dentists seem to either want to pull teeth instead of filling them, new Dentist I went to said she could fill if needed but if not bothering you then leave it, very tiny cavity in back near wisdom tooth, been watching it for years and not bothering me

Negative experience: Terrible service, Terrible product. I had bad teeth, but they were salvagable. I went in thinking dentures were my only option and the "dentist" there failed to fill me in on any of the wonderful options I could have used and kept my natural teeth. I even asked the morning of the extractions if there was any other options because I was starting to get cold feet about it. I was told flat out, no, I have to rip out all my remaining teeth and use dentures. Stupidly, I listened, let them rip all my teeth out, and walked out with dentures that never fit. When I brought this up i was faced with condemnation. When I asked for a set that fit i was promised a set that fit, but that set never materialized. I was told to call the denture guy, and I did when my mouth healed. Only for him to say "yea whos gonna pay for them?" Well i already did. You gave me a crap product that ive not pnce been able to dit in my mouth. So now I sit toothless with false teeth that never fit and no hope of eating any time soon. Had the "dentist" recommended implants and bridges, I could still have my teeth. 0/10 Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

I learned more about my dental health during this visit than I ever had before and it’s made a huge difference in how I think about taking care of my teeth moving forward. Fantastic experience: I had a great visit today. It started with a really nice greeting from the receptionist who got all my paperwork done in record time! Then onto a prophy from Alicia Grant. She is a great hygienist who is very thorough, informative and is such a delight to be around. My teeth look & feel amazing. Next Dr. Michelle Garnache came in and gave me an extensive exam of my teeth, went through my xrays and pointed out exactly what I needed to get done. She was very friendly and made me feel relaxed. I look forward to my next visit where I will be getting my crown and a composite filling. So happy I decided on this practice. My husband will be coming here too. Thank you all for everything. Fantastic experience: By far a great place, the last time I had dental coverage was when I was in the military overseas and now I finally have a job with dental insurance and on my first initial cleaning they were very polite and gentle. Scheduled a deep cleaning but I was a little nervous because of past experiences but they made it so comfortable and worked with me. Had X-rays and discussed my problem TMJ and pain in my jaw she was very helpful. She suggested an oral surgeon for my TMJ. Put some medicine on my tooth for pain. I left very satisfied. Need a crown fast? They’ve got you covered with rapid turnaround times. Our family has been coming here since 2010, back when Dr. Bender ran the show. Since his retirement, Dr. Garnache and Dr. Lengas have stepped in seamlessly, delivering fantastic care while keeping patient comfort a priority. And it’s not just them—the hygienists and assistants are just as committed to making sure you’re comfortable while receiving top-notch treatment. The little things add up, too. The waiting room is spacious, so you’re never packed in like sardines. Each treatment room has a TV, making those appointments way more enjoyable. The hygienist who helped numb me was excellent and I love that they have a team of extremely qualified people there to help the appointment go smoothly. Dr. Garnache always takes great care to make sure a patient feels less anxious. I know sometimes anxiety causes people to misinterpret a situation and given the fact that I’ve had multiple procedures done at this office painless and efficiently I don’t think you should pay attention to one persons bad day. Will always recommend Park Ave Dental to anyone who asks!
