Christine, the hygienist soon came and started. She was so gentle with me I could almost have fallen asleep! She did find a chipped tooth (darn it) that the good Dr Graham Meng said would need a crown. They were all very friendly and professional. This week I had a dental issue that escalated unexpectedly quickly and resulted in the need for an extraction and implant. Fantastic experience: My experience start to finish was excellent. I put off my much needed work for many years. I dreaded what I thought would be like other dental experiences. It was far from it. I had several teeth extracted with virtually no pain or discomfort at all. My implants replaced them and the quality of work was outstanding. My last visit I had the second to the last work done and my teeth turned out better than I ever expected. I would definitely recommend all of my friends and family to do business here.

Fantastic experience: was recommended to dr meng by a close friend of mine. my wisdom teeth were overdue to come out and they began to cause me a great deal of pain. i called meng dentistry and they were quick to fit me into their busy schedule and removed my wisdom teeth is an efficient amount of time. they made sure to explain the process to me in understandable terms. they are extremely innovative in their techniques and very knowledgeable which is making the healing process as good as it can be! 10/10 would recommend meng dentistry and cannot say enough great things about their practice!

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth implant done with Dr. Joe Meng. My experience was top-notch. If there was a higher number than 5 stars, they would get it. The staff is great and very helpful and the kindness of everyone in the office is exceptional. I feel my care is a number one priority. They are easy to reach and always get back with you if you have any concerns.

Negative experience: Very pricey because out of network. I called this to their attention, and they said that insurance is a like a "coupon book" and not likely to cover much. Not true. My new in network dentist and his treatments are covered almost 100%. Before you go in, confirm that they are in network.

The dental technician/ hygienist (Shelby) was excellent and went over questions and my dental health in detail… I never had a dental hygienist spend as much time as she did cleaning my teeth as well as teaching me about MY dental health - she had a wonderful attitude and was encouraging- while being clear about how serious my condition was and how important it was for me to get serious about stabilizing my dental bone loss. Yikes! Greatly motivated me and went over the steps I needed to take in preventing more bone loss- professional, kind and patient. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Graham was terrific as usual. This is the third dental appliance they have made for me over 20 years and all were done well. Any adjustments needed were done asap and never an issue. They are always happy to discuss any questions and answer knowledgeable and thoroughly. It's a great team and they work together to fix wear and tear issues sometimes immediately. No need for worries with them....you'll be happy.

Meng has taken the time and care to make sure I am taking the right steps at home to care for my implants, gums and health of my new teeth so they will last me a long time. I have learned how my daily routine impacts my success.

Fantastic experience: I’ve waited until the completion of my lengthy procedure to write this review. Dr. Graham is very knowledgeable and I appreciated the fact that he did not send me on to some further specialist . They were able to do pretty much everything in house.! I had my four front teeth extracted, and they put in a four tooth bridge with two implants, holding it in place. I was put into twilight sedation for the operation.(Extraction and placing of the temporary bridge. ) The best way I can describe twilight sedation is like a deep sleep . I woke up four or five times but kind of faded in and out. I did not feel pain or have any bad memories of it. Dr Grahams assistant Monica was wonderful. So caring and kind !! Although I did not have pain during the operation ,My entire mouth was on fire for a few days following… And my entire face was extremely swollen for a few days. The entire procedure. Operation. Temporary bridge. And permanent bridge. Cost me $14,000. (this is 2 implants. And a 4 tooth bridge.) One of my implants came loose the following day , I called the office - they were extremely apologetic and got me in immediately to fix it ( apparently a screw was stripped) Since then I’ve been very happy with how my implants are holding up .

I understood what the complete process was going to be. I was absolutely comfortable with Dr. Graham Meng and his staff and their abilities to complete the extensive work I had in front of me. The amount of time they spent during each visit was unparalleled. I never felt like Dr. Meng was rushed or had to be somewhere else. He spent whatever time was necessary to get the work done and get it done perfectly. Each of the subsequent procedures were well-planned and designed specifically for me and to get me equipped with the final product. Dr. Meng was attentive and on top of every detail through each of the procedures and they took the extra time needed to make sure I was comfortable and that everything was customized for my situation. The entire staff at the office are exceptional - friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and helped make the process so much better. Excellent communication and follow through every step of the way. The billing aspect of my case was complex but, again, the staff was right on top of it. My new smile is amazing and I couldn't be more pleased with the final result. Everyone that I came in contact with in the office was polite, friendly and professional. Dr. Joseph Meng spent a considerable amount of time with me on my initial appointment. He was sensitive to all of the dental work that I have had and he was polite and friendly. The thing that I appreciated about him more than anything during this initial visit was how thorough he was. He is a Prosthetic Surgeon and has gone to the best Dental schools in the USA. I was very happy with the results of my first appointment.

Sadly, I was not a good candidate for 2 badly needed implants but Joe Meng is a miracle worker when it comes to making smiles happen for his patients. I love Meng Dentistry and the whole staff. Fantastic experience: I have ignored the dentist and the health issues it's been causing for a decade. My absolute fear of the dentist had me crying before we even got to the room while she was doing x-rays. By the end of the appointment, while I was still extremely nervous, Dr. Joe Meng had made me feel so comfortable and safe I actually plan to go back and continue the work that needs done. I don't remember the name of the hygienist that was with me from the start, but her calming presence and her listening to me when I told her about my fear, was the reason I didn't run away when she called my name. Both the front desk women were outstanding, as I wouldn't have made it to the appointment to begin with if they had made me nervous during my phone calls. The staff from front to back were spectacular, and while they won't get rid of my anxiety about dentists, they are the ones that made me safe enough to want to fix my health. I couldn't recommend more.
