Fantastic experience: I was visiting for a 3 month period and knew i needed.some work. Dr C and her staff were amazing and I had them take care of my issues. I am.gladto have found and chosen them. If I were staying in the area, I would keep them. The sad part is i am leaving the area. I would definately recimmend them.

Fantastic experience: Broke a crown over Labor Day weekend and called the after-hours number. Immediately called back, given instructions on how to care for tooth over the weekend. I was seen on the Tuesday following Labor Day by Dr. Carly - absolutely great experience. I was definitely anxious about the treatment but it was pain free and quick. Can’t recommend this office highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Everyone answered my questions well regarding the health of my teeth and gums as well as payment options. The stains on my teeth were gently removed with a device. Everyone was thoughtful and had a positive attitude.

Negative experience: I have been a patient at DeForest Dental for years, and today was the first time I was disappointed with the service I received. The hygienist had no idea about my record or the date of my last visit. I was due for an exam and x-rays, and I would have left without them had I not asked her to check. I waited for 30 minutes after my cleaning was done to be seen by the dentist, and when I told her about my concerns, her response was ‘Well, if something does happen, you’re doing everything you should.” I did not feel seen or heard. It was an unpleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: Got me on short notice with an issues they told me I needed months ago and I ignored. After a stern talking to about how I need to take care of my teeth I was fixed up good as new. Its nice to have a dentist (dr. Erica) that cares about her patients. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Extremely friendly staff. I had no insurance n broke my front tooth. They got me in within 24hrs for a first time visit for a crown. (Side note: ive lost many teeth and wear a partial and they made me feel very comfortable) I left w a temporary, the permanent was rushed and sent back once for staining. Which i believe the dentist drove and dropped off at the lab to get it back in 2 buisness days. Great work ladies. Thank you!

While I was working away from my home state I broke my FRONT tooth! After reading reviews for dental offices in the area I decided to call DeForest Dental. The office staff scheduled me the same day! Dr. Kirkpatrick & her assistant Kaley were fabulous! A front tooth is the most difficult one to match & my tooth looks great! Be sure to schedule an appointment here! You'll be glad you did!

Fantastic experience: I love going here! I didn’t need to be anxious! I was born in 1953 and I have tremendous anxiety and fear about dental work. Today I had my first crown. I was beyond anxious. The hygienist and the doctor were phenomenal. They were kind, understanding, compassionate and helped me through it. I cannot be more grateful…

Fantastic experience: We have 2 autistic boys and have been going here for several years. When I originally reached out, I was nervous and explained our situation with our boys. We had some bad experiences prior and didn't know what else to do. They were more than willing to work with us. From the very beginning, they made time to have the boys come in to become familiar with the place, get to know the dental hygienist and dentists. Our oldest comes in and knows exactly what to do. He can now sit in the chair by himself and everyone is so kind to him! Our second boy still has some struggles here and there, but he can finally sit in the chair and do a cleaning. When we came in yesterday, they were so patient and kind narrarating what they were doing. He wasn't scared or crying. We love the whole team here and always recommend them to family and friends! Thank you for accepting my boys as they are and meeting them where they're at as they continue to grow!

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Deforest dental. Dr. Carly is wonderful and so are all the hygienists. I had a tricky job gettng some crowns to match my other teeth. Everyone was so attentive and spent so much time with me making sure I was completely satisfied and happy with the results. Plus, they have a lot of cool hi-tech dental equipment!

Fantastic experience: I really have nothing but good things to say about my first experience with DeForest Dental. I had a change in insurance, and needed to change providers. Bethel, did a wonderful job with my teeth cleaning, and even got the stubborn coffee stains off my front teeth. Bethel took the extra time to answer all my questions thoroughly, and even offered me extra advice and resources. I did not feel pressured into getting work or treatments done when the dentist came in to look over my teeth, and it felt very autonomous. I would, and have recommended them to others already!

They continue to provide great service, get me in when it is convenient for me, and I do not get the additional fees that other dental offices never fully can explain. Fantastic experience: Honestly my last cleaning visit was probably one of the best experiences I've ever had at the dentist. Bethel, the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth, was friendly, gentle, thorough and great to talk to. Dr. Carly was great giving me solutions to and information about a couple issues with my teeth/gums. The modern technology for teeth cleaning really helped me relax and this is coming from someone who had absolutely traumatic experiences at the dentist when I was younger. I no longer cringe when I hear I have a dental appointment coming up and this is all thanks to DeForest Dental. Would not hesitate to recommend!

Fantastic experience: After my root canal, deforest dental was able to place a permanent crown in a few hours. No need for a temporary crown, which was great. Very friendly and professional staff.

Fantastic experience: Marvelous care! I was not shamed for not having dental insurance, thus needing a deep cleaning. Every step of the cleaning process and after care was explained to me. DFD even took the extra step to place me on their cancellation notice, I got in much sooner than originally scheduled! Top drawer!

Fantastic experience: My dental technician was amazing! I'm not a fan of the dentist, having less than mediocre care with braces when I was a teen. She was super gentle while cleaning and really listened to my concerns. I definitely feel better about going back for future appointments!

Negative experience: I have been meaning to write this review for some time now and have finally had the time. I have not had a cavity for at least the past 10 years. Had a full set of xrays 18 months or so ago and went to Deforest Dental for a routine cleaning. Explained to them that I did not want any xrays. I could feel the stress in the air when I told the hygienist this. Prior to the cleaning the dentist came in and asked me about xrays. I said again I did not want any. She responded that I would need to sign a legal waiver stating I did not want xrays. I said great no problem. She then asked if I was planning to get them on the next visit and I said no. She then said I guess we won't be able to see you anymore after this cleaning. I said what? You have to be kidding. She then proceeded to say correct we can't see you and its your body your choice. I responded with "clearly its not". So essentially I was fired by the dentist because I refused xrays. My conclusion after experiencing this is that this dentist is clearly a profit first dentist which places into question any procedure they recommend for you. I would strongly suggest getting a second opinion..

Fantastic experience: Dani has been amazing and the space is beautiful. The rest of the team has been very friendly and welcoming. And they all have been especially good to my 7 yr old son who now LOVES going to the dentist. UPDATE: I just had to add to my review as another employee has gone above and beyond. Amy has been incredible in dealing with an insurance issue I've had. She has reached out to my insurance company after doing a lot of digging to support a claim problem I'm having because of an issue caused by my insurance company. She has been the biggest help and I cannot thank her enough!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful staff and excellent dentistry! They don't try to push unnecessary tests or imaging like some other places I've been. Also AMAZING with kids. I have a 2yo who's been going since she got teeth and she loves coming in. They are very patient and focused on making every appointment a positive experience even if that means ending early. Would recommend to everyone!
