Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend confident smile densitry. I had to have a single tooth extraction unfortunately....I went in there really nervous about the procedure but Dr. Nguyen did a amazing job. The procedure was over in less than 2 mins. Her staff there are very nice as well and helpful. The dental area was very clean and comfortable. She explained everything in detail and had me out the door super fast. I will be going back for all my dental needs. Thank you guys so much.

Negative experience: Please be very careful coming here! I saw there were bad reviews about a male hygienist being rough during cleanings, so when I got there for my first appointment I asked the office manager, Tristan, about it. He assured me that the male hygienist did just “very thorough cleanings” and wasn’t rough. I did notice he was rough during my cleaning but chalked it up to the “thoroughness” Tristan had described. I should’ve known better, as I’ve had plenty of cleanings in my life and knew he really didn’t need to be that rough. However, when I got into my car after my cleaning I felt burning above one of my teeth and it turned into a full-blown abscess within 2 days. Now I have 1-2mm of my gums missing where the abscess had formed, which you can see in the pictures. Dr. Nguyen didn’t touch anywhere near that part of my mouth when I was there, so I know it was due to the cleaning. When I called and told Tristan what had happened, he had me send my photos to the office line and he said he would call me back once he talked with Dr. Nguyen. It’s been 4 days now and no call back. I had an appointment to get a scan for the 3M aligners which are thousands of dollars out of pocket. Apparently they just don’t care! If you want permanent gum damage, make an appointment here.

Fantastic experience: Great practice all around. Very friendly (and spooky the day before Halloween!) receptionist, and Dr Chi was lovely. So glad I found this practice!

Negative experience: Just to preface that this was my first visit at this practice. The office is very nice and clean, the workers at the front desk, the person taking my x-rays, and the dentist herself are all very nice. My only complaint was my cleaning as this was my biannual scheduled cleaning. It took less than 15 minutes to have my teeth cleaned and it felt like the hygienist was putting his entire body weight into the cleaning making it extremely painful and uncomfortable. At other practices, my cleaning usually takes 30 minutes or more as they want to thoroughly clean away anything that had built up over the past 6 months but it truly felt like the person who did my cleaning did not care and just wanted to get it over with. I left feeling like my teeth were not cleaned and sore.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dr. Nguyen and staff- I don’t want to go to any other dentist now!! I got two wisdom teeth extracted without laughing gas and it was about as seamless as the procedure can go. Less than 30 minutes. I won’t add photos, don’t worry!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Chi is Great! She cares about you and how your doing while she works on you. All staff members are courteous and very friendly. Happiest I have ever been since dealing with the dentist world.

Negative experience: I hate it and The doctor there sucked put me through so much pain so many different times I paid $1300 for a root canal I was literally in pain the whole time they had to keep on giving me numbing agents Very unhappy with their services Told me $1000 on the phone and came in and the guy said 1375 when I got there… also Sharp objects dropped in my mouth multiple times

Negative experience: Today they fired me as a patient . I don't care that they did it I care that they made me keep an appointment to have the screws put in for my implants I woke up early I took my medicare ride there I was there 30 minutes early because that's when the car took me there before the place opened and even though there was someone inside I stayed there until 7:30 which is when my appointment was . I waited another 20 minutes for them to tell me that I was no longer going to be their they gave me the clinic notes x-rays that I had asked for. I don't understand why they couldn't just send me an email and mail me those things instead of being petty and childish about making me go there and I had already taken my medication for the procedure what kind of a company does that to their patience? I'm going to ask their company that question. And maybe the BBB. They do not work well with someone who has anxiety disorder . I keep getting the runaround when I ask for my treatment notes they and my x-rays sent me a copy of my bills but I want a copy of my treatment and the notes that they put on it and who did what. Hippa says I have a right to it . 2 days ago I asked him to give it to me by Wednesday or Thursday closing at the latest I'm not taking the one star back they're keeping it. I've never had so much trouble with a dental office that I have here and I'm not even talking about the problems I have with the crowns that they put in and then had to put in again. And Tristan I don't want a phone call from you all I want is an email. I want everything in writing from now on. This was the original reviews it has changed since then. It is a very pretty looking dental office with chandeliers and fake orchids everywhere. It would be nice if they spent that money on a CBCT I think that's the letters scan. I had to go somewhere else which was its own Fiasco but I got my money back from them. Anyhow they have talked me into $14,000 worth of work and I agree I need the implants not so sure about the crowns and the first Crown didn't work out. I did call them about a question of after they finally got the scan and they said they were going to call me back the next week after they got a chance to look at it well it's been almost 3 weeks now that was on the 13th of July and I have not heard from I'm going to see them on Tuesday. I feel that when I spent that much money with them and I call them they should bloody well call me back. This dental work is going to probably be going on for another five or six months and this one star rating is going to stay there and it will really stay there if they don't start returning my phone calls. On the other hand even though I was angry with Aspen Dental they finally settled the problem and gave me my money back other than that the dental hygienist do answer my questions and I ask a lot more than I did when I was younger. They're very polite. The last time I was there they gave me a a pain shot and it didn't work. The first time I Grimaced they should have given me another one it hurt four more times after that. The next time I will insist on it. It's funny the first time they gave me a pain shot I didn't even feel the shot much less the pain after that it was a different person and I'm going to find out who that person was.

Negative experience: This place came highly recommended. The staff are friendly and the office is clean and modern, so they get a star for that. That being said, they (indirectly) refused to clean my teeth (the purpose of my visit) because i require procedures they claim must be done first that I can't afford (almost $4000). I specifically told them while making the appointment that I didn't have insurance or a lot of money, and that I didn't want to make a visit just to spend $150 for x-rays without a cleaning, and guess what happened? In essence, they're discriminating against me because I don't have enough money. So let me make sure I understand this, it makes more sense to do nothing than something?

Fantastic experience: I’ve been putting off my wisdom teeth removal out of fear but the team was so wonderful I had to check they had started and by then two were out! The person assisting was wonderful as well. She did my sealants first and helped me not feel as nervous. Great team!!

Fantastic experience: When I first came in I had y and 7mm deep pockets in various areas of my gum. A couple of years later my teeth are in great shape. They do an amazing job not only at addressing any issues you may have but also at educating you so you know what to do at home and how to do it right. I've followed their advise and just came in for a cleaning today and it was a very quick one because everything is looking great! I'm very thankful.

Fantastic experience: First off, this place is stunning. Being in a beautiful setting honestly makes the procedure less scary. I went to another dentist first, they wanted to do a root canal and a crown for $2500. They “thought” I had a tooth fracture, took a tooth hammer and banged on each one of my teeth to see which one I felt pain in, but they weren’t sure, so a root canal was their suggestion. The other dentist told me I had no cavities, everything looked great. I said no, let’s just pull the tooth. They didn’t offer that service and that’s when I found Confident Smile. They offered everything in house. Come to find out, not only did that tooth have a fracture that was fully visible, that Dr. Nguyen took the time and showed me each one of my teeth, explained each tooth in the x-ray, but it had a cavity, tooth decay, and it was loose. None of which the other Dentist mentioned or took the time to show me. I was definitely nervous to get my tooth pulled, I’ve never done that before, and let me tell you. I was shocked. She numbed me, we chatted, said okay, opened my mouth, did a tug and the tooth was out and I was on my way. I was in disbelief how easy that was and absolutely pain free. I will absolutely be coming back here for more work that the previous dentist missed. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. I will absolutely recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: I tend to avoid going to the dentist, but confident smile dentistry has helped me so much, to the point I actually look forward to seeing them. I recently got crowns done and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The crowns look natural, my teeth are now pain free, and they feel great…highly recommend!

Negative experience: I’ve shared this with the check out. The male cleaner needs to find another job. He was rushing through the cleaning and was too forceful. At one point I had to seat up in the chair because he didn’t seem to care he was hurting me and he was water boarding me with the water and was hitting my tongue with the pick. I told him to slow down and be gentle which he was then not even 5 minutes later he was being forceful again. When the cleaning over I was still tasting blood. This is the first time I’ve had an issue

Negative experience: Horrible experience. If I could give negative stars I would. Waited for the dentist for over 30 minutes. My appointment was at 2:30 and I waited until 3:40 and nobody showed up so I decided to leave. Do not come here. I do not recommend this place.

Negative experience: I have been a loyal patient of this dental office for years and never had an issue—until today. I am extremely disappointed with how they handled my appointment. The office changed my appointment time multiple times and only notified me on the day of. I had taken time off work specifically for the original appointment window, which I clearly communicated could not be changed. Despite being told, “No problem, just come in at your scheduled time,” I arrived to find out they had moved my appointment again without my consent. I reminded them I couldn’t stay long due to work, but they showed no regard for my time or situation. What made it worse is that no one acknowledged the inconvenience or offered an apology. The lack of communication and basic courtesy is unacceptable—especially from a healthcare provider. Sadly, I will not be returning, and I can no longer recommend this office to others.

Negative experience: My wife had her teeth cleaned today, and it was anything but pleasant. The dental assistant who cleaned her was not gentle and was very rough on her teeth. Very unprofessional in her opinion. Would not recommend this person to anyone.

Negative experience: This "Dentist" diagnosed with me with 4 cavities, prodded my gums to discomfort during the exam, and tried to sell me a "deep" cleaning. My new dentist, who graduated from NYU dental school, found no cavities, didn't try to sell me anything and ordered routine cleaning.

Negative experience: I went to Confident Smile on February 27th as a new patient. I left the office with a treatment plan for $4,614. This seemed excessive so I went to see my son's dentist (an exceptional doctor) for a second opinion and walked out with a treatment plan for less than $500. Many of the procedures recommended by Dr. Nguyen were not necessary and I am glad I took the time for a second opinion.

Fantastic experience: Wisdom Teeth Extraction!! Wow! An amazing, comfortable experience is an understatement. I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted and I felt no pain, was very relaxed during the whole procedure, and it was very quick! The entire staff at Confident Smile is very thorough and compassionate with the work they do here. From both doctors, all of the dental assistants, treatment plan coordinators, and front staff, you can feel that they truly want to help you and meet your needs/concerns. Negative experience: Confident Smile Dentistry is the car salesman of the dental industry. High pressure sales tactics and price gouging. Save yourself the time and money and go to a dentist office that actually cares about your health more than lining their pockets. They will make you pay for treatments prior to services rendered.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I went in for cleanings recently. I’m an existing patient but he is a new patient and hasn’t been to the dentist in a long time. We appreciate the time they took to talk to both of us about the treatment plan for my husband. I also had a great regular cleaning myself and was satisfied with the job the hygienist did. They have done some extensive work and are very upfront about costs and treatment plan. The crowns they produce are the best I’ve ever had. They fit correctly without a lot of modification. Their equipment is very modern. I have recommended them to many people who are equally satisfied with this practice. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I had a temporary crown put in and the next day the crown came out and was causing a little sensitivity. The technician Shrlia took care of my issue. She was very professional and sincerely attentive to my issue and took her time to make sure I didn’t leave until I had no discomfort. Dr Chi, Shrlia is certainly a keeper and and in my opinion is an asset to Confident Smile Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: I'd give above 5 stars if I could. Every employee and doctor here is amazing at their job and super kind and patient. They work with me on my schedule and have no issues rescheduling if need be. I had to have a root canal and I literally didn't even feel the numbing injection. They always make me feel comfortable and welcome and they take my insurance which is Aetna Medicare. Highly recommended.

Update: 7/31/24 Today I received my permanent crowns,l Bridges and a filling. The Dr's are the best, all the dental assistants are so caring and give you excellent care. You can have a break in between, they are constantly asking if you are ok, they work tirelessly. You can tell they care about you and your well being, you aren't just a number. I appreciate everything the did for me. You feel like family.
