Fantastic experience: I had an incredible experience with Dr. Grewal and her assistant Rebecca, truly an amazing team, like two birds flying perfectly in sync. Dr. Grewal explained every step with so much clarity and patience, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. Her bedside manner is warm, comforting, and honestly, we connected so well I felt like I could sit and talk to her for hours. Rebecca is equally wonderful, and together they make every appointment feel stress free. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional. The office itself is beautiful and equipped with high-end technology they even make crowns in-office, which is unbelievably convenient and saves so much time compared to waiting for a lab. Fantastic experience: It’s been long overdue since I’ve been to a dentist. I’ve bounced around doctors not feeling the greatest with their practice. The amount of dental work that’s been done to my teeth is more than most will endure. After doing long research of doctors and practices. I decided to go with West Washington Dental, purely based on reviews and what my insurance recommended. I promise, you will not be disappointed. Dr. Grewal and staff were so kind, patient, and beyond empathetic. I was coming into this office feeling ashamed and embarrassed because i haven’t kept up with my dental visits, but, Dr. Grewal has absolutely removed the burden off my shoulders. I can’t thank them enough and they will be my primary dentist from this day forward. If you urgently need your teeth cleaned or worked on. Don’t skip a beat, just call, and you’ll feel like home. I wish i came sooner.

Fantastic experience: I called with an extreme amount of pain late night and my insurance gave me a list of providers and they called me in hours later my first time and I was extremely pleased and grateful how much they cared. I will be returning as Dr G is stuck with me

Fantastic experience: Been coming here since I was 8 now I’m 23. my husband and daughter both come here as well. They take their time getting to know their patients which eases the experience for those so don’t enjoy the dentist. Will still be traveling here even when I move back to Pennsylvania.

I scheduled a cleaning with Dr. Meghadri, who was very knowledgeable and patient - he took the time to answer all of my questions before starting my cleaning, which I really appreciated. Becca, the hygienist, was wonderful as well! Everyone I encountered was kind, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. I’m actually looking forward to my next visit, which says a lot for a dental appointment!

Negative experience: Very good experience. Dr is kind and gentle with kids. ^^-*** this was written after one apt when the receptionist pointed to my phone after texting me to click a link to do a review at check in. In isolation, maybe fine, but then they request to take videos of my kid at the apt. It’s all too much. They are nice and good with kids— I will say that. More importantly, next visit I call to let them know my kid has pain. Dentist comes in and drills other side only addressing pain after fillings— even though I told her he was in pain and told staff. Now it was x’s 2. Later that day due to the extreme pain I request abx- denied. I spoke to an Endodontist who recommended abx- said it was standard. I call back, leave text messages stating Endo recommended abox- and no call back until days later after I already took my kid to Urgent Care where they prescribed abx. Not great communication between staff and Dr. The Google review requests are pushy and odd. Should have prescribed abx as it was clinically appropriate. Won’t be returning.

Fantastic experience: Hi my name's Phil, 75yrs. And just had my 20-year-old full dentures replaced by West Family Dentistry, Washington New Jersey. I'm in heaven. I have a narrow mouth which makes it more difficult to get just right. Dr Grawal and her nearly three decades of experience... On a scale of 1 to 10.... gets a 10 +. The entire staff of essentials were all very engaging.... Mari at the scheduling desk keeps everything smoothly flowing and gets answers to customers questions quickly,,, Rebecca is Dr Grewal's second set of hands,,, wonderfully competent. I was also impressed by the mechanical equipment from the panorama X-ray to other devices I felt all of which were very up-to-date . On aesthetics.... I'm used to the look of my old dentures and they were able to replicate that look 100% and I went a couple of shades of whiter... So happy I did. One last note.... After 20 years of full denture wearing ....bone loss in the lower jaw is a big factor for me and also problematic in getting the right fit so that no food particles get in between the denture and the gums .... As a new patient I found the office staff professional, friendly and understanding. Their facility is comfortable and very clean with the newest technology. Dr. Meghadri and Wendy explained everything around my procedure and he was excellent at minimizing anxiety (I'm not a big fan of dental visits anywhere). Fantastic experience: Extremely positive experience. This dental office is a 5 star from start to finish. They eased all my anxiety about any dental work I need done! Great place!

Negative experience: Both my little sister and I can attest that they treat children significantly worse than adults. As my mom has had nothing but good experiences with this dentistry, but every single time my sister or I go, we’re either rushed, they do a sloppy job, they leave us waiting for 45 minutes (which they did to me), or a mixture of all three. The cherry on top, and the only reason I’m writing this review is because they tried to force me into giving them a 5 star review.

Fantastic experience: Lots of people will leave a review if they didn't enjoy an experience but not everyone will leave a review if everything did go right. West Washington family not only took fantastic care of my 6 year old who needed multiple fillings but they were incredibly sweet with my 3 year old as well. From the moment we walked in the staff was attentive and kind. One of the sweet girls at the front desk even pulled out crayons for my little girl to color while she waited for her brother. Dr.Grewal was so patient with my son who's never had a filling, she stopped to explain what she was going to do and treated him with respect. The entire vibe of this place is just so family friendly. It feels like your going to see old friends, no ones rushed, your not just a name on a chart and they actually care about you! 10/10 would recommend! ❤️
