Positive experience: I've had bad experiences in the past (not with the doctors or hygienists but with office staff) however, this last visit was very pleasant, lady at the desk was very friendly and Lauren the hygienist was absolutely pain free!

Negative experience: I had to wait forever to get a cleaning. My first appointment and I got right in. Met the dentist almost immediately, super nice and knowledgeable. She told me they were running ahead and I would see the clean soon. Then nearly 40 minutes later I was getting a cleaning. Very painful cleaning.

Fantastic experience: The following is a post that I wrote in 2021 and somehow THOUGHT I posted but did not: Dr Mark Beck has been taking care of my teeth for decades. That in itself should tell you something! His staff is super friendly and Dr Beck always surpass my expectations. Dr Beck is very experienced, knowledgeable, and good at what he does. Dr Beck's honesty and integrity is unmatched in that he always puts the welfare of my dental health first and above his profit margin. One of the things that I like the best about Dr Beck however, is that he is always concerned about my comfort. Over the years I have moved a few times and because of my proximity, it would be way more convenient to find a dentist that is much closer to me. Dr Beck's experience and my experience with Dr Beck makes me not want to even consider another dentist. Forward to today, 2/13/2025, Dr Stephen Beck has joined the practice a small handful of years ago. Dr Stephan is an outstanding dentist who attends to my dental needs now. I trust Dr Stephen's skill and ethic just like I have trusted his father for so many years.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this office since I was a child. I am in my late 30s now and still love it there. Everyone is so nice and professional. My hygienist, Lauren, is the best! Highly recommend coming here for dental care.

Positive experience: The hygienist and dentists are very good and friendly. They are honest and are not there to do unjust dental care to make extra money. Appts are hard to come by and Kelly is not willing to work with trying to accommodate times/day for appts. I was told there were not any appts til Dec and then while waiting to go back she offered a gentlemen two dates in the current month. I was a little surprised.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Dr. Beck since I was in my twenties and still 40 years later. He listens and provides the best care. Hygenist Sue is amazing. Positive experience: Everything went well with my cleaning. My complaint would be that I was overdue for my cleaning because my last scheduled appointment I called to let them know that I’d be 5/10 minutes late due to very heavy traffic along my route. They said that they couldn’t accommodate me & I’d have to reschedule. OK fine. However, when I go to this appointment, I’m In the waiting room for 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time waiting to be called back. I’ve been a client there for many years and that was the first time that I was running late for an appointment. But it definitely was not the first time that I had to sit and wait well after my scheduled time to be seen. That doesn’t sit well with me.

Fantastic experience: The staff is always very helpful and friendly. There is usually not much of a wait period. They are pretty prompt with the appointment time. Another plus is that they file your paperwork with your insurance company for you!

Fantastic experience: I am adult that has problems with anxiety with the DDS since I had to see the DDS as a child. The staff here and Dr Julia over the years have been aware of this and are always caring. My teeth are always having dental cavities. Over time I am getting less anxiety when I step through the door due to the kindness of staff and Dr Julia. Thank you to all the staff & Dr Julia!

Fantastic experience: Saw the guy hygienist, who is taking part of Anne’s work load for Dr. Kaufman, he did a good job, made you feel comfortable, reviews your chart with you first, and was thorough. Dr. Kaufman came in for a quick check as I already had a treatment plan in place for a cavity :(

I was in a recently added workspace with new equipment and x-rays were taken, my teeth were cleaned, the dentist checked things out and made some recommendations for future actions and my next appointments were booked. Fantastic experience: New patient so one time experience may not give an accurate assessment of this facility. But I must say, Liz gave me the best cleaning I have had in over a decade. I was seen right at my appointment time, and Dr. Powell was very personable, seemed well educated, and was willing to work with my busy schedule.

Fantastic experience: Great service all around! I came for my 6 month cleaning/check. I have sensitive teeth and highly appreciated the dental assistant allowing me to rinse my teeth by swishing the water in my mouth instead of her rinsing directly on them. It's a little detail but makes a big difference to my comfort. I've been a patient for a few years now and always feel my teeth get the deepest, most thorough clean here. I appreciated the counseling on preventative care from the dental assistant and Dr. Zerega. Everyone I've encountered is very professional, courteous, gentle, and considerate of time.
