Fantastic experience: This was a stellar experience. I’d been somewhat prepared after one of my best friends recommended Dr. Dennis, but my visit today outshone that expectation by a long shot. I felt completely comfortable, both physically and emotionally, while I had the most thorough dental encounter of my life. Not only did I feel heard, but I felt an instant connection with Dr. Dennis and Kenzie, my dental hygienist. I cannot recommend this practice and Dr. Dennis enough and today was just my first visit. I’ve got several items on the agenda and upon leaving, I felt completely confident they will all be addressed and handled with the utmost attention and care. Thank you for today and I look forward to our time together!

Fantastic experience: Very happy with this place for many reasons. First, it is very clean. Second, Everyone who works here is very professional, transparent, knowledgeable, caring, genuine, and nice. I started going here because my fiancé has been going here for years and raves about them. He’s actually had quite a bit of work done on his mouth and it has always been at the highest standard. He was a kid that was afraid of the dentist so for him to say he likes going here, that means a lot. I’ve never really had issues with my teeth so at first I thought it was unnecessary, I just needed a generic dentist for cleaning. I’m glad I gave them a shot because every time I go there I feel so well taken care of, and they never try to force the newest tech, etc on me. They really are just there to take care of your mouth and do what is best for you. Now I couldn’t imagine going to any ole office. Thank you for taking care of us! ❤️

Fantastic experience: This is absolutely the best dentist I’ve ever been to, although teeth work is never fun, they made it as calm and comfortable as i ever could have been . All the staff was welcoming and Kenzie & Kate were very helpful and knowledgeable. We got setup to get our issues resolved and actually more than we even thought possible, it was great & I’ve not once left a dentist excited but I am so excited to get my teeth fixed here .

Fantastic experience: Professionalism, kindness and transparency. In here you feel like home. As soon as you enter you feel a respectful but cozy family environment, including the way the doctors and technician treat each other and your family. In here they find solutions to your dentistry problems, going further than just cleaning and flossing. Oral health in another level providing cost estimates ahead of time to avoid any misunderstandings. Also you can count of being seen twice a year or more frequent as needed, without excuses of no availability. Our family love this place.

Fantastic experience: Just started my Invisalign treatment. Nicole was super friendly! She made the process very easy to understand. I'm so grateful for this team! I never had Invisalign recommended to me before (as I have decently straight teeth from braces in my younger years), so I wasn't sure if it was mostly for cosmetics and sales purposes. HOWEVER, I went to another Ortho to get a second opinion, and they also recommended it for me due to some teeth crowding and receding gums (the same reason Dr Dennis gave). With that being said, my confidence grew in Dr Dennis' practice (as she is a new dentist to me) and I couldn't be more happier with my time there so far. 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: Hope Dentistry was so easy to find, and even more peaceful in person than in the photos! The bubbling rock fountain at the entrance immediately set a calming tone. The receptionist greeted me with genuine warmth, gave me a quick tour, and even a thoughtful welcome gift. My hygienist, Kenzie, was caring, funny, and attentive—she made sure I was completely comfortable and answered all my questions. Both Kenzie and Dr. Dennis were exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout my visit. Truly an outstanding experience!

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to Dr. Dennis' office since 2001. I always receive the best dental care possible. Today Sally cleaned my teeth with great skill and care. She has a great chair-side manner. Dr. Dennis stopped by after to check my teeth and chat for a few. I will always be grateful to her for the best and kindest education about how to care for my teeth! My visits to this office are always pain-free with no stress. Fantastic experience: Omg this place is crazy I have never in my life been to a dentist or anything this nice before it really felt like a spa not a dentist they literally have pillows and bottled water chapstick and all kinds of stuff to make u comfortable the chairs were even comfortable the whole staff was the nicest people I ever met they have gifts for u waiting on the chair when u walk in for being a new patient it was amazing ANDDDDDDD they cost for Invisalign is like half the price of other places so I get to finally start getting my teeth straight they ARE actually affordable I’m so happy right now

Fantastic experience: Having just moved to this area and I hadn't yet gotten a new dentist yet. When I chipped my front tooth, my next door neighbor recommended this office. They got me in within 2 hours of calling. The building is adorable and located in a woodsy area so that you can watch wildlife outside as you sit in the chair. They have cutting edge, mind blowing technology with their own lab that make the crowns while you wait. No need to make temporaries and return later for the permanents. I can't begin to say how impressed I was by the service! I thought the bill would be really high given how many things were done over more than 90 minutes. I got out for a tiny fraction of what I expected!!! I am thrilled to have found this practice!

Fantastic experience: I love this place. So chic and everyone is pleasant and professional from the front desk to the lab. Truly a best in class experience. Sara is my hygienist and have all kinds of game changing tips for a cleaner mouth.

Negative experience: Only gave them a 1 because 0 is not an option. Charged WAY too much. Gave my 83 year old dad a partial that only lasted 5 months!!!! It had 4 teeth in it and all 4 had fallen out within 5 months. There response. Sorry. It was only a temporary fix. No offer to fix it. Said it’s not an option. But they can make a new one for $3000. What a crock!! I would not recommend!!! Terrible!!!!

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency appointment and was able to be seen right away. All of the staff spent ample time with me trying to figure out my problem, even though I was basically a walk-in. I would definitely recommend this dentist office.

Fantastic experience: Went for the initial Invisalign consult. Very impressed with the office. They made me feel very welcome with a nice card and gift. They gave a tour of their office which was a fun surprise. Nicole who does the Invisalign with the Dr was amazing. Susan, give that woman a raise! Fantastic experience: Edited 8/21/25 I have now been receiving Invisalign care by Dr. Dennis and her team for a year. I could not recommend her services more! Not only is Dr. Dennis knowledgeable and professional, but she has a kind heart. And her staff mirror that kindness and personalization in their care. Nicole is the dental assistant that I see the most and she is great! The entire team from front office staff throughout the building are top notch! The issues I was having with TMJ (jaw pain, ear pain, headaches) are mostly resolved at this point and I credit it to a combination of trusting God and Dr. Dennis’s guidance in using Invisalign intervention. Initial review (2024) A very good first impression! The office staff were professional and personable. More than that, my dental hygienist, Sara, showed personal interest in my situation and took it upon herself to make sure I was well cared for. I am just starting my journey with Dr. Dennis but I have an increased confidence in what is to come because of my first visit. I am looking forward to what lies ahead.

Fantastic experience: Was in for a cleaning today and had a sore tooth that I wanted the team to look at. Turned out the crown was loose but looking deeper, the underlying tooth was cracked and needed to be removed. The team went into action and were able to extract the tooth immediately! Incredible dentistry and a great group to work with. Thankful for the quick and professional attention!

Negative experience: EDIT: I 100% have went here and am not confused with another dentist. Please get a second opinion before letting this office do work on your mouth!!! They told me I needed thousands of dollars worth of work done which is not at all the case. Be so careful!

Negative experience: They told me I needed tons of money put in my mouth, turns out they just wanted me putting that money in their pocket! All their good reviews are crap! there are raffles the do in office and for entries in the raffle, u have to leave a positive review on Google. They are like used car salesman. They weasel you in to fancy luxurys they say you need. All I wanted was a teeth cleaning they gave me 2 appointments of just pics of my teeth. And tried to convince me I needed this 700 dollar special cleaning. (Cleaning are free on my insurance) They took pick the didn't need. Never addressed what I actually went there for 2 appointments of just pics fancy high end pics I didn't want or ask for. So also they never told my my insurance was out of network! This place is a horrible money grabbing greedy bunch of people who raffles off grills and camping gear in exchange for good reviews. I'm glad I went alone b4 I made appointments for my family of 5! And when I called about outrageous charges for a teeth cleaning all I got was put on hold and sent emails that made no sense! This place is a rip off DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dennis and her team are absolutely amazing! They have gone above and beyond to make sure I feel welcomed and comfortable! I first came in due to an emergency wisdom teeth removal and they were able to get me an appointment next day with a surgeon. I also hadn't been to a dentist since graduating high school amd they were not judgmental about it at all and only cared about getting my teeth back to a healthy place.They are so thorough with their work and make sure you understand everything that they're doing. Im so happy to be continuing my care with them a regular from now on! Big shout out to Sara who did my first cleaning today! I loved how knowledgeable she was and she was happy to answer any questions that I might have had! She made sure I was as comfortable as possible and spared no effort to ensure I wasn't in too much pain! Thank you again for everything!

Fantastic experience: I have a long history of dental care, my mother started investing in work at age 11. In the many procedures since, I have never been treated with the respect and concern that Dr Dennis showed me. This is the first time that I haven't been numb from nose to chin with novocaine, she is so gentle and takes the time and effort to give the best experience possible. And, most important, she does beautiful work. I highly recommend Dr Dennis and her entire crew. It starts with the front desk and continues with all the staff. Friendly and skilled is a good combination. Personal experience with Dr Jessica and Danielle have been great.

Fantastic experience: Incredible office and staff. I had a dental emergency and they worked hard to make room for me to come same day (on a Friday!!). The dentist and staff did an amazing job. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr Dennis for 9 years. Dr. Dennis is most caring person along with her entire staff. I have received the best care, I am on a fixed income neverthless Dr Dennis and her staff aways come up with a strategy so I can receive the services that I need. They are genuinely concern with my well-being and how I feel. I am terrified of needles. They always take the time to put me at ease. I will be her patient for the rest of my life. Positive experience: Full disclosure - I am an extremely nervous dental patient. My first appointment (no cleaning or anything) took two hours! I was not at all prepared for this. A great deal of that time was spent waiting (in the waiting room for my appointment to start, then in the exam room a few separate times for various staff members to become available). Waiting/anticipation definitely makes me extra panicky so this was tough. After one particularly long stretch alone in the room, I was certain they'd forgotten about me (they hadn't, of course). I read reviews before I selected this place that spoke of the beautiful setting and nice view out the windows, but I missed out on that experience, as my time was spent in a small, windowless room. The office itself was fairly noisy with conversation and bustling with people (just a busy place in general - not a bad thing but I think I was hoping for a more calming environment). Everybody I met seemed nice, and everyone was professional and thorough in their explanations. They did acknowledge my anxiety and ask if I needed breaks throughout the appointment (no, the opposite actually! Please get this over with as quickly as possible so I can get out of here!!) By the end of the two hours, my nerves were so shot that I am not sure I was able to really process what anyone was saying to me. My previous dentist set the bar really high by providing such a gentle, relaxing, calm experience (and by immediately offering an anti anxiety prescription for all future visits, which certainly helped me a ton!) I chose this place hoping for a similar vibe. Definitely going to give them another chance, and I am hopeful that my next visit will be more enjoyable, considering all the positive reviews. Fingers crossed!

Fantastic experience: Bobbi makes you feel welcome the minute you come through the door. Stephanie helped me feel comfortable with a blanket and neck pillow and Dr. Alva was patient with me and my many questions. 1 filling done thanks to Dr. Alva and Stephanie.

Negative experience: Called for pricing on standard procedures. Was told they don’t give out cost info. So I have to spend money in order to find out anything about how much money I’m going to have to spend. Other dentists I’ve called have price list for standard procedures such as fmx’s, simple extractions, surgical extractions, etc…. How can I compare pricing to make a wise decision without any info - until I come in for an appointment and pay. Not someone I want to do business with.

Fantastic experience: I recently switched to Dr. Dennis, and she is absolutely fantastic! The staff is not only kind and compassionate but also incredibly knowledgeable. The office is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, ensuring top-notch care. As someone who is typically anxious about dental visits, Dr. Dennis goes out of her way to make me feel completely at ease.

Fantastic experience: Brought my fiance here and they are so amazing and so sweet. I plan on scheduling with them very soon! I had braces and have missing teeth so my teeth are genetically bad and I don't feel discouraged at all.

Fantastic experience: Sara and Stephanie took wonderful care of me! Sara made sure to walk me through the entire process before beginning, putting my mind at ease. She was very thorough during my cleaning, taking my input into account and making sure I left with pearly whites! The scheduler also got me in even after a scheduling mix up! You know you're at the right place when you get top tier treatment and a good laugh all in the same visit.

Negative experience: Great service, dental assistant and provider both really nice and thoughtful. However there quotes are substantially inaccurate, I went in with no pain, now I am in horrible pain. Can't afford another dental bill, was told that they do work with my insurance. Received and bill, and on that bill they do not participate with my insurance even though I asked multiple times at the office and was told YES. Went in with no pain, left with pain, and a really big unessary bill. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Sara and Kate helped me at my last couple of appointments - they are such a great team! Both are kind, personable, and knowledgeable. Sara is hands down the best hygienist I have ever had! Very gentle, patient, and easy to talk to. Grateful for these ladies and the work they do!

Positive experience: The staff at the office were very friendly and caring, which made for a welcoming environment. However, my experience left me feeling frustrated due to a lack of transparency regarding costs. I initially went in for a basic dental cleaning, but they performed additional new patient checkups, which I didn’t mind since it ensured everything was fine. Typically, I expect X-rays, gum charting, and an oral evaluation, but they also took some extra photos which I never experienced before and without mentioning whether these were necessary or if they would incur an additional charge. It wasn’t until I was at the billing counter that they informed me the photos weren’t covered by insurance, meaning I had to pay out of pocket. This was disappointing because they clearly knew in advance that the photos weren’t covered but never asked or communicated this upfront. To make matters worse, I ended up not even getting my teeth cleaned during the visit. While I appreciate new technology and thorough checkups, transparency is key. Patients should be made aware of potential out-of-pocket costs before procedures are done, not after. Moving forward, I’d be skeptical about whether they might add on unexpected services that aren’t covered by insurance, which takes away from the trust I’d like to have in a dental provider.

Fantastic experience: All the staff is amazing! Making you feel comfortable and welcoming! Dr. Susan Dennis is an amazing Dentist and an all around Great person. Sara and Dr. Jessica Dornoff, did such a thorough exam and the state of the art technology was really impressive! They gave me a gift welcoming me as a patient asked if I needed anything even offered a blanket for comfort! 10/10 Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Always a wonderful experience going to the dentist! My kids look forward to it now and that’s huge! The entire staff from the front desk, to the hygienist, to Dr Alva and Dr Dennis, they are top notch! Bobbi at the front desk is always so kind and welcoming, Sally my hygienist today is so bubbly, kind and informative and then Dr. Alva and Dr. Dennis are always kind, supportive and educational. You feel heard and they make you feel that your dental experience is always a good one. They make you feel a part of your dental decisions and nothing is ever pushed on you. It’s about what you are comfortable with doing and they are always supportive in that sense. I am so thankful my family has joined this dental office as we all now get to experience this wonderful team. Thank you Dr Dennis office for all you do!

Fantastic experience: My experience from the beginning to the end was great. Dr. Dornoff is precise and gentle. The assistant Alondra was friendly and professional. The office offers lots of things to make your visit pleasant. Like stress dove, chapstick, water, knee and neck pillows, blanket, snack and more. I highly recommend

Fantastic experience: We were referred here by hygienist extraordinaire Sara! And I am so thankful for it. My daughter is very self conscious of her teeth, and this office has been so welcoming and willing customize a plan to build her confidence back up. Such a great Invisalign package - I could NOT pass it up! Not to mention the office is just beautiful. Probably the nicest dentist office I have ever been in. Dr. Dennis even sat and chatted with my daughter about her favorite subject and gave her book recommendations (which she couldn't remember the name of, but she took the time to figure it out!). Just an all around great experience. Very pleased with everything and excited for my daughter. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience here! I saw two other dentists for my TMJ issues before finding Danielle and the wonderful team at Dr. Dennis’ office who were able to diagnose and fix these issues within a month after over a year of pain. They have been wonderful in my care ever since and always available to help answer questions and check in when needed.

Fantastic experience: I am regularly impressed by the seamless flow and effort of the front desk staff. I just finished a round of Invisalign here, so have had more appointment wrangling in this last year than when I just have regular cleanings, and gosh, did the front desk work hard to make it work as easily as possible with my busy schedule. In addition to that, Dr. Susan Dennis is rigorous in her approach to provide quality care. She is honest, spirited, and strives for the best for her patients. After finishing Invisalign, she smoothed the corners of some of my front teeth to give my smile the most lovely feminine look. I am thrilled with the work of this practice.

Fantastic experience: After many years of having Dentist fear from past bad experiences, they had me at ease with in minutes. The staff was exceptional in letting me know the process during my initial visit. During the X-rays they told me I could raise my hand at anytime to stop, offered me sunglasses to wear during the gum exam as well as the consultation with Dr. Alva. I truly feel after 1 visit I have finally found the dentist for me. They are a very caring practice, and offer you a neck pillow, blanket, disposable ear buds, water, coffee etc to make your experience a more pleasant one.

Negative experience: So I had appointment today did all the paperwork online showed up on time 90 percent of the staff very friendly. Had the appointment down with found out they don’t offer what I’m looking for. Which I said to one of the office staff when I made the appointment to begin with. His name was Tyler find out it cost a 160 just to waste my time and get another useless xray. When asked by the hygienist to get a quote for something they Offered. He couldn’t do it Instead of him, asking for help from somebody else, he just sat there with a smug look on his face. So if you wanna be lied to, I would go there and deal with Tyler. I feel sorry for any of the staff that actually has to work with him. Actually no they couldn't find a referral form and I didn't receive any text or email with there name or business phone number. But let's not talk about lying about providing a service that you don't do. But yet he said you did so that's money and time wasted not to mention extra radiation from getting a unneeded x-ray. But of course you can't admit to that what a shame.

Negative experience: Numerous issues with scheduling. They canceled appointments without explanation several times for me and family members; asked me to come in early and then couldn't complete task; sent me up to GR for a root canal. And there were issues using Delta Dental. They are Dr. centered, not patient centered.

Fantastic experience: I wish I could give this place 1000 stars. My son had a dental emergency and after speaking with the front desk representative she was able to explain our situation to the dentist and we were seen 2 hours later! He was able to get the service he required done and the entire time they were so accommodating and caring. Such a pleasant experience all around. THANK YOU!!!!

Fantastic experience: I dislodged a crown last weekend while out of town. When I called the office first thing Monday morning, they made a spot in the schedule right away. The crown was reseated and I was on my way within an hour. I’ve been a patient of Dr Dennis and group for many years and have always had a great experience with all services received. I recommend this practice for anyone looking for state of the art, compassionate care.
