Negative experience: Not impressed let me tell you my experience and you decide. I went there because I wanted to see a dr. I had seen at a different location in North jacksonville. I made my appointment and specifically asked to see this Dr. Had to wait a couple days to get the appointment.when I was in the office was told at the last minute Dr. Had to leave not because of emergency but because of a recital for his child he had forgot about. They said that another Dr. Could see me or I could leave. I had taken of work to make this appointment and had just started a new job and didn't want to take off another day so I agreed to see other Dr. Very nice person told me my options and told me they would be right back to start the procedure when the dental assistant came in and told me this Dr. Now had to leave unexpectedly. I was extremely disappointed. And was told I needed to reschedule but they could do it on weekend so I wouldn't have to take off work. My tooth was cracked in half so I had been in pain now for a week now.when I left there I was sent to a different room with someone who was not a dr. But more like a salesperson selling me a car. I was told that I would have to pay 60 percent of procedure that wouldn't be done until Saturday which turned out to be Sunday because of incompetence of the office.whe I finally got my tooth pulled had to wait until the back office was ready for me again to pay my bill they let someone in front of me where I had to wait even longer. When I finally made it back there my bill became bigger than the 40 percent that I was suppose to owe where I told the person I already had paid 60percent where she looked confused staring at the computer screen. Now I have dry socket because stitches had came out 3 days later. This was my first experience with Harbour dental and have learned my lesson.

Fantastic experience: Mona cleaned my teeth today and she gave me a next level experience. She made the experience more personal by introducing herself and going through my history as well as my habits. She explained everything to me before she did it and she even corrected me on flossing.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough kind things about Dr Sousou and her assistant Alyssa! I was terrified,I have never had a tooth pulled. Both of them were so kind and understanding. Dr. Sousou had the tooth out before I even knew what was happening. Completely painless. I'm returning to her for a follow-up and to continue my dental care. I'm so glad I found Harbour Dental.

Positive experience: Absolutely loved the vibes here everyone everyone here is so nice and friendly. Nyla is always smiles and always brings positive energy whenever I went here and I've been to A LOT of dentist offices and I stuck with this one specifically because my first interaction with Nyla made my root canal process so much more relaxing and comfortable so | just knew I'd get the same energy next appointment and having dental anxiety due to past offices mistreating me she was really a breath of fresh air, truly. This place really is the best place I've been to out of all the places I've to. Will 10000% come back if needed

Negative experience: DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT go to this place! We’ve been away on vacation and my husband was in so much pain and discomfort from an abscess the last few days of our trip so I needed to get him to a dentist as quickly as possible. If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m in the medical field and knew my husband needed antibiotics. The dentist told him he did not have an infection and to come back tomorrow to have the tooth extracted. He has the classic symptoms of an abscess; swollen face, lesion inside his mouth on the side of the bad tooth and pain. Thankfully I was able to get him some antibiotics. Money and sales was more important at this dental practice, my husband says they were talking to him about getting implants.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Gherman and Alyssa are an amazing team. I can not thank them enough for being so kind and professional! The process was so smooth from the time I made my appointment all the way through my procedure! I would highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I are new patients at Harbor Dental. Very professional and friendly staff from front desk to treatment coordinator. Thorough first exam. Nalia, Maria and Dr Sousou were excellent. Was able to get cleanings after initial exam a few days later due to cancelations. Mona did a thorough cleaning and was very thorough and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: I've only been to Harbor Dental twice. The first time, l needed my invisalign upper tray replaced, because l loss it. They replaced it at no charge and l was able to pick it up the next day. A week later, l went back for a cleaning, and the hygienist (Mona) was so thorough. She took her time to explain everything to me and made sure l understood. She also asked me to show her how l floss! Im 53 years old and have been going to a dentist regularly most of my adult life, and no one has ever asked me to show them how l floss! She theh gave me a mirror to watch as she flossed my teeth the correct way. Im so impressed by the kindness, concern, and professionalism shown by the entire staff. And, they see patients on the weekend! I have found my new dentist office. I Definitely recommend them. Thank you Harbor Dental for putting a smile on my face!

Excellent dental and patient care from the front desk and everyone in between to the check -out desk. The hygienists are wonderful, especially Mona. She greets you with a smile, explains every step of the care/ procedure as she takes care of your teeth, and is always pleasant and positive. Recommend 100% for anyone seeking a great dentist (and i know because I've experienced not so great ones at other businesses in the past). Love it here.

Fantastic experience: I was impressed with the professionalism and the genuine concern with my oral health. I had a tooth extracted by Dr. Frazier and it went so smoothly!!! It’s the first time I’ve ever left an extraction without a mouth full of gauze! Truly a great experience. The office staff was also extremely helpful and helped me get in immediately without having to pay for exam and X-rays as a new patient out of insurance circle. I would give more stars if I could!

They walked me through safely removing my loose tooth myself rather than pushing an expensive procedure, and even sent me home with numbing gel to help. Fantastic experience: There are no words to describe the amazing care I received from both Dr. Sousou and her assistant JoJo! i was extremely nervous about the bridge I needed to have replaced and Dr. Sousou listened to me while remaining understanding and reassuring throughout the removal process. Unfortunately, the temporary bridge came out which caused me both discomfort and anxiety. I returned to the office and was blessed to meet JoJo! She is a total Rock Star! She listened to my fears and kept saying " I hear you. no worries. I got you!." To say she went above and beyond is an understatement! She consulted with Dr. Sousou about her plan and was meticulous in her skills to re-cement my bridge. Her creative talent involved some "tricks" to make sure it stayed in place, as I travel across the country this week. It's people like JoJo that keep patients returning to an office, especially when it's a 45 minute drive from home! Thank you JoJo for being your awesome self and thank you Harbour Dental for employing truly professional, skillful and caring people like Dr. Sousou and JoJo!!

Negative experience: Worst experience I've ever had at a dentist. Literally a nightmare, still waiting on a refund and its been over a month. Too many real dentist in the area who actually care, don't be fooled by the review buying.

Negative experience: I wouldn’t recommend this branch specifically Dr. Kendall Frazier. I went to get a crown and after it was placed, I told the assistant that it felt really high. Dr. Frazier comes and says that he needs to fix my upper tooth because he couldn't fix the crown more. After “fixing” my tooth I was still feeling the crown high like it was the only thing that I could bite and the assistant said -go home and you will get used to it. I didn't go back because honestly I thought it was going to pass, but after 4 months the crown felt the same until one night while having dinner it suddenly broke. I came back and Dr. Frazier told me that he would fix it and verify that the crown was made well, for no cost. I agreed thinking that maybe it was just a miscommunication between us. I said please don't mess with my upper tooth and he agreed. When I came to get the new crown, the first thing that he said is I need to fix your upper tooth because you don't have enough space. I said no (he really went deep last time that he fixed it), he put the crown and started fixing it, I kept saying it felt too high until he said I can't fix it anymore or it's going to break. Dr. Frazier left me with an open bite. You could pass a paper through my front teeth while biting. I ended up going to a new dentist office and they told me this was really bad for my joint and I had to get a new crown placed, which feels like my normal bite finally, without any fixing of my healthy tooth. Not only he is not professional, but he lacks from knowledge and the front office was rude and kept wanting to charge me for this. Please avoid this doctor.

Fantastic experience: I recently relocated from Wisconsin and was looking for a new dental office. From registering as a new patient to completing my initial X-rays, the entire process was seamless. Mona was both professional and welcoming. I’m so glad I found this place and look forward to my future check-ups.

Negative experience: Unfortunately today was my last day ever stepping foot in the office again. The last appointment teeth are fine no issues. Today with a different doctor 8 filing and 2 crowns? What kind of scam is this office running? You either had an unqualified doctor see me my last appointment or this time was an unethical doctor bring in money. If Harbor Dental wants to keep me as a patient I would like within 30 days a complementary 2nd opinion with a QUALIFED AND EXPERIENCED dentist at another location. Please cancel all appointments at the Atlantic Blvd location. If there is an option in the future to have my cleaning with Mona because she is the only person I've met who cares about patients and have another doctor at a different location read x-rays I would be up for that. But I will not let the doctors at Alantic touch me again.

Fantastic experience: I was in so much pain, and I called my dentist, but they never got back to me. I ended up calling Harbour Dental, and they were so kind and got me in right away. They really listened to me and made sure I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in.A lot of the dentist out there. Just kind of bombard you with a bunch of unnecessary needs or things that you "need" to do. But at Harbour dental everything was was explained and simplified for me. I just felt so comfortable. Dr. G... This guy is amazing! Excellent bedside manner, a great sense of humor, and very professional. Plus, he was very patient with me as well. It's a little far from the house, but I don't mind driving for that kind of service. I highly recommend people use this dentist! Update: I wrote this review before getting my first procedure, but I recently had some surgery done by Dr. Frazier and his dental assistant Alyssa. They both made me feel so comfortable and they work together so well – it was a very fluid and seamless experience.It's not the closest dentist, but the drive is totally worth it.

Negative experience: I had an extremely distressing experience at Harbour Dental Care. After multiple appointments, I was left in pain, given conflicting treatment plans, and faced a failed bridge placement. Third attempt to remove unfit dental bridge took 3 agonizing hours. Amidst my repeated requests for my full medical records , they still only been sending INCOMPLETE records. I would strongly advise others to ask detailed questions up front and get second opinions before agreeing to treatment.

Today I had the pleasure of seeing LaWanda for my cleaning, and she was everything I needed in a hygienist; gentle, calming, and incredibly attentive. She made me feel seen and comfortable through the entire process. I left feeling cared for and confident about my dental health. I’m so grateful to have found a hygienist I can trust and look forward to seeing again. I also want to recognize Nyla, who I see for my orthodontic care. She is everything I need and more; gentle, patient, and always reassuring. Just like LaWanda, she makes every visit calm and comfortable, and I leave feeling cared for and confident. I’m grateful to have her guiding me through the orthodontic process. 5 years ago: I've spent years fearing and avoiding the dentist, but Harbour Dental Care changed that. My first visit was about 2 years ago for a chipped tooth. I was riddled with anxiety and dreaded the appointment. Jessica and Dr. Snyder were absolutely wonderful. They went above and beyond to make me comfortable and clearly explain my treatment plan so there were no surprises. Since then, I've willingly been back for routine maintenance. From the front desk to checkout, this is truly a wonderful dental practice with knowledgeable and caring staff.

Fantastic experience: I am typically nervous at a Dentist's office but my experience at Harbour Dental quickly put my nerves at ease. I was greeted by a fantastic front desk team member named Curissa who could tell I was worried about my upcoming procedure and did everything in her power to calm me. She informed me that there was nothing to worry about and that this practice had some of the most experienced Dental practitioners in the area. My extractions were completed swiftly and with minimal pain. I am delighted to have found this place and will be coming back for all of my future Dental needs.

Not only were X-Rays taken along with a thorough cleaning of my teeth, she took great care to ensure there was no discomfort during the process. Fantastic experience: About two weeks ago. I came to Harbour Dental because of a tooth ache. I was in town from Texas.. and I could not bare the pain anymore. When I came in the office I was afraid they would not be able to treat my tooth. But Dr.Frazier made sure I left with my treatment and no pain. I highly recommend this office!! The front desk Carissa was also very knowledgeable about the process
