Negative experience: This was one of the worst medical experiences I have ever had. Multiple teeth were extracted, and dentures were measured while my mouth was still severely swollen, making the final dentures completely unusable. They do not fit at all. After the extractions, I experienced extreme swelling and pain and was not prescribed antibiotics. I later discovered that pieces of tooth were left embedded in my gums, which caused ongoing pain, inflammation, and complications that should never happen with proper care. The lack of attention, poor workmanship, and disregard for basic patient care standards were shocking. I trusted this office with my health and deeply regret it. I would strongly advise others to seek care elsewhere.
We are deeply sorry to hear about the severe pain, swelling, and complications you experienced after your extractions and about the issues with your dentures not fitting. We take allegations of retained tooth fragments, inadequate pain management, and premature denture fabrication extremely seriously and will review your chart and treatment immediately. While we cannot undo what occurred, we want to make this right and ensure appropriate corrective care if needed, so please contact our Tucson South practice manager to arrange an urgent evaluation and discuss next steps. Fantastic experience: I haven't been to a dentist in over 20 years. I had a cleft pallet and it was fixed as a child. Trauma has crippled me. But I have a broken tooth and it hurts and I have no other choice. iSmile asked questions on their paperwork about how you feel about dentists? What happened how can we make it better. So I was already calming down as I was filling out forms. Lisette I hope I didnt miss spell it but she was a saint. Treated me with compassion and walked me through everything. The Dr as well. Sometimes you just need someone to understand and care just a bit. Makes all the difference. Place was clean full of happy people. Im happy I finally went to the dentist. Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place and the doctors! After being told by another dentist that I'd not be accepting for emergency surgery they got me in with in the hour and had the entire operation done an hour after that. Negative experience: Kindly, I appreciate Dr. Jeff spillers for helping me out he is a great doctor. I have experienced and came across some very rude and disgusting communication at the office. Negative experience: They have a sign in the patient rooms that states debit cards used for payment will be charged a fee. This is illegal in all 50 states under Dodd-Frank Act, specifically the Durbin Amendment. Customers CANNOT be assessed a fee for using a debit card as payment. I’m sure this is just a mistake due to lack of knowledge of the law and will be corrected immediately.

Fantastic experience: I could write a book about how amazing the staff here is!!! I got an appointment the same day for an emergency extraction and needless to say I was very nervous and scared. Everyone from the front desk ladies to the dentist assistant to the dentist himself was so reassuring and kind, they made me feel so relaxed and comfortable and it literally took 30 seconds once the numbing medicine was in to pull it out!¡! I've never enjoyed going to the dentist as much as I did today. I would recommend them to anyone that ever needs a dentist!

Negative experience: don't go there the dentist there messed up my teeth they were fine and he said there was a cavity and ended up carving up the whole tooth that I ended up having to go get a root canal from how deep he went don't recommend it I tried suing they said I took the risk I didn't have a case

Negative experience: Do Not Use … VA referred me to them and after 1.5 months of waiting I still had no response for the referrals iSmile was suppose to send out. When I called the VA to check they told me they tried 3 times contacting iSmile for records they received zero responses. Fast forward to a week ago I crack 2 teeth right before a trip which I called iSmile and still zero responses back. When I called to check after waiting 1.5 months and now 2 cracked teeth I get told “they” iSmile is waiting for the VA. I ask for the owner to give me a call to which I get no response back. When I called back I get told the owner will not call you because “ he’s to busy being a dentist” . Great way to support your veterans

Fantastic experience: I’m a disabled veteran. I would like to thank staff and Dr.Jospeh. I was desperate with a mouth infection and pain and called a spa en offices . Celeste called me back that evening from ismile south tucson. I was so happy that someone at least responded for my dental emergency. I was in the office next morning. Not only did the Doc identify my problem right away , he was honest and told me everything that he thought I would need to do. I wasn’t even an established patient. I am now. I was also concerned that the rest of the month was going to be tough with the new bill I would face for this emergency . Things are tight financially for most of us these days. As I was checking out after the visit the office staff said ok thank you for your service have a nice day . I was like “wait , what?” Again thank you for your service don’t worry we are taking care of the bill for you . God bless you all at ismile.

Negative experience: I didn't even make it into the office but I'm glad I didn't, the front desk staff is very rude and they move your appointment without letting you know. I told them the days I was available to come in and they kept scheduling me on the days I was working without asking. I'm happy I didn't go judging the way the front desk staff clearly is mis managed and not properly trained. I also work at front desk in an office and this is not the way the position should be handled it's just unprofessional the way they go about business. Then they had the audacity to email me and say that they have been trying to reach out to confirm appointments that I can't even make it to because I'm at work when they rescheduled me. Get it together you guys... Save your breathe with the explanation I don't need to hear excuses. Be warned if you decide to go here you might never even get to go to an actual visit. This office is trash.

Negative experience: I have never felt so uncomfortable and disrespected by a front end staff the way this place has treated me. Especially the Manager Jody. I will not be returning to this location, especially when she threatens to slap me for talking bad about them because they can’t do their job correctly. And they don’t know how to treat their clients. She is a poor excuse of a manager. The front end staff should get a class on how to treat people because they treat patients awful. And that is why I will not return to this location. If they treated me like a person, then I would return But I See that would be impossible for them to do.

Fantastic experience: They were excellent! I FEAR going to the dentist. I had to have 4 teeth pulled, never have had a good experience, im hard to numb, hate shots, teeth have aways been hard to get out. We got started and i gripped the chair arms ready for the PAIN!! Very little if any...and they left 10 mins or so. They came back i gripped the arms of the chair again i was starting to sweat i knew what was coming...No pain! Teeth were pulled very little pressure, but No pain. I remember thinking if it would have been like this when i was younger i might not of had this fear. Im 69 no teeth but have my new smile with dentures . They are wonderful. Everyone from the receptionist to the Dr. were great, professional, informative, nice and listened. Recommend iSmile on Park South Tucson.

Negative experience: 2 hours for X-rays. 11:30-1:30. No one in front of me, arrived 10 mins before appointment. 2 hours. Only 2 stars because the staff was friendly, but processes like this shouldn't take so long. No cleaning done. PTO wasted.

Fantastic experience: I had an implant that needed attention. I left a message on the website and they called me the next day with an appointment time. I was traveling through Tucson and I was pressed for time. Dr. Pannu and the team were excellent. I had the failed implant removed and they did a bone graft to prep for a new one. Dr Pannu was very careful in her work and was very helpful in her consultation. I was also given new patient discounts even though this was a one-time visit. I left smiling.

Fantastic experience: My teeth hurt. I did not know why and on top of that, I had a terrible cold. They were able to get me in same day 3 pm appt. My insurance would not verify coverage because they are on the east coast. I was grumpy and whiney and rude, but they understood. They treated me like old-school customer service. They got me on an in-office dental plan I to cover my visit, and I was out of there with hassle-free attitude. I was so grateful. Ty!

Negative experience: I first Went to I smile Dental on Park Back in 2021 was very happy there. Front desk girls are wonderful. I did have an issue with the hygienist. They had given me a price, but then they changed the price for or she did. I don’t know who changed the price for a laser cleaning. I let her know that that wasn’t the price that I was given. Was very unhappy about that so they dismissed me as a customer And now my front cap came off that the dentist had done actually had 8 caps total 2 redone and six put on due to chemotherapy. My teeth became very sensitive and now that one of my front cap fell off all of a sudden they don’t have my information and told me that I am dismissed as a customer and for me not to call back. Jody, the manager, there is very disrespectful very unhappy!

Positive experience: Let me share my frustration. I will start off by saying the dental staff there is amazing! Always so helpful. The front desk not so much specifically Jodey. I explained my frustration to her on 4 different accounts that they over charged me (not to mention she was snobby & gave a different answer everytime) Finally I am advised by a dental staff to check my account, rediscuss which I did & to Jodeys amazement it was there. This morning she was just “delightful”. Sidenote, I’ve also been paying out of pocket for 9 months to just find out there’s a membership on Monday that saves you 20%. I really loved this place until this event. There should be no reason I was treated the way I was.

Fantastic experience: My father really appreciated their promptness, respectfulness, and courtesy. On my end, the staff was *VERY* friendly and kind. Dr. Spillers has very gentle hands and explains things in a way the average person can understand. He's a very calm individual. They also have a top of the line machine that prints out your crown on site, which saved me from having to make multiple trips.

I contacted them ahead of time to cancel and reschedule an appointment Jodi who seems to think she's entitled or allowed to speak to anyone however she feels made that attempt to reschedule nearly impossible she was rude disrespectful unprofessional condescending and tried talking to me like I was some kind of a kid I will be contacting the VA and I'm going to file a complaint with them against Jody and I smile dentistry I made every attempt to do what was right as far as rescheduling and explaining my situation instead of helping me she continuously did everything she could to interrupt me and treat me like less of a human than her Jodi just a heads up I served my country and have a terminal diagnosis as a direct result of serving my country.. you had absolutely no right to speak to me the way you did

Fantastic experience: Very good everyone was very nice and helpful and answered any questions I had. Was in waiting room less then 10 mins. Was in and out in less then a hour. Just make sure you have an appointment. Highly recommended to anyone
